I shifted from ahmedabad to kanpur by http://www.agarwalpackers.in on 14/02/16 and till date there is no info about my goods. This agarwal packers with logo of child is duplicate packers and movers. It was the biggest mistake of life to book by these fraud agarwals.

I am very unhappy and angry for the services provided by Agarwal Packers & movers.
Following items are found broken in transportation from Noida to Indore.
1. Fridge- Base and Door
2.Doble Bed
3.Keyboard (casio)
4.Cloth drying stand
5.Inverter
6.Geyser Pipe

Rest boxes are not checked yet, I hope they are in good condition.
I am deeply hurt by the quality of services provided by Agarwal Packers & movers.
I have paid 100% payment in advance. Now I am feeling being cheated.
Please do repay the damages.

I have moved from Ahmadabad to pune. i booked packers and movers agarwalcargopackermovers. they told they are part of the Agarwal groups. After i received the items refregator and cubboard was damaged. Now they are not fixing it. I asked for insurance details he told they only provide insurance.

As per above detail my bilty is too pay moradabad & people are asking for extra money or threatening to damage the goods . Kindly help as its already passed 10 days and we are staying in hotel from last 10 days which is increasing our cost.

I have shifted my house hold items from Vizag to Hyderabad through Agarwal Packers & Movers. Their representative Mr. Venu from Murali Nagar office came to my home and estimated an amount of 29000/- Rs which is almost 10000/- more than competitors. Because of my previous experience with other logistics handling guys from bangalore to vizag where Agent who books transport is different and handovers to some other guys and you cannot catch hold of any one while delivering, i though i will go with Agarwal due to their brand and the response. I have told him if any damage occurs you will have to get it done immediately. Items were packed and transported to Hyderabad and i found damages to my avenger bike where there is a big dent on petrol tank and big scratches on tank which is gone in such a way that i can find the steel of tank. And my wife's Activa has got several paint scratches which is beyond touchable at small paint shops. I have told them i will not handover the papers as these have to be fixed, for which both hyderabad counter part and Venu told me i have to sign the remarks and next day their representatives will come and assess the damage. They have come to home the next day and took photographs and that's it, every alternative day i have to call the hyderabad guys and this venu. It's been 3 months since we had this and every time hyderabad people says they will arrange a call back and vizag people says you need to talk to Hyderabad people. These are real money suckers, they just got name and now doesn't look forward to provide service. My advice to any one who is looking for Agarwal Packers & Movers is to refrain from selecting them as packers and movers as the language they use after paying money and for claims is really unacceptable. I am planning to approach consumer court with the way bill and planning to get the whole bill what i paid or get the whole things repaired by the company with new ones.

Had a horrible experience with Agarwal Movers & Packers. They delivered, among many other things goods with the following problems 1. Orthopedic mattress completely rat eaten 2. Dining table damaged 3. Display unit shelf and glass totally broken 4. All boxes over 30 were opened and items missing 5. The marble temple piece was broken 6. The coat boxes keeping most expensive items properly were bitten by rats. The list goes on. Their thinking is that they are challenging us what can we do and daring us to go to courts.

I have sent 25 items from Bangalore to Chennai on 16-Jan-2016. They said it will deliver on next day. But 24 packages received/delivered in Chennai on 19-Jan-2016. One package is with Agarwal packers, initially they said its in chennai, then they said it is in bangalore, for last 3 days(19-21). Now(22-jan) they are saying that it is received in Chennai after making so many calls. Each time they are saying we will call regarding the delivery. But I've not got a single call. I've made more than 30 calls to Chennai/Bangalore/Delhi. Still not got any response.

My cosignment No. -4461991, Product code-11 Sofa cum Bed Torn up, Cooking Items were all eaten up by Rats. They delivered after 15 days. Neither they pay any compensation nor any one came to inspect for the same. Horrible service, i will never suggest any one to choose agarwal packers. Its better to use a local movers & packers.Last time i did with Sivasha was far far better. Does'nt make sense to invest such huge amount for the worst services.

Hi Folk's Caretaker, My name is Ram Sharan, I work for L&T Infotech Mumbai. I was in Bangalore when I had applied (On 28th May, 2015) for luggage transfer service of Agarwal Packers and Movers. They transferred my luggage from Bangalore to Mumbai as per my inputs. As well as I had deal with them of overbilling amount 7.5K. They charged me 6.5K/- for transferring the two bags. I paid them 14K/- to get the bill of 14K (extra 7.5K) and they agreed upon that they would return me extra amount (7.5K) once I get my luggage. For extra billing, they will charge me 1.5K as they said, I was ready to pay. But they haven't returned my money yet and when I got my luggage, my things were broken. I am keep on communicating with them through mails and calls since May 2015 but they are ignoring my case. I have all certificates of proofs and chat mails. This is first time I am using "Consumer Complaints" (Suggested by my friend as last hope). I hope, I did the right thing by writing you. I am looking for your response. This complaint is regarding Agarwal Packers & Movers. On 24th December i shifted my stuff with the help of Agarwal Packers & Movers from Mangalore to Bhubaneshwar. Initially, the said me it will be delivered at your shifting address on 2nd January, 2016. But when it didn't get delivered in called them on 4th of January. Firstly, they didn't answer my call but later when the answered they said it will be delivered by 5th January. But as usual this thing didn't happen. Finally on 7th January i lost all my patience and i had to shout of the people in the other end of the phone. At last, after all this tension and unnecessary shouting i got my things at my address at about 4.00 p.m IST. The shippment had all the basic things that i require for my day to day life. It is a sincere request to the above mentioned company that you say A for Assurance then please let people believe in your Assurance by delivering the shippment on the date that you promise.

Mr. Suresh from AGARWAL PACKERS and Movers (Ph. No. [protected]) had called up and used "****er"" repeatedly. I think this kind of language was totally not required. I do realize that this comes on the back of an extremely strong email written by me to AGARWAL PACKERS and Movers because I'd been running from pillar to post trying to get a simple Invoice for my movement request.

Request you to kindly look into this matter.

Booking Id : BLR005173 .. even its not tracking (When they asked about the number in their system only name came not about the product details. I Have booked via A with a thought that Agarwal Packers and Movers is a Brand and will deliver by Bike without any headache. However from the 3 days I am frustrated by the service provided by Agarwal Packers and Movers mostly by the Customercare and the MUmbai/Bangalore Vendor. I have booked my Bike Bajaj Avenger KA51EG929 from Bangalore to Mumbai. Some body told me that i will not been charged octroi.. and the mumbai office called me and told i will be. When i am following up customercare used to hang the phone and told me that the vendor will call me howevber i am not getting any call or any information about my bike. Just Now somebody called me ([protected]) and told me that they don't have my insurance copy and other document proof.This is kind of nonsense as i have submitted .. the RC, Insurance Copy, PUC Copy, Adhar card, Driving licence and all the other proof while loading the bike from Bangalore home. DOn't know whether my bike is in good condition or not I am asking them to move my bike to the nearest location of mumbai tollnakka from where i will collect my bike from there. However they are also not telling that. Mostly customer care is confusing with the term GADI and Bike. I am fully frustrated with the service By Agarwal. The worst Customer Service I have ever encountered.

I ordered to move my goods from Gurgaon to Bengaluru on 14th and for this I paid around 18, 000/- rupees. I got call from Bengaluru office on 20th that my goods have been reached Bengaluru and I asked them to deliver them on 24th on my address and even I called to concern person on 23rd to confirm that make sure i'll get my stuff on 24th they confirmed for the same so I took leave for 24th. Now I am still waiting for this delivery and I continually calling for this but I haven't got it yet. My leave is completely waste because of your disgusting services. Even I am calling from yesterday morning and team members were just telling me that you'll get your goods till 2o'clock and then they told me for 4o'clock and they told me for 9o'clock but I did not get it.I had to book hotel yesterday as I didn't get my goods timely and now concern team is not picking my call so there is no other way to get my stuff. and one more disgusting thing is one of employee was not talking to me in proper way, he talked to me very aggressively. on time of booking they told that they are customer friendly and for customer they provide very good services. I had booked my esteem car from Chandigarh to pune on 04/07/2014 through your group with G.C No. 43088122. As per verbal discussion car was to be delivered at pune with in seven days i.e upto 11/07/2014 but it reached pune on 20/07/2014 i.e after 16 days As per agreement the car was to be delivered at the point mentioned in the G.C but it was handed over at 30 K.m away from the point. The car was with 10 Ltrs petrol as per agreement when it ws handed over to your office at Chandigarh. Tthe Kilometer wire of the car was found tempered with Which means the car was driven by road. Also head light of the car were found defective and front bumper was repaired . Engine of the car is showing defective signal on the dash board meter as we never know whether the driver used petrol or Diesel in the car to save money . It is intimated that my car was driven by road as taxi for at least 10 days and you have violated all norms and ethics of business.

Hi, I have been sending emails about the damages due to transit. and requested them to compensate for repairs but there have been no response from there side. Moreover I was told that they have their own transport but my bike was shipped through some other vendor. Its better to go for some cheap vendors rather than investing here. I have paid 8250 for my bike transport because I did not wanted any damages. No proper equipment they had to unload the bike. Delhi to Mumbai - 1 Bike pulsar 220 and they charged my 8000+

I am Sudeesh from vijayawada ([protected], [protected]@gmail.com), Spoken to this person kishan sharma([protected]) on December 13th 2015 at my house for house shifting on December 14th morning 10 clock(I have asked him try to start 7 or 8 clock early morning but he refused to start the process). So finally deal has done with the price of 4000 with trips providing tata 407 vehicle or else with big vehicle for single trip. But this fellow sent Dec 14th 2015 Tata Ace Zip (I have taken photos )and only it accomodate 5 boxes for house shifting at 10:30 AM . I have called to this number[protected] he told cancel the deal I don't have any problem, after some time I do reach kishan sharma (manager), he is such a stupid, speaking everything what ever the words getting from his tongue. Some times he is saying 407 vehicle went to some other place, some times 407 vehicle is not allowed at this time, some times saying that we cannot provide international facilities with your rs 4000 amount. Where 3 Labour packed some of the items and brought down to load outside at that time we saw that vehicle it needs more than 10 trips which is waste of time and energy...this company is not at all service oriented..now what should I do in this situation...when this manager and employees are telling i[censored] want you can cancel the deal .I suffered alot and alot with these kind of sarcastic attitude and no words in the dictionary to explain about their behaviour ...which is recorded in my mobile .How this organization putting these kind of people in front of customers, did this company get the limca award for these kind of service ? Very strange!!! that there is no convincing manner, just only arrogant talk . I am waiting for a answerable person from this organization how they convey their wrong attitude.

My name is Prashant Pattalwar. Recently on 23rd & 24th of NOVEMBER 2015 I had shifted my home from Pune to Aurangabad with the help Of Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. After the good delivered on 24th nov..when I switched On mySONY LED TV (which is also in goods) I observed that the display panel is damaged and some white-pink vertical lines are appears on my TV and also there is black spot on left of this lines.. I had called Aurangabad office of Agarwal Packers. Yesterday On 26th nov they had sent a employee of agarwal packers to my home to see damage of TV. As he said I am sending this email to you for claiming the insurance. My goods Consignment number (GCN) os PUN012950.SONY has given cost of repairs Rs 32000. but agarwal packers are offering Rs 15000 as in insurance it is mentioned cost of TV rs 20000..AGARWAL PACKERS are refusing full amount in name of insurance it is agarwal packers fault they have not packed tv properly.i should get rs 32000 from agawal packers Thanking you. Sir i want to inform you tha my household goods are loaded from jamalpur on 30 nov 15 for delivery to guwahati, dudhnoi but after 13 days has elapsed/ passed but i hav not got my goods till13 dec 15, i have complaint regarding this to v.k.dixit several timesbut he seems to be irrsponsinve, making fake assurance, i m sorry but ur unprofessional attitude will hamper ur org

Respected Sir/Madam, Considering the proficiency of Agarwal Packers & Movers I had decided to opt for this company for my shifting from Bangalore to Mumbai. My shifting date was November 15th 2015 & timing confirmed by concerned executive was 8.30AM-9.00AM. On same day I had flight to Mumbai at 3.35PM. So I was supposed to leave my residence at 1.30PM to go to airport. But the packing team in Bangalore location arrived at 10AM in the morning & actual work started at 11AM. Because of this delay in starting my work finished at 4PM in the evening. Due to this delay, I had no option but to miss the flight. Then I went to airport & booked another ticket with higher cost. This has happened purely due to delay in packing at my residence in Bangalore. Please note that, I had opted for Agarwal packers & movers, just by professionality & brand name. If such delay & unprofessionalism happens by this company then why should I pay such huge amount & opt for your company???And who will bear this additional flight cost???
