Agarwal packers shifted our goods from bangalore to Hyderabad and damaged our Microwave oven. The front glass door was broken completley. After following up with them daily for two weeks, they took the door to get it repaired.
We had to followup with them for one month continuously.
They have replaced it with duplicate fiber door instead of microwave Glass.
After that we cant close the door properly. and fiber door will not sustain radiation and can be dangerous if it balsts. They are not ready to replace with correct one and are very rude.

On 16 Oct 2015 representative of company Mr Balram came to my house. He evaluated the goods and gave a quotation. He took Rs 2000/- . There after there did not pick up any call and did not do the transfer.

Repeated call and email has not resulted in any response. Once their Pune Head spoke to me when I called them after I spoke to Hyderabad office. They have not responded at all.

In brand name they are simplying taking high amount from clients & doing 3rd grade packaging & not properly using the packaging materials during packing.I was in fear that time. Only saying the goods will go this way without any packaging material.We had to tell the packaging guys again n again to use material properly. Everytime they were saying in warehouse there will do separate packaging of wooden box for freeze, lcd, fragile items etc. They have done [***]. Totally misguided & cheated me & may be cheating others same way. I got my household goods in poor damaged condition without any wooden box. They left my damaged box without fitting also.
I thing agarwal packers drs group management has been intimated to their branch offices to use less material to save money & take high amount from client & to work as they wish.

I have informed the delivery branch head & also kolkata branch about damage. Now it's already near by 20 days, both branch are trying to avoid & no one is even dare to come for repairing even after registered for claim.
This matter has been escalated ho claim also. But branch offices are not caring his words & not giving value.
I don't know whether directors & md are aware of their branch office this type sincerity.
This is sad that for few branch(Kolkata)careless approach for customer household goods i am suffering now. I trusted the brand as referred by my tata employee. But really got surprised by knowing about the real fact that i was cheated. I was given some commitment for quality packaging for electronics goods in wooden box cover for which they are charging more & better than other agarwal group limca book, but packing done in cheap quality without any wooden box cover. If you aren't compromising on price then why this cheating activity from kolkata branch end & no co-ordination between kolkata/pune branches if payment already done. Still it was mentioned to pay list for customer.
My bed was broken & kept without fitting by delivery person. It's near by 20days but no response from pune branch to send someone for repairing .My refrigerator front side is scratched, double bed broken, cooler stand broken, electronics induction panel not working, new electronic charger not working. All are seems like trying to avoid.

Agarwal packers(Drs group) doesn't deserve for kolkata to pune shfiting for so high amount i have paid(Rs44200) for such low quality packaging like local packers & movers. Other agarwal packers(Limca book) was asking for approx. Rs34500 for the same relocation who is having far better feedback. I think auditor should check their accounts for the bookings done whether the bookings they are showing for agarwal packers or in the name other packers for save from tax & may be showing low amount for booking for which they are cheating clients.
I want my money back for the wrong & fraud commitment by agarwal drs group.

I have shifting my household goods from Imphal to Pune vide challan no. GWH001761, goods handover on[protected] from Imphal and delivered on[protected] and following conversation start with the company : - Dear Sir, I am very thankful to u for delivered household goods on[protected]. At the time o[censored]npacking of the goods on the same day by your representative, the two items found damaged, one is fridge from legs and second is microwave from power supply cord, which is also record on the delivery receipt and your customer care team confirm on phone and said that u call technician of the authorized service center of the respective manufacturer of the goods and forward the quotation for payment. When I have open other goods, which are also damaged like, mirror glass broken, plastic container, glasses etc. The above damaged goods physically seen, but major item LED TV, it is not looking damaged when physically seen, but when we operate the LED TV, its screen not comes on full screen, then I have called service centre of Samsung LED TV, its service engg. said that your TV panel has been broken and it should be changed and quotation provide u within 3-4 days. So u r requested to visit the same to resolve all the issue. I have placed my household goods from patna to faridabad on 28 august 2015 having consignment no-PTN001556. I was supposed to get Rs. 12400/- back within 5 days i.e. upto[protected] as promised by your Patna office. But sorry to say that after a laps of about 2.5 months and though after several telephonic reminders, I did not get a single paise.

Myself biswajit parida transfering my household goods from kolkata to sambalpur(orissa) vide consignment no- kol007959 of agarwal packers & movers but the material not delivered as per scheduled time period. Its still not delivered as on 10/11/15. And no officials responding calls of mine. Advance payment taken by company.

My consignment from Bangalore to Vijayawada which I was promised to be delivered in 2 days has not been delivered yet even after 10 days. The call centre people are rude and they keep giving stupid reasons for the delivery. The guy Rahul ph:+[protected] who is the field officer has changed his tone after I made the payment. He doesn't take my calls anymore. My consignment number is BLR004735 and it has been in Hyderabad for 5 days.

My car was picked up from Hyderabad on 31st nov 2015 with consignment number HYD015194. It's been over 9 days since consignment has been picked but yet lying in same city. I have asked before taking the service that whether the consignment would be delivered before diwali and after getting confirmation I took the service. The call centre people don't provide any satisfactory response. Nobody having courtesy to respond over mail. I am feeling like trapped nad a victim of fraud. I talked to a person named Vijay Dixit of Agarwal Packers, but his behaviour was same as the call centre guys only. Every time I get response that today your car will be dispached. Please help me.

I have sent my expensive household articles from Kolkata to Nagpur on 23.09.2015 by one of the most renowned company called Agarwal Packers and Movers, they had committed that it will be delivered by 3rd October however it is 2nd November today and they have been harrassing me by not taking my calls and not answering me about the whereabouts of my household.The manager's name is Ravi Agarwal and his contact no is [protected].The website www.agarwalpackersservices.com is expired and none of their phone nos are reachable!This is to request to who so ever is thinking of opting this company to NOT go by them as they are the worst professionals one can ever think of... I am not sure that if I will even get my articles and even if I eventually do...whether will it be in good condition or broken away into pieces... PLEASE DO NOT OPT FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

This is to inform the following .

I got transferred from Kanpur to Mathura and I took services from Agarwal Packers at Kanpur .

It was such a horrific experience that it could not be explained. Some of the experiences are As under.

1. During Packing only three people came and not with required material . Somehow with request they could add people and tried to load glass material not in proper boxes. The manager Mr. Mukesh Sharma was not at all concerned with the proper work and packing .
2. Somehow the packing was completed and Truck was moved from Kanpur to Sikandra . in the night on 3.7.15 . We were told that the truck will reach in the morning

3. The Driver moved the truck on 3.7.15 and fist went absconded near Etawah for 3 hrs.

4. Later he got drunk and near Firozabad slept saying that he is not in a position to move truck . Later undersigned also reached at the site and called aggarwal officers who confirmed that drivers have a habit of drinking and cannot do anything . Photographs enclosed

5. Finally truck reached at destination in Sikandra at Bhawana Estate on 4 th at 8 pm.

6. The next day only three people came to unload and unpack the material . With our consistent pressure finally two more were called at 12. Hrs and two also left by 4 pm and only two people left .

7. They also left by 7 PM without completing the work and leaving us into a very difficult position .

8. Finally I had to organize people and spent Rs.10000/- in unpacking and making things in order for my self.

9. I have earlier also taken service of Aggarwal packer however this was the worst ever seen any time .

I don’t know that how I will be reimbursed for my anguish and the kind of service I had been given by Aggarwal Packers .

Many of the photographs taken are enclosed.

Since I am working with BPCL, I will circulate this to all and ensure that at least officers of Oil Company and BPCL should not take services of aggarwal packers any time. As the people working for Aggarwal packers are cheat . They first take payments and then don’t give service . The act like goondas and threat families and public at large when ever they take their services. I strongly complained against the whole group especially Kanpur and agra office

Agarwal packers and movers(DRS group) was transporting my VW Polo car from kolkata to hyderabad as part of a shifting consignment. While i received my vehicle, it was in a horrible condition like dirts all over, major dent on the doors, broken number plates.
Moreover, they have scratched the rear bumper of the car and to hide the scratch, they have applied some while paints over the scratch.
While i complained to them, they are just ignoring it by saying they can only pay 2k to repair it whereas when i took the vehicle to workshop, it cost near about 25K(although it got insurance claim).
Tomorrow i will get the vehicle from workshop and my insurance liability is around 7K, when i asked DRS to atleast pay the difference amount, they are simply ignoring it.

This company is totaly a fraud company . We have given our activa honda on 27th septemtem . We are waiting but didn't get till now. Now they switched off their phone .I am going to do FIR against this company . FRAUD COMPANY STOLEN MY SCOOTY . NO Information till now.

They dont take responsibility but charge a lot more than they deserve. Railway has better service at proper price. Even railway wont damage your stuff just the way Agarwal do. They have damaged my Bike and microwave.Consinment number - 11101. From Vadodara to Patiala. The delivery vehicle did not have any way to safely land bike on ground but they were about to just throw it on ground when I had to call neighbours to help getting they bike down safely. My bike is found to have huge dent on tank and major scratches allover. This is been worst service and i regret to choose Agarwal movers and packers. They dont have any proper way to take accountability of the damage and moving in circles and wasting my time.

I am Damodar khatai .My consignment no-4430948 .Movement was done from Chennai to Kalyan(Mumbai). Our booking date is 8.4.2015 and material received on 19.04.2015.I made the full payments at the time of booking. We have following concerns Cartoon no1, 6, 7, 44, 45 are received in damage condition and cartoon no 46 is missed. Already 6 month passed but no positive reply from the packers.As per the insurence survey report by the Agarwal packers and movers the damage cost is 15000/- and approve value is 7000/- since last 3 months he( Mr Lalit mo-[protected]) is not picking my phone .By third party phone I talked with him as per him He will not give a single paise, He said in a mannerless way that you do what ever you want.he said I don't care you can go any means . So request you please don't believe this transeporters.and give them a high penalty so that they think about the innocent public.

This is with the reference to consignment no. TRI000824. I booked my household goods from Trichy to Noida, but after I received my goods most of the things were destroyed or damaged. Doors of the table were broken bags were completely torn wooden furniture got crack when the door of lorry was opened every item was messed up no proper stand for inverter battery was there. Refrigerator got dent and internal cracks books were completely torn

My name is shaik i have transports my house hold goods from Jamangar (Gujarat)to sattenapalli (Andhra pradesh) GCN.No.JMN000694 dated 01.10.15 as informed by Agarwal packers & Movers( booking agent at Jamnagar) the good will be delivery on 11.10.15 till date i am not received any goods and also there is poor response and no time sense towards customer. Please note you have taken 100% amount it self during booking of goods. This type of attitude is right

I AM wg cdr AP SINGH Agarwal packers & movers are pathetic. They are not to be trusted. Please never send your stuff or vehicle through them. I was relocated from rajasthan to hyderabad. I sent my CAR on 17th Sept 2015 through agarwal packers & movers. From jodhpur to hyderabad. It has yet not reached. They take full payment in advance and such an unreliable service. I m still waiting for my vehicle to arrive and I contact them daily via customer care but their response is so cold. I m having so problem. ..using taxi to travel everyday. I m so very upset really want to punish them. I am spending so much on taxi coz of their carelessness. They promised me that my vehicle will reach hyderabad with in a week now it's already 20 days. .. Agrawal packers and movers are PATHETIC And worst thing is that they are showing my vehicle is delivered on their website.

I've hired Agarwal for shifting my stuff from Pune to Chennai. The packing and loading was completed by 27 Sep 2015 evening and I was told the delivery will be done within 4 days. There were no calls on the 4th day from the Chennai local office - When I called, I was told the container left Pune only on the 29 Sep 2015 morning. And due to the All India lorry strike, the container is stuck at their Bangalore facility and I'm still awaiting delivery of my items. It's 7 days already. The folks in their Pune office are completely rude and speak in a manner that they don't care about the delay and simply blame it on the lorry strike. How do I take it forward and make Agarwal folks repent for such unprofessional behaviour.

I have used Agarwal Packers and Movers services for relocation of my vehicle (4 wheeler) from Hyderabad to Pune. The Consignment: HYD014315 dated 12-Sep, the money is paid in advance (paid in cash 10K) and car is taken on 12-Sep and As promised by Agarwal Packers and Movers, the vehicle supposed to be delivered to me in Pune in 5 days (16 sep) but it has been 11 days there is no information on delivery of the vehicle and there is no update receive from Agarwal Packers on delivery date, the status is not updated in their web site http://www.agarwalpackers.com/ it still showing Hyd. Not sure what happened my vehicle as i am repeatedly calling their cust care but there is NO update they have and also the sales executive are also not taking my calls I am clueless on what to do in this case.
