I have booked air india flight for mumbai from nagpur i.e AI630.First i got the msg it has been delayed to 2040 hrs after that i got the msg it will take off 2110. When we have already reached nagpur airport at 1800 hrs. Now ur official authorities are saying it is delayed to 2200 hrs. & your authorities are saying it will take off 2215 hrs. We people are trusting airindia, but you people are not providing services as compare to pvt flights. This is very ridiculious services of yours.
I m very sorry to say that ur service is worst. & will never ever fly in air india.

    I had my flight AI952 frm dubai to vizag via hyd on 5th of nov take off time 00:30hrs, it wasn't my 1st time probably te 3rd time i was using te same airline, bt tis time was really vry disappointing, the 1st wuld b fr te vry late sanitation serviat at hyd, passengers wr nt allowed to use te restroom fr almst mr than an hour, n 2nd of al te behaviour of the staff was also nt professional...

    I think air india does not care at all, what the customer feel or how they have been treated . Shame. Tats y it has not business. Businesses are successful bcoz of staff and clients relationship.

      I am Poonam Puri, writing you mail on behalf of Mr Kunal Goyal my director for whom i had booked the ticket.I do not belong to any travel Agency as your supervisor was mentioning again and again on the call.
      I would like to bring to your notice that I had booked one ticket from Delhi-Kathmandu for 04/11/2016 and Kathmandu -Delhi for 05/11/2016 through your website online on 26/10/2016. Due to some reason I had to cancel the return sector Kathmandu-Delhi for 05/11/2016 as my director had to return on the same day on 04/11/2016
      Regarding this i called at your call centre and spoke to Ms Soni and asked to cancel the return sector Kathmandu-Delhi. She confirmed to me that she had cancelled the return sector and Rs 1200 hundred would be deducted for the cancellation. She also informed me to mail at [protected]@airindia to claim for my rest of the money. After speaking to her i immediately mailed at the given email id.
      Immediately after i sent the mail i got a call from your employee Ms Soni that by mistaken she had cancelled the Delhi-Kathmandu sector instead of Kathmandu-Delhi.I got stunned when she said there are no seat for the flight my director was to go to Delhi-Kathmandu.My Director had to come back on the same day due to this reason i had called your call centre to cancel the return sector.
      When Ms Soni called me it was 6:10 pm on 03/11/2016 and i was about to leave for home.I asked her what she had done she simply said sorry and told me she could do nothing.Then i requested her to let me talk to the supervisor. I spoke to the supervisor Mr Shrirag regarding the same and i pleaded him to do something serious as i was in great trouble.Mr Shrirag assured me that he would do comeback for some concrete solution for my problem after putting me on hold. He was very horrible as he put me on hold for more than an hour and came back with an awkward solution that i should take jet airways flight which was to leave at 10:40 on 04/11/2016 moreover he asked me to book ticket at my own after wasting my one and an half hour.
      This is very ridiculous for a big organisation like AirIndia to put the public in such situation and then giving no resolution for the problem.
      Due to your staff negligence, misconduct and irresponsible behaviour we had to pay huge amount of RS 27, 000 to Jet Airways to book the ticket immediately for just one sector Delhi to Kathmandu.
      Please look into this matter and resolve my issue of spending so much money and the stress that your employee had given me by wrongly cancelling my ticket.
      I want full refund for my Air India ticket and also you must reimburse me for my money which i had spent on my Jet airways ticket.

      For your kind information here i am enclosing Air India ticket, My Royal Nepal ticket and jet Airways ticket.

        Our flight (AI333) ON 28th October was delayed by 2 hours which meant we would of missed our connecting flight (AI113) in New Delhi so it was decided that you would transfer us onto Thai Airlines which flew into Heathrow and arrange onward travel to Birmingham as this was where we was originally meant to fly into under (AI333).

        After sitting around at Bangkok airport from 8.00am until 2.00pm we finally arrived at Heathrow Airport at 8.00pm Friday, 28th October only to find that no-one was there from Air India to arrange our onward journey to Birmingham.

        We then had to organise our own transport via National Express Coach which cost us £36.00 each, £72.00 in total.

        I do not feel this is acceptable.

        Firstly our flights purchased with yourselves were return flights to Birmingham, had you not had delays or transferred us onto another airline we would have been home at 6.00pm but instead after having to catch a coach from Heathrow to Birmingham we did not arrive home until 1.30am on Saturday, 29th October 2016.

        I am totally disgusted that you left two girls stranded in Heathrow airport when you Account Manager in Bangkok assured us a representative would be there to meet us and onward travel to Birmingham would be arranged.

        We would therefore like full reimbursement of our Coach fare totalling £72.00 and some form of compensation for the delays and not getting home until 1.30am on the 29th October when in fact we should have been home at 6.00pm on the 28th October 2016 as we paid for.

          We (umadevi karra & srihari karra) travelled from lhr/bom/hyd in ai130 on 20th oct. complained about bad smell in my seat in heathrow to bombay flight several times, i was suggested to close my nose but no action taken.in bombay found 1 bag damaged (ai914207) which is a new bag & complained in bom airport.in hyd found one more bag (ai914205) damaged and on reporting mailid and contact numbers were given to complain. but till now no action taken though complained through emails and over the phone. every time baggage claims department person says a person will visit to repair bags on the same day. for the last 10 days same words repeated but no action taken. regarding lost items or damage complaints no one responded on my mails till today.

            This is in reference to my journey on 16th Oct, Flight No.- AI 411, PNR-YG4ME. I wanted to complain about the misbehavior of one of the staff of Air India at the gates of boarding in New Delhi. It was announced that boarding will start for people with seat nos. 10-26, my seat being 10C I was among the first few to be in the line. While people were getting in the queue for boarding one of staff member with First Name NEERAJ started yelling at people that whoever is not in line will be chucked out("Khichke bahar karo") of the boarding. Once I reached my number of boarding I asked Neeraj not to talk with such a tone with the customers does not leave a good impression rather understanding my view of saying it he said that he will say like that only and why am I concerned.

            Being irritated on this he said that the boarding line is for 15-25 rather than 10-25 which was announced earlier just to take me out of the queue. Now this offended me as I was among the 1st few for boarding and just for asking for speaking properly I was asked to come out of the queue. However, then the staff who had announced on the mic confirmed that boarding is for 10-25 and on being asked by other staff member Neeraj had to do my boarding.

            My complaint is that such a rude behavior with the customers or even among the staff is not acceptable and should be noticed by the management as it might result in the downgrade of the company's name and prestige. Please if you can look into this issue and see that it does not happen for any future travelers.

              I am karan deol this side,
              Today[protected] morning i had my flight air india ai887 from delhi to mumbai at 07:00 which i missed due to air india negligence.
              I was standing in the cue 1hr15mins before and kept asking to the staff 3-4times that i have 7'o clock flight, as i was worried i'll miss my flight cuz the cue was very heavy with rush.
              As i reached counter i was standing behind one passanger but still i asked the staff guy that i have 7'o clock flight but suddenly he said counter closed.
              When i went to last counter to talk to manager then i realized that many other people have also missed flight due to same reason. there were so many passengers cribbing but the manager was also not showing up.
              That is so embarrassing, i had to pay 2100/- extra for rebooking without any compensation or refund from airindia side.
              Its my hard earned money which i lose due to their negligence and now i want my money 2100/- back.

                Dear sir,
                I mr. Vikram patel booked tickest to fly from amd-ewr-amd for 12 oct and return on 27 oct. On return journey air india has cancelled flight from ewr amd as i was endosed on ua from ewr del amd. At ewr airport i was charge for 1 pc excess baggages i. E 100$
                Since my original flight was departing at 00:05 hrs on 27 oct i had reach airport on 26 oct at 21:00 hrs and then came to know about cancellation of the flight as i have gone back to my friend house. The taxi has charge me total 150$ for that also.

                On arrival at delhi airport, i met the officer and showed my tickets which clearly mention 2pc on it. At the same time officer told me raise a complian for the refund.

                I am based in amd and my contact no is[protected] and my email id is [protected]@yahoo.com.

                My request is to provide refund of excess baggage charges and my taxi charges. Total amount is 250$

                If you require any proof i can provide that also, please let me know for the same.

                  Dear air india authority,

                  This is urging of a common people who is knocking your door for justice. this was shocking when i arrived at air india boarding pass counter, mumbai t-2 for baggage checking and boarding pass collection. i started for journey from surat by train to catch ai-675 at 0610 hrs departure. because of train late one and half hour i managed to reach at counter by somehow 50 min before of departure. nobody was there to manage the queue. i convinced the passengers to get favor as counter gets locked 45 min before. however i produced the ticket and requested to do process as fast as possible. counter attendant checked the ticket, id card and baggage.

                  I stood for few minutes and noticed she was not doing anything. when i asked for the reason, i was asked to talk to ground staff manager. i asked that lady manager what happened. she was not replying. i asked again and again. she replied that i was late. i replied that is right but i managed to report at counter before 45 minutes even with my little kid. i got unexpected reply “you are late, so you are late. you should report at least one hour before departure”. i tried to convince the lady manager that i had enough time if train was not late one and half hour for such short distance journey. and yet i reached 50 min before and i was begging for boarding pass for me, my wife and my little kid. nobody was listening to me. after few minutes the manager noted some late report in registrar. i requested for two boarding pass for my wife and kid with hand baggage. she was not listening to us at all. she was satisfying her ego and playing dirty game at such responsible post with public handling. the happening could be seen in cctv footage.

                  Few minutes later one senior citizen arrived at counter for boarding pass. he was 2 min late. he was not having anything but a small hand bag. the answer of the lady officer was “if i allow you i have to allow these people also”. the senior person requested her to give us boarding pass also. we all have ample time because boarding starts 25 minutes before. we all were begging for boarding pass beneath our dignity. we all were not heard. after few minutes we were handed over to another ground staff. we were told that we were so late that all papers were finalized. they did not accept that they killed our time.

                  This was a total drama. that depressed lady officer (i don’t know the name) was playing funny game to satisfy her ego. when i replied that i managed to report at counter 50 min before she became furious. she promised not to give me boarding pass. she was rude and adamant. she was not assisting us in any way.in fact this is management lack from air india authority. that lady is a representative of failed air india management mechanism.

                  Later we booked another ticket in jet airways to complete the journey in evening hour on the same day to attend durga puja festival in kolkata. it is a case of harassment and penalty of ind rs 40, 000 which was spent for kolkata trip (minimum fare on that day).

                  I was technically correct. this is a case of pure harassment and loss of my hard earned money. now i can claim for this amount of rs 40, 000. i can also urge for taking punishment action against that lady ground staff manager. i am also sending a copy to air india vigilance wing, a copy to prime minister office. i will also collect public opinion in social media if no due action is taken.

                  I raised complaint online addressing AI Authority (ID: 1416476). The reply from the competent authority was totally false and furnished to save their face value and to protect the employee who misbehaved by not giving boarding pass. They wrote on the statement basis of counter manager that my wife and son were not with me and on the way. That is totally false statement. They were standing just behind me. Without any detailed investigation and base on the statement they are replying. They should go through the detailed CCTV footage with timing. After all they spoiled my precious time and hard earned money. When our Honorable Prime Minister addressed himself as Pradhan Sevak, the government employees are misbehaving with public. Kindly conduct detail investigation with CCTV footage timing. Take strong legal action against guilty one. regards...

                    I reached the airport at 08:30 and tried to print the boarding pass via self checkin kiosk. kiosk was showing weird error and hence went to check-in...

                      Reference is made to my previous complaint correspondence with air India regarding automatically cancelled pnr for my booking reference AIBE27012646 dated 18 Oct 16. But the pnr got cancelled automatically but Rs 70594 was deducted from my credit card. After my complaint at airindia ecommerce, I got reply that the amount was not claimed by airindia and the bank need to be contacted.. Sbi credit card was contacted and they have confirmed that air India has claimed and settled the amount on 19 Oct 16. Transaction i'd 055728.
                      So, it is to be inferred that airindia has done forgery and has exorted money from me.. Kindly take necessary action to return my money. Sbi card is claiming that amount from me since they have already settled the transaction with airindia.

                        I have booked air tickets in private airlines as i was unaware about the fact that only air india is entitled for andaman and Nicobar tour.so I am not getting the reimbursement.so I mailed at permission cell.moca.nic.in but they are asking to forward the mail to ministry of financial advisor of cpwd as I am the employee of cpwd.but the dept don't have any contact no and mail too to send the request of relaxation of air tickets.

                          Rectification of title wrongly entered by me while booking ticket.

                          I want to make a complaint against your customer care executives.. inadvertantly i put Mr before name instead of miss while booking ticket from yatra.com.. i am requesting from past two hours on your customer care to rectify it or put confirmation request regarding it as yatra.com customer care asked me to call on ur airline number and take ur confirmation note from there as they had already sent their rectification remarks to your airlines...

                          On october 19 i booked tickets from delhi to amritsar from airport one of agent they told me they won't charge me extra baca use you just arrived and show them boarding pass on the counter they refuse to except that boarding pass because i came via other air line request at the counter that lady said talk to supervisor and supervisor was not available l waited there then all the staff pushing me away need to wait for manager cannot do any thing manager came at last and stated i cannot do any thing after lot of requests he (Sanjay duval) waived 5 kg only i was very upset i canceled my family too i feel very helpless in my own country how they treat you and no respect for the customers and they looking at you like you did something wrong

                            On 6/10/2016 online payment by sbi credit card made on air india website

                            Ticket was not booked but amount was deducted.

                            Bi card says merchant has claimed the amount 15148 but airindia says no such amount in their accounts section.

                            Bi card personels were contacted on phone but they say money is already claimed by air india.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,

                              I had a flight on 4th Oct which was depart from terminal 2 from Heathrow, London as printed on return ticket. After that i have checked on airport and got to informed that the flight will not on terminal 2 so i again request to Air India office to recheck the ticket. But they ignored and informed me that the ticket is directly printed from Air India Office so there hasn't be any mistake.

                              After all so many request and arguments they recheck and resend me another print. I have ask for the mistake but his reason was "technical fault and this things happens" until I have to scream which is even unusual for me.

                              In ticket the flight was actually going depart from terminal 4. So i have to move from terminal 2 to terminal 4 at LHR within short time period. which cost me more than 100 Pound and gave me trouble to travel in time on airport with luggage.

                              The worst one was the lady manage on the counter she was rouse and ignored the whole situation,

                              I'm not excepting anything for my trip but hope it will help to improve in future and not that any other customer have to face this.

                              Service is the key of success and I always believe that hopefully this issue will be taken seriously and the team will be hold accountable, I request you to give me back my compensation in ticket due to your fault.

                                I was travelling with Air India flight AI 417 from New Delhi to Ranchi on 17-October'2016. Lady at the AI Counter named Anupama Sharma was extremely rude, arrogant and callous. Her behaviour made us believe that travelling with Air India is a crime. Besides, when I reached Ranchi, I realized that the baggage was torn at multiple places. The same was reported to Mr.Somu at the Ranchi airport. However, as usual he was helpless.
                                Is there any solution to such serious offences???

                                  Dear sir/Madam,
                                  I would like to inform you that today my family flight was from Delhi to Jeddah in Air india AI:991 at 4:30 PM. Passengers ( two ladies one senior citizen was, with Kids) reached at Airport 1:00PM . They had extra baggage because they binded hand luggage together. Passenger decided to leave extra baggage and requested for boarding but Desk operator said wait our supervisor is coming he will help you out. supervisor reached to the passenger around 3:45 PM and replied you can not fly today you are late now. Passengers and I personally (By the Phone) had conversation with so many airport authority but we did not get any kind of help. When Passengers left for the another booking and when came back some items was not available. Almost around 30 to 35 kg bag is missing. Airport authority replied go take whatever action you can take we can't help you. Tickets details are below for your kind information and needful action:

                                    I am your esteemed customer of your airline. I booked a ticket on 8th Jan'16 and PNR no is YVXDY and also booked return ticket whose PNR no is H2FBN. I booked ticket for Delhi to Sringar & back from Srinagar to Kolkata. Now I want to refund my booked amount due to political disturbance in Kasmir. I can't move in this situation because I have little child(one of the passenger) with one senior citizen.

                                    Pls. refund my total booked amount as early as possible.
