I lost baggage during my Travel along with family by air India flight No. AI 432 and Al 973 on 01-Aug-2014 from Lucknow to Muscat via Delhi. I was travelling from pune to Malaysia, via pune to chennai to kuala lumpur (Malaysia) on 15 Feb 2014. I got call from air India saying flight is delayed by 2 hrs, I told them that I have next flight and I will miss that, they agreed to arrange replacement flight for me upon going there (to Chennai), when I reached Chennai they didn't entertained me at all, I called there customer service 8-9 times, but no one gave me satisfactory answer....
