THE TICKET FARE OF Rs.10996 WAS BEEN DEBITED FROM MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT. BUT THE TICKET IS NOT ISSUED. AND FURTHER WE HAD BOOKIED ANOTHER TICKET AS PER THE REFERENCE No, [protected]...-- IN THE SAME NAME AND SAFE AIR CRAFT.

HENCE WE HAVE ALREADY GIVEN THE COMPLAINT AND REFUND THE AMOUNT OF Rs.10996/ TO MY CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

    I booked my ticket through Yatra.com on 23rd of December 2021 from Bhubaneswar to Bengaluru in Air India (flight no. AI 739), with the Booking Reference Number[protected], Ticket No[protected] and Airline PNR - YQL1N. MY Travel date was Fri, 4 Feb, 2022, 14:50 and my ticket was booked on name of Mrs. Nirupama Rao (Adult) and Miss Annika Rao (Child). For that I paid Rs. 7, 703.00. After that on 18th of January 2022 I changed my travel date to 03rd June 2022 (Flight No.- AI 771) and route from Kolkata to Bengaluru from Air India counter at Bhubaneswar Airport . With the E-TICKET NUMBER :[protected] and[protected] by the cash payment of Rs. 2918 for each ticket. Then 10th of April 2022 I got a msg from Air India that my flight time has been changed from 14:10 to 08:25 which was not suitable for me. That is why I contacted with Air India customer care and they agreed to refund all the amount with in 18 to 30 days of cancellation. I cancelled my ticket on 21st April 2022 and filled the feedback form of Air India. And the Reference Number is WB-DCCU[protected]. Today is 12th July 2022, till now I didn't get my refund. I called so many time to the airlines but it was not fruitful.

      I have travelled from New Delhi to NWA Arkansas, USA on 7th July early morning.
      I had Air India IA-127 from New Delhi to Chicago and connecting United flight from Chicago to NWA(Bentonville, AR).
      I called customer care to check for the Baggage policy as in United we can carry only one Check-in luggage.
      I was clearly told that you can carry 2 check in luggage as per Air India policy at least until Chicago.
      So I came to airport with 2 check-in luggage each for 3 o[censored]s. But during boarding, I was not I am not allowed to take 2 check-in luggage and end-up paying $916 for 3 checking luggage.
      Had was informed correctly by customer care, I would not have end-up paying such a huge amount for the stuff I had in the luggage. Also, It took almost 2 hours on the airport to make this payment. I would like to know why I end paying this huge amount for non of my fault. Why one segment of Air India cannot full fill the commitment from other section of it. Just saying that call center have miss informed you and we can't do must about it is not good enough. How can I trust Airlines in the future if it works like this.
      Please help to to understand my fault in this and do the needful to refund luggage charges take by Air India ( $240 x 3 = $720 + tax). Remaining were charged on behalf o[censored]nited which I understand.

        I have applied on quicker for airport jobs in Hyderabad and after day I revived call that we had got your profile for this job but you need to deposit 2000 . And this is refundable.so i diposited and after that my interwiew was taken they said you have passed in interwiew now we will forward your profile but for this you have to submit 10, 500 and you will get refund day after. From here I get confused that why they are asking for big ammount of money, so i called them back and said I'm unable to pay this amount of money and I need that 2000 which i had paid earlier. So they said write an email and we will return to you in 2-3 days. I am giving photos of their bank account details and their number from which i get call

            I have booked my Ticket No 098-[protected] for MCT-AMD-MCT and MCT-AMD dated. 24.06.2022 was rescheduled by Air India and which I cancelled and AMD-MCT dated 17.07.2022 flight was cancelled by Air India for both I have filled up Feedback form No. WB-IMCT[protected] and I had also made request through call center and they also register my case giving Case ID No 16384444.

              This is with reference to my flight with pnr HCY16, ticket number[protected]. I had my flight on 28 March at 10.30am from Kolkata to Delhi, and then a connecting flight from Delhi to Dehradun at 6.30pm.
              I reached the airport at 9.37am & did not have checkin bag, so i just had to collect my boarding pass and go for security check directly. But, the Air India staff very rudely told me that i would not be allowed to board the flight as i was "late". I argued that i have arrived well before the boarding time of 10am, but they kept on arguing and wasting time. One of them, after a lot of argument, told me that actually they had overbooked the flight and hence there was no way that i would be allowed to fly.
              Because of this, i wasted so much time & efforts & money, and even missed my connecting flight to Dehradun, as there was no other flight available at that moment.
              I have been sending them mails and lodging complains on their website, and they have been replying that they will resolve this soon, but it has been 4 months and i have not received any refund.
              I am attaching a screenshot of the ticket with the price, kindly help me get a refund of 6, 999, alongwith 2500 that i wasted on cab bookings.

                Myself and my family traveled in Air India AI 134 from London to Delhi on Tuesday 14th June 2022. I had a piece of long gold chain with Peacock pendent in my bag and it’s missing. Really appreciate if you guys can help me locate my jewelry.

                      I booked 3 tickets on 31st may and the payment was deducted but didn't receive any tickets. I have filled the feedback form, mailed them and called them also. Nothing is working. It's been over a month and I have not received the refund. Can any one help

                        Respected Sir,

                        I was supposed to travel with my Wife and Son(Ayush Kakkar) to Singapore from 12th Jun to 20th Jun-22. We got last minute set back from Air India where they refused to issue boarding Pass to my son as he was vaccinated with Corbevax which is not approved by WHO and Singapore does not allow it. Therefore my Son (Ayush Kakkar) couldn’t travelled to Singapore.

                        I want to put travel insurance claim where they want to Obtain a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) from the Airline authorities clearly stating the reason for delay/cancellation.

                        Multiple reminder sent to del.[protected]@airindia.in but Air India neither providing in written the reason for not issuing boarding pass nor giving full refund of tickets.

                        Also, they have deducted huge amount of 14, 700 as cancellation fees.

                          AirIndia employee Mr. Rohit made the PIR, he put the stamp at custom and he gave me the copy of PIR, his mobile number is :[protected] and this guy kept my both original tags with him. So I have only photos (attached).

                          First bag is a Kamiliant made brown color and the second bag is an American Tourister blue/red/white color with a football print (photos attached).
                          Also attaching my tickets, both tags and PIR copy given to me by Mr. Rohit.

                          I want compensation as my "Entire Checked-In Baggage" delayed by more than 72 hours and still counting.

                          On 6 July, on my arrival date, bags didn't come from Kuwait.

                          Ground staff of AirIndia told me that my bag will arrive at my home (Vapi-Gujarat-pin code 396191, which is 180km far from Mumbai international airport) within 24 hours and now almost 48 hours about to finish.
                          Nobody picks the phone with that given landline number inside PIR copy.

                          I am getting nervous and anxious and high BP due to this.

                          In my both bags, I had expensive cloths, expensive gift items for family and friends, expensive food item, and expensive footwear items and i don't have photos or proof of all these belongings as I never thought this would happen with me. In last 11 years, i have travelled more than 50 times and such things never happened with me. This is the first time i am experiencing such bad service from a reputed Airlines.

                          I received my first bag which is brown in color after 96 hours from PIR report date and its time.
                          I received on 9 July 2022 at 11am IST (almost it took 103 hours). PIR date was 5 July 22:33 GMT
                          I received my first brown bag but it was not home delivered. I had to travel 12 km (to n fro) to collect my bag from a shop near the highway which is located at the outer of Vapi city.
                          I need compensation for this.
                          Also I had to make purchase of cloths from Jockey store worth 6, 000 and I need this money also.

                          As of now, my most expensive second blue color bag is still missing by AI and nobody picks the phone from AI.
                          Since I received my brown bag, Thus, now I remember what I kept in my blue bag when I started traveling on 5th July.

                          My expensive American Tourister Blue bag having football print outside in red and white color, has all my expensive branded 12-13 formal and casual cloths (jeans, shirts, t-shirts); gift for family and friends such as original Prada brand of eye frame with glass, original saffron approx 25 boxes, original new Fahrenheit Dior brand perfume, belt all together it contains materials worth above 1 lacs approx (including value of my this new blue bag).
                          I have travelled almost more than 50 times in last 11 years but this is the first time I am experiencing such a bad service from an airline (in just 4 hours of journey from Kuwait to Mumbai).

                          One AI staff Mr. Bipin, told me that AI brings lots of commercial cargos, therefore, they offload passenger bags and later they falsely blame Kuwait airport name to escape from compensation claims. Also during this July month, since there is a long holiday in gulf countries, so flight is 100% full with human weight so they off load passengers bag to manage commercial cargos.

                          Today (Tuesday) morning at 10 am, I received my second bag i.e almost after 6 days. Again, it was not home delivered, and again I had to goto courier office (12 km to n fro) to collect my bag.


                          This was second time for my second bag for which it was not delivered to my home.

                          My first bag was received by me after 103 hours and pls note that my entire check in bag was delayed by AI.

                          Kindly process for compensation which would satisfy my mental harassment, anxiousness, my blood pressure, my new purchases from jockey store to meet my basic requirements. Attaching the bill from jockey store.

                          Also, kindly note that one employee of AI told me on very first day (I.e on 6th July- 3:30am) that due to heavy commercial cargo, the entire lot of passenger’s bags were left by AI. This is not acceptable.

                          Also pls note that I postpone my various domestic travel plans because of delayed delivery of my baggage.

                                  I booked my ticket through air India on 2 Dec 2021 and my travel date was 24th December 2021 from Toronto - Delhi - Ahmedabad.

                                  I canceled my ticket and requested a refund. it's more than 6 months I am waiting for my refund but have not received a refund. I called multiple time to customers service for my refund every time and got the same answer you need to wait.

                                  furthermore, the last time I called customer service and requested that please transfer my call to higher authorities regarding my refund, customer service simply cut my call by saying that I'm transferring your call. this is the worst experience I had with customer service

                                    Refund still not received 8 months later

                                    I have purchased 2 flight tickets, attached, in November and December 2021, which we cancelled, filled in feedback forms and called numerous times but 8 months later we still haven’t received any refund.

                                    Every time I call, customer service says that I will receive the refund in 7 to 14 days, but sure enough, still haven’t received this refund. This is pure incompetence and a resolution needs to be found ASAP.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I have to come to this to write my grievance here since I don't have any other options left.

                                    We booked our India travel from Delhi to Melbourne, Australia for 26th April 2020. However, due to the unprecedented COVID situation, we couldn't travel for almost 2 years as borders were shut down and COVID situation was very uncertain. I requested for refund in 2020 as soon as I found out that we cant travel but I never received any response. I was not able to connect to AI by any mode as they all were showing not in service. AI online portal displayed notification for all COVID-affected passengers that those tickets can be used in some way again to book the tickets once the travel resumes. In 2022, when things seems normal and borders were open, we started to plan our India travel again. We tried to reach out to their customer service numbers (given here www.airindia.in/customer-support.htm) but it is next to impossible to connect to them. I raised many requests through their Feedback portal (www.airindia.in/feedback-form.htm) but all we received is acknowledgment but no resolution. Melbourne Air India office told us they cant help us since we booked the ticket online. We tried to escalate it through [protected]@airindia.in but they responded saying it cant be refunded since its been more than 15 months (I had also requested refund within 15 months window but received no response). I dropped follow-up emails but again, no response. Their phones are not connected either.

                                    We are travelling to India almost after 5 yrs but we are not able to reuse the tickets we booked with AI. We were misled by the airlines that it can refunded/credited and now left stranded without being able to connect to them. Its frustrating and is causing undue mental stress to the family.

                                    I have attached the eTicket and cancellation request email here but I can provide all the email communications if needed.
                                    Any help to resolve this matter to get the refund back is highly appreciated.

                                      On 11th June 2022 we had a ticket of our family of 3 but the Air India airport staff couldn't scan my passport in their system and after struggling for 2.5 hours at the air india counter they handed us over boarding pass of my husband and child and told me to get GDFRA for me alone at the last moment which was not a requirement but still we applied but did not get response immediately... Then the Air India DM on floor advised me to book Emirates...
