To whole it may concern,
I had a flight on 9th Oct which was delayed for 2 hours from Goa to Mumbai due to that reason I have missed the connecting flight from Sri Lankan airways,
I reached to Mumbai and try to get in for international flight with I couldn't, I raise this issue with the Indian airways and the response was rather shocking being in this business for that long,
First manager Jay Singh I have ask for the solution but he was rather diffencive and told me I have to find the solution by my own and his reason was "technical fault and this things happens" until I have to scream which is even unusual for me and then he manage to speak to Sri Lankan airways,
I have spent 5 hours on the airport arriving at 2:10 in the morning but he didn't car about that,
Second manager promod OMG I'm even surprise he is working in such industry with that attitude they could easily able to divert my ticket with Indian airways with my connection but they blame it's system technical fault and he can't do anything about it,
I have been traveling for 15 years and this is the first time I'm writing such complain as it was pretty unusual for me beside I'm in the same tourism industry, I'm not demanding any refund but the courtesy and empathy provided for customer was rather unexceptable, I felt it wasn't helpful and they working for a sake of their retirement stage,
The worst one was the lady mamnage on the counter she was roude and ignored the whole situation,
First I have missed the flight I have stayed a day in Mumbai missing my work schedule no one bother to even say please let me take car of the refreshment on the airport waiting for 5 hours,
Just FYI I missed once luggage from Air France and I even got the allowance of 30 Euro, service is not about the money but care for the customer even I appreciate the Manager of Lankan airways at least he went extra miles to help even there was nothing to do with his airline,
I did travel few times on Air India but after this I will recommend my friends and family not to travel ever.
I'm not excepting anything for my trip but hope it will help to improve in future and not that any other customer have to face this.
Service is the key of success and I always believe that hopefully this issue will be taken seriously and the team will be hold accountable,
