After calling up several times over the last 3 months explaining the same thing over and over again, filling multiple feedback forms - IDEL[protected], WB-IDEL[protected], WB-IDEL[protected], WB-IDEL[protected] and escalating to the refund department and raising complaints[protected], 14775100, 14811205
I still haven't received the refund for the international tickets canceled by Air India itself: Booking Reference: Z125K Ticket no:
and Ticket no:[protected] Date 23 Jan 2022 From To Delhi (DEL) Hong Kong (HKG) Flight No.AI 1314
First of all, why the need to fill out forms etc. when the flight was canceled by air India. The refund should be done automatically. Secondly, no follow-up/ reverting was done by Air India.
Just promise of getting done in 7 days with no concrete action till now.
A very sad situation.

Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Once my parents reached Allahabad Airport, Alliance Airways informed them that the flight has been delayed for 2 hours. The layover time in New Delhi is 2hr. 10mins. and hence this delay would mean that my parents are going to miss the connecting Indigo flight from New Delhi...
I contacted the Alliance Airways, Indigo Airways & also MakeMyTrip to see if anyone can help us on this buy no one was willing to or able to and they asked us to cancel the connecting flight, which would mean we need to pay extra. I explained the entire situation to everyone, and that we have already paid approx. 42, 000 for this... I don't blame Indigo or MakeMyTrip for this because the entire chaos was created by Alliance Airlines and they are doing nothing to help us!!!
This is such a inhuman behaviour at their end... Why should a passenger get harassed or had to pay extra because of their fault????
