I shifted my household items from Faridabad to Pune, . I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! My Microwave, TV Trolly, Frame broke down during shifting and Some valuable costly clothes theft from packed items. When I checked with agarwal guys then first ensure me they will repair broken items and track the theft clothes but all false commitment. One day suddenly I got a call from agarwal claim department and force me to take 30% insurance cost for breakage item(Which is ~2k only). As I was taken 1L insurance for which I paid 3k as insurance amount :) . Even during shifting If you forgot to mention the breakage item in form then they will not entertain you. It's really a worst exp. with the guys. Now it's your decision to take the risk with your lovable household shifting.

I have booked my car from NASIK to Ghaziabad on 25 Jun 15 and the branch manager of Nasik told me it will be delivered to me om before 03 Jul 15. But till today I have not received my Car. No phone calls come to me for further details. My consignment No is NSK000884. Please do the needful as early as possible.

I had booked for shifting of my luggage from Pune to Kotputli rajsthan, through Agarwal Packers & Movers (DRS Group). The luggage loading was completed on 10.06.2015 and they had promised that the luggage will be delivered at Kotputli in max 7 days. My G. C. No. (as given by this company) is 4452520. On contacting the company, either they are not responding to the phone calls or they are giving conflicting positions about date of delivery of luggage at Kotputli.Initially I was told its in Jaipur and will be deliver soon then they told its reached gurgaon.Current status I am getting from them is that goods are in Gurgaon and will be delivered in a day or two. The status is same from almost 10-12 days now with no progress. Even after escalation to there operation head MR Reddy things are not getting delivered. I came to Kotputli on 16th June and brought only few cloths with me . Rest all I have packed with the luggage assuming the luggage will be deIivered in worst case by 20th june . I had 2-3 family gathering and function during late june.I had to purchase cloths for me and my family as the goods are not yet delivered even its almost a month now. I am put to loss due to no fault of mine. I request for following actions: (i) The company should ensure that my luggage reaches Kotputli at the earliest. (ii) The company should compensate me for the losses caused due to their fault. (iii) the misleading position being displayed on their website should be removed, so that nobody else gets deceived. (iv) Exemplary fine may be imposed on them for cheating their cutomers.

We have shifted our household goods from ranchi to bhubaneswar and the good were delievered to us on 3rd of june 2015. The consignment number was RNC000964. Total 67 number of cartons were loaded and the same was delievered. But after opening all the cartons we got to know that one of the carton was filled with old newspapers and other waste items and the whole lot of our shoes was missing which were almost all branded ones worth thousands of rupees. a few other items like umbrellas and a new remington electric shaver and trimmer worth rupees 5k were also missing. Since then we are trying to contact the concerned persons but they are not even bothered about it as we have signed the papers on delievery without knowing that our items were missing. we are calling them on every alternate day. Every time they say that we ll get back to you but no one turns up. Our supervisor was Mr. Krishan sharma who was on a long leave during the period we tried to caotact them and shifting assistant Ms Aari Gupta who also never turned up. So all in all we can say that it is a bunch of thieves and frauds who are running this agarwal packers and movers so please be careful while shifting your good with them Aagu Chaudhary

False promises- 14 feet carriage instead of promised quotation for 19 feet. Total third party Unreliable Model- All transporters based in nigdi/dapodi. The same transporter will give you quotation for same material and shifting for 9k independently and 13k if done through agarwal packers. No assurance of quality Fraud- They dint give me a proper bill and said quotation is good enough. Those criminals are even defrauding government by not paying taxes. Conniving Goons- Transporter workers carrying your luggage themselves call Mathadi Union Guys and do setting with them for half and half. Will not move your carriage and unload unless and until you pay them lump sum extra money. My carriage was stopped at nanded city main gate and there were no mathadi union guys around, they called and waited deliberately for them to come and were encouraging them. Its only when i started shouting they unwillingly took the carriage inside my building. Then i got a call from agarwal's relocation manager from pune Virender Singh Sheoran who threatened me that they will not unload and will bring back luggage next day which will cost me 5-6k extra. He gave me excuse that mathadi union guys will not let unload luggage which was not the case as no union or outside person is allowed inside nanded city societies and security is very strict. So i had to budge and pay as it was already 9 at night All in all agarwal packers is a waste of money. I shelled out nearly double the money just for the sake of brand name with the same quality services and less bunch of papers to sign. I had previously shifted within pune city many times before but never ever faced any mathadi union guys. Thanks to agarwal packers for a wonderful once in a life time experience. My advice is negotiate hard on price and ask for a house visit quotation to avoid last minute hassle, compare number of boxes and bubble rap packing material, try to save on money as domestic shifting quality is more or less same.

I moved my household good and car from Mumbai to Bangalore. The consignment number for the goods is MUM14042 and 14043. The subwoofer has been damaged during the move. When I connected it, it was not making any sound. He told me - I had not made a remark on documents, I could not file the claim! I cannit not connect them just when we unpacked!

The luggage loading was completed on 22.06.2015 at 13:30 Hrs. and they had promised that the luggage will be delivered at Lucknow by 24.06.2015. My G. C. No. (as given by this company) is 4457064. But due to some dispute between this company, their transporter and driver of the truck, the truck has not even moved out of Delhi. On contacting the company, either they are not responding to the phone calls or they are giving conflicting positions about date of delivery of luggage at Lucknow. In anticipation of the luggage reaching Lucknow on 24th June, I came to Lucknow on 23rd June and staying in Hotel/Rest House, paying heavily for it. I have also hired 5-6 men for arranging my luggage here. I am put to loss due to no fault of mine. I request for following actions: (i) The company should ensure that my luggage reaches Lucknow at the earliest. (ii) The company should compensate me for the losses caused due to their fault. Dear sir, My bill no is 393, consignment note no-0316, th june i have booked my material from hosur to mumbai, till now i have not received the consignment, just few things ihave received that also in damage condion, now no body is responding my call, so please help me to get my things its already 1 month.

I have transferred by household goods via Agarwal Packers & Movers from Kolkata to Guwahati. My goods were packed on 27th May and got delivered in Guwahati address on 14th Jun'15. I have been delivered all no of cartons as mentioned in the copy. But unfortunately my Dinner set and Induction Cooker is missing among the goods which were been delivered. I have spoken to Kolkata packing team but they have given me the no of Guwahati delivery office. No one is taking responsibility now. I donot know whom to approach. Somebody must have stolen by dinner set and induction cooker and repacked by cartons. My GC No is 4431839

I had booked my household items to be transferred from Nagpur to Delhi on 24th May 2015. I was promised that the goods will be transferred in the company vehicle and there will be absolutely no damages to my items. However, on 30th May 15, I had received the material and house hold items in a pathetic state. At the time of acknowledgement receipt of the item, I had to deny to sign seeing the status of my items which were delivered. The acknowledgement papers are still lying with me and after 6-7 reminders to Agarwal at Nagpur office and Delhi Office and also the Toll free number, no one is bothered to acknowledge my issue. I am very sorry to say that your company is very un-professional and had no respect and caring for their customers. I would promote to all my friend circle and corporate members and organisation about M/s Agarwal Packers and Movers about their uncaring and unfriendly approach and behaviour and also will try to motivate all not to take M/s Agarwal Services. At last I am bound to write to you in such a manner as my total approximate loss to the asset and household items is Rs. 50, 000/- and I want it to be repaid to me at an early date.

Sir, I had shifted my household luggage from Kolhapur to Delhi in March, 2015 through Agarwal Packers & Movers. During receiving one of the item i.e. plastic chairs were found missing and many items were found damaged. The person come with the luggage have noted the same and told me that our claim dept. will contact you shortly. Afterwords their claim dept. have offered me only Rs. 1000/- for damaged item, it was very nominal amount against the damage however, i accepted the same as i don't want to go in litigation, whereas i didn't get my chairs even after a lapse of 3 & 1/2 months and nobody of Agarwal people are ready to talk on it. I send them e-mails number of times but they didn't reply. The cost of chairs was 1000x4=4000. Sir please look into it. I have all the related documents with me. The last e-mail i have sent to Agarwal Packers is as below:- yogesh dosodiya May 11 to Dheerendra Sir it seems that you people are interested only in money making. I reminded you number of times about missing items, although you are not replying to me. The settlement amount of damaged items are also not credited in my account. Therefore it appears that you are not concerned with the problems which occurred by your people only. I have received so many damaged item during shifting however you are just offered Rs. 1000/- as compensation. I don, t want to go in litigation that why i accepted your offer, however you neither deposited the amount nor you are discussing about missing items. I am giving last chance to you to resolver my problem within five days. Thereafter I have not option but to go before consumer court and i will make sure that this mail is also forwarded to your seniors. Facts of the case:- I paid Rs. 54000/- for shifting luggage. I got many items damaged. I found some of the items missing. I lost all my favorite flower pots total 15 pots valued to Rs. 2000/- for which i assured by sales person by showing photographs of vehicle carrying flower pots. More than 40 days completed of shifting however problems are not resolved till to date. Felling bad experience with Agarwal Packers. Yogesh

I shipped some goods from Bangalore to Kerala. They had promised to deliver it within 5 days. But its not delivered even after 15 days. On calling the concerned people, I'm not getting a proper response. Consignment number is: SEBLR000140

Hi I have moved from Hyderabad to kolkata with my all house hold items . here I received all of house hold items after 7 days however before taking the money 73K i got the confirmation i will get all within 5 days . Once i open the closed container my most of the wooden furniture was damaged . Even my bed was not in the condition to reassemble .I have a muteki (SONY music system of rupees 45K damaged all over microwave was also tampered.I had choose Agarwal for the assurance but that [censored] customer service in kolkata was busy to spend there weekend.From today only I have started doing follow for the compensation how ever I have the insurence for all of my costly product they reverted me "Please share you GCN number in mail ."Than what they have done for last four days if i will to have to start all these from today . Not only they have damaged my product but couple of house hold items are also missing . My most of the items are in throw away condition just because of this agarwal packers and movers .I will log a FIR today if i will not get the solution before this end of the day .Me and my family really suffer just because of there negligence .

I had booked a truck from your ahemdabad office for the delivery of my household goods and 2 cars to kolkatta. In spite of being the most expensive delivery agent in the city i still took your services because of your reputation. However i am very sorry to state that i totally regret my decision. To begin with while packing of my goods your team came 8 hours late from the scheduled timeand left within 4 hours of packing, giving excuses that they will come early the next day. However the next day your team and the truck came late in the evening thus grossly delaying my packing and then subsequent loading, which went upto midnight, finally with my luggage just being dumped into the truck.

While delivery also your people at kolkata, kept my truck in your gowdown for 48 hrs before finally send it to me. They were supposed to also do my unloading however your unloading workers too have reached 8 hours after the scheduled time.

Is this the way you people work. . . I am totally disgusted with the absolutely useless service you have provided and promise never ever to employ you people. I would also request the consumer complaints to kindly take the necessary action against this absolutely useless company.

Booked luggage from Jajpur Road Odisha to Guntakal Andhrapradesh Via consignment no BSR002922 on 25 May 2015. As per commitemnt My house hold goods to be delivered with in 10 days. After n no of calls to HYD Off. and contacting Mr Manish, Aaarti, Mewa singh four consequent days they committed to deliver the goods but failed atlast today 10/06/2015 they delivered with one item missing. The same when confirmed with Mr. Dharamveer singh he fail to make any commitment for delivery of remaining item and threaten me for filling police case. I had left the lorry with the xerox copy of bill mentioning that the left item will be delivered to me in 3 days as per telephonic conversation with Mr. Jagannath, HYD and original to be given at that time. This type of behavior, negligence and unprofessional attitude was not expected from Agarwal Movers and packers. My personal belongings have been lost by agrawal packers and movers while transporting from goa to mumbai. Their officials are misguiding me from past three months that i will get it soon. I have lost hope and i am moving to lodge a fir and consumer court. Its my request in this forum that kindly help me.

I shifted household things from vellore to fatehpur in UP 2 weeks back using the services of APM chennai. I was in contact with one Mr Sudhir ( Dont know even if the name is fraudulent). I was charged Octroi charges wrongly of Rs 1500 which Mr Sudhir accepted it was wrong. But my repeated calls for refund and mails were treated with apathy and i am yet to get my refund. Though small amount the attitude of the company once billing is done is so pathetic towards the customer. First of all the billing was more than was quoted to me and then on top of it wrongly charged octroi charges and now the horrible services. Not becoming of a reputed company. Just says they can go to any extent to cheat customers. This kind of cheating does not do any good to the company. I have the bill with the billing no 56103. APM chennai Mr Sudhir . i ve contacted him and also the person who came to pack the things. The sad thing is that we customers trust you with our things and this is what you do. I ll go to any extent even if it warrents to go to the consumer forum to get things sorted if not dealt with urgently.

I had booked this packers for shifting my Refrigerator from Bhuj to Bangalore on May 18th. Till now I never received any update calls from the packers. Its me who has to call them and beg for details regarding delivery on every single day. They got a Share Auto for moving the item from my home my doubt regarding this packers started from then and till now its increasing. Everyday I get to hear new stories from the person who confirmed my booking and even Customer Care is not responding properly. They always say that they will get back but never they did. I wonder how did this Packers still holds the best Packers name even being the WORST PACKERS in the world. Promises shouldn't be made you are unable to keep. At least now update me regarding the status.

I have used their service for three times. And I have multiple complaints for the service which I rendered recently. I opted for their service for shifting of my household from Ahmedabad to Hyderabad. I have listed below the complaints which I would like bring it out. I have already informed the company via feedback. But no response from the company in any mode. 1. The gang stole me expensive liquor bottle worth Rs. 6000 which I witnessed during loading ( they have opened the sealed box and stole the bottle). 2. During unloading, the gang broke my aqua guard worth Rs. 15000. The supervisor was inefficient and irresponsible throughout the period. Supervisor name - Sumant Kumar. 3. I paid for carpenter for fixing up my furnitures, it is been 4 days after the unloading no person has come to provide the service. I have made the payment but the operation manager had no response to my calls. Manager name - Manish @ Hyderabad. 4. The company driver damaged my apartment wall by hitting the vehicle. He was unfit to drive and all the time trying take tips from me

Hi, I am an officer with the Indian Coast guard, and I regularly get transferred from place to place. I got my bike delivered to from my hometown(ghaziabad in U.P ) to tuticorin in tamil nadu. I chose agarwal packers and movers just because of their reputation and online presence. I was charged 10, 000 INR which is almost double of what other movers and packers were charging but still just to have my vehichle delivered safely I believed in them and got my bike dispatched. Now it has been almost a month, I have no clue where my bike is, I have been calling them and talking to them and but no results. ADVICE: NEVER EVER GO TO AGARWAL PACKERS AND MOVERS( why to pay double the amount and face the same issues which you will face with a cheaper agency)
