Updated by Gyanesh99 I received my first bag which is brown in color after 96 hours from PIR report date and its time.
I received on 9 July 2022 at 11am IST (almost it took 103 hours). PIR date was 5 July 22:33 GMT
I received my first brown bag but it was not home delivered. I had to travel 12 km (to n fro) to collect my bag from a shop near the highway which is located at the outer of Vapi city.
I need compensation for this.
Also I had to make purchase of cloths from Jockey store worth 6, 000 and I need this money also.
As of now, my most expensive second blue color bag is still missing by AI and nobody picks the phone from AI.
Since I received my brown bag, Thus, now I remember what I kept in my blue bag when I started traveling on 5th July.
My expensive American Tourister Blue bag having football print outside in red and white color, has all my expensive branded 12-13 formal and casual cloths (jeans, shirts, t-shirts); gift for family and friends such as original Prada brand of eye frame with glass, original saffron approx 25 boxes, original new Fahrenheit Dior brand perfume, belt all together it contains materials worth above 1 lacs approx (including value of my this new blue bag).
I have travelled almost more than 50 times in last 11 years but this is the first time I am experiencing such a bad service from an airline (in just 4 hours of journey from Kuwait to Mumbai).
One AI staff Mr. Bipin, told me that AI brings lots of commercial cargos, therefore, they offload passenger bags and later they falsely blame Kuwait airport name to escape from compensation claims. Also during this July month, since there is a long holiday in gulf countries, so flight is 100% full with human weight so they off load passengers bag to manage commercial cargos.

Today (Tuesday) morning at 10 am, I received my second bag i.e almost after 6 days. Again, it was not home delivered, and again I had to goto courier office (12 km to n fro) to collect my bag.
This was second time for my second bag for which it was not delivered to my home.
My first bag was received by me after 103 hours and pls note that my entire check in bag was delayed by AI.
Kindly process for compensation which would satisfy my mental harassment, anxiousness, my blood pressure, my new purchases from jockey store to meet my basic requirements. Attaching the bill from jockey store.
Also, kindly note that one employee of AI told me on very first day (I.e on 6th July- 3:30am) that due to heavy commercial cargo, the entire lot of passenger’s bags were left by AI. This is not acceptable.
Also pls note that I postpone my various domestic travel plans because of delayed delivery of my baggage.
