Dear sir i want to make a complaint of a your ground staff at the delhi airport terminal 3 visitor lounge(2nd floor) about their negligence and lack of knowledge.

it happens this way . on 02 oct 2011, i went to the above said counter(@approx 09:30am) and tried to book the ltc80 tickets but i was unable to confirm since i was sort of money; then i go to my home and take the money and comes back (@approx 02:00pm) by that time...

My Director is a Flying Returns Member, but I have to face the disgusting Air India Services. I am extremely dissatisfied with your Airline Services – Be it Customer Service, Accounts or Ticketing Staff @Nariman Point Office.

First of all, when you call the customer service executives at the call centre either to make a booking or cancel a booking – Air India calls are not audible at all, voice is low and lot of disturbances...

On my travel from Mumbai to Ahmedabad by Air India Flight AI 643 on 6th April 2011, snacks were served in flight.

The snack pack consisted of Sandwich, a fruit cake and a small bottle of water.

I WAS TRAVELLING FROM KOCHI TO CHICAGO O' HARE ON 08/16/11 ON FLIGHT AI 127 , WITH MY FAMILY. 3 KIDS (INFANTS) AND MY WIFE. THE IMMIGRATION DEPT IN NEW DELHI AIRPORT WAS SO SLOW AND INDIFFERENT, WE HAD TO WAIT IN THE QUE FOR 1 HR AND HALF TO PASS THE IMMIGRATION SECTION. I initially planned to travel from EWR to HYD on 21-Aug
I re-scheduled to 28-Aug and agreed to pay Date Change Penatly of $111.
