I am a regular traveller from mumbai to goa and bhopla every week in air india. I travelled today from mumbai to goa flight no ai 683 seat no, 25a and this is to inform you that your flight attendence is very careless. I had called the senior flight attendent mrs swathi, the snacks was served by ms yadvi, and there were 4 new boys as flight attandentwho were in the flight. Please note that this is the second time the this has beed done with me. I am fed up with the service you all are providing the your guest, i think you have to change you attitude of you want to stay in this service industry.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Your AIRLINE do not provide snaces to all their guest, theyt do it in a randon way, if thet wish thet give other wise they forget it it is the normal practice a i have experiences it twice in a months time. so i am forced to think that your flight attendent are not very serious about the job or reputation in the market.a very casual attitude. I think you should better change it before its to late.
This is to bring to your notice that i am a frequent traveller by AIR INDIA from Mumbai-Goa, Mumbai-Bhopal, and in the single month it had happened that i have not been served the light meal served to everey body in the flight. I was flying in flight no.AI 683 seat no 25A, and i was not served my light meal served.I spoke to Swathi and Yadvi who were incharge and on the flight present. I would suggest that you have to take appropriate action against this is spoiling the name of the AIRLINE.

    Its been more than a month i have cancelled the air ticket booking, but i am not getting any reply from the support executives of air india. I have mailed them more than 10 times and they never replied. If i am calling them then they are asking the same story and not responding properly.

      As mentioned above in details about flight no. and PIR, I have not received my one number of baggage, continuous keep in touch with baggage dept. Delhi Airport its more than 24 hrs. just getting same reply "Please wait sir have to talk with Mumbai", The important thing is that My wife is a Cancer Patient and all three years report inside that baggage and it is non-traceable. How this is Possible I have appointment with Doctor, I can not do anything without medical reports.

      Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible, or I will bring the matter notice of Higher Authority.

        Baggage allowance

        I m a frequent flyer of air India and I always preferred it above other airlines, but Friday the 17th June journey was one of the worst experience for me with this airline.

        Hello sir, my name is sandeep heer and i have booked a air ticket with following details: booking reference no (Pnr): hphjw web reference: aibe9168964 issuing airline: air india ltd. Issued date: thu, 15 aug 2013 amount:[protected]gbp) travel date: 2 oct 2013 i have requested to cancel it and refund the charges into my card several times but customer services refused to refund any charges. According your terms and conditions customer get following refund in case of cancellation 1. 35% of the basic fare + transaction fees - more than 10 days prior to scheduled departure of the flight. 2. 50% of the basic fare + transaction fees ? 1 to 10 days prior to scheduled departure of the flight. 3. No refund if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure of the flight though taxes are refundable. Express value rbds: h/k/q/v/w/g low-medium same as current (35%, 50%, 100%) same as current (Inr 450) *** same as current as my fare was low level and i am trying to cancel this ticket since 30/08/2013 i should be entitled to refund. Moreover, prior to booking, it doesn't showed anywhere on ticket or on website that ticket will be non-refundable. Air india refused to refund and change the ticket and made it no show and i had to book another ticket costing[protected]gbp) to travel india on 12/oct/2013 please investigate this complaint and contact me in case you need any further information.           I am dr. Venkateswara surisetty, resident of kingston, on, canada. I travelled from vijayawada to hyderabad as part of my 2015 india business travel on 24 august 2015 in flight ai 9516 by air india. My e - ticket number is 098 [protected]. I paid for excess luggage charge of inr 10500 since the baggage allowance is only 15kg and i have connection to travel to canada.

          After reaching hyderabad my luggage got missed and i filed a complaint at the hyderabad airport immediately on 24 aug 2015 before my next flight. The pir issued with file no. As hydai52272. I contacted air lines multiple times after i reached canada. They said that they are searching for baggage and get back to me.

          In october 2015, the airlines asked me to send the documents for settling the claim. I sent them all the documents on october 2nd 2015. I keep on calling them and sending e-mails multiple times to know the status of my claim. On nov 12 2015, i got a reply from mr. Shravan, air india baggage services (Lost and found) stating that the claim documents forwarded to finance department and claim is under process and they will advise me once claim is done.

          The airlines never get back to me and i keep on calling/writing them multiple times. Recently, in april 2016 i went to india again and went to hyderabad airport met shravan in person on may 12 2016 to get the update on this file. He promised to settle this claim by 20th may 2016 and still didn't do any thing favour. I felt that the airline is very irresponsible in dealing customer service by not get back to me and didn't keep their multiple promises.

          The total claim amount is inr 119500 and excess baggage fees of inr 10500. Please ask airlines to pay these amounts with interest and compensation for their poor customer service

            I am a frequent flyer to bhopal from bhubaneswar. This is wrt a flight that i took from bhopal to bhubaneswar. My booking was on ai 634 from bhopal to mumbai pnr jkzjh & then connecting from mumbai to bhubaneswar under ai 669 under the same pnr on 4th june 16.
            The flight from bhopal that was to depart at 815 got delayed by 2 hrs - as we would miss our connecting flight, we met the duty manager with our problems but he mentioned his limitation - he can only look after the booking from bhopal & that if we fly to mumbai on any other flight, we will have to fend for ourselves at mumbai airport.
            As per his advise, we decided to take the air india flight to delhi from bhopal on the same day & connecting flight from delhi to bhubaneswar as this was the connecting flight to my final destination. As time got closer to the flying time, the flight from bhopal also got delayed & i & my colleague missed the connecting flight at delhi.
            The efficient airport managers at delhi airport kept us waiting for 2 hrs to reschedule our tickets.
            Our ordeal didn't end here. Then we were provided a hotel at mahipalpur - hotel star. A snap of the bedroom & toilet is tagged. There was an issue with the electricity & all inmates (Us including) of the hotel were on the road waiting for the problem to be solved for over half hour. I called the indian airlines call center where they were very helpful mentioning that they cannot help and we are to take care of ourselves. They didn't even have any contact details of delhi air india staff whom i could connect to with my problem. They did mention that they put up transit passengers in 4 & 3 star hotels. With the information i enquired the number of an air india officer from the reception - the officer sunil was so kind to mention that we have been put up in a wrong hotel & that we were booked in hotel transit. I enquired with the hotel star reception & learned that the other hotels are full & so we were put up here at hotel star. Funny that in no point were we informed by air india or hotel staff for the transit vehicle that other hotels are full. We insisted to be shown the correct hotel, but we were shown another hotel - international inn which conveniently had only one room available in the basement and that too with a broken ac. We returned back to hotel star having lost to the system. All this happened at 1 am.
            Our connecting flight was on 5th at 7 am. We reached airport office in the morning & had a discussion with sunil. Sunil asked us to write a complaint against the night manager - ms arora. There was no compassion about the hardship i had the previous day & night - only solution was write a complaint in the book.
            My points are
            1) if flight from bhopal are generally late why not correct the departure time to accommodate the delay which is normal. A passenger can choose to plan realistically
            2) as delhi is the national capital, i expect that the duty managers be more trained. No passenger should be made to wait for 2 hrs - & that too when there is a mistake of the airline. Also i enquired about grievance contact details & not surprisingly, not a single manager had the contact details.
            3) pl see the snap of the toilet & recheck the facilities of the hotels used for transit stay. It is nothing better than a lodge with very basic amenities. The hotel should be of a standard - pl also explore to find if there is a nexus between air india & hotels. We don't need pity from the airline - rather i lost 24 hrs of my life on account of the delay.

              My wife Anupama Divakaran and Niharika Nambiar travelled by AI 581 from Mumbai to Kozhikode and the funny part is none of the checked in baggage for all passengers were loaded onto the plan. This looks like a big fraud and needs to be invetsigated. If there is some problem with the plane, all passengers should have been intimated about this practice, so that we can find alternative modes of transportation

              The funny part is this happens in Modiji country famed for his execution and desire for quality. I am surpised that after my wife and daughter reached Kozhikdoe there was nobody to register their complaint for over 3-4 hours. They were travelling all the way from USA.
              I am not sure what sort of redressal we have got in our country.
              Also on reaching kozhikode my wife and daughter were stranded in the airport with no support from any qiarter for registering their lost baggage complaint. This too after 36 hours of travel. Surprised that this can happen with Modiji in charge of the country. Shocked and appalling that such a big fraud was done on so many passengers

                I am having a flight from Pantnagar-Delhi at 13.45 and my next flight from Delhi-Pune at 17.25 on 2nd Nov, but they rescheduled flight from Pantnagar-delhi at 16.30 due to this my next flight will be missed, just because of them I have to spend money nor they are giving any resolution for this, Very disappointed, never book any flight again in future from Air India

                  Hello,
                  I had booked a ticket for travel by air india filght ai464 from chamdigarh to delhi on 31may16 and also had a confirmed booking for further journey from delhi to indore by indigo on the same day. Because o[censored]nfortunate delay of ai464 on aforesaid day, i could not board my air indigo flight from delhi to indore.
                  It not only causee a lot of inconvinience but also led me to monetory loss but air india staff at delhi airport including the duty manager (At 1700 hrs on 31 may 16) remained quite insensitive to the inconvenience caused due to this delay.
                  It is hereby, requested, that i may be appropriately compensated for the loss incurred and the inconvenience caused to me as per article 10 of contract of carriage of air india limited and dgca rules on passenger rights para 3.5.
                  Please feel free to contact for any further details. Also, let me know if i need to follow thus up with some other channel. Thanking you in anticipation of prompt action at your end towards a frequent flier of your airline.

                    I am going to travel from bangalore to frankfurt with family on 08.06.2016 by 6 o' clock flight.As per the internet, 2 pieces of 23 kg each allowed per person for the tickets issued on or after 01.03.2016 and piece of 23 kg allowed for the tickets issued on or after 01.05.2016.
                    my tickets were issued on 16.04.2016, but I am allowed 1 piece of 23 kg as per the ticket and the same has also been confirmed by your customer care.
                    Why this much of partiality and variation is there in case of baggage allowance.For the past one week I have been trying in the issue.No one is able to help me in the case of baggage allowance.I do not know whom should I contact.

                      I am writing in regard to flight number ai9607, from new delhi to surat. Pnr number zcrg8. The flight was scheduled for 7.45 am on june 5, 2016. Late in the night of june 4, i got a message from customer care of air india and email from goibibo (Ticket booking website) that the flight has been rescheduled for 5.25 am. I called customer care service of air india, not once but twice to confirm the timings. I was confirmed that due to some technical issues at the airport, the flight has been preponed to 5.25 am which caused a lot of inconvenience. Cooperating with the situation, we tried to web-checkin using the check in button available in the e-ticket. Having failed to do so, i called up customer care service so that they can help me check in. They informed me that web-checkin option is not available on this flight because this flight is a_. If this be the situation, they should specify this in the ticket and do not give a checkin option in the e-ticket. This led to further a lot of inconvenience because counter check in means, the passenger have to leave even early. If the airlines have the right to prepone the flight timings just few hours ago, they should provide facilities to make the travel convenient for the passengers.

                      Anyway the passenger (My father) being cooperative, left in the middle of the night to reach two hours before the flight timings as specified. But the troubles by airlines did not end here. As per the preponed timings, the flight was scheduled to reach the destination by 7.55 am. We tried to contact the passenger from around 8.30 am to check if they have reached safe and sound, but we failed to contact him, his phone was switched off. Worried, i called the customer care service of air india to check if the flight has landed on time, if not then that would have explained the switch off of his phone. However, it was informed to me that the flight had landed in surat at 7.55 am. Concerned we called the person my father was about to meet in surat, to check if my father is with him. We tried by hook or cook but he was no where to be found.

                      At 9 past 43 in the morning, we got a call from my father telling that the flight did not take off at 5.25 as informed to us rather at 7.25 and that he just landed in surat. As it turned out, customer care service of air india airlines has been providing us wrong information all over these times.
                      Wrong information provided by air india and goibibo at multiple times has let to an utter disappointment and lot of inconvenience.

                        I, soumik chakrabarti, serving in the indian air force, was transferred and so booked my household goods from pinto park, delhi cantt to chennai and my items were booked under bill no. 1423. My goods got uploaded on 27 june 2015 and was to reach chennai by the 3rd of july 2015. However, it reached me on the 10th of july 2015. After the delivery i found that one wooden table top set and a set of four cane easy chairs were missing. Also one of my kurl on mattresses were damaged badly. I enquired and mr. Joshi, the representative from this company in delhi assured me that he will surely find it and get it delivered at the earliest. Even after repeated phone calls and enquiries nothing has progressed till date.
                        I now have no link with them, nobody replies to calls. I would be obliged if my items can be recovered.

                          On 17/05/2016 i travel from kolkata to silchar. T he time of flight was 8.00 am in ticket but suddenly it was changed to 5.50 am. The air india / travel agent not inform me as a result i stay incurred taxi fare double the norman fare and stay at airport on 16/05/16. I request you kindly reimburse rs.5000/- and take action

                              This is regarding a strong complaint against air india for shockingly unaccountable inhumane services and immediate refund with penalty of flight ticket charges from delhi to allahabad, these amounts shall be paid by air india to panicked passenger ms[dr] pandey for torturing the passenger[dr pandey] on airport with their inhumane and unaccountable services with no assistance and facility when she was suffering whole day and night at the airport with fever, pain and vomiting due to no facilities and assistance from air india and this made this situation hell when air india flight was canceled which was confirmed in night by air india after passenger’s continuous request for the status after several times rescheduling. Ticket cancellation status was updated when no options were available at the airport for the passenger to reach the destination on that day and night].
                              Air india alliance flight 9603 l aircraft-atr42/ nonstop from delhi to allahabad.
                              Complain in details:

                              A pregnant passenger[ms pandey] reached delhi airport in early morning with air india’s another connecting flight from bangalore to delhi.In journey from bangalore to delhi, she was vomiting due to inconvenience in flight due to bad weather but shockingly no crew staff came for any assistance even after seeing the situation. Co passengers helped but no crew staff came for assistance.
                              After reaching to delhi airport, she waited whole day for another rescheduled flight without any assistance from air india even when she was sick and vomiting due to pregnancy.
                              Look the carelessness, inhumane and unaccountable approach of air india and it’s staffs:

                              At 04:50pm another mobile message/ email (But no announcement) came to passenger that flight from delhi to allahabad is delayed and expected to depart at 04:30pm. Remember the time was 0450pm when this outdated information conveyed.

                              I, her husband called to air india’s customer care number[[protected]] 4 times periodically to get the status to book next flight in case this flight is cancelled but the customer care executives were bluffing in in their own ways e. G.
                              1st one said, schedule is not updated, call after 30 minutes. Second time said: check-in has been started, flight may depart soon. 3rd time said it is expected to fly at 04:30pm, foolishly it was outdated information at that time because at that time it was 05:05pm, later he said, soon it will fly but no exact time. 4th one said schedule is not updated, contact to another given number[protected] to get the status but being panicked and a suffering passenger, several times i called to this number but there was no reply.
                              I tried all the numbers available on internet/documents for enquiry. And there was no help/assistance from any staffs of air india. Shockingly they were behaving like aliens. Even sitting facility was also not there because o[censored]nmanaged crowd.

                              Finally, after so much hassles with bad health of the passenger, at 08:00 pm, these unaccountable staffs of ai confirmed at enquiry window for the flight cancellations. Hence, passenger asked to cancel the ticket and got receipt for the cancellation of the ticket for refund of the fare from delhi to allahabad with applicable penalty[which need to be applicable].

                              At that time no option was remaining for passenger in pregnant passenger’s worst health situation. She was hopeless and crying due to pain but help form air india staffs. Isn’t it inhumane? Disgusting! Isn’t it?

                              Whole day and night passenger suffered at airport with fever, pain and restlessness without any assistance and facility from air india staffs.

                              I, her husband booked another flight in morning for her diverted journey due to her very bad health conditions, for that air india and it’s staffs are responsible because of their unaccountable services.

                              Later in the early morning of next day [31-may-2016], when i called to air india, customer care executive said that ticket is not yet cancelled. Shocking! Passenger got receipt for ticket cancellation in last night itself but still ticket is not cancelled. Hillarious! Isn’t it? Shocks of air india’s unaccountability were coming again and again to put suffering passenger under frustration. Hence, again i requested to cancel the ticket in today morning, she cancelled and told me to write mail on this [protected]@airindia.In to get the refund amount with penalty money which is applied on this because this happened due to cancellation of flight by air india.
                              Still, there is no update/acknowledgement from air india for anything. It’s height of inefficiency and unaccountability, isn’t it?

                              I, passenger’s husband with suffered passenger ms pandey requesting for a strong action against air india for this unaccountable and inhuman approach and services.

                              I need immediate refund with applied penalty on air india for it’s inefficient, unaccountable and inhumane approach and services.

                                Airindia??? No words to say more that ru­bbish, worst come worst and more. Issue w­ith flying return!!@

                                The flight in which i will never even tho­ught of booking flight in future and will­ also let others know the how pathetic an­d the arrogant persons working in your cu­stomer cares!!!

                                Seriously never expected such a poor and ­worst quality response from your side. I ­am so much in hate with airindia now and ­will also let others know my situation th­at how airindia make my head banged on th­e table by giving the worthless answers o­n the phone. And will talk as much negati­ve as possible to others.

                                Before this email also i have sent many e­mails of documents and all but every time­ your worthless uneducated people who sit­s in customer care doesn't receive the em­ail and they tell me send again and again­. So i'm sure i'm not even going to recei­ve a reply on this too.

                                I don't have any issue in your quality of­ service during flight.
                                But your flying returns and all?? Seems­ like i'm going in goverments office and ­the one person says do this and other say­s do that.

                                Try to sort out my matter asap or else yo­u will loose many many customers as rest ­all airlines are far better that this shi­t!!!

                                  I am travelling through ai 677 from mumbai to delhi today, first of all flight is delayed by 45 min, then the gate which was shown in the screen was 40b then after some time it was shown 41b, waiting till few minutes your executive comes n say it is 45a gate, and then finally she come again n says it again 41b.In that the time was1.45 already and go gate change announcement been made or shown in the screen. After that when we checked in at 41b the aero bridge door was closed, because the flight wad in 41a, so again we had to come back n check in 41b.

                                  I am very disappointed by the service and the management of ai.

                                    Subject :- To provide accommodation in Delhi in the night of Dt.31.05.16 .

                                    Sir,
                                    With referecne to the subeject cited above it is stated that a ticket of the destination from Bhopal to Delhi was booked in Flight No. AI436 on Dt. 06.05.2016 from the registered office of air India located at Indore (M.P.), which was secheduled to takeoff at 8.00 A.M. Dt. 31.05.2016. Further, a ticket of the destination from Delhi to Baghdogra (Sikkim) was booked in Flight No. AI 879 on the same date from the same office, which was secheduled to takeoff at 11.20 A.M. Dt. 31.05.2016 via ticket No.[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] respectively. Besides, for the above mentioned destinations and from the same flight via ticket No.[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected], Shri Prashant Kumar and via ticket No.[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected], Shri Yogendra Tyagi have booked tickets alongwith me. Further, prodiginiously, the timing of flight No. AI 436 Dt. 31.05.2016 has been rescheduled from 8.00 A.M. to 9.35 A.M., from which there are chances/probability to miss the subsequent flight No. AI 879 Dt. 31.05.2016 in case, we opt to travel from the prior flight with rescheduled timing. Hence, the alleged prior flight is no more lucrative for us. For that only reason, we have booked tickets in the flight No. AI 438 which is sechduled to takeoff at 9.55 P.M. Dt. 30.05.2016 which would arrive at Delhi at 11.35 P.M. on the same day, and alongwith the correlative/ancialliary formalities have been completed. Further, we don't have any accommodation in Delhi in the night of 31.05.2016 and the requirement of the said accommodation has came into existence due to the above mentioned shuffling. For the same occurance, neither we are liable, nor any fault/mistake has been done on the part o[censored]s.
                                    Since, it is the first duty of your company to facilitate the passengers, therefore in the light of aforesaid circumstances, it is expected that the suitable accommodation be provided to all the passengers correlated with above stated ticket numbers and the prior information be sent to the concerned.

                                      Dear,

                                      Me(Arvind) and my family had conbecting flight from varanasi to Dubai and both flight are airindia flight on 28th may 2016 (AI 433 from varanasi to Delhi ) & ( AI 995 delhi to Dubai )

                                      Because of flight AI433 got late so we did not catch AI955 for Dubai

                                      As I am travelling with my 8 months old baby boy & wife so I was Looking for proper support to book next ticket as early and till that time I need a lounge so that my wife can take rest and feed baby

                                      But struggling to get ticket last 2hr and no support for lounge
