Due to problem with Air india billing system, they deducted money from my credit card 3 times for the 1 ticket. I received partial refund, yet to receive full refund. Air India has revised Itinerary AI 490 STV to DEL from 30th Aug AM to 29th Aug PM which will be highly inconvenient for me as as my connecting flight to Frankfurt is on 30th Aug at 1330 hrs.

I have put request to provide me louge facility at DAP from 29th Aug 2300 hrs. to 30th Aug 1300 hrs. vide case ID 16702069 . but there is no reply from their side till date....

We need refund back for E TICKET number[protected] under the name of Kunal Sawhney. At that time(8th July 2020) air India consultant told me PNR is already cancelled but we didn’t get our refund back in account. we called them 50 60 times after it but they sometimes response and then after listening they put phone on hold or either hang up.

On 01/08/2022 I tried booking tickets of Air India flight no. AI 788 from air india website and paid through GOOGLE PAY UPI the transaction was successful from UPI end but at the same time air india just displayed 'back to search'page again. Tickets cancelled on 10.04.22. No refund till June 22, inspite of various telephonic/email correspondence with them. However it is advised on 9.7.22 that refund is initiated and amount transferred to my sbi card from where amount is paid while booking. However no amount reflected in my card account till today and sbi card also advised that no such transaction from air india. I booked tickets for delhi to vadodara (round trip) on 6th August 2022 and return on 8th August 2022 for 7, 702 Rs.

After booking the tickets within five minutes I applied for rescheduling of my ticket for the same flights just dates were 13 August and 16 August.

They charged Rescheduling charges 5, 250 Rs, for just five minutes they charged this much.

This is INSANE....

Had booked a newark- mumbai ticket for my daughter.Cancelled due to death in the family.
Was assured a 100% refund. Despite uploading the relevant documents upto 15 times, these cheaters say they cant ‘trace the documents’.

I booked the tickets from Dubai to Nagpur for 29th July but they cancelled the Delhi to Nagpur flight. We are waiting at the Delhi airport in front of the assistance counter of Air India but none of the executive was ready to help us in a good manner they are providing us tickets for 31st July but not the accommodations we can’t wait at the airport for the full day and also the staff here specially Mr Pathania and Miss bhagyalaxmi both...

In brief, on 13 Nov 2021, we booked our tickets for travel (LHR to ATQ) on 6th Dec 21 and paid £2, 387.94. On 30th Nov, we changed and upgraded to business class for travel on 7th Feb 2022 and paid additional £1, 757.18. So the total paid for this journey is £4, 145.12. The changes were due to COVID 19.

On 15th Jan 2022, I called and wanted to cancel the tickets ( again because of COVID related self-isolation rules in India)....
