I along with my family traveled by ai 439 on 19 sep from chennai to delhi, pnr no :h1eph, we were sitting on seat no : row 36, a, b and c. The quality of food was horrible and very poor, very oily, veg food which included kaddoo and baigan (Egg plant), my son hardly ate anything. Worst meal i ever had in my last 25 years of travelling by air and i can swear about it. When we called for the air hostess/flight purser, no one turned up after meal was served. For nearly two hrs i kept pressing the call button, not a single flight attendant turned up, we wanted water.
After deplaning, we had to wait for nearly wait for 20 mins on the tarmac in sun at 1430 hrs for the bus to take us and other passengers to the terminal
At the luggage conveyor belt, the indicator showed for vistara flight details, i had a little difficulty in locating the exact belt, infact the vistara flight indication on the sign board remained when i pointed out the anamolly to the airline ground staff present there
