Ticket cancellation confirmation mail

Baggage missing

I was fly in to chicago on 31st December 2010 via Air india Flight AI127 and all the passenger boarding from Delhi missing the baggage at chicago and the Air india staff told us that your baggage will be delivered to you by 6.00 PM on Jan 1st 2011 but till on Jan 3rd i haven't heard anything from Air india.

Also they have very bad service on the Delhi air port. it's took them three hours to issue a baording pass...

Lost luggage

My bag was not offloaded in Delhi after Air India IXCDEL 1520 flight from Chandigarh to Delhi on 12 December 2010. MISHANDLED BAGGAGE

I travelled from London-Delhi-Kolkata through AI 112. when arrived in Kolkata on 4th dec'2010 I found one bag with case Id CCUAI 15888 is not found.
