Hi, my air ticket no[protected] travelling from Rajkot -Delhi -Dubai. on 1st May.
After making us sit in the flight for nearly 1 hour, we were informed that the flight is grounded and so i also missed my connecting flight from Delhi to Dubai.
we were assured by the person at the Rajkot Air india office that the refund will be issued in next 7-10 working days. Post that nothing happened, sent several emails, raised refund requested on Air india website and also wasted so many minutes calling from India however quiet pathetic approach from Air india and the call center person kept on asking us to raise the refund request every time when we have called them.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I am Manju Bhalla, I booked air tickets with your app for Air India Guwahati -Delhi (5/6/2022) on April 18 for four passengers PNR NO J764B four passengers I canceled one of the Ticket No .[protected] the same day because of an issue with the name and rebooked another ticket on the same flight on, the same day. I canceled it through Air India and was told that the cancellation request has been accepted and will get a full refund through Ease my trip in 10-15 days. Somehow that hasn't happened.

    Ease my trip said, If you have received any confirmation mail or message from the airline regarding the full refund, please share the screenshot with us. Air India said, we have cancelled your ticket but for full refund contact to Ease my trip because you booked your ticket through Ease my Trip.

    Please take initiative from your end and process the refund asap

          I am very much disappointed by the charges DNATA has charged for Air Suvidha i.e. AED 35 per person. This is very very high considering this is free online service by GOI. By not informing the passengers in advance the passengers are compelled to do it with you at the last moment.

          I opted for this option as there was no time to fill those forms . I was not informed in advance that there is a need to declare this and neither it was checked at Mumbai Airport . Almost all passengers were not aware of this and there was no information at airport too, it was only when collecting boarding pass it was informed to all passengers. Filling online even would have missed the flight.

          So the bottom line, lack of information caused me to shell out 105 AED which is very huge for me

            So I was travelling from London to Goa via connecting flight from Mumbai. I had paid money for the direct luggage transfer into domestic flight. But at the Mumbai airport I was informed that I had to collect my luggage and do a self transfer. This was Insanely tiresome. If i was happy with self transfer then I would had bought ticket for the same and not for direct luggage transfer. I am so disappointed.

              I would like to bring to your notice that I had been off boarded Air India Flight number AI912 on 22/05/2022. The flight was scheduled at 5:00 AM to take off from Dubai (DXB) airport to Mumbai and I also had a connecting flight AI442 to Aurangabad (IXU) from Mumbai that was scheduled at 3:25 PM.

              The weight of my cabin luggage was 14 kgs wherein only 8 was allowed. I was ready to make the payment of AED 170 that they were charging for 6 kgs excess baggage, but I did not have any cash on me and my credit and debit cards were declined as well. I tried to convince the Airline Marshal that I will make the payment once we land in Mumbai and to provide a link that I can make the payment on or if they could provide any other mode of payment to me. The Airline Marshall gave me a chance to withdraw cash, but as the card payments were getting declined, I could not even withdraw cash.

              I pleaded the Airline Marshall to let me go as my parents were unwell, but he did not listen and off boarded me issuing a letter that I was unable to make payment. I am unable to leave Dubai for a few days now as I do not have sufficient funds because of this episode.

              I would like Air India to make some provisions for people who are helpless like me to either make payments online, if they are unable to make payments via cash/debit/credit cards.

              Also, if you could provide some kind of reimbursement, that would be appreciated.

                I had booked Air India Ticket PNR H852B from Ahmedabad to Melbourne and return from Melbourne to Ahmedabad.
                When i booked the ticket the domestic sector was also operated by Air India.
                From 15th April, 2022 Air India separated domestic sector now Known as Alliance Air.
                While booking i was allowed 23 kg x 2 bags = 46 kg check in baggage and 8 kg as cabin luggage.
                Now when i reach Delhi on 26th May, 2022 5 pm the domestic flight of Alliance Air is on 27th May at 5:35 am.
                Unfortunately Alliance Air is not allowing 23x2 bags = 46 kg but adamant for only 15 kg as checked in baggage. or else i need to pay Rs 12, 000 extra.

                The reason for compliant is that when i booked the tickets of Air India and paid Rs 164, 800/- it was was checked in baggage of 23x2 bags - 46 kg. Now if Air India has separated their domestic operations then also Alliance Air should obey what was confirmed by AIR INDIA which issuing the tickets.

                Where is my fault ? Due to change in administration Air India should instruct Alliance Air to carry check-in baggage as confirmed by Air India E ticket No.[protected] while issuing the ticket

                Since 4 days i am shuttled from Air india and Alliance Air and no one is helping me out

                Either AIR INDIA pass instructions to Alliance Air to carry the luggage as committed or else Air India should pay RS 12, 000 as charged extra by Alliance Air.

                      I booked a ticket for AI787 date[protected] from Kolkata to port Blair. payment was debited from my bank account but ticket not generated yet.my payment confirmation message is as follow:
                      Dear customer, acct XXX9189 has been debited for Rs.5615.00 on 17 May 2022 time 08:40 towards linked billdeskpg.( Protected)@icici.Upi Ref I'd(protected)

                      I tried several times to contact Bill desk customer care and airindia customercare for two hours but lines were not working or always busy. At last, I again booked another flight ticket in same flight due to my urgency and limited availability of seats in that flight.

                      Kindly refund my money immediately.

                        My name is Vijay Kumar vemireddy, I booked a return flight ticket from Melbourne to Hyderabad on 17/05/2022, upon booking the payment was deducted from my bank account but at the end got the following message " P_0006 - Payment has been collected. Sorry, we were not able to ticket your booking due to some technical reasons. We shall mail the tickets to you shortly." Still, I haven't received my tickets.
                        Could you assist me?

                          I flew from JFK to Varodara 04/30/2022 and some of the seats had no entertainment as the tv was not working and mine was one of them.

                          Coming back from Delhi to JFK Flight AI 101 no entertainment working again.

                          This is not acceptable in a long flight. Please compensate.

                              Misinformation regarding Converting my ticket to Open Ticket by Reshma supervisor Air india.
                              Booked my ticket Mumbai to Abu Dhabi 20 May 22 return 23 May 22 . To attend iifa awards wch was postponed due to death of Abudhabi Emir on 13 May .
                              Wanted to cancel or keep it open for 1 year .
                              As per Reshma mam my ticket was switched to open ticket. But another as per Air India employee Ranjit it’s not open .I hve been harassed by air India employees without any clear directions.
                              I’m senior citizen and my hard money is involved in this .
                              Top of that my call gets disconnected every few seconds from air India side .
                              About 100 calls are made from my side with no resolution.
                              Extremely DISAPPOINTED with Air India .

                                I've been requesting to kindly refund the ticket amount since our tickets (PNR Y97B3) have been cancelled due to cancellation of flight 9I 0741 Dimapur to Imphal scheduled on 05/12/2021. Request was made on 06/12/2021 with reference no. WB-DDMU[protected] dated 06/12/2021. But it has not yet recieved. Kindly do the needful at the earliest possible.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam, I wanted to bring to your urgent attention the ordeal me and family had to have with Air India. Today I had a flight from Mumbai to Kozhikode (CCJ) on Air India flight (AI-581). Though I reached on time to Air India counter que, the queue was longer (10 persons ), by the time I reached counter, the lady at counter said flight is closed. I still see 50 Mins for take off. She asked me to contact the duty manager, spoke with him and he was rude with us. Neither he had any explanation nor helped us in any way. There was no intention to help, he could easily let us in. I am a frequent flyer and this is the first time flying through AIr India in Domestic route.
                                  Their passenger treatment was so bad, i saw another set of people voicing their concern infront o[censored]s. I request your urgent intervention to ensure staff at lest to be friendly and courteous to customer. Request your urgent help as I am in a kind of mental trauma. Request your urgent interventinion to get us justice.

                                    Having defect with you and left us without informing.
                                    We booked ticket from blr to Delhi, and Delhi to narita tokyo.
                                    And air India which was supposed to be there at the Banglore did not arrive and made changes and sent in some another flight by saying our staff will escalate you in Delhi..
                                    And after coming to Delhi they are saying we are not responsible for your late and we cannot make it and response rudely

                                      We had paid for it by a credit card and net banking. Ticket was cancelled, but only credit card refund was issued, not for Netbanking. PNR# is YW6DR, and ticket# is[protected], passenger name is Simmi Sharma.

                                      Below is a copy of State Bank of India's passbook that shows no refund. Please get us back INR 78101.80 paid on March 18 2022 for this ticket.

                                        Hello,

                                        This is with the reference of air india flight number - AI 689 from dehradun to Mumbai on 23rd March, 2022. This flight was canceled by the airline after 6 hours o[censored]s waiting Firstly in the airport for 4 hours then in the aircraft for 1 and half hour, after that the air india crew told us that the aircraft is facing technical issue which cannot be resolved so the fight is canceled and took our boarding passes and told us that we will get the full refund. They did not give us any supporting document to show that we will get the full refund and the ticket is canceled and we also have to board another flight as we were in a hurry to catch another flight which we and many other passengers booked instantly as we have to reach Mumbai at the earliest as we have booked the cruise from Mumbai.
                                        Now after more than 2 months of continously trying with the airline and the agency which is goibibo who is also trying really hard with air india to help us for the refund, we are getting the same answer and that is we were no show on the day and cannot get the refund.

                                        After 2 months of continuous hassarment on phone more than 100 hours of call and more than 50 mails, I am begging u to let us know how can we prove u guys that your aircraft on that date has not took off from the airport and was canceled. U can check the CC TV footage from the airport and check each and everything from our presence while waiting to while boarding the aircraft and the deboarding it .

                                        How can u tell the agency goibibo each and every time that the passengers were no show and cannot get the refund.

                                        Can't u just check that us aircraft has departed on a date or not, it's very easy thing to do I think. And when the flight is canceled by u, are we not supposed to get the full refund.

                                        And why can't u resolve our problems, u always reply that agency will contact us for refund. Why can't I as a customer not ask u for my refund.

                                        Please let me know what shall I do to get my hard earned money back
