I booked the ticket using airindia website and air india call center changed the flight and once they booked with wrong dates in connecting flights. It took around 10days with multiple calls/emails/twitter tweeks for them to fix it. I reached out to them for adding an infant call center guy said infant can be added at airport counter, I went to airport twice and they said they dont have option to give ticket and asked me to reach out to reservations.[protected]@airindia.in, I sent email from two days no response from them and in twitter support again saying that I booked the ticket via agent. AirIndia software sucks, worse customer service without having knowledge of flights/timings and wasting customers time.

My travel is approaching and not sure who can help on this regard. May be they are thinking they are doing free service to people based on the behavior of the agent in airport I feel like that as he is not ready to talk only.

      I have called the call centre many times to reschedule my flight, but no one is able to change it. They keep on disconnecting my call. Nobody has answers. everyone keeps on saying i have changed many times so i cannot change it now. But last time when i called and asked for changes, the agent said he cannot give me 20 july 2022 booking because of some migration issue. He asked me to call again to make changes. I have been calling since yesterday but no one is helping. I was also asked to goto ticket office in delhi. I even went there, but then they asked me to goto airport. Then I went to the airport. But again now they are saying I have to write an email or goto ticket office. Neither the ticket office nor the airport is near my house.
      And to be clear, I am not here for vacation, my father is serious and hospitalized since 21 march 2022. That is the reason I made changes with my dates. And The flight scheduled on 16 june 2022 was not decided by me, your agent said to book currently on this date and later call again to make changes.

        My Name is Zone Joseph a resident o[censored]AE under resident visa status. I had booked ticket in Air India on 28 May 2022 along with my family from Dubai International Airport to Calicut International Airport to be on board at 14.45. Booking ref: HG30N.
        I was travelling for the purpose of an emergency meeting in Bangalore which was supposed to be held with our company group CFO on 30th May 2022, Monday and was planning to travel from Calicut to Bangalore on 29th evening after dropping my family back at home.

        We had reached Airport at around 12 PM and while presented for Boarding Pass, the counter issued boarding pass for my wife and two children (7 yrs. and 3 yrs.) but not for me saying that there is a message in their system "DO NOT BORAD" and according to them it was from the UAE immigration dept, and I was asked to go to the dept and clear the travel ban. Immediately by letting my family to pass through the immigration for travelling I visited the immigration dept at DXB terminal 1 and they checked my passport and said, "there are no such ban on my name". I also checked with the Police Station inside the Airport and was told the same thing. (Also, there was no chance of such ban in my knowledge as well). I went back to the Air India counter and updated them about the same. Then I was asked to go to the Air India office at the terminal and met a lady staff there. According to her there was nothing doable from their side as this is from immigration dept and had to be cleared from dept side to let me in for travel. Also was told that I won’t get enough details from the terminal immigration dept and should go to the main immigration dept (which is at terminal 3). And I did so. The result was same, after checking my passport and Emirates ID, they said the same thing that there is no such ban initiated by the dept. By the time I reached back to the DXB terminal 1 at the Air India counter, it was closed and went to the Air India office who sent me to the Immigration dept. I was told now nothing can be done and I won’t be able to travel on the same flight. I was truly like a lost man there and somehow had to convince my family, over the phone call, that they must travel alone. I was worried about them as my wife had to handle along my small kids and the 3 baggage's at the destination.

        After the scheduled flight was departed, I went to the Air India office in Al Fahidi, Dubai and explained what happened and was simply opened their hand saying nothing can be done and refund is possible subject to the T&C as normal and "if" I require they could reschedule the ticket at "my own risk" and by paying the additional reschedule fee. I still tried for rescheduling the ticket but was able to get the ticket for 30th May 2022 at the same time 14.45 hrs also paid AED 560 more for this ticket. Ticket No: 098 [protected] with booking ref: RLWZ8H.

        On 30th May 2022 I went to the Airport (DXB terminal 1) at Air India counter, and the situation was same, and I was sent to another counter where a gentle man heard me about the issue and told that he will sent a mail to the dept and update if any progress and was asked to wait. After about 30 mnts he told me that he has received the reply from the relevant authority/ dept to override the message and issue the Boarding Pass. Though I asked for a copy of the mail, I was not allotted for the same. Eventually, without any further issues I was able to travel to CCJ on 30 May 2022.

        Bottom line of my complaint is - I would really want to know what the issue on my passport for such a travel ban was and where exactly the origin was and who is responsible for that. Also, the way it was solved on 30th May (within 30 mnts or so) could have been initiated by the Airline team on 28th May and avoid such mental and professional losses I had along with the financial loss of reschedule charges and other local travel charges.

        I would request for a detailed enquiry in this and support for the compensatory measures for my mental, professional and financial losses, from whoever responsible for.

                  Myself Mrs Nasim Memon, I was supposed to travel today in AI0651 and my booking id was EMT99860666. I reached the airport at 8.15 and stood in a long long queue in front of Air India check -in counter at 8.15am. I was not being allowed to move forward to check-in counter, as there were several other passengers ahead of me.When my turn came at the counter, I was told by the attendant in check in counter that it’s closed at 8.50 am and I can board nomore now, My ticket was worth 7000rs, I begged the officers there to allow me to board but they refused.Then I saw an officer allowing another woman passenger along with her son to board after the check in counter was closed. I saw clear partiality today, Then a senior ma’am of Air India, at H tower told me that I can also fly as I had the web checkin done and had the boarding pass.By that time it was 9.30am, I ran towards my flight at 40B carrying my check in n luggages n hand bag but it was late and there was no staff at 40B then. Overall I had a horrific experience today and I was physically n mentally hurt today. I ask for compensation of my loss.I found the staffs behaviour to be very rude instead of being cooperative n understandable.The incident that took place in Mumbai airport with me is very well captured in CCTV footages, please see the footages of checkin counter, of H tower, of 40B.Please provide me full compensation of my loss today

                    I tried to reschedule my dates of travel over 2 days before travel by repeated attempts via Air India call centre and via online chat on the website. However, every time I was told that the server is down and they could not change my dates. The Booking reference is R5LWKQ (changed from JVW0C) and e-ticket number is[protected].

                    I am very much frustrated and disappointed by the whole matter. The airlines should redress the issue and reimburse my costs as I shall have to buy a new ticket for my travel.

                      I may inform you that I had booked the tickets from your official website to travel from Delhi to Mumbai on 07.06.2022 and a return ticket from Mumbai to Delhi on 12.06.2022. Both the tickets were issued to me on your website itself and sent to me on my email as well as my father’s email. Subsequently, due to some change in my schedule at Bombay, I had to get my return ticket from Mumbai to Delhi changed and paid both – the date change charges as well as the difference in the fare. The PNR remained unchanged as I had paid the date change charges on the same ticket which was issued to me for 12.06.2022. My PNR was ‘RM5XY4’ and my Delhi to Mumbai ticket for[protected] remained unchanged. A copy of the tickets issued to me by Air India is enclosed as Enclosure A.
                      It is pertinent to mention here that the aforesaid tickets were booked in my name, that is to say, under the name of Ms. VatsalaSingh and I had paid the total amount for the aforesaid tickets which were booked from your official website. But to my utter shock and dismay, when I reached the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (Terminal 3) on the morning of 07.06.2022 at about 7:30 am for catching my flight booked with Air India from Delhi to Mumbai, I was informed at the check-in counter by the dealing executive that their system was not showing any ticket against my PNR from Delhi to Mumbai. I immediately showed her the tickets sent by Air India on my email but she refused to budge from her arrogant and rude stand that since the system was not showing a ticket against her PNR, she could not do anything. I showed her from the website as well that on putting my PNR, my tickets for both ways were clearly reflecting but she refused to acknowledge that as well, and very rudely and impolitely asked me to go to the ‘Reservations’ counter of Air India at the airport itself. I had no other option but to head to the said ‘Reservation’ counter. But there also, instead of getting any help, I was told very rudely and arrogantly that I may have purchased the ticket, but since it was not showing on the system, I cannot board the said flight. I was in tears and requested the executive to accomodate me on another Air India flight apart from this one. On this, I got an extremely rude reply that the earliest flight which can be given to me was at 8pm, and nothing could be done before that. I must inform you that in my entire life, even though I am a very frequent traveller, I have never ever been confronted with such rude and rough behaviour despite having a valid ticket and making all payments by a credit card while purchasing these tickets. I am enclosing for your kind perusal all the relevant documents (Enclosure B) which would show the fact that despite being a bonafide purchaser of valid tickets, I was deliberately and maliciously stopped from boarding the plane on 07.06.2022 by the dealing staff of Air India (AI 865) in the most uncivilised and illegal manner.
                      I may also bring to your notice that after receiving the aforesaid treatment from the Air India staff, I was left with no other option but to purchase a new ticket from Air Vistara, (Enclosure C) which cost me an additional sum of Rs. 8000 plus and it was only subsequent to that, that I was able to travel and attend a very serious meeting in Mumbai which otherwise I would have surely missed thereby affecting my career for no fault of mine. I am enclosing my ticket as well as boarding pass for your kind perusal which would show not only the additional sum that I had to incur but also the mental and physical harassment that I had to face by running from pillar to post to get my validly purchased ticket from Air India accepted by them, but I failed due to their unfriendly, arrogant and ill-mannered behaviour.
                      It is important to bring to your notice that a perusal of the contents raised in the aforesaid paragraphs would clearly reflect to you the pathetic and uncivilisedbehaviour of your staff at the Indira Gandhi International Airport, Delhi (Terminal 3) in dealing with a passenger who had not only purchased valid tickets for her travel but had also been sent these tickets on her email as well as her father’s email by Air India itself since these tickets were booked on the official Air India website. Therefore, I would request you to take this complaint very seriously and initiate appropriate actions against all those persons who are responsible for meting such horrendous treatment to me for no fault of mine. The video recordings at the airport would show my plight on that dreadful day, that is 07.06.2022. I am sure that not only will you take legal and appropriate action, but would also ensure that such behaviour and arrogance is not meted out to any other passenger in the future.
                      In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I also call upon you to refund my entire amount for the said flight along with an apology letter and assurance that such a thing will never occur in the future. The compensation would also include the amount of Rs. 8, 000 plus incurred by me in buying a fresh ticket from Vistara Airlines for travelling from Delhi to Mumbai on 07.06.2022 despite having a valid ticket for Air India flight AI 865 scheduled to fly at 10 am from Delhi to Mumbai on the same day.I also call upon you to compensate me appropriately for being treated in such an inhuman, uncivilised and arrogant manner failing whichI will be constrained to take legal (both civil and criminal) action against Air India as well as the concerned staff in accordance with law.
                      Kindly treat this complaint as most urgent and after taking appropriate action and instructing for refund of my entire amount along with adequate compensation, inform me of the action taken and instruction given with regard to what has been stated herein above.

                        I have an open ticket and for the last 2 months I have been calling customer service to rebook my ticket and no one is helping me.
                        I need to know what it will take to rebook my tickets. They set up callbacks several times and no one reached out to me for that. The latest complaint ID is: 15811Q99. I did not get a call back yet. Ticket prices are going up and I need to rebook the tickets.

                              I just booked my tickets from Chicago to New Delhi on Nov 22, 2020 for 1410 dollars. I have mentioned the Eticket number here. I called BudgetAir regarding my refund amount as I cancelled the air ticket. They said that AirIndia is delaying the refund amount for cancellation. I called the Airindia team too and they said that the refund amount is IN PROGRESS. And I have to email del.[protected]@airindia.in to get the status on it.i CALLED MANY TIMES TO CUSTOMER CARE, BUT NOT GETTING PROPER RESPONSE ON MY REFUND.

                              I like to know when I will be getting my refund amount. It's been more than 7 months and this is no making sense to keep my amount without returning back. We are booking in AirINDIA as its reputed Airlines, but this doesn't make sense by not giving my money back.Â
                              I like to know an estimated time/date for my refund money. THIS IS NOT FAIR TO KEEP OTHERS MONEY AND NOT GIVING BACK.Â

                                Payment deducted from my bank account but ticket not issue

                                I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Airlines

                                The issue that I have experienced was:
                                Amount was deducted from my bank account but ticket not issue and booking was made on 2nd June 2022 for the departure date of 7th June 2022 from imphal to delhi on AI890 Flight for 14:20hrs that was also in combined booking for two passenger as an amount of Rs10126

                                Baggage Loss

                                I travelled on 03.06.2022 from Kolkata to Frankfurt via Delhi. I had two bags but at Frankfurt airport I had received only one. I made a complaint (Compliant No. FRAAI108555)

                                It has been 60 hours that you did not find out my luggage. What a bad luggage service and customer care service provided by Air India. What an unprofessional work you are doing.

                                I have cancelled my ticket from Delhi to Sydney on 22 march for travel date 24 march through your customer care. When I cancelled the ticket, it was told to me that refund will come in 14-21 working days. After catching up repeatedly with Airindia customer care, still I haven't got any refund. First if all the process was so delayed to initiate refund and at last when they told me it's initiated on 4th may and will be processed in 14-21 working days. I was hopeful this time it will go through and I will get my money back. But until now my refund is not processed and after checking with them multiple times, no one is able to provide me reference number for transaction so that I can check with bank as my bank says they haven't received any refund. Can you please help me with reference transaction number so that i can check with bank. Please find below details:
