WRONGLY AIR INDIA STAFF REFUNDED TICKETS

I have booked 6 tickets for my family from Gwalior to Delhi for journey date 29 may 2011 vide PNR NO Y6NSQ,Web ref AIBE752282 for flight no.AI 422 in Rs.17010/- after having boarding pass the air india staff told that your booking has been refunded as showing by our system. When we have not requested for the refund, then We have to take fresh tickets from the counter in Rs.19800/- and performed journey on same seat no as were booked earlier....

Offering Gift against Rs.599 on flight

There a wrist watch of brand "Paul Phillippe" has been offered against Rs. 599, which I had collected from AirBazar at Delhi airport on 04 July 2011. Refund Not Received for Canceled Ticket

Hello Sir,
I had booked tiket for Singapore from Air Indai for journey date 07/05/2011 and flight was cancelled on consequtive daya on 07/05/2011 and 08/05/2011 which forced me to book cancel the ticket and choose other options.
But till as on date refund for the same is not made and no satisfactory answer are given as ticket is booked online.
