i am harshad shah from ahmedabad me & my family book ticket from ahmedabad to kathmandu gds pnr number : ZNB9XE trough jain insurance & travel servicers in ahmedabad, book on 7/10/21015.On journary dates 12/11/2105 al-14 from ahmedabad to delhi passenger names as 1) Harshad Shah 2) Rajni Shah 3) Diya Shah 4) Khushi Shah 5) Nihit Shah times 10.10 PM from ahmedabad to delhi we stay all night in visitors longs in delhi airport next day at time of departure they make problems of identification that passport or voteing card is valid only not adhar card or drive liance or pan card in delhi airport for boarding in fight, they not allowed for fight as per rule than not allowed as from ahmedabad at middle of journery with small children with me all my booking for kathmandu & all trips expneses loss due to our authiourity in airpot at double money to back from delhi to ahmedabad as per our authourity adhar card or drive liance or pancard are not valid in india . So i am requesting to takes notes of problesm face by my family .

    My PNR is HGCPX Air india flight no AI-101 from Mumbai to New Delhi dated 15.11.15 .Departure time was 9.30 pm Due to heavy traffic in the evening from people returning from their vacation i reached the counter at 8.50 pm. 5 minutes delay the Air line staff refused to issue me boarding pass.
    I requested that i have a very urgent work in Delhi & i am only 5 minutes late & i do not have any luggage.
    The four old & arrogant staff were busy talking on their moblie phones & not listening to my request.
    Due to these kind of behaviour Air India is the dirtiest Air line of the country.
    No body wants to travel by Air India but due to non availability in other Airlines we are forced to go by Air India
    I saw many people requesting to them for various reasons but they did not bother to listen to anybody & continued to talk on phones.
    Will the Airline take notice of these thousands of complaints & take corrective actions against people misbehaving with their customers .
    Hope anybody take notice & improve the behaviour & operations of the national carrier & make it a preferred Air line

      I KEPT MY SAMSUNG MOBILE BLACK IN COLOUR GRAND TWO MODEL EMI [protected]/01 [protected]/01 valur Rs about 30000. FOR CHARGING IN THE LOBBY AT TERMINAL THREE NEW DELHI DEPARTURE ON 15TH NOVEMBER 2015 AT 10.30 AM. I WAS TRAVELLING FROM DELHI TO JAMMU BY FLIGHT NO. AI 821. iT WAS IN LOBBY WHICH IS BELOW FLOOR OF THE PLAZA PREMIUM LODGE AND SURROUNDED BY BOOKSHOP, SAMSUNG SHOP AND GARMENTS SHOP N( THERE WERE TWO SIMS IN MOBILE [protected], [protected].The gate no 36 opened and i moved towards gate no 36 with my husband at 10.30. I boarded at 10.35. At 10.40 I found that I have left my mobile in the lobby. I immediately rushed back to boarding gate to allow me to collect my mobile or send some staff to bring my mobile back, But the airindia staff was so arrogant that instead of helping us they just mentioned we will de board you and we do not bother about any complaint if you make against us" I requested the lady staff who was collecting the boarding pass at boarding gate.They just said go and make complaint to GMR.I lost my mobile because of non cooperation of Air India staff.It would have taken just 5-10 minutes to collect my mobile.

        Sir I booked flight no AI 821 from new delhi to srinagar dated 12 nov 15.but when i reached the check in counter i was informed that one seat is available in AI 825.so i agreed to board the flight AI825 but didnt get any other proof except boarding pass. I reguested several times for an email regarding the change of flight because its urgently required for official purpose.but no one has responded so far even after several request.and morever the way their staff at t-3 has spoken is pathetic. So i request you to pl take some action regarding the same E ticket no[protected] Dt 12 nov 15

          Flight number AI 126, Chicago to Delhi arrival date on 8th November 2015 . Air hostess was showing more attitude towards travelers, she is shot hair dark lady ( don't know name) who is giveing answers irrespectivly, irresponsible way with all the travelers, she even don't want to say sorry for her mistakes . Showing her won forestation on ppl with no reason, this should be taken care by the management authority, it is 16 hrs journey some r with little kids, elders, single moms with baby's who need help either then this ..

            was not issued. My SBI Card Account is showing the debit entry of Rs.3722.00 and amount has been paid to Go Airlines India Ltd. On enquiry I do find any PNR
            No. for this transaction made dated 30/10/2015. So, I request you to lookinto the matter and arrange to refund the said amount by credit to my Card Account under

              My name is Shrutika Jain and I travelled from Mumbai to Kolkata today ( 5th Nov'15 ) at 6:10 am from Air India flight AI 0675. I had requested for a Vegetarian Jain Meal while booking the ticket, but wasn't served the same. When I asked for a reason from the crew, they said there were not briefed about the request, and thus ended up giving the two jain meals available with them to two passengers who asked for it before my turn came. They said this is the airlines fault and were really apologetic on their behalf. My seat was 8C. My FF No is[protected] I want a compensation for the same. I am a strict Jain and it is really difficult for me to manage my meals when travelling, and I though Air India would ease my situation a bit, but I was wrong. I was served bun, croissant, fruits and coffee instead; but that is not enough. The papaya was rotten, and the cup served was dirty. Highly disappointed with the Airline company.

                I was returning from bagdogra from my vacation and unfortunately Air India was the only airline I could choose. All my flights from kochi to bagdogra and return (total of six) weren't on time. But the icing on the cake was on my leg from Mumbai to kochi on 21jun 15, the airlines lost one of my baggage. Something that was very important to me. It has been more than four months, the airlines has not once contacted me, have any support in tracing my bag nor even compensating for my loss. I take time out of my office to visit them every week. Everytime Its the same procedure. They send me back promising to call me first thing next morning but till today not a single call or correspondence has originated from air India to address my greviance.

                  The flight timings of AI 102 on 4th Dec 2013 was changed from 1705 hr to 1425 hrs which was missed as no information was provided by email and or SMS. I had to spend a day extra in New York at my own expense. In spite of taking up the matter with AI in writing and visiting the New Delhi office more than once, the issue was not resolved and they maintained that they had tried to inform but my cell was not active which is incorrect. Thye has sent three emails regarding change of flight for onward journey but not a single one for return. I had spent almost $300 .

                    Booked ticket through make mytrip on7/10/2015 mumbai to tvm ticket showed drparture time 10.15 am terminal 1A went to terminal1A then directed to terminal2 at international terminal. collected boarding pass and cleared security check. realised the flight time is changed to 12.20 pm.for enquiry i was directed to one floor up after cancelling the security check..there only a lay incharge ofwheel chairs and no customer care personal. finally got this e mail adress.when down to the security check and to ghe gate no 44a as printed on the ticket. but the plane did not reach gate no 44a but 40a. on the whole i lost money, my day and had to walk a lot with my physical disability due to diabetics, blood presure etc. my adress:dr.gopinadhan, indraprasth karingannoor, kollam, kerala flit no667 mumbi tvm on 27/10/2015 seat no 7F how will air india make good of my losses?

                      I had planned to attend a wedding of one of my close friends in pondicherry (from mangalore) .i planned the trip 3 weeks in advance. Booked a return flight on 3rd OCT from pondicherry to bangalore AI9510: 25th OCT.
                      air India cancelled the flight, which is no surprise as nothing much can be expected of them. The problem is that they informed me 8 days prior to the journey with absolutely no alternative arrangements made. Infact when I called their call centre, the lousy executive hung up the call on me while I was speaking. This caused me to make hurried alternative arrangements by train and bus as the flight prices had, obviously, soared to double the price. And the refund money would not reach me for at least 15 days!

                        Our Air India PNR is ZBFF8.
                        Booking Itininery :

                        AI-880/IXB-DEL/03Nov and onward connecting flight AI-819/DEL-BDQ/03Nov.
                        The flight AI-880 has been re-scheduled and we received system generated message on 17Oct'15 which will mis-connect onward flight DEL-BDQ.
                        The option given by Air India - IXB station manager was to travel on DEL-AMD reaching late night.

                        Air India - IXB Station Manager has expressed in-ability provide taxi transportation from AMD-BDQ on Air India Cost.

                        When the ticket is booked with destination as BDQ, Air India unable to provide required transportation due it's flight re-schedule.

                          Hello, I have booked ticket to travel from hyd to varanasi on 4th Oct 2015 timing 6:20 AM departure.Air India AI-695, PNR: ZFM3ME. I was 50 mints before departure in the airport and I was trying to get self checking in the equipment but it was not working finally, when I reach the counter just 43 mints before they have not accepted although we are 4 members also with no check in laguage, they have not even tried or no proper response to help. I lost 70 k amount and also sentiment trip to varanasi. I am literally hurt and help less. Can u pls help me take some action in this regard. Thanks chakravarthi, [protected]

                            I travelled in Air India from Pune to Dibrugarh, with my 2 baggage. I did my through check in at Pune Air port for Dibrugarh. As i found my baggage has not reached. I did complain immediately to the Air Port attendee abt my baggage. He made a manual report called PIR. Now its almost 11 days and the athorities are not giving any response. I am worried as I was carrying all important documents such as my original academic certificates and experience certificates. Please help me out to find out my delayed baggage.

                              Hi Team,
                              I have booked a flight of AIR INDIA through VIA.com(Booking Reference - FMN1G2N0F53 ) from Delhi to Raipur. I have been denied boarding with very rude behaviour.Flight AI 469 delhi-raipur, 5:45 am with the below fact-delayed flight by 5 min
                              road blocked, heavy traffic jam at 4:50 am just 200-300 mtrs away from terminal 3.After all this mess I called up to customer care of Air india and they assured that you will got only 1040 as refund for this flight.but VIA.com customer care person replied differently that after all this deduction they are going to charge INR 200 more as cancellation charges and I have received refund mail from via.com, mentioned refund amount INR 430 for total ticket of 5130.
                              I want my money back asap. I am not going to pay any further cancellation charges to via.com after already paid 5130.
                              Resolve this concern asap otherwise I will lodge complaint against via.com in consumer forum.

                                She asked for Rs. 10000 as the Airport Pass charges from us and asked us to wait for 6 weeks to receive the Offer letter. Now it almost 6 months passed away. When ever we are calling her she used to tell some reasons that the offer letter dispatch has been delayed due to bla bla bla reasons that sucks sour patience. Now she is saying that due to Airport Terminal work is in progress, we need to wait for 2 more months. We lost our patience and asked for money back. She asked us to mail her asking for the money. We already mailed her to ask for the money. She is not yet responded for the mail. Friends please dont trust these kind of Job offers. They will loot our money by showing glittering Job offers as such !!!
                                Flying air service -This company is fully fake and fraud. They takes money for jobs. And they don't provide jobs...Fully fake company if you don't have trust on me then check all comments and reviewas. You will get the answer there are some fake comments of saying this company is real those are all fraud comments. They loot your money..By showing dreams of jobs.

                                  Hi : I was travelling from air India, I was told that my flight will be delayed by 7 hrs which I accepted, nobody ever told me the reson. Again I tolerated. When I asked at Newark flight what's the plan from Mumbai, they said we will arrange for it. Now at Mumbai I was told that that now I need to wait for another 5 to 6 hrs. Who is going to pay for the time which I need to wait at airport? Who is responsible for taking care of me during this 5 hrs ? Why the air India staff has not at done anything for the customer specially few of them are senior citizen to take care of them

                                    We booked a round trip to Maldives and unfortunately we chose Air India ( biggest mistake).

                                    My family had reached the airport 1.30 min before and were at the counter for check-in, the check-in counter employee from AI asked for me as I was also mentioned on the ticket, I was stuck in Mumbai traffic and was on my way.
                                    This AI personal didn't check in my family either,
                                    It was a connecting flight from Mumbai to Blore then Blore to Male(Maldives) and they could have checked in with any ID proof as it was domestic.

                                    Then i reached 50 minutes prior to the time mentioned on the ticket, but then the ******** at the counter says that he has closed the check-in and cannot issue boarding passes.
                                    The entire time my family was at the counter and were informing him that I am reaching ( providing update)
                                    But still he dint care for the money we spent on this pathetic airlines.

                                    Then comes his superior, this female tried showing off and the upon confrontation she spoke to the check-in staff, then it was a crazy scene.
                                    As every one started fighting as if they were in a local fish market. The staff at the check in counter is lame and prematurely deployed. It makes us believe they have no training and are just caught from the streets and hired for pennies.

                                    That person at the check-in counter had no regards for someones hard earn money wasted.
                                    Their supervisor then says that there is nothing they can do and simply told us to book other flight tickets.

                                    I had to spend additional money to book GO Air tickets for Blore and then catch the connecting AI flight to Male.


                                    Upon all this crap, we later realized that it was not just a 1 stop connecting flight as they mentioned on the Eticket. This flight stopped additionally at Trivandrum.
                                    So was the return journey we had to stop at Trivandrum, Blore, Chennai and then Mumbai,
                                    This was never mentioned on the tickets. It was a pathetic wasteful and tiring journey.

                                    We have decided to completely abolish Air India for life, We would rather spent more money on other flights that fly in AI ever.

                                    There is an additional topping to this incident.

                                    The flight crew was so bias that I really felt humiliated. May be they are trained only to be nice to white skinned Indians and foreigners and the rest should be ignored or humiliated.
                                    Inspite of asking something few times they straightly Ignored me and Went to few guests who were not Indians.

                                    In the flight from Chennai to Mumbai, the flights male attendant , ignored me inspite of asking him a few times.
                                    While serving food he gave nonveg to the person sitting on the right and when I asked for it he just ignored and almost dropped a tray on my tray table. Upon asking twice he straightly says its over we don't have non-veg left for you.
                                    I felt insulted and that was the very moment I decided never to book an AI flight.

                                    I have conveyed my incident to my office travel desk and they say many other employees have also faced such issues. So we are planning to eliminate AI from our booking list, so that no employee has to face this crap while traveling abroad.

                                      Sir. I have the honour to state that regarding mailing sms. to customer care complaint.after 5 minute. Pretended. To be an agent his contact no.91 [protected] call me and ask. Me my debit. and credit card no, velidity time and. He started gennerating otp. And. Ask to. Tell. The OTP no and started.                                       Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I got call from same number and asked my debit card details and OTP. I did not give the OTP. I have disconnected the call without giving OTP. After analysing the situation I have called back to scold him. His mobile was switched off. I have sent an SMS scolding the rogue. Message was delivered but he did not respond to it.

                                      When I have checked his number on true called his name was stored as "Bank Helpline".
