I have booked air tickets in private airlines as i was unaware about the fact that only air india is entitled for andaman and Nicobar tour.so I am not getting the reimbursement.so I mailed at permission cell.moca.nic.in but they are asking to forward the mail to ministry of financial advisor of cpwd as I am the employee of cpwd.but the dept don't have any contact no and mail too to send the request of relaxation of air tickets.

    Rectification of title wrongly entered by me while booking ticket.

    I want to make a complaint against your customer care executives.. inadvertantly i put Mr before name instead of miss while booking ticket from yatra.com.. i am requesting from past two hours on your customer care to rectify it or put confirmation request regarding it as yatra.com customer care asked me to call on ur airline number and take ur confirmation note from there as they had already sent their rectification remarks to your airlines...

    On october 19 i booked tickets from delhi to amritsar from airport one of agent they told me they won't charge me extra baca use you just arrived and show them boarding pass on the counter they refuse to except that boarding pass because i came via other air line request at the counter that lady said talk to supervisor and supervisor was not available l waited there then all the staff pushing me away need to wait for manager cannot do any thing manager came at last and stated i cannot do any thing after lot of requests he (Sanjay duval) waived 5 kg only i was very upset i canceled my family too i feel very helpless in my own country how they treat you and no respect for the customers and they looking at you like you did something wrong

      On 6/10/2016 online payment by sbi credit card made on air india website

      Ticket was not booked but amount was deducted.

      Bi card says merchant has claimed the amount 15148 but airindia says no such amount in their accounts section.

      Bi card personels were contacted on phone but they say money is already claimed by air india.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I had a flight on 4th Oct which was depart from terminal 2 from Heathrow, London as printed on return ticket. After that i have checked on airport and got to informed that the flight will not on terminal 2 so i again request to Air India office to recheck the ticket. But they ignored and informed me that the ticket is directly printed from Air India Office so there hasn't be any mistake.

        After all so many request and arguments they recheck and resend me another print. I have ask for the mistake but his reason was "technical fault and this things happens" until I have to scream which is even unusual for me.

        In ticket the flight was actually going depart from terminal 4. So i have to move from terminal 2 to terminal 4 at LHR within short time period. which cost me more than 100 Pound and gave me trouble to travel in time on airport with luggage.

        The worst one was the lady manage on the counter she was rouse and ignored the whole situation,

        I'm not excepting anything for my trip but hope it will help to improve in future and not that any other customer have to face this.

        Service is the key of success and I always believe that hopefully this issue will be taken seriously and the team will be hold accountable, I request you to give me back my compensation in ticket due to your fault.

          I was travelling with Air India flight AI 417 from New Delhi to Ranchi on 17-October'2016. Lady at the AI Counter named Anupama Sharma was extremely rude, arrogant and callous. Her behaviour made us believe that travelling with Air India is a crime. Besides, when I reached Ranchi, I realized that the baggage was torn at multiple places. The same was reported to Mr.Somu at the Ranchi airport. However, as usual he was helpless.
          Is there any solution to such serious offences???

            Dear sir/Madam,
            I would like to inform you that today my family flight was from Delhi to Jeddah in Air india AI:991 at 4:30 PM. Passengers ( two ladies one senior citizen was, with Kids) reached at Airport 1:00PM . They had extra baggage because they binded hand luggage together. Passenger decided to leave extra baggage and requested for boarding but Desk operator said wait our supervisor is coming he will help you out. supervisor reached to the passenger around 3:45 PM and replied you can not fly today you are late now. Passengers and I personally (By the Phone) had conversation with so many airport authority but we did not get any kind of help. When Passengers left for the another booking and when came back some items was not available. Almost around 30 to 35 kg bag is missing. Airport authority replied go take whatever action you can take we can't help you. Tickets details are below for your kind information and needful action:

              I am your esteemed customer of your airline. I booked a ticket on 8th Jan'16 and PNR no is YVXDY and also booked return ticket whose PNR no is H2FBN. I booked ticket for Delhi to Sringar & back from Srinagar to Kolkata. Now I want to refund my booked amount due to political disturbance in Kasmir. I can't move in this situation because I have little child(one of the passenger) with one senior citizen.

              Pls. refund my total booked amount as early as possible.

                  My dad has a medical emergency on 14.09.2016 and had a surgery in jfk and produced all the medical documents and even then air line charged the cancellation fee which is very sad part. Air india should consider the emergency situations of a customer. I'm raising my concern under humanity grounds.
                  Could you please let me know what is the procedure to get the refund.

                    To whole it may concern,

                    I had a flight on 9th Oct which was delayed for 2 hours from Goa to Mumbai due to that reason I have missed the connecting flight from Sri Lankan airways,

                    I reached to Mumbai and try to get in for international flight with I couldn't, I raise this issue with the Indian airways and the response was rather shocking being in this business for that long,

                    First manager Jay Singh I have ask for the solution but he was rather diffencive and told me I have to find the solution by my own and his reason was "technical fault and this things happens" until I have to scream which is even unusual for me and then he manage to speak to Sri Lankan airways,

                    I have spent 5 hours on the airport arriving at 2:10 in the morning but he didn't car about that,

                    Second manager promod OMG I'm even surprise he is working in such industry with that attitude they could easily able to divert my ticket with Indian airways with my connection but they blame it's system technical fault and he can't do anything about it,

                    I have been traveling for 15 years and this is the first time I'm writing such complain as it was pretty unusual for me beside I'm in the same tourism industry, I'm not demanding any refund but the courtesy and empathy provided for customer was rather unexceptable, I felt it wasn't helpful and they working for a sake of their retirement stage,

                    The worst one was the lady mamnage on the counter she was roude and ignored the whole situation,

                    First I have missed the flight I have stayed a day in Mumbai missing my work schedule no one bother to even say please let me take car of the refreshment on the airport waiting for 5 hours,

                    Just FYI I missed once luggage from Air France and I even got the allowance of 30 Euro, service is not about the money but care for the customer even I appreciate the Manager of Lankan airways at least he went extra miles to help even there was nothing to do with his airline,

                    I did travel few times on Air India but after this I will recommend my friends and family not to travel ever.

                    I'm not excepting anything for my trip but hope it will help to improve in future and not that any other customer have to face this.

                      I travelled from Hyderabad to Vishakhapatnam with Air India AI-952 on 8th October, 2016 which was scheduled to depart from 6:20 am and to reach at Vishakhapatnam by 7:30 am. But, without any prior information, the flight got delayed and reached the destination at 07:50 am. In addition to this I could be able to collect my booked luggage from the conveyors at 8.23 AM. Due to this delay caused, I was unable to board my connected flight from Vishakhaptnam to Bhubaneswar with indigo 6E-557, which was scheduled to depart at 8.35AM and to reach by 09:35 am at Bhubaneswar. So due to this delay I couldn't be able to board my connected flight & I faced a loss of Rs. 4799 towards my air ticket expenses
                      Further I was compelled to travel by train and total of Rs 1100 was spent towards ticket and cab fare. Finally, I could be able to reach at Bhubaneswar by 5.45 PM.
                      Due to this I couldn't be able to attend my scheduled meeting at Bhubaneswar. As without any fault from my side, I had to incur a severe loss in terms of financial, physical as well as mental.

                      So we request you to compensate me the losses of Rs 30, 000 resulting due to your delay in service. To justify my claim, enclosed herewith the following documents, which will enable you to inquire the case at your level and compensate me the said amount at the earliest possible.

                      A line of confirmation in acceptance of this letter and your action plan will be highly appreciated. Hope you will prioritize this case to have a good customer relation, which is expected from a airlines of your repute.

                        I had booked a ticket through Goibibo for flight no. AI811 from Delhi to Lucknow to leave on 8/10/2016 at 19:30 from Delhi. On 7th night I received an SMS from Air-India that the flight has been rescheduled and will now depart at 22:15. Simultaneously, I received an SMS from Goibibo that the flight will now leave at 22:45. Thereupon I checked Air-India through your helpline [protected] and found that the information provided by Goibibo was correct and Air-India SMS was wrong. This is playing havoc with the passengers. I hope you will do something about it and intimate me about the action taken

                          I am very sorry to inform that flight ai549 on date 09 october was scheduled at 05:05 but it has been delayed to 09:30am without any prior notice...

                          I have already booked cruise starting at 9.30 am from portblair to ross lsand... But unfortunately i am not able to reschedule it due to very much delayed... More over full day of 9 oct is spoiled due to lack of information...

                          I regret for airindia ser vices... And make it responsible for spoiling the tour... And monitorily losses...

                            I am writing regarding flight AI 130 on 19/08/2016 from LONDON Heathrow Airport, UK to Mumbai with the scheduled departure time of 13:15. My booking reference is Airline Reference H67WM - Ticket No :[protected]. This flight arrived 3 hours late at MUMBAI Chhatrapati Shivaji Apt, due to which I missed the connecting flight Air India - AI 570 MUMBAI TO CHENNAI again I had delay of 3 hours and the Airlines provided the next flight at 9:30 am Almost, total delay is 6 hours.

                            We had many plans about attending the function and I completely missed my Brother in law Reception function. But due to this delay and confusions I had to undergo more Stress and pain. It was completely a unsatisfied situation amongst my family and relatives.

                            The Supreme Court has declined permission for Jet2 to seek leave for appeal and therefore the Court of Appeal judgment in Jet2 v Huzar stands. In light of this judgment, I am seeking compensation under EC Regulation 261/2004 for this disrupted flight.

                            My scheduled flight length was [number of kilometres – see here if you need to check flight length http://gc.kls2.com/], therefore I am seeking [if less than 1500km: €250, if more than 1500km but less than 3500km: €400, if more than 3500km: €600) per delayed passenger in my party. The total compensation sought is €[].

                            I have been following up since 3 weeks, but there is no response from the airlines. I need an immediate solution on this.

                              Dear sir,

                              Here is my complain against one of your counter managers mr. Sachin trivedi of hyderabad airport. I am 82 years of age, i was travelling with my wife who is 75 years (Who is a heart patient) and my grandson who is 13 years of age, i am 200% sure that we reached very much in time and at least 55 minutes before the schedule departure, but when we reached the counter mr sachin trivedi asked us to go from one counter to other and killed the time. After that he told us that we cannot travel as we are late. There were special requests for two wheel chairs for my wife and myself. It is expected when two old citizens asked for a wheel chair they cannot run or cannot move fast, it is rather expected from the airline stuff that they will assist senior citizen and not to expose their inability to move fast. We have planned this travel since six months before and counting each day for today’s travel. As a senior citizen it is expected that we should be getting some help from the airlines staff but very sorry to say that instead of helping us they harassed us and put us in great difficulties. Imagine how an 82 years old man can manage to come back from airport to home.
                              Enclosing the scan copies of my tickets where one of the air india stuff mentioned the reported time which is clearly showing 45 mins from the schedule departure time.
                              Below are my booking details, i would expect a reply from your organisation and ensure that senior citizen should get some privilege while they are travelling.

                                They only notified the things and didn't respond. I am facing the timing issue where they preponed my flight instead of helping me out or provide the solution or give me another flight ticket they really behave like a government office where they don't care about customers s their salaries is not dependent on us. Even if i asked the details or policy while i booked the ticket as where it is written but they replied that it is unwritten policy.

                                  Day from 30 Sep around 8:55pm I am at Mumbai airport Terminal 2 for boarding flight but air India executive said you are late and now they not allowed for boarding so I said ok you can book my next flight so during that time I am call customer care no. and request for cancel my flight (ticket no[protected] so air India customer care executive given assurance over call and confirmed refundable amount Rs.870 but next day ( 01-oct-2016) again I was called and booked fresh ticket so again I was tried to cancel my old one ticket for cancel and as per telephonic conversation with customer care executive I was shocked his confirmed me refundable amount is Rs. 1184. after boarding with my fresh ticket next day 02-Oct-2016 again I am called on customer care for my old one ticket cancellation customer care executive one told me refundable amount is Rs. 1184 and transferred call on processing department and there executive told me this ticket amount not refunded.

                                  Air India customer care executive and Mumbai airport executive who is entered my exit entry at departure gate no 3. they all are so irresponsible and for customers convenient and helping / Support levels is negative as per my last three days experienced. I was mentally disbursed as per continuing wrong communications msgs from last two days. My personal advise for all never tired to choose Air India flights. Even also my given my reviews for this incident happened with me. Kindly download my last two days telephonic conversation with customers care which is recorded for quality purpose by them.

                                  My request please take necessary action .

                                    I was scheduled to travel by flight of air india flight no ai 9617 on 02 july 2016 with ticket no 098-[protected] from new delhi to jabalpur (Mp) which got cancelled due to some reasons. On the same day airlines authorities got the ticket cancelled at ticket counter itself i. E. New delhi and it was conveyed the amount of ticket would be refunded within 24 hours. It has now been three months air india has not returned any money. Amount of ticket is about rs 6042. Request, kindly instruct air india for immediate refund of the amount.

                                      This is with reference to ticket no. - 098-[protected] booked on 26th july, 2016.

                                      At the time of booking i have selected the flight ai 628 from nagpur to mumbai. The flight was scheduled to depart at 8.00 am dated 28th july, 2016.

                                      However after making the payment i was surprised to see that the reservations were provided in a different flight i. E. Ai 630 which was scheduled to depart from nagpur on 09.05 pm.

                                      In-spite of the fact that i have selected proper flight for booking, i got booking in some other flight due to system fault.

                                      I communicated the same to your customer service department; the representative named 'aarti' after discussion with her senior provided me a solution to re-book a fresh ticket in the desired flight as according to them rescheduling was not possible for the flight. Further they mentioned that once i am done with the re-booking, i should inform them with the revised ticket number and flight details and in return they committed to refund the entire amount for ticket no. - 098-[protected].

                                      As suggested i have made a fresh booking for my travel. The ticket number for the new itinerary was 098-[protected].

                                      As per their commitment, i requested them to cancel the booking of ticket number 098-[protected] and refund the full amount.

                                      However till date no payment is received in my account.

                                      After waiting for a month i. E. Till september 03, 2016 i communicated this to service center, but they claimed that they have processed the refund on 27th july, 2016 itself, however no amount is credited in my account.

                                      Also i have demanded air india for utr number or any other bank transaction details so that i can trace the payment status or can check with my bank officials for more details, but the customer service is unable to provide any info.

                                      Request to kindly launch an official complaint in this regards..
                                      Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
