I have booked a flight using Air India website.

On 1st June received an update from Air India have changed our flight given us a connecting Flight Lucknow - Delhi - Bangalore with a layover of 8 hours in Delhi.

They have given us two options either we can cancel the tickets or choose any other date when a direct flight is available. As per the customer care executive, we will receive the full amount refund within...

I cancelled my ticket and requested for a refund of $1543 in January 2021. After making 100s of phone calls, emails and fighting through 8 months. I got $595 couple of days ago. How many more months/years I have to fight with you people to get the rest of the money.Why are you embarrassing Indian people in-front of others? Help me if you can.

I have been on call with Air India support for about 10-12 hours of the day to book my flight. The original flight timing has been randomly been canceled without letting us know....

I had already placed a complaint through this website and the status is marked as resolved just because the matter was sent to air india by email.

Air india has not done anything so far in terms of processing my refund.

I will consider taking this case to consumer court.

Before that I am going to file complaint again on this site so I can keep records of all the efforts that I did to get this resolved.br...

I booked ticket via yatra and cancelled my flight.
Now its 3 month and i am still awaiting refund . This service is disappointing as well as frustrating.
Trust me i am not going to use yatra in my life due to this pathetic experience.

But even after several follow ups you are not resolving the issue and not refunding the amount.
