Refund against cancellation / no show

1) ai flight - 806 which was scheduled for dep on 01/06/2014 at 8am . We reached at 7am but there was a long que at the counter therefore we reached the desk at 7:30 am they issued no show .
2) immediately they told us to cancel our connecting flight from delhi ai flight - 879 which was scheduled for dep on 01/06/2014 at 11am to ixb - bagdogra .

We want the refund of the above mentioned flights no - 806 and 879 for...

I was travelling from pune to Malaysia, via pune to chennai to kuala lumpur (Malaysia) on 15 Feb 2014. I got call from air India saying flight is delayed by 2 hrs, I told them that I have next flight and I will miss that, they agreed to arrange replacement flight for me upon going there (to Chennai), when I reached Chennai they didn't entertained me at all, I called there customer service 8-9 times, but no one gave me satisfactory answer....

Missing things from luggage

irresponsible and careless attitude
