Sir, i had booked ticket through yatra.com flight number ai821fromixj to srx on 08/11/17 but due to some reason flight was delayed more than one hr so next connecting flight from srinagar to goa missing so manger of air india arranged to indigo flight so kindly make arrangement of refund of money air has given me writing passenger is entilted for full refund.     My brother and his wife booked ticket in air india to travel bom to bbi on 13 sep 17. On the day of travel air india rescheduled twice the boarding time for bbi from bom, and we are agreed for boarding but air india didn't allow them as they were late only 02 min from boarding close time. As they requested that due to huge traffic in mumbai they reach 02 min late but air india staff did not allow them to board. Air india could rescheduled her time twice but if we were late 02 min, they can't tolerate. For, this i wish full refund to me. My no [protected]

    As a Frequent flyer and a regular Indian citizen who is aware of Indian aviation rules and regulations I am forced to express my disappointment for the experience that I have encountered with the oldest Airline of our country "Air India" .
    I had my flight (AI887) on 21st Nov at 07:00 AM from Delhi. I had my web checkin done and I was at the airport by 5:45am . I was in the Queue where Boarding card for Mumbai was being issued.

    The Staff was completely looking confused and were rushing the passengers.
    I understand there are different flights scheduled more or less at the same time however I didnt see the Air India staff forthcoming and managing the passengers according to the departure priority.

    Two passengers for Bhubhaneshwar were rushing and the staff was unable to issue the boarding card and was delaying, this consequently was delaying me to collect my boarding card and go towards security.
    Somehow I managed to get my boarding pass around 6.10 am where I had a sigh of relief that I still had time to reach the aircraft.

    Security screening and checks took another 25 to 30 minutes for me to go towards my boarding gate.
    While I was moving I stoped a staff from Air India and checked on the flight status, to which I was given a very casual reply that I will still get the flight.

    By this time I heard no announcements from AirIndia or any kind of final calls.

    When I reached the boarding gate, I was stopped by AirIndia staff and told that the flight has departed and I have missed the flight.
    After all the morning drill and unwanted exercise that I went through at the airport for being before time, I was told that due to my fault the flight that I had booked and got a web checkin done was missed by me.
    I was in anger and irritation to know how could that happen.
    When I kept requesting the staff to help me, their attitude was so pathetic and casual that they made me feel as though they have paid for my tickets and doing a huge favour by flying me.

    I was also told that they didn't have my number updated on their PNR system hence they were unable to call me. Now this is serious as, I have been getting all the messages on my phone and updates about my flight.
    They are RUDE, UNAPOLOGETIC, NON CUSTOMER CENTRIC.
    I fly frequently and even I am aware of the procedures. Once the boarding card has been issued and the name of a Passenger reflects on a Passenger Manifest how would they not be worried about the passenger. I overheard the staff mentioning that we had to fill the flight and send hence they have sent someone else.
    This is dangerous and I am questioning the security breach at this point. If they were serious about the statement they have made that they have accommodated someone else on my seat or my name WHO WAS IT??
    I missed my flight, had to pay a new fare for another flight without any consideration of a refund.
    But what worries me is what is the reliability of such airlines wherein they think as they are governed by Government bodies nobody can touch them or voice against them.

    The staff challenged me to go and report a complaint, and they said they were not bothered as it doesn't affect them. It seems they are expert or habitual in giving deaf ears to their customers.
    I know our private airline staff would never say this.

    I demand my Refund very strongly.

    This is bizzare. How can you allow someone to board the flight on someone else's name just to fill the seat. How no one checked who is the last passenger who took boarding pass and stil not boarded? Is it not your responsibility? How they dint even announce for it? Why everyone was moving away from their responsibiilty of their customer and was feeling ashamed to face me? Who is answerable? Who is responsible? I suspect that it was planned to use my seat and my money to accommodate your staff or someone on my name.
    -Then where is your security?
    -What about the hard earned money of common people getting duped this way?
    -Welcome to the biggest Indian Aviation Scam.
    -Is this the way you earn money by treating the customers in such a manner?
    -This is not about the 5627 rupees only, it is about the trust and service one expects from you?

    Tell me who is going to refund me my money?
    I just cant tolerate injustice happened to me.

        Efficiency of ground chak in staff is very poor on dated 17.11 2017 time 9 am reach in que by 8.45 am for the flight time 10.15 am & reach bording counter by 9.10 am but i miss the flight due to inefficient staff take a log process to issue a bording pass (Busy on mobile phone gossip to other staff) & last moment she says go to last counter harry up & last counter says you are late by 2 min. Sorry you can’t fly to varanasi to the same flight ai 406. Very bad experience for air india air lines. Shishir chaturvedi booking ref. Uv5030.

          service deficiency on flight

          I was travelling from mumbai to goa by ai663 today i. E., on nov16, 2017 in economy class. To my surprise, i was upgraded to business class (Seat no. 3f). The flight took off by 1330 hrs. Food served on board in business class was not given citing shortage of serving tray. The logic given was not fathomable. Air hostess, ms p sehgal, was arrogant to the core.           Kindly attnd:- senior persons of air india airlines.

          I booked a flight ticket for dated 3rd nov'2017, from allahabad to delhi (2 tickets), via goibibo, but unfortunately that flight was cancelled by air india airlines, due to there some technical fault & they said, they will arrange new alternate flight on very next in morning 8:55am, but me & most of the passenger were not ready, we have to reach delhi as early as possible, so i booked a new flight from lucknow to delhi on my cost & air india airlines person has confirmed that they will refund my all money, if i will not take there arranging flight.

          So, i back to delhi and i have cancelled a flight & initiate for refund, & after that airlines persons also confirmed to goibibo person on recording call that they will refund 100% ticket cost to go ibibo & goibibo will refund to me.

          But till date, i have not received my money, goibio is saying that air india air lines has not initiate money to go ibibo till date, & now air lines india is also not showing & reverting of our calls.

          My ticket cost of 25000/- flight was cancelled due to mistake of air india airlines, so why should i suffer a loss of there mistake, i booked a ticket from air india, this was my biggest mistake. I booked ticket, becoz of good reputation of air india, but i think i was wrong.

          Kindly let me know, i will get my refund or not.

              I wanted to book flights by ai using senior citizen`s class.

              I found such concessional fare is much more than double of economic class fares.

              This is total cheating and fooling by ai.

              I sent many complaint emails to ai but nobody responds.

              Anybody knows why ai sale is being delayed for so long?

              Also ai is trying to make them smart by creating too many classes even in their economic class seats.

                The issue that we experienced was very traumatic and stressful. I was travelling to london to gaya via delhi with a 3 year old baby.

                The airline changed there flight timings few weeks before departure and the layover at airport increased from few hours to around 8 hours and they confirmed at time of booking that

                1. We will get the luggage at gaya directly and it was confirmed during the time of check-in at london as well
                2. That we can get a hotel as the lay over was longer, from airindia counter

                When the flight reached delhi, the staff at airport advised to take the luggage out and then again check-in at the domestic counter, otherwise the luggage can get lost. With my 3 year old baby, i had to do all of that and no proper help and guidance was provided. After this they said counter will open at around 1am and i had to be on the airport with a 3 year old with no help. It was a big stress and almost an harassment from the people at airport from the airline.

                We talked to the manager as well and first he didn't talk and then he didn't do anything and no accommodation was provided.

                The whole experience was traumatising. There was no one who can guide customer and provide help even though there were so many people. T felt like they are just there doing nothing and just making customers life difficult.

                  I traveled along with my son s. Venkatesh, on 2.7.2017 from delhi to bangalore by ai 504. On landing at b. Lore, while l received my baggage from the conveyor belt, i was surprised on seeing the condition of my baggage bottom despite getting the 'fragile sticker' pasted on the box. Thus on the same day, i went for reporting at the concerned counter. But to my surprise nobody was there, rather luckily the indigo staff around them tried to help me by locating the air india staff, after about my 15-20 mts waiting. As otherwise, i got late and my people at outside were waiting for me as they were also not in a position to wait for a long time due to parking problem & so on.
                  A) later, after enough waiting in that room one official was brought by the indigo staff & to him i explained everything by showing the box. He took a photograph of the same thing and assured me that he will certainly do the needful subsequently, since he doesn't have time to attend to me as he has to go since it was time for the next flight to arrive. As i was also in a hurry, i gave him my contact number & informed him that i'm on a 10-15 days trip to deep south. He also said i can get it done on my return date at b'lore.
                  B) likewise, i returned on 16.7.17 by ai-501 flight from blr-del. Again i tried hard to approach the right person for the needful to be done w. R. To my box. At b. Lore airport i met in the cs counter, s/sh. Partheeban. J, chandrabose. G & also one hema shalini (A lady, who doesn't have the right approach towards passengers at all, which i feel is quite essential in her line of job, which was absolutely missing in her.) but since i was in the departure side, i was again restricted from getting the job done, as they said i'm to approach the arrival side at b. Lore. How funny.. I'm to catch my flight from departure side... Already i was getting late.. As i came from a long deep south india trip conducted by kstdc. One vital thing i need to be informed here, that all through my journey i found very difficult to carry my box to every place i. E., for about 10-15 days trip. Imagine, how tough it could have been for me over such long journey.

                  Finally, i am to say that i asked them to take the photograph of my box in the mobiles of mr. Partheeban & mr. Chandrabose. For reference it can be very well seen for taking appropriate action at least now, 'better late than never'.

                  In fact, i waited patiently for about complete two months, hoping that the needful will be done on its own at the higher level like. But unfortunately, i doubt the issue might not have reached at the higher level, i suppose. Further, the concerned registers can be checked & the details can be verified from the concerned officials too, so that you may be able to get a clear picture as how i was put into a great problem like, without getting any due assistance from the concerned staff.in fact, mr. Partheeban & chandra bose had given it in writing to me to address you people, incase if the issue is not resolved in time. So, now i'm bringing the issue to your kindself notice hoping to get a right solution, considering the name & fame of air india please.

                  Awaiting for due action at least this time.

                    My flight on tuesday 7th november 2017 with air india from birmingham, england, flight number: ai0114 was due to fly at 20:30, it was delayed & was due to leave at 23:30 (Of which i was informed via email). Whilst on the way to the airport i was contacted via my mobile phone by air india to inform me that the flight would be delayed again & leave 01:30. I was compensated with a £7.50 food voucher which was insufficient to buy a hot meal, seeing as i was waiting at the airport for over five hours.
                    I arrived in delhi airport approximately 16:00, the transfer flight (Flight number: ai0491) to jaipur was meant to leave at 19:40 on 8th november, but it was delayed three times (I cannot tell you the exact times as i was so tired because i hadn't slept). I was compensated with the promise of food from the food street in the food court at the delhi airport. When i arrived to collect my food, they said they were closed. I explained that my flight had been delayed & showed my boarding pass in order to receive a snack. This was completely unsatisfactory (Picture included) & i refused to eat it. We eventually boarded the plane approximately 22:15, but the plane needed refueling & was in a queue to take off. Everyone sat on the plane for just over two hours which was incredibly uncomfortable & the state & smell of the toilet was disgusting, unfortunately i had no choice but to use it. I was extremely tired, hungry & exceedingly unhappy with the service provided by air india, along with everyone else on the plane (I had been traveling for much longer & it was just a horrible experience). Other people took video footage of the distressed complaining customers on board, i unfortunately did not. It caused a lot of problems for the people who had arranged to meet me at jaipur which made me feel guilty for something that was not my fault. As they had to wait for hours because i had no way to inform them of the second & third delay. It caused a knock on problem for my host family that i am staying with during my time in jaipur.
                    I fly back with air india from jaipur on monday 18th december 2017 with air india, flight number: ai0492, departing 13:30 & am worried that the same thing will happen again. I do believe that the compensation should reflect the amount of distress air india caused me, a partial refund or upgrade for my upcoming flights would be appreciated & that's the least the company can do for me in my opinion.
                    Thank you for listening & i really hope that they can offer me something satisfactory.

                      I had sent several mails to air india ecommerce help desk and connectsr regarding my refund and compensation bfor cancelled flight. However, the help desk e commerce deptt. Attended my complaint and arrangements made for refund of amount but they informed the cpmpensation part is dealt by connectsr and forwarded the mail to them 5 times. I also wrote to them several times but no reply. Such a collois and lethargic attitude from air india is unbelieable.

                      Is there anybody supervising them or they r finctioning of their own.

                      I want a proper redressel of my grievance.

                        I recently returned to bombay from guwahati via delhi, ticket no[protected]. Guwahati to delhi flight no-ai890 on 6/11/2017, departure from guwahati -15.35 ; arrival to delhi-18.20
                        Delhi to bombay flight no-ai102 on 7/11/2017, departure from delhi 17.00;arrival to bombay-19.10. Total 7 luggage items (Tag number ai595013 to ai595019) were given by us (Me and my group members) at delhi airport including 2 poster cases. Upon arriving to my destination i went to pick up my luggage (Tag no-ai595019 named as ansari rashida, as we were in group of 6 members) and after waiting for a long time it dint came; rest all luggage tag no. Ai595013 to ai595018 arrived on belt. I was waiting on airport at baggage service counter till 21.30. I spoke to representative mr. Saiyyad at baggage service counter who took my information and informed me that they would be in touch within 24 hours to inform me of where and when my luggage would be tracked down and arriving. I raised complaint regarding my lost luggage, my file reference no is bomai30325/07nov/1507 gmt. It has been 3 days now, i have spoken at baggage service numerous times since my arrival and they have absolutely no information for me as whereabouts of my luggage. My bag is of maroon color with my name and contact number written on handle with black marker. Also the side chain contains my important register where my and my office i. E.                           I flew in ai 191 and ai 102 new york mumbai and delhi recently and both the times my entertainment unit did not work. Employees refused to provide any alternative inspire of empty seats available in economy as well as business class. I have faced this earlier also, there is nothing air india is doing to comfort the passengers. I was a lone traveler and it is difficult to manage on such long flights. I was told 150 units were not working. Please do something about this

                            Found my mobile charger & ₹1200 missing from my baggage which was kept in the upper pocket of my baggage, which was given as luggage due to the negligence of the security personal at the time x-ray, he have have not properly sealed the baggage and i am quite sure that this activity have occurred at kolkata airport, itself

                              Issue: i had booked a flight of airindia of timings 19:00 hrs for the date of 7th of nov from dehradun to delhi... And i hve a flight from delhi to gaunzhao (China) on 8 at 00:05 hours i reached the airport at 17:30 and around 19:00 i got an intimation through goibibo that my flight got delayed and now i will get it at 19:50 but at airport they were saying that flight is delayed by 2 hours and now i will get it at 21:00 hours bc the flight is still not depart from delhi and the same flight first will depart from delhi to dehradun and the same will depart from dehradun to delhi, i called up to the airline to know what is the current status of the flight nobody has the correct information and a satisfactory answer finally after fedding up by ur executives in 4-5 calls i called to goibibo they understand the problem and convince ur executive to transfer the call to one of the senior executive mr. Piyush the floor supervisor over there take up the call give me the information that the flight has taken off from delhi airport at 19:52 hrs and will reach ddun by 20:42 and if it takes 15 mins to board it will leave ddun airport by 21:00 and will reach delhi by 22:00 by all means and then you can easily take ur further flight which was at 00:05 i. E, after 2 hours, so i asked him if there is further more delay from ur side than what is the solution than he said mam our duty mngr will assist this with every possibility and in either situation of you would not able to catch ur schedule flight airindia will help you and will bear all inconvinience happen to you and will make sure you will get the next earliest possible flight at no charges... Flight reached dehradun at 21:35 and take off for delhi at 21:45 and reached delhi at 22:45... One of our friend was also joining me at this china flight so he reached airport early and try to talk to the duty mngr as guided by mr. Piyush but no response then he talk to southern airline of which our next flight was they said they will make sure the gate will be open by 23:15 for check-in... I called up again to the airline and request them to help us so that we can catch up the flight... This time sm mr. Tasleem was the floor mngr and i request him to please help us in getting the luggage transfer from flight to flight so that i can take the flight but he said he cannot do anything so i said than pls transfer the call to any senior or duty mngr or smbody who can solve the issue as we have all 1 hour and 15 mins and if you people will help us i can take the flight easily but he said he is the senior most person on the floor and he cannot do any help in this regard... And no help is done by duty mngr also finally i missed my flight and i called again to the airline and as promised by mr. Piyush i asked him to arrange a solution for it and arrange the next possible flight as soon as possible... Surprisingly and annoyingly he said this is not in his hand he cannot do anything in this regard... So pls register my complain against these four people ms amruta, mr. Suryakant, mr. Tasleem and especially mr. Piyush for misguiding... I ve the delay letter of airindia and next southern airlines flight is at 12:35 hrs on 8th of nov pls make sure that i will get this flight through air india compensation properly with no issues then i will be little amicable with the legal case against you people bc i ve all the recordings of conversation with every employee of yours with proof... I am attaching one file of conversation in this mail pls go through it and take the wise decision

                                I had booked flight redemption ticket number [protected] using my flying return mileage account for flight on 27th september. The flight plans were changed and i called air india and cancelled the reservation. I was advised that i have 12 months from date of booking to either provide fresh travel date for which no charge will be levied or i can cancel the ticket for which a penalty of 750 mileage points will be charged and balance will be refunded.
                                I am now advised that air india has suddently changed its policy with effect from 1st of november with no information and that i can no longer use this ticket and that entire mileage points are lost.
                                This is a typical bureaucratic style of air india

                                  I flew with air india from kolkata to port blair and several of your staff checked my visa and assured me it's fine. As i flew in port blair i was immediately approached by the staff there and forced to buy a super expensive flight 18.000 rupies to go straight back to kolkata. Now i ask back the damage of money (Flight and hotel) which i suffered from due to your airlines mistake. Please inform me how you want to handle this issue. I always flew air india and i hope you will be fair to a long term customer. Best regards.

                                    Dear sir/madam,

                                    I wish to bring your kind attention regarding the seats and entertainment provided in the aircraft on the international flight. I was traveling from jfk to delhi vide flight number 102 seat number 34e on 29th oct-17. The seat was very poor and dirty and the touch screen/tv was not functioning at all.in spite of reporting to the crew no action was initiated. The crew kept on informing that they will attend to it immediately. This was informed to as many as 4 crew members, right at the beginning on boarding at jfk.

                                    I regret and i am appalled to see the callous attitude and hoodwinking of all the crew members.

                                    I agree that air india is not doing well, but it can not afford to deteriorate to such level on international flights.

                                    I sincerely hope prompt action is taken to attend to such complaints and the crew members are advised to be more frank in the problems informed to them.

                                    You will appreciate that promptness to attend the complaints and serve better is essential and important if one has to survive in this competitive market, more so on international flights.

                                      Dear sirs,
                                      We are flying from sydney to frankfurt and are experiencing terrible delays and request discount vouchers. Our flight number is ai 121. We are business class passengers with booking number 2rfaxx.
                                      We have been stranded at this airport for 22 hours.
                                      Although we have vouchers for the holiday inn hotl and access to the lounges, the cleanliness for an international airport is not acceptable.
