On April 9th I made a payment of Rs 11, 680 to Air India for change booking, money got deducted but I did not get tickets.
I have called Air India multiple times and they are done nothing to resolve this issue. My bank(HDFC) confirmed that payment has been made to Air India.

    So, I had an emergency back home and needed to travel as early as possible. It was 29 April 2022. I was in Canada at that time. I called the customer support and asked for their assistance to help with a ticket as early as possible. The customer support person told me that yeah I can get the ticket but I'll have to pay in INR only and I'll get a call back in some time for booking. I shared my brother's number who was in India so that the booking process will go smooth. We kept waiting for some time but when I didn't received any call, I called them again and then I got connected to some other person, he told me he'll help me booking it, if I'm ready for the payment right away. As I was prepared to book the ticket, he told me he'll share the payment link. My brother right away made the payment with PNR: HSVHB. The agent then told me that they are facing some technical issues and will mail me the itinerary within 15 minutes. I kept on waiting for more than that when I again got the call, he too tried to fool me to confirm if the ticket details are correct and they'll proceed. When I confirmed it, he told me the same thing. I kept waiting for hours and then had no option to call back to check the issue. After calling again I'm told that when I booked the ticket although it was 29 April 2022 in Canada but it was already 30 April 2022 in India. So they can't generate backdated ticket. Firstly when the staff shared the payment link he knew at that time too what the time there is and still they asked me for payment. When I asked them for a solution, he said there isn't any solution. I can book ticket for another day. It was urgent for me that's the reason I was trying to book the earliest ticket possible. It would have been easier if they could have told me right away that they can't book now because of this issue. I kept waiting for this ticket and later was left with no other option. To add on to mental harassment the customer support person put my call on hold and never came back. I kept waiting for 1 hr 8 minutes and then had to cut the call by myself. There is never this much continuous waiting time. When I called again the person simply cut my call after saying they can't do anything. After some time I again get a call at around 5 that we have been working on your ticket and this was the issue it's been resolved and you just confirm your details with the PNR and they'll confirm it. Once I confirmed I was told the same reason why they can't confirm the ticket and when I was asking further questions he simply cut the call. I didn't knew Air India Staff is trained to behave like such rudeness and stupidity with their customers. My brother was trying yo contact from here and he's also told that they'll refund the money but they can't book the ticket. They told him that I should go to the Vancouver airport and tell them all the details, They assured my brother that at Vancouver airport the staff will be able to confirm the ticket for me as it's still 29 April there. I picked my luggage and went to Vancouver Airport. When I discussed my situation, the person Mr. Satish said this PNR is not active anymore and if I need to book the ticket they can help me but I'll need to pay everything in cash. He stated that the ticket will be booked from Toronto and was the girl there needs to sleep, its already late so they can't wait for even a 30 minutes for me to collect the cash when there was still more than couple of hours for the flight. He was pressurizing to make it quick as the girl there in Toronto is awake just for my ticket. I couldn't manage to withdraw that much cash because of the bank limit. As I 'm a student, I can only withdraw $500 cash per day. I kept requesting him to please give me another option, please generate a payment link and I'll get it paid by my brother right away to which he said no, we only need cash. I requested that I'll try to call someone to give me cash if they can just give me some time to which the answer was same, the girl there needs to sleep. So we can't give you even 10 minutes. I kept requesting to passengers too if they could help me with cash after getting the payment in their banks, but there weren't many passengers present at that time and no one was willing to take any sort of risk. This kept on for almost a couple of hours. and he kept asking if I am able to get the cash. Like if he would have simply given me some time that within 20 or 30 minutes or whatever time if you could arrange the money then I would have tried contacting and calling any friend for help. But when he said he won't wait, I couldn't call anyone because no one was with me and it'll take minimum 30 minutes for anyone even in Taxi to reach airport. In the meanwhile my brother tried to discuss the situation here. The customer support said that such issue of paying via cash should not occur. They activated the PNR and told me to approach for the check-in and talk to them. I checked the PNR status and it was active. When I went there the girl there took me to the another counter where when I told them the details she said she's confirming. I kept standing their and waiting but she was busy chitchatting with other staff members and roaming and doing other works. After some time I again asked if there's any update to which she said she's checking with the manager. I again kept waiting for almost 30 minutes and when I again approached her, she said the PNR is not active anymore. The result was after getting mentally harassed and exhausted for trying to get the process done I wasn't able to get a ticket. I was told to come again some other day or book a ticket via travel agent for the upcoming days.
    As a result, I had no choice to wait on the airport for whole night as there was no other flight available for Delhi at that time. I had to take Air India flight to Toronto wait there for almost 10 hours and then I reached India at 12:30 am on 2 April, 2022. Only because of the ignorance of the staff who booked the ticket earlier and because of the cash demand at Vancouver airport I had to bear severe mental stress.
    I booked it along with the return ticket earlier but now I had no option other than taking one way ticket. which costed me even more. And don't try to tell that they were not Air India Staff. He was no other than the staff and if he wasn't how was he given so much liberty to roam around with Air India ID card in neck and talk to staff so freely and even visit the areas restricted for everyone other than staff. It was all happening at the place we end for check-in. Everything who so-ever was talking to me would have been easily captured via CCTV cameras.
    Till now even after bearing all this, I still hadn't received any refund till now which the Customer support on that day was saying will be refunded back and would hang up the call.
    An untrained staff to book tickets which they can't issue, useless, pathetic, misguiding and very unprofessional customer support, and then pressurizing for cash. I never ever imagined bear such things in Air India. I was always told that Air India services are not good to which I never paid attention as people are habitual of making complaints but this was really the worst experience one can have. My mother was not doing well, that was the reason I needed to come as early as possible. I lost my father an year ago due to sudden heart attack. But all your staff was concerned was just cash payment to made like in a snap of eye. Who in these days travel carrying this much cash? Even the local stores in India and even the stalls are accepting online payments but you need to give only cash in a city like Vancouver? The physical and mental stress I had to endure was just because of negligence of your staff. If they could have simply said that they can't issue the ticket for today for this reason, I would have booked the other ticket which was available direct to Delhi but missed it for all this harassment.
    I booked my return ticket for 3 June 2022. As I was expecting, my mother will be recovered by then. Now, I want yo get a complete refund with a compensation for all this situation caused by the your employees. I didn't had a single fault, I get the ticket booked by your staff on call only and paid by the payment link generated by your staff. All these things can be easily traced and I also have screenshots of everything. So, I deserve a genuine compensation. Or you give me a better deal on my return ticket. I'm still ready to take a chance with Air India, only if my complaint is taken into consideration and a genuine and appropriate action is taken to ensure that neither me nor anyone else will have to endure this in future.
    This is every customer's right to be treated with respect and given support. For what reason customer support is if they themselves push you in such a situation and then instead of trying to help they start hanging up the calls.

      I had made a booking with Air India for flight AI302 from Delhi to Sydney with eticket no.[protected] for 26th March. I made a booking on 24th March, 2022 and cancelled the ticket next day since I was informed that Singapore will be operational from 27th march from mumbai to singapore to sydney and since Singapore airlines was more convenient for me, I cancelled Air India ticket on the call after detailed chat on cancellation fee and time of refund which was told will be 21 days.
      It is been more than 21 days and there is no concrete response yet on by when refund will be processed. Multiple calls and emails have been exchanged with no solution, refund or any commitment on refund timelines.

        05.2022, , I have booked tickets by flight no. AI 780 with pnr YFEK5, timing 01.05 PM from hyd - 16.15 PM CCU. Air India has cancelled the flight without prior information to me. When I came for boarding at that time I informed that this flight AI 780 is cancelled two months back. My wife along with two kids travelling from hubli to huderabad to catch the said flight got nervous. Airport authority is not accepting that he has done mistake and said that you have taken ticket from third party I.e. make my trip, so you approach to make my trip authority for resolving the issues. After long conversation Air India authorities rescheduled the said pnr YFEK5 for 03rd may 2022 in flight no. AI 525 @ 05.55(HYD) - 08.15 (CCU). I want to compensate the expenses which was expend during 02 days stay at Hyderabad I.e approx 10, 000/- and mental harassment borne by Air India irresponsible work i.e. not to confirm for cancelation in prior time.

          Baggage Damage claim

          Damaged baggage - File reference DELAI75608/21APR22/0752GMT

          I lodged the above referenced damage claim, on 21 April 2022, on arrival at Delhi IGI Airport as my luggage was damaged extensively and unusable.

          I travelled from Washington IAD to New Delhi by flight AI104 on 20 April, arriving in Delhi on 21 April 2022.

          So far, I have not received any compensation and feedback on my claim, also no responses...

          I wanted to travel from Aurangabad to Tokyo and I was denied to board the domestic flight from Aurangabad to Delhi(AI442) on 3rd May, 2022 and due to this I missed my international flight from Delhi to Tokyo (AI 306) too.
          I was in the airport at 3:45 pm, one and half hours before the departure of the flight. When I went to the Air India counter to collect the boarding pass, I was told that I had not done web check-in and so had to take the next day flight though I booked the tickets two months before and I also booked the seats by paying extra money and was having seat numbers in hand.

          Due to this I suffered a lot as I was traveling with my 2 year old kid. Also as I was traveling internationally, I needed to do lots formalities again during COVID-19 pandemic like doing rt-pcr test etc.

            I booked my tickets (2) for from and TO as well as To and FROM .
            Due to personal reasons, I had to make my tickets as open and Air India helped me with that,
            Air India is confirming this open ticket status only over call and not over email .
            Now that I am trying to want to use the tickets, Air India says that it is Aliance Air that has to help .And Alliance air has no proper data on the open ticket information and they state it's Air India that has to help.I have spent 21, 320 INR in total. Please someone help me out here .

              I had a round-trip booking for two, namely, for Mr. C and Mr. A, from Mumbai to Mauritius for the 2nd May 2020 with a return date of 8th May 2020.

              The date of issue of the ticket was 16th March 2020 on Air-India and the RLOC quoted on the ticket for Mr. C is AI Y5ETW/MK M9DTJU. The e-ticket number is[protected].

              The ticket for Mr. A was also issued on 16th March 2020 on Air-India and has an RLOC of AI Y5ETW/MK M9DTJU. The e-ticket number is[protected].

              In view of the corona virus scenario and the uncertainty of travel with no new notification regarding extension for rescheduling ticket, I on 27th December 2021 applied for refund and the Reference no. is WB-IBOM[protected].
              I communicated with AIR INDIA officer via phone ([protected]) and he said that refund of one ticket (e-ticket number is[protected] has been done on 9th January 2022 and the other one (e-ticket number is[protected] on 11th January 2022. But I have received refund of one ticket only on 15th January 2022. I asked for transaction details but not getting any reply from ecommerce.[protected]@airindia.in, escalation.[protected]@airindia.in, [protected]@airindia.in

                I have already launched a complaint (registration number : MOCAV/E/2022/02612) on 24 Apr 2022 for my refunded ticket amount (Ticket Number :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected].
                A reply from you received by me on behalf of my grievance and I have fwd the same to the agency (FLYWIDUS) but they are still saying that amount was not reflected in there account.
                You are requested to help me to find out my refunded amount of cancelled ticket.
                I will be thankful to you for this act of kindness if I'll get my money back because it's already one year passed and I am totally confused and hopeless.
                Who is responsible for that transaction Air India or Agency (FLYWIDUS) and how much more time you need to find out?

                  My FR account no. is[protected]. I had uploaded the passport copy on 13 Apr 22 and 27 Apr 22 for correction in name. But it's more than 15 days and it's not yet done. On 14 Apr 22, I received an email from Air India stating that the name will be automatically changed as per the passport. But it is not yet done. I had and planning Air India travel. Negligence of this will not fetch me the points.

                    Origin - Kolkata
                    Destination - Chicago

                    Now it seems my mother surname is De as per passport but not sure how the last name came as Dey in the ticket.They are very aged and they have to travel due to my Dad's health condition. I have called the customer care in all department for the help so that they can atleast board the flight but I am getting mix of responce.My parents are very worried for this and needs some help to board the flight. Now suddenly I am seeing my dad's name has been removed from PNR and generated a new PNR where as nobody requested so this is a big harrasement for customer to follow-up and get it corrected as the passenger are vey aged and nobody to help them.I would request air india if they can accommodate this type request to correct 1 letter in surname as this can happen by any human.

                      AirIndia has made it impossible to achieve a simple task "rescheduling a flight". I am travelling business class with my wife EWR to DEL.
                      PNR: JTYSW /HC9XW. We web-checked in online earlier only to find out 30m later that the flight is 18h delayed. The new time is 5:25am tomorrow. We don't want to spend the night in the airport (both me and my wife are 70+) hence we tried to reschedule to a later date.
                      The customer-care made us wait hours and kept bouncing us around. Finally they told that they CANNOT reschedule my flight because we are already web-checked-in. And ONLY THE AIRPORT officials have the authority to cancel a web-check-in, and once that is cancelled, only then our flight can be rescheduled. I have never heard this before and am beyond dispappointed. With other airlines in USA, you could pick a new flight online in 5minutes.
                      We still drove to the airport last night only to find out there was NO ONE from AirIndia in the airport. We went to the airport AGAIN today morning and met with the staff. To our surprise even the airport staff don't know how to cancel a web-checkin.
                      So after making atleast 8 calls, and making 2 airport trips, there is no one who could help reschedule my flight. We don't have an option but to wait for 18h to board the delayed flight.

                        I have booked for 3 people tickets from ATQ-DEL-VIE in March 2020, the flight was cancelled due to covid. i have called, emailed multiple times and never received any money.
                        So many times they told me to wait 25 days, 21 days, few weeks, no money ever came.
                        Its really tiring. All i want is my money back.
                        Another thing is I have called the customer service, they tend to lose connection or hang up in the middle of the conversation, too.

                        like i said its been over 2 years now and i didnt not get any money back!

                          On 26 Oct 2021 i had purchased Ticket for LKO to DEL 8 Dec 2021 via AI 812 Dep 20:15 and Arr at Delhi 21:35 pm. I had to take a Flight to USA on 8 Dec 2021, Via Flight UA 802 scheduled Dep at 11:45 pm.
                          I was advised by certain well wishers that AI 812 flight will be too close and if slight delay, i will miss the US Flight. I was also informed that due to Covid - 19 Procedures checking, there are huge rush Since This flight Booking Reference Z7BHY, had return flight also on 4 April AI 811, so i could not cancel the LKO - DEL sector. I purchased another Ticket Y36R7 from Air India and reached Delhi and took Flight to USA.
                          While returning on 4 April 2022, i was not issued the Boarding Pass and sent to Customer Care Center at T3 Terminal and after checking all details, they advised the Booking counter to issue Boarding passes and informed, I should apply online for Refund. of LKO-DEL Unused sector on 8th Dec ref Z7BHY
                          You are kindly Requested to reimburse / Return the Unused Ticket.

                              Refund of cancelled tickets (Paris-Del-Return) pending since Dec 2021. Status shows as acknowledged from day of cancellation. Tried calling and emailing customer service - No progress.

                              Customer care had cancelled the tickets and was promised a refund within 20 to 30 days and now it has been 5 months. Please help.

                                I paid INR27, 944 on 25thAug, rescheduled the same tckt on 22ndSep and paid INR25, 591. Cancelled it on 2nd OCT. GOT REFUNDED ONLY INR15, 469. While rescheduling CustomerCare agent said that " IN CASE OF ANY CANCELLATION I WILL BE REFUNDED WITH INR[protected]K+5%GST)".

                                I have not got my INR25, 000 yet!

                                I have made over hundreds of customer care calls, multiple tweets, raised multiple cases with them, every agent gives me a new case number, latest CASE NO. 14426766.
                                For every call to customer care I have wait for min 45mins. Wasted hours and hours of my valuable time in waiting line, still my issue is pending. Every time I call they say my issue will be solved on "PRIORITY". I just wonder if Priority case takes this long. how long a normal case would take? OR are they even taking my case on priority?

                                    We took a trip with Air India from New Delhi to Male on flight AI 267 with PNR - JKSBL on 1st December, 2021. We had 2 check-in bags and and one of the bag with all our clothing including undergarments, medicines, footwear, skincare and other essentials etc. never reached Male. Me and my husband were first time traveling internationally.

                                    Upon querying with the airport staff at Male we raised a Property Irregularity report with File reference number MLEAI1030. Please find attached our boarding passes along with Property Irregularity report copy. They also told us to purchase a few things from the airport and air India would compensate for it. They reached out to the Air India team and mentioned that the bag will reach to us by the next flight. But that never happened.

                                    Upon further querying multiple times with the Air India at Male and back in India we never got any satisfactory answers as to what exactly is the situation with the bag. As we didn't had any luggage with us, we had to spend a lot of money to buy some basic needs(clothing). In fact we did not even find clothes as there was only one souvenir shop. We had no underwear, medicines, clothes etc for 4 days. We could only buy a tshirts and a few basic things but no women dress were available at the souvenir shop.

                                    After losing all hope and support from Air India. We were extremely traumatized and mentally stressed. We then contacted our family in India and after asking a few relatives and acquaintances, they found someone who worked at Delhi airport. That person checked at the airport and located our bag. We received our luggage 4 days later on 4th December, 2021 and we were supposed to fly back to India on 5th December 2021. We had to survive our complete honeymoon without our luggage. We were told earlier that the luggage was kept because of security reasons but that was complete lie because we eventually got our bag after 4 days.

                                    We have also filled formal complaints with Air India but there is no status update or any effective communication from them.

                                    I am attaching the relevant documents and emails to Air India.

                                    Please help us as this is our last hope. We have lost so much money and had a terrible honeymoon because of Air India. We had saved for this trip and wanted this to be an amazing experience but due to the lack of professionalism and customer service at Air India all that is not runied.

                                      Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
                                      would like to inform you that I booked my ticket from Aurangabad to Mumbai (Dated[protected] flight number AI 441, but due to some reasons, the airline cancelled the flight and changed my ticket to[protected]. I called customer care service and cancelled my ticket on[protected] but I haven't received my money back.
                                      My Booking reference is Z4MG0 and my Eticket no is[protected].
                                      Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
