Dear Sir/Madam, I have to write to you because there has been a serious ignorance on part of Air India in refunding my full amount for the cancellation of their flight. Following are details of flight that got cancelled. Flight No.: AI 864 Mumbai - Delhi - Chandigarh Date of Journey: 26 Dec 2014 Booking reference no (PNR): Z1TM3 Membership No. :[protected] The Flight arrived at Delhi. It was cancelled from Delhi to Chandigarh. The refund of the same as promised has not been received yet. All the above information was always available with Air India, yet upon their request the information about my ticket was sent to them again. In spite of this they have avoided to refund me my rightful amount and after lot of follow ups they refunded me a meagre amount of Rupees 1000/-. Certainly, Rs. 1000/- by no stretch of imagination can be a refund amount for TWO TICKETS between Delhi and Chandigarh. I also sent them a document which they gave me at the time of cancellation for their perusal and necessary action. I am attaching the same along with this complaint in your option of "add photo proof". They emailed me that they would recalculate the refund amount considering the document. Yet nothing has been done. And it seems its just a way of avoiding to pay. I have been put to unnecessary harassment because of such a casual behaviour for more than six months. Indeed asking for my own rightful money again and again also amounts to my insult. For months I have been made to undergo this hardship which could have been easily avoidable. In the circumstance, I request you to consider this as my complaint and direct Air India to pay my refund amount in full along with an interest of 24% p.a. from the date of cancellation plus a fair compensation for the unnecessary delay and hardship suffered by me. Something very strange happened. As soon as I lodged the above complaint, I received a call from a number [protected] at 8:58 am today. The man claimed to be calling from Air India Accounts department. He asked me for my bank details including credit/debit card numbers. I found this suspicious because Air India already has my details and account number. So, there is no question of me providing them my debit card details. This is really strange. I have serious suspicion about this phone call. I request consumer complaints forum to take cognizance of this phone call. Thankfully, I have not provided any details about my debit/credit cards. But other complainants may not foresee the problem and may end up giving details. So please take necessary steps to avoid this problems.

Hrishikesh Chavan

Hi I was traveling by flight AI126 Chicago to Delhi Reached on 25th June at Delhi airport Was shocked at the luggage belt. The baby stroller was broken & was in a bad condition. The seat belt was ripped apart The knob of the handle was missing. It was an expensive stroller. Bought it in USA only & it was really helpful & convenient .. To travel with the baby. I'm really mad now. Last time I left the stroller at the gate Before going into the flight. Really disappointed with the services. I want to know.. How can I get compensated for this. The information below is the mail that I sent Air India for the 3rd time with all the details. (I booked the ticket on 15th May 2015 and then got it cancelled on 16th May 2015 around 11-11.30am. The booking and the cancellation was done online and that is why in my first mail to you all i mentioned that (When I cancelled the ticket online on the 16th May 2015, I received a pop up information that the cancellation charges would be Rs. 1053/- and the rest of the amount (Rs.4637/-) would be refunded back to my account in 10 working days.) Hadn't this ticket been cancelled how on earth I could have got the figure of Rs.1053/- as cancellation fee. Because this amount was informed to me by a pop up on the air India Website and so after that I cancelled it. But I didn't receive any email from your end so how on earth a customer is supposed to know the ticket isn't cancelled. But to confirm my doubts I called up the customer care and confirmed whether the ticket is showing cancelled, and I was informed "yes it is showing cancelled". But surprisingly to my discovery, Air India Cust Care Advisors don't put notes when the customer calls in regards to any booking query, they will put notes only when there is a modification of Customer's change of travel date and time. This information I got when I called up the customer care on 13th June 2015. Also let me again inform you, that on 17th May 2015 around 16:19hrs (4:19 pm) my ticket ( PNR: YHBQZ ) was cancelled by Air India Office in Nagpur. So kindly now act upon the information that I have given you and kindly DO NOT tell me that the ticket wasn't cancelled and it was no show. Which is rubbish. Booking reference no (PNR): YHBQZ Ticket number is 098-[protected] Web Reference: AIBE17978013 Issuing Airline: Air India Ltd. Issued date: Fri, 15 May 2015 FARE DETAILS FARE 1 Adults @ INR 3, 350.00 :INR 3, 350.00 SURCHARGE India: Passenger Service Fee (WO) :INR 233.00 Airline Fuel Charge (YQ) :INR 1, 850.00 TAX Service Tax (JN) :INR 257.00 TOTAL TRIP COST :INR 5, 690.00 (Including Base Fare, Surcharge, Fees, Taxes) What They Replied back is: Dear Madam, The history of the pnr shows that it was not cancelled. If your ticket has been stamped for cancellation, we request you to mail a scan copy of the same to enable us to resolve this case. Regards, Ecommerce/ck My reply to this mail is : Dear Sir, I have cancelled my ticket online, wherein i just received a pop which said that the cancellation fees for the flight ticket will be Rs. 1053/- would you like to cancel the ticket, I clicked on okay. After half hour since i didn't receive any mail confirmation, I called up the customer care, and the advisor informed me that the ticket shows cancelled. Now how can I send you the scanned copy? Coz I was relying on Air India Website, that the ticket would get cancelled. This is what I am writing repeatedly now for the 5th time. Now who is lying I don't know. Either the Adviser didn't have any knowledge or something is seriously wrong with air India ticketing system, that in spite of cancelling the ticket online, the ticket doesn't get cancelled and then the customer is charged almost the whole amount, Typical Indian Government kind of work system you all seem to have. I also gave you the information that my ticket had been cancelled at around 4:19pm on 17th May 2015 by Nagpur office of Air India, which is around 4 and 1/2 hour before the take off, how did that happen? U all didn't bother to check this information? I want an explanation now or else this issue I'll take to the consumer forum. First you all check the information in detail, which i am sure no one is bothering to do till now, then you'll find that yes my ticket was cancelled. I would request You to please look into this matter and take action against Air India. Because of their inefficient system me as a customer is getting charged unnecessarily and they are giving me rubbish information. My friend works in Air India contact centre who gave me this information that my ticket had been cancelled at around 4:19pm on 17th May 2015 by Nagpur office of Air India, which is around 4 and 1/2 hour before the take off. So even if Air India Claims that the ticket wasn't cancelled by me on 16th May in the morning, then why and how the ticket was cancelled by Air India in Nagpur?

My booking/web reference in AI 648 is JBBT9/AIBE17915105. I booked for myself and my 2 daughters, total 3 number of passengers from JGA to BOM dt 14-06-15 as mentioned below. 1. Dhruba Chakraborty Etk no[protected]C2 2. Rwitika Chakraborty Etk no[protected]C2 3. Deboleena ChakrabortyEtk no[protected]C2 The flight got delayed by 3 hrs without any prior intimation and disembarked us at Terminal 1A at about 19:20 hrs against scheduled 16:10 hrs. As a result, I missed my connecting Indigo flight 6E 325 from Terminal 1B from BOM to CCU. AI officials answered that "since Indigo is other Airlines, nothing can be done". I rescheduled the Indigo from Mumbai to Kolkata in 6E 595. I had to incur a loss of Rs 23661/- for no fault of mine!. Being a reputed Air lines agency, I feel, AI must repay the amount Rs 23661/- as the fault is completely at their part. Otherwise for future travel, I will think twice for considering AI as an option. Following self attested copy of documents are attached for necessary verification at your end. 1. AI 648 Boarding passes from JGA to BOM 2. 6E 325 e Boarding pass copy 3. 6E 595 boarding passes from BOM to CCU 4. Credit Card Transaction detail with Indigo on 14-06-15. Please look into the matter and resolve it ASAP. Regards Dhruba Chakraborty

            Dear Sir/ Madam,

            It is very much unfortunate
to receive such a casual response from your JGM SM at Jamnagar.

I have kept gap of 4 hours
from your schedule reaching time to Mumbai ( 4:10 PM ) to my next flight to
Kolkata ( 8:05 PM departure time ) in Indigo Airlines. Your revised schedule
departure was 4:50 PM and then to 0530 PM from Jamnagar and in that case
it was absolutely possible to catch the connecting flight to kolkata.

            However the flight actually
left Jamnagar only after 6 PM and when we approached Indigo desk at Mumbai,
door of the connecting flight was closed. We have been forced to purchase new
tickets costing about 23700 INR for no fault of ours.

            Myself was travelling
alone with my two young daughters . You can understand the pain and
agony I had undergone at that point of time.

            Air India being a
professionally managed reputed Organisation, it is our humble request to look
into it and arrange to reimburse the money spent towards repurchasing of new
ticket due to unacceptable delay of AI flight to Mumbai from Jamnagar.

            Regards

            Dhruba Chakraborty

Dear Sir, This mail is in regards to complaint that I want to raise for the refund of money that I have not received yet as promised on the Air India website after I cancelled my e-ticket. I had booked a ticket online for 17th May 2015 from Nagpur to Mumbai on 15th May 2015 afternoon. But due to some reason had to cancel the same ticket on 16th May 2015 in the morning (24 hours prior to the departure time of the flight) Booking reference no (PNR): YHBQZ Ticket number is 098-[protected] Web Reference: AIBE17978013 Issuing Airline: Air India Ltd. Issued date: Fri, 15 May 2015 FARE DETAILS FARE 1 Adults @ INR 3, 350.00 :INR 3, 350.00 SURCHARGE India: Passenger Service Fee (WO) :INR 233.00 Airline Fuel Charge (YQ) :INR 1, 850.00 TAX Service Tax (JN) :INR 257.00 TOTAL TRIP COST :INR 5, 690.00 (Including Base Fare, Surcharge, Fees, Taxes) When I cancelled the ticket online on the 16th May 2015, I received a pop up information that the cancellation charges would be Rs. 1053/- and the rest of the amount (Rs.4637/-) would be refunded back to my account in 10 working days. After waiting for more than 20 days I didn't receive any refund, so I called up the customer care and i was informed to send a mail to [protected]@airindia.in for the refund of the money. So I sent a mail on [protected]@airindia.in on 6th June 2015. Till today as i didn't receive the refund money of Rs. 4637/-. So again I called up the customer care and today 13th June 2015 & I was informed by Customer service advisor Ms. Rupa that a refund of Rs.490/- was refunded in my account which is absolutely ridiculous. I want to know the reason from where Air India has reached this figure of Rs.490/- as refund? As per the message that i received after ticket cancellation i should be refunded Rs. 4637/- after deducting the cancellation charges of Rs.1053/- from Rs.5690/-.

Sir I am defense personnel as well as frequently traveller of flights of air India. Apart from minor issues which gets on, this time we faced a major issue which needs your attention for early action. On 18 May 15, I tried to book ticket for the date of 22 May 15 by air India official website from Bagdogra to Mumbai via Delhi, under LTC, so that I could claim that amount. But for that date seat was not available, so we contacted air India office at Bagdogra airport to get Non-availability of seat certificate (NAC), but they denied for such assistance. Later we contacted air India office on Land-line telephone No…[protected], they made affirmative response for such assistance, than again we approached at ticket window of air India at Bagdogra. They again denied for non-availability of seat certificate. This time we contacted customer care no. for assistance on the subject, they also made affirmative response on subject. With this again I visited ticket window of air India, explaining all about customer care affirmation, but no needful action happened in direction of solution. Later, I approached to Station Manager of Air India at Bagdogra (Mr. BR Lama). He said there is no such provision to provide non-availability of seat certificate by them. Reply at different times on same subject was different by these responsible authorities, to whom a customer expects to get some positive assistance in time of need. I have even contacted Shillong and Calcutta station managers for same subject, they were also affirmative. In total, non-availability seat certificate was needed. Because of false guidance by responsible persons and no purposeful solution even by Station manager of air India at Bagdogra airport, caused inconvenience and lot other difficulties in the process. Being international standered agency, its station manager should not have such Lagunas with subject of administration concern. In short, to claim for journey Non-availability seat certificate in needed by me. I travelled on 22 May 15 by air India from Bagdogra to Mumbai via Calcutta without LTC. I request for timely action, to help us to get NAS certificate, and request to guide station manager on subject. For any further details, I am happy to provide any inputs needed at your end. I booked a ticket mum-vns-mum for travel on 5th April. I was denied boarding on clause that gate is closed. I was told that I ve only 45 min to board, still flight was closed. I was travelling light and was misdirected by AI staff to wrong queue still reported on counter on time. I have mail from AI authority that last check in was done at 7:46 .. ie 49 min before departure. I fail to understand why I was denied even after reporting on time at counter. Clearly its a case of over selling. I have ticket print on which agent has clearly noted my reporting time7:50 am for 8:35 flight. @AirIndia isn't that 45 min as per dgca. shouldnt proper time lines should be followed rather than making own rule or shout and close flight... Jungli employees.. Thumbs down

While travelling from Hyderabad to Delhi, Air India lost my baggage. Few days back, I got a call from Hyderabad airport authority that my luggage has been traced, but Air India authority is not showing any willingness to return me the baggage.

I travelled on 04th June 2015 from Srinagar to Kolkata via AI659 and AI764. Upon arrival my check-in baggage was missing. AI staff told must be due to less transfer time at Delhi, no issue would come next day ASAP and they will do a home delivery. I filed a complaint (Complaint no# 23619). They gave only one landline no#[protected] for follow-up and told they will update me next morning. All my daily essential items were in the bag. As usual no phone from them. Then I kept on calling (phone always busy and no other number) and then finally I got the number and they told yes they are looking into it and till that time no update. My baggage cannot be traced. It's not in Delhi and not in Srinagar and definitely not in Kolkata. I was extremely worried and kept on calling after intervals but as usual no update. I tried calling up Delhi baggage and the lady (Josna) is the only efficient person in this entire group I interacted. She took baggage description in detail as much as possible and asked me to whatsapp any picture I have, which I did. Today around 2pm, she sent me picture of a bag she found at tag-less area matching my picture and indeed that was the bag. She checked-in the baggage at today's AI764. The baggage was in perfect locked condition (enclosing picture as sent from Delhi Airport). After that Kolkata called me (only time) confirming my baggage is coming and they will positively deliver the same today night. After that from 8pm onwards I kept on calling them at[protected] for numerous times and without any response. No one picked up. No one gave any status update what happened, whether it's coming or not, received or not, getting delivered or not. No update, no response, no clue. It's more than 11pm now, I'm waiting with a lot of mental agony I'm going thorough for last 2 days. No one have any basic courtesy to update the status and inform why it's not getting delivered today. Absolute pathetic service. What I want ASAP is as follows: 1. My baggage in intact condition with lock (as sent by Delhi picture proof) ASAP 2. Compensation of this harassment for last 2 days and the mental agony I'm going through along with the immediate purchases I had to do for essential items which were in the bag. NEED A RESOLUTION ASAP ... Cannot tolerate this irresponsible behavior anymore.

I travelled via AI659 from Srinagar -Delhi and AI764 from Delhi to Kolkata on 04th June 2015. When I arrived, my checked-in baggage didn't came which had all the essential basic items I would need, along with other items. I filed a missing baggage complaint (no#23619) on same 4th June night at Airport. They told they will update me on what's happening and gave only a landline no#[protected] for follow-up. As usual they didn't called me and after trying for several hours in this mental agony finally I got the line and they told they are trying, till that time no trace of my luggage. The story continued on 5th and 6th June mid-day, and no update from them, not yet traceable and they are trying and the luggage must be in Delhi transit etc. etc. The lady (Josna) handling my case at Delhi was the only efficient person in the entire process and she was sending me pictures of tag-less bags found matching my bag description etc. Today on 6th June 2pm approx., I found my bag picture and confirmed that's my bag. It's intact with all locks on (I have pictures - attached). She told she is ending it by today's AI764 to Kolkata and confirmed that she has done the check-in/ load of the baggage. Kolkata luggage then called up (only time) telling my luggage is found and coming and they will positively deliver it today night. Now Delhi people asking me whether I have received my luggage, and I'm clueless what has happened. Tensed for more than 2 days now and receiving this kind of service. If there is any issue on luggage on delivery of the same today, they should have informed me. I'm calling them (the same famous[protected] number) from 8pm and no one is bothered to pickup the phone. I'm totally tensed and worried now whether they have misplaced it again or something else. What I want is as follows:- 1. My luggage in intact locked condition (picture proves at Delhi it's locked) ASAP 2. Compensation on delayed baggage and this harassment and mental agony I had to go through for more than 2 days NEED A RESOLUTION ASAP

Hi, I booked two tickets in Air India for 30th April from Chennai to Kolkata and the flight was scheduled to depart at 16.50pm from Chennai. I had made all arrangements two months back for my travel from Kolkata to New Jalpaiguri via Train and booked hotels in advance. I left from home at around 2pm for the airport and suddenly received a call from a customer representative from Air India saying that We are very sorry Flight has been delayed by 2 hours and 30 mins. Please go to the airport and speak to the duty manager over there. When i spoke to the duty manager in the airport she asked me that there are no alternate flights and you have two options either you travel after 2.30hours or take the refund. As i could not take the flight after 2.30 hours and have to book Indigo flight directly to Bagdogra the early next morning to reach New Jalpaiguri. I paid an extra amount of 32, 000/- over the booked amount for the flight and lost 2000/- for the train tickets because of the delay in flight and could not reach Howrah railway station and lost 2500/- for the hotel booking due to this delay. How can the airline just refund the amount for their flight its not my mistake i planned my schedule as per the flight timings and i now request Air India to compensate me for this heavy loss. Giving a refund for just their airline (please note the refund is also not processed yet till date) will not help me and they have to compensate for this loss. Airline PNR No: JDTG8 Aranda Flight No: AI-766 Regards, Sanket [protected]

                            Hi Air India./Team

As per your email sent on 15th May where in you have confirmed the refund amount and said that you are forwarding the same to make my trip. But the make my trip has confirmed that they are yet to receive refund amount from the airline hence there is a delay.

Can you please advise was this a formality you did on the email and not processing the refund amount. Its been 22 days now and I am yet to receive the full refund.

Also i would like to have the FULL REFUND OF 9996 and i don't need any deduction now. I don't need a penny to be deducted. If its something user development fees of 320 for kolkata you bear it and not me please.

Please give me a date and time when you are proceeding with this refund process. I am given a new date every time from make my trip due to delay with the airline.

                            HI Vivek/Sanjiv,

Can you please look at this and get the full refund processed [9996(full refund amt)-9676(confirmed by airline)]= 320 deducted for some user development fees.

                            Sanket
Also i haven't been given the full refund yet. The refund amount provided was 8622 while the original amount provided to me by the duty manager (she was a lady at chennai airport) was 10, 000. Can you please investigate and initiate the full refund. I have also the print copy from Air India where they have given a remark for a full refund.

Dear Sir / Madam Please note the following points : 1. I am an exporter based out of Kanpur. Due to my business, I travel frequently to Europe and US (almost 6 – 7 trips in business class in a year). I have been a Lufthansa Senator card holder for over 8 years in past. 2. One of my fellow exporter who travelled by Air India about a couple of months ago, praised it for its service and so this time, being a patriotic citizen, I too decided to use national carrier for my trip to Europe (although I was getting alternative airlines at much lesser cost). 3. The flight from Delhi to France, even in the business class, was not very pleasant since the food quality (I tried India food) was very bad. The aircraft was new but it seems that the cleaning staff is not well trained or professional. At many places in the business class there were dirty hand marks on the walls, near windows, as if someone has used it was a support with dirty hands to clean the seat / floor. This gives a very bad impression to the business traveler. 4. The return flight from France to Delhi was much better. The food quality (I tried continental food this time) was good. The aircraft was much cleaner. 5. Besides the journey, rest all (check-in / lounge etc.) were good and I was satisfied. 6. However on my return, I was informed that my baggage was left at France (CDG airport) – although there was a 5 hour connection time between the incoming flight (Air France, Copenhagen to CDG). I filled up the PIR (Property Irregularity Report) at the airport and was assured that the luggage left out at France would be delivered the next day. Details of my flight and PIR is as below : • Incoming Flight : AI142 • Flight Date : 2nd May 2015 (From CDG) • Arrival Date in Delhi : 3rd May 2015 • Ticket Number :[protected] • Bag Tag Number : AF362440 • File Reference Number : DELAI69504/03MAY15/0440GMT 7. I called up Air India Call centre number which was given on the PIR several times on Sunday, 3rd May. But sadly no-one answered the call. 8. On Monday, 4th May 2015, the call was picked up and I was informed by the tele service executive that your baggage has reached Delhi and handed over to the courier to be delivered to me at Kanpur. I was relieved since the bag carried not only my clothes, but important business documents and samples which, if lost, would cause a lot of damage to my business. 9. The wait for the luggage however prolonged. On Tuesday, after several attempts to talk to your call centre, I was informed that the luggage is non-traceable. This was a rude shock since only a day ago I was informed that the luggage is on its way to Kanpur!!! 10. On Wednesday and Thursday, the same story repeated. Many Many times the call centre call went unanswered. In some cases the line was picked up but before we could talk, it gets disconnected. Whenever I could talk, the line of communication was same – that the luggage is untraceable. 11. This is a really sad part of my journey with Air India. The service levels are really really poor. I fully understand that at times, the luggage gets misplaced / left out. I has happened to me a few times earlier too but the luggage then gets delivered maximally in 48 hours (sometimes even in 24 hours). 12. It has now been almost 5 days and the luggage is still untraceable. Plus the communication with your call centre is really really shoddy. 13. I therefore request you to kindly look into the following aspects of service : a. Keep the aircraft spotlessly clean, as in other airlines. b. Improve quality of food which is currently pathetic. c. Improve call centre executives’ communication skills through training. d. Please Please trace my misplaced luggage. I am scheduled to fly again in less than 7 days time to Europe and US. If my luggage is further delayed, it would surely cause a serious dent in my business. I, being a helpful and patriotic citizen of India, would still like to fly Air India. I am sure you would look into the above aspects and also help trace my baggage. Dear Sir, I have written a email to Air India customer care on 19th-April, 2015 regarding my travel to Port Blair by Air India flight # AI 9601 but due to some tech reason flight got cancelled and because of that there was a NO SHOW at my hotel in Port Blair. I spoke to the Air India team at the airport they booked my flight for the next day which was 20th-April, 2015, and also I asked for the refund of my hotel booked in Port Blair for stay on 19th-April, 2015. They told me to contact the customer care them. I have written several mails to Air India customer care but the below response I got from them only for my first mail and after that there was NO RESPONSE on any of my remainder mails. I want to raise a complaint to the consumer complaint forum. ________________________________________________________________________________ I would like to make a complaint regarding my flight cancellation yesterday 19th-April, 2015, Flight # AI 9601 from New Delhi to Port Blair. Myself and my wife were supposed to reach Port Blair yesterday 19th-April, 2015 but your flight was cancelled due to technical problem. As our hotel booking was made in advance in Port Blair for 19th-April but we couldn't reach on 19th-April so there was a NO Show at the hotel and hotel charged my credit card for the full amount of Rs. 8, 000 for my yesterday night stay. I have attached my confirmation voucher which was issued by my travel agent Balmer Lawrie for the confirmation of my booking. This has happened only due to the cancellation of the Air India flight. Being a middle class man myself and my wife cannot bear this loss of Rs. 8, 000/- for my stay which was ended up as a NO SHOW. I want to claim this amount from Air India for this No show. Please find my ticket details below. Thank you and regards, Anil. Varma Anuradha Varma

I traveled by the air India flight AI342 scheduled for 12:01am for 1st May from Mumbai to Singapore. There were repeated misbehavior or incompetence shown by the Air India staff 1. While checking in, the counters were poorly managed, we were waiting in the queue for about hour 2. New counters were opened after a while but only for people coming in later 3. In--flight crew was very impoliteimpolite especially tthethe airhostessesairhostesses . They behaved rudely with momostmost o[censored]s and didn't even address our request for teatea. They spoke rudely with elderselders, didn't wear aa name tahtag, didn't help passengers when needed . It shows air India very poorlypoorly and makes me rerethrethinrethinkrethink my decision of flying aoair iinindiIndia next time again. We travelled by Air India flight from Kathmandu to Delhi by AI 416.on 27.04.2015 The flight was scheduled to depart at 4.15 pm from Kathmandu. Due to the extraordinary circumstances, we could understand the delayed departure. In fact, we are thankful to them since they lifted us safely. We had booked onward flight to Chennai by AI 540 leaving Delhi at 8.55 pm. We have conveyed the delayed departure to Air India, Delhi through our Nepal Tourism people. We were taken aback by the behaviour of Air India Officials at Delhi Airport. When we approached the counter at 11.15 pm we were booked for the AI 439 to Chennai on 28.04.2015 at 6.55 am. The counter people were inhuman and informed that we can go to the lounge and the counter will open at 3.00 am; after security check we can go and relax at the lounge. We were suffering a great ordeal at Nepal without food for 48 hours; standing in the queues for 8 to 9 hours. We were around 40 to Chennai. The officials informed that it was not the mistake of Air India and it was a natural calamity. Then they told at 11.30 our higher officials had to decide on that. We were surprised, as were 40 in number, would any communication would not have reached them. The higher official came and informed that they can arrange but since the time is very short, we can wait and go to the counter. We have to report only at 5.30 am. It was 12.00 midnight. My husband got angry and told that are you asking us to lye down in the platform. The higher official got furious and started shouting at us. After some with the intervention by some people we were given accommodation around 2.00 am at 3rd floor of a hotel was given. They purposely delayed our accommodation. Our flight from Kathmandu arrived at 10.45 and no body was bothered about us. The inhuman attitude of the Air India officials is surprising and paining. Please enquire the same and kindly do the needful.

I am complaining on behalf of my brother in law. His name is Deepak Kumar & he travelled to Shanghai( China) from New Delhi(India) on April 26, 2015. His luggage is missing from & he is not even informed about the whereabouts of the luggage. He is facing difficulties everyday due to this & Air India officials are just taking their own sweet time to answer, which too when called by us & behaving like irresponsible & careless people. They don't even realise how one suffers & moreover its their mistake. The flight number-AI348 & baggage tag number-AI314716. Its very dissappointing to realise that Aviation Industry lacks so much when it comes about service to their customers when Aviation industry claims to be & is supposed to be the most error free, Extremely unsatisfied & hoping it gets resolved ASAP.
