Friends, M/s - Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd. is the worst in it`s segment.In fact they are telling that they have introduced into Limca Book of Records for it`s service, but what I feel it is one of the most bogus company.
My brother had booked his bike for transportation from it`s Gurgaon centre for Ahmedabad Vide GCN:SENSR000152 Dated:14th Aug 2015. I was taking regrous & regular follow up from it`s Gurgaon, Ahmedabad branch along with their Customer Care for delivery. Every time they used to tell standard answer "ABHI CALL KARTA HUN PAANCH MINUTE MEIN" .But I never received any call from them till 1st September 2015. Imagine - they are not able to deliver the material in 18 days.
Finally I fed up & wrote e-mail, that If I will not get the material within 1 or 2 days will see you in the court. Friend`s you can`t imagine after this threatening E-mail they delivered the material very next day !!!
This was one part of the story.
After delivery - I found head light of the said bike was damaged !!! Shocking ...

Hence, please don`t trust to this bogus company. They will charged you very high in the name of Assurance, Trust, Safety, Corporate Culture bla bla...etc..but fact is different that I experienced.

    I transfered some on my stuff from Lucknow to Mumbai (ID: LCK002660) as I was being transfered by my current employer. There were only 4 of my items. I agreed to whatever prices were charged by their team in U.P including insurance etc. I was also promised a delivery date which is now way down in past. Apart from this and inspite of agreeing to whatever final amount was quoted, and also, not to mention the full 100% advanced payment they took, at the time of packing, I was told that I have to pay some other charges today when I am supposed to recieve the delivery. The amount is almost half of the total shifting amount which I have already paid. It was never disclosed to me at the time of packing or anytime before the delivery day today, which is way past the delivery date which was initially promised. When I talk to the people in U.P, they say that the charge cannot be as much as 50% of the total amount, whereas the counterparts in Mumbai say that this is the amount to be paid and there cannot be any changes or reductions. The U.P people said they'll speak to their team here in Mumbai and since then, they have stopped picking up my calls. When I called the Mumbai team, they said that it doesn't matter if someone from U.P team speaks to us, this charge has to be paid by me. Their delivery guy in Mumbai took my stuff back to their warehouse saying that I can come pick it up myself if I want to and hung up the phone post that. This is an utterly unprofessional way of behaving with your customers. If in a matter of 4 items they can do this much, I doubt how much hidden charges a customer will have to pay them while shifting the complete house. For a customer, this is truly contemptible. Never using their service again.

      I have contacted agarwal packers and movers (hyderabad branch) for local shifting at hyderabad. their executive visited my house and submitted quotation for 12000/- and on 1.08.2015 some people came with a small vehicle and without company uniform, they created lot of nuisance and damaged two three items including lights at new premises which resulted in financial loss to me and argument with land lady at last they shifted the articles and jammed haphazardly. On discussion they told that they were engaged temporarily by agarwal packers and movers hyderabd branch.On insisting for bill they submitted me bill bearing the name DRS Dilip Road lines. In this regard i have complained through their toll free no and through mail also but there is no response. I request you to kindly take my complaint and solve my problem.         Subject :- Early delivery of consignment, resulted in extra conveyance charges or Rs 4500 Consignment No. :- AHMD005063 Hello Team, I am Mohit Gupta. I have approached “Agarwal Packers And Movers LTD. Limca Book of Record” to shift my house hold from Ahmedabad to Gwalior on 25th August 2015. Mr. Ranjeet Singh (Marketing Executive) from Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd, has visited my home & provided me the quotation & details about shifting process. In those details I have asked him about very specific detail like when the consignment will reach to Gwalior? Mr. Ranjeet Singh has clearly mentioned that the consignment will be packed and loaded in the truck on 25th August 2015. It will be dispatched on 26th August 2015 from Ahmedabad & will take approximately 4-5 days to reach to Gwalior. He has confirmed me that by 30th/31st August I will get the goods. He told me that the driver doesn’t drive in night therefore it takes 4-5 days to reach to Gwalior. Based on Mr. Ranjeet’s commitment, I have planned further actions for travel & accommodation in Gwalior. After that I have no contact with Mr. Ranjeet, as Mr. M K Singh was handling complete case for me. Mr. Mr. M K Singh confirmed me that all goods will be packed on 25th August 2015. Now on 25th August 2015, all goods were packed & loaded in the truck. On 27th August 2015 morning, I got call from driver of the truck that the consignment is going to reach. I told him that I have not planned for unloading of truck till 30th August 2015. After that he didn’t call me till end of the day. From 28th August 2015, I got a lot of calls from driver, Mr. M K Singh & Mr. Vikas Verma from Gwalior office that consignment has reached to Gwalior & I have to get the truck unloaded or else I have to pay Rs. 2000 / day to the truck driver. I clearly told them that I have not planned my accommodation till 30th August, as Mr. Ranjeet has communicated me that consignment will not reach to Gwalior till or before 30th August. Any of them didn’t agree & told me that they have not confirmed the dates to me. Mr. Ranjeet has confirmed the dates & he is on leave. I was provided different contact numbers to discuss the issue. All of them replied me same answer that either I have to get the truck unloaded or else I have to pay for Rs. 2000 / day or truck will be unloaded on local ware house & I have to pay for local conveyance charge extra Rs. 4500. No one was ready to take ownership of the commitment provided by Ranjeet. Each of them was telling that they have not confirmed the deal with me. Now on 30th August when I called to Mr. M K Singh, he told me that truck is already unloaded in the company ware house & I have to pay Rs 4500 for local conveyance. No one from Agarwal Packers Movers Ltd. told me that my house hold is already unloaded in the warehouse. Without communicating to me & without my confirmation, it was happened. Please note below points:- 1. No one from Agarwal Packers & Movers Ltd takes the ownership for my consignment. Each one of them only tells me that they have not confirmed me the dates & the deal was not confirmed by them. 2. False commitment from Mr. Ranjeet. 3. I am not liable to pay for extra charges of Rs 4500, as commitment was failed by Agarwal Packers and Movers Ltd. 4. Continuous pressure was created by different agents of Agarwal Packers & Movers when I was traveling with my complete family, which disturbed me mentally.           We opted for Agarwal packers and movers this time to avoid hastles, but then it was a huge loss for us, also delivery was PAIN in !

          Issues/claims:::
          1) They requested for screw driver, and Victorinox swiss set worth 5000Rs is lost, was not handed over to us back - happened in Chennai which packing.

          2) Delivery got delayed by 8 hrs, finally at 7pm unpacking person (1) turned, and later after a lot of calls, 3 more turned. Lot of items damaged and unpacked items were just dumped.
          Its worst experience.

          3) WAX was spilled and many leather, book, and cosmetic items damaged. They are unusable now.

          4) Unpacked boxes were not taken back for more than a week, and when I call customer care they said GET IT THROWN OR PUT OUTSIDE BY WATCHMAN!!! Irresponsibility to the core!

          5) FUTON unassembled, had to get it done from local people.

          No person is owning the responsibility for anything, they just ask us to call someone else. Finally Vinay owned atleast moving the boxes out of our house, he also said he will get the claims done, sent him the pics but again same experience >> NO ACTION TAKEN.

            Sir/Mam I booked my house hold stuff properly packed in steel boxes through Agarwal packers and movers from Guwahati to Batala on 08/06/2015 under GC no-GWH001562. But not received in the same condition all boxes were torn out, pressed, broken even locks were broken.The party came for drop the boxes at Batala given in written about the bad condition.That statement given by Driver Sandeep Verma of Vehicle No PB10 AF 9882 Licence no S18674 still with us as proof..

            which is confirm by M/s Exide show room technician in presence of your
            representative Mr. Shanker Singh, and In written he agreed
            in G.C.NO. Copy had attached . In packing list Pkgs No-39 Battery value is 8000.
            In packers & movers services form your end claim we are Limca Book Record holder,
            so company shall follow do &don’t regarding packing and mention it during
            Quotation. In NDTV & mobile aid
            Slogan is not fighting in my case.

              The Post is to share my experience with Agarwal Movers and Packers. We recently had to move from New Delhi to Jamshedpur, we chose Agarwal Movers & Packers (http://www.agarwalpackers.in) considering them the best in the business but I was taken aback by the extremely disgusting and unmanaged service and gesture I received from the marketing, shifting and even the tracking team. We were told that our household would reach us on 15th Jul 2015 and for that they would move the household from Delhi on 7th Jul itself, we agreed as we undoubtedly wanted our households on 15th because of guests coming in for house warming ceremony on 19th July. The packing and loading team started packing goods on 6th July, they promised to come by 11 am and load the goods by 6th evening, we followed up with the marketing team just to get the work started by 3:30pm only, none of their supervisors or the marketing guy who gave the quotation came on 6th. The packing material got finished midway and they said its 7pm and they would not be able to arrange the material at this point of time, they were just saying one liners like ‘ab ye samaan hamara ha hum dekh lenge (now the goods our ours and we would take care of it)’ which was very annoying. Few items were not laminated and packed as expected because of short of packing material; no ‘L’ guards were used to secure the corners of the wooden items. Finally we were through by 4am the next morning already disappointed. We never got an email/telephone call/message stating the current status of our GC (goods consignment). This was the first surprise/shock for us, we tried reaching out to the customer care and then the delivery team and then the tracking team and then the head of departments and possibly everyone we could, NO one was aware of the current position of the GC. They blindly said that the GPS of the truck is not working and the driver is not reachable. This was just the beginning; we reached out to the Hyderabad corporate office HOD just to get the same reply. Every associate we talked to just routed us to a different contact and the same story went on and on. We were highly frustrated as we had accepted the fact that we won’t be able to get our consignment on 15th Jul, we continuously and rigorously followed up with them on 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th but no one responded, JUST NO ONE RESPONDED, no one knew the current position of the GC including the delivery and tracking heads. Finally the GC arrived in Jamshedpur on 19th the same day we had our house warming ceremony, we had to make separate arrangements for all our guests that included high costs. We made ourselves calm after seeing the GC truck finally, though we were extremely frustrated by the service and responses, but just to our surprise this wasn’t enough, there was a lot for us to bear and go through for our mistake of choosing Agarwal Movers & Packers (http://www.agarwalpackers.in). We got to know from the driver that our GC was offloaded in Varanasi, re-loaded in another truck and truck was stranded there for 3 days and this was the reason for the delay, Also, the truck left Delhi on 10th and not 7th July. We had booked an individual truck which was supposed to carry only our GC for which we paid additional cost as well. The guys then started unpacking our goods every package opened gave us a shock, every furniture item was broken, every glass item was broken, the legs of all almiahs, show pieces were broken, the edges of our dining table, show cases were rugged and broken badly, crockery items were broken, most of them were unrepairable damages, the guys just calmly said it’s not our fault, you need to call the Delhi Office who packed your households. We called the Jamshedpur head and he said he was busy, later he came up chewing tobacco after 2 hours after we requested him enough. He too said he can’t do anything; he shall fill the claim, we asked him to call someone from the claims department who then reached after 5-6 hours in the evening, the guys was of no use, he didn’t even carry his ID card, neither he was aware of the current situation. He just gave us a A4 sheet where the cost of damage was written, no official claim sheet, no authorized signature, nothing, just a piece of paper and we were rest assured none of the claims would be approved, after 3 weeks of following up with them again and again we haven’t even received any email from the concerned department on our claims, no one came for the survey as per the process, we had to get all the damage goods repaired at our own cost. Is this the reason they say they are best in the business? Is this the reason they say beaware of the frauds? Is this the reason they say they are the shifting experts? I don’t believe so, rather I would say, choose any one from the market even the fraudsters if possible but not Agarwal Movers & Packers (http://www.agarwalpackers.in), Never at any cost.                 Please note that i am writing this email in reference to the movement of goods that happened with agarwal packers and movers on the 6th of august, I am sending a quotation for the same, while the packing was done and i was trying to pay this through the credit card there were multiple errors that i was getting, and had given a check for payment, however there seems to be a credit card payment that has happened as well as check for the same amount has been deducted as well. I am attaching the statement of the credit card (Citibank) as well as the check that was deposited and cleared for the same amount for HDFC bank and the original quotation. please organised to revert an extra amount of Rs 73613 at the earliest to my account please let me know the mode of payment that will be done. Following were the dates of both the debits 10th August - HDFC - 73613 06TH AUGUST CITIBANK - 73146 I need refund of this amount at the earliest. Regards

                  I recently had to move from my ancestral house in Batala to Gurgaon. My luggage was not too much as we had to buy a new one at our new home but my two vehicles were a concern for me. My recently bought Duster and bike Avenger, both are extremely dear to me and even a scratch on them takes toll on me. So, I really needed some a reliable company to shift my vehicles. Agarwal Packers and Movers is one such company that my brother insisted me to hire for my reasons. They gave a quote which seemed to be a bit expensive but finally I realised that it wasn’t when they covered my insurance of vehicles in the same. So, finally I decided to go with them. My bike was wonderfully packed and my car was loaded with greatest of care. My next anxiety was their condition when they would finally reach my new home. And I was happy with the service as there was not even a tinge of change in my vehicles. Overall a good experience.

                    Subject: detail reports of the fraud, loss and damage done by agarwal packers and movers drs group.
                    Respected sir,
                    With due respect and humble submission wish to lay down following few lines for your kind consideration and favorable action please.
                    My name is ruma pal wife of capt dibyendu pal. My husband who is presently serving with 57rr and now posted in extreme border of kashmir and remote location. In the month of july we have shifted from bikaner rajasthan to kolkata as because we have got accommodation in gokhel road (Army sf quarter) . To shift our household goods and our new car we have decided to transport with agarwal packers and movers drs group. After the delivery of our every item, we have suffered a huge financial loss due to damage and breakage while transportation. Details are given below:
                    On 8th of july 2015 i have booked my all house hold goods and my car swift dzire from agarwal packers and movers drs group with gc no 4453202 and gc no 4453203. The destination was from bikaner rajasthan to kolkata west bengal. Before starting the transportation i have paid the full amount which was rupees 45, 500 only as per the agreement made by them, which include rupees 41, 000 for transportation charge and rupees 4, 500 for insurance charge of my house hold goods the declared insured value of my house hold goods was rupees 1, 50, 000 (One lakh fifty thousand only) only. Mr pawan sekhawat and mr choutu singh of agarwal packers and movers of jaipur branch has promised us to deliver our house hold goods including car on or before 10 days that means it would be 17th of july 2015 after my repeated request and several phone calls to many staff of agarwal packers and movers i received my house hold goods on 22nd july 2015 at night that was 5 days delay from their promising days. In these conversation i have experienced the worst behavior of the staff of agarwal packers and movers in which they misbehaved with me and my wife, intenssionally disconnected the phone calls and told many lies about the correct information about the location of truck of the house hold goods and car. When i got my stuff of house hold goods on night of 22nd july 2015 at my shock of life i saw that almost every items were either broken or very badly damaged which will cost me huge amount of money to repair and to replace. Total seven locks were missing from four steel boxes among they were wide open, front cabinet of 1. 5 ton ac was completely broken, my pulsar 180cc bike fuel tank had a very bad dent due to some steel box had fall on that, steel boxes were so badly damaged that it was very difficult to repair, my refrigerator had many dent in front door and right side wall because of the wooden crate i had made was completely broken my wooden showcase which has got glass door was completely broken after packing was done very carefully. One iron cradle for baby was broken into two pieces and my inverter luminous battery cap was also fully broken. After seen these huge damage i immediately wrote in opposite side of consignor copy which was with the supervisor of agarwal packers and movers drs group and i have also kept a copy duly signed by him. On the same day i send a mail to the claim department of agarwal packers and movers with all the photos and bill attached as a proof of claim. I also send the mail to the head of claim department mr murti, after one day later mr chinmoy biswas who was authorized surveyor of agarwal packers and movers visited my house at kolkata to survey the damaged item, at that moment mr chinmoy biswas show his sympathy to us that he definitely take action regarding these damage and he accepted in front o[censored]s that all these damages had happened due to badly miss handling by their staff and not took proper care of my house hold goods, he also accepted that it was totally their mistake which was happened due to their staff, then he promised us to send a carpenter on 27th july monday to repair the damage goods and also promised us to keep compensation to the irreparable goods like my refrigerator, my missing locks, luminous inverter battery, my pulsar 180cc bike and steel boxes if it is not repair by the carpenter then steel box would also come under compensation.
                    But it’s a great shock for us that after monday no one from agarwal packers and movers came to my house for anything we used to call several staff of them specially mr chinmoy biswas he did not received our call he was the person who promised us to take action, when i called him from another number he received my call and told me that his senior told him that by someone’s mistake of their supervisor tick on the carrier risk instead of owner risk wich is mentioned in consignor copy for that reason we are not able to got our claim then someone please tell me if i go for owner risk then why should we did our insurance at the time of transportation, not only that we also send mail to mr raghu ram who is head of claims department, hyderabad of agarwal packers and movers with humble request to take some action about this damages but there also we did not get any satisfactory reply. We used to call him again and again but he some time refuse to take call and some time told my wife that he definitely take action by tomorrow but the tomorrow did not came till date, and our expectation or report were all in vain. Our request did not fall into their deaf ears and moreover told us we will not get any compensation because we had done packing by ourselves if we done our packing by them then only we get our claim coverage otherwise they wanted to show that it was our mistake, but how can we done some work like that broken our lock of our boxes and lost our certificate of our own and damaged our goods by own. At the beginning of the transportation they send their supervisor named mr ashok who was already present there and inspected our whole house hold goods and car by himself and wrote the number on every item of our households and every details of car in consignor copy and verbally mr pawan sekhawat and mrchotu singh have promised us to give compensation against any damage if occurred during transportation.
                    We also contacted their operational head mr reddy saheb in hyderabad office and mailed him with all document in his email id along with four, other person mr salil, giggy, sk and audit but no one gave us any hope to us about the financial loss and the mental harassment which we are undergoing these days. After many phone calls from us and lots many false promises from them we received our car on 2nd august 2015 whichwas delayed by 14 days in badly dent condition which was occurred due to some accident in midway and again which will cause us a big financial loss.
                    The main problem we are suffering that i am a defense employee and presently posted in extreme border of kashmir where communication is a great problem and this is highly under threat no mobile tower is available in nearest 40 km and my wife along with a 20 months old daughter has nowhere to go to seek help for these damages which was purely and intentionally done by agarwal packers and movers drs group. Not only these we have lost our very important document s which includes my icici bond paper, pli certificates worth rupees 2, 00, 000, my fixed deposit certificates worth rupees 30, 000 and our many educational mark sheet and carrier reports which was intentionally taken out by breaking the locks of the steel boxes.
                    We feared about the loss and theft which was done by them we are quite sure that agarwalwal packers and movers shall use these documents against us to cheat us in future. We are feeling very helpless and cheated by a reputed company.
                    In above situation i have a bad experienced with the dealing of the agarwal packers and movers drs group and they are not attended properly to give the compensation as per the assurance given by them at the time of agreement. So please take some legal action against the agarwal packers and movers drs group company so that the company will give us adequate compensation for our loss and damage. Not only this we also informed in local police station, bhawanipur kolkata ([protected]) on 11th august 2015 at 12:25 pm, but still now they did not take any suitable action against them. I am sending each and every documents by pst to your address.

                          Hi, I transported my Bike from Meerut to Hyderabad via Aggarwal packers on 4/7/2015. they promised me that it would be delivered in 8 days but it took 12 days to reach me, When i got the bike it was all damaged, Oil tank was damaged, side panels damaged, all the indicators broke, Handle bar damaged, when i asked delivery boys about this he said we will get it fixed and gave me his seniors contact details, i called him he also said, i will send someone for the survey, survey guy came and he said within a day or two it would be done, now it over 1 month still nothing is done and meanwhile they have lost my helmet also which was with the bike only. I am calling these guys and now they are saying that it cant be done as we are not responsible for any damage happend while transfer. Please guide me what steps i can take to teach them a lesson, i am also ready to take a legal action against these frausters.

                            Had a worst experience with agarwal packers and movers. My GC number is 4464892. My goods was to shift from zirakpur to gurgaon ...after packing of goods in zirakpur by 3 pm we were waiting for loader to come to put the goods in truck and the time given to loaders was 4 pm, but they came around 9 pm in night and that also after 20 to 25 calls at their Chandigarh branch office. N this was not the end I reached gurgaon at 10 am as I was told that loaders will be at my gurgaon address at 11 am. I was waiting for loaders to come but till 3 pm no one came andin between I was continuing calling to agarwal packers and movers and at 4 pm I again called them and such a ridiculous company they denied to offload the goods that day. Then I arranged loaders from outside to offload my goods and they charged Rs 4000 for that and after unpaking my ac, tatasky setup box, few crockeries was damage.

                              This is my last and only resort to get the information from this company I have ever dealt with in my life. Hats off to you guys. This is my last experience with you ! On this negative note, let me try to narrate my story to the deaf and dumb team of yours. 1. Vehicle started on 18th July (Noida to Bangalore) 2. Tracking team under not so able leadership of Reddy Saheb kept saying that vehicle will reach on 25th July. 3. Called him on 24th, given sure shot guarantee that will reach my apartment on 25th July morning in Bangalore 4. On 25th July afternoon, after 100s of calls, I was told in afternoon that vehicle has met with accident and is impounded by the police. 5. It was told that vehicle will be released on Monday, 27th July. Nice story !! 6. With Monday and Tuesday gone, no sign of vehicle being released I was told another rosy story. Transshipment will happen on Tuesday, 28th July. 7. Meanwhile I was given no. of Mr. Jitendra (VP of some department) [protected]. He is the most customer non-centric person who doesn't have courtesy to pick-up calls. 8. But poor customer, he has no option but try again and again. Finally was told by him that vehicle has left on Tuesday, 28th July. 9. Another great story, Now came Wednesday, 29th July and I was told by tracking team that vehicle has not left.I feel bad for the VP who has not updates from hims own team. 10. On Wednesday, 29 July I was given no. of another great personality Vijay Choudhary, [protected]. 11. Talked to him yesterday, no transshipment will happen and same vehicle will move which is a different story. As per him vehicle will released on Thursday, 30 July. After repeated follow-ups no information on the vehicle being released. 12. In the meantime, our able Reddy Saheb's team has updated that transshipment has happened and vehicle has started ! 13. Someone should connect Mr. Reddy and Vijay. They don't seem to be total out of sync. Now I need the answer to following questions 1. What is the ACTUAL status of consignment !! A million dollar question for DRS Group. You guys should run a quiz contest on this 2. When I am going to get my stuff 3. Who is going to pay for the HOTEL Bills in Bangalore ?? If I don't get a reply, I will be compelled to take LEGAL route

                                I have booked a two wheeler Bajaj avenger Regn No TS07EF9427 from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 17 Jul 2015 vide vide consignment No SEHYD000175. But the vehicle is still not delivered to Bangalore. On enquiry they stated that the vehicle has been transported to Gurgaon. Till date the correct vehicle is not delivered at Bangalore

                                  I shifted my household items from Faridabad to Pune, . I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! My Microwave, TV Trolly, Frame broke down during shifting and Some valuable costly clothes theft from packed items. When I checked with agarwal guys then first ensure me they will repair broken items and track the theft clothes but all false commitment. One day suddenly I got a call from agarwal claim department and force me to take 30% insurance cost for breakage item(Which is ~2k only). As I was taken 1L insurance for which I paid 3k as insurance amount :) . Even during shifting If you forgot to mention the breakage item in form then they will not entertain you. It's really a worst exp. with the guys. Now it's your decision to take the risk with your lovable household shifting.

                                      I had booked for shifting of my luggage from Pune to Kotputli rajsthan, through Agarwal Packers & Movers (DRS Group). The luggage loading was completed on 10.06.2015 and they had promised that the luggage will be delivered at Kotputli in max 7 days. My G. C. No. (as given by this company) is 4452520. On contacting the company, either they are not responding to the phone calls or they are giving conflicting positions about date of delivery of luggage at Kotputli.Initially I was told its in Jaipur and will be deliver soon then they told its reached gurgaon.Current status I am getting from them is that goods are in Gurgaon and will be delivered in a day or two. The status is same from almost 10-12 days now with no progress. Even after escalation to there operation head MR Reddy things are not getting delivered. I came to Kotputli on 16th June and brought only few cloths with me . Rest all I have packed with the luggage assuming the luggage will be deIivered in worst case by 20th june . I had 2-3 family gathering and function during late june.I had to purchase cloths for me and my family as the goods are not yet delivered even its almost a month now. I am put to loss due to no fault of mine. I request for following actions: (i) The company should ensure that my luggage reaches Kotputli at the earliest. (ii) The company should compensate me for the losses caused due to their fault. (iii) the misleading position being displayed on their website should be removed, so that nobody else gets deceived. (iv) Exemplary fine may be imposed on them for cheating their cutomers.

                                        We have shifted our household goods from ranchi to bhubaneswar and the good were delievered to us on 3rd of june 2015. The consignment number was RNC000964. Total 67 number of cartons were loaded and the same was delievered. But after opening all the cartons we got to know that one of the carton was filled with old newspapers and other waste items and the whole lot of our shoes was missing which were almost all branded ones worth thousands of rupees. a few other items like umbrellas and a new remington electric shaver and trimmer worth rupees 5k were also missing. Since then we are trying to contact the concerned persons but they are not even bothered about it as we have signed the papers on delievery without knowing that our items were missing. we are calling them on every alternate day. Every time they say that we ll get back to you but no one turns up. Our supervisor was Mr. Krishan sharma who was on a long leave during the period we tried to caotact them and shifting assistant Ms Aari Gupta who also never turned up. So all in all we can say that it is a bunch of thieves and frauds who are running this agarwal packers and movers so please be careful while shifting your good with them Aagu Chaudhary
