This is regarding travel today 6th sep 2017 from kolkatta to delhi. The junior most staff in the crew misbehaved and responded rudely when i asked him not to put luggage on my laptop and jacket bag. I have booked tickets through makemytrip mobile application on 02sep17 to lucknow from mumbai it showed only 1hour20 minutes but after booking it was a flight to lucknow via bhopal with a layover of 24 hours at bhopal.

On 30.08.2017, air india flight ai635 from indore (Idr) to delhi (Del) got delayed by couple of hours. The flight was supposed to reach delhi by 11:35am instead it reached at 13:30am which caused me to missed my flight from delhi to london, flight no 9w 122 at 13:15 hrs on 30.08.2017. When i departed from jfk and landed in delhi, they lost my baggage.
