    Had cancelled my Air India e-ticket no.[protected] on 24 Feb 21through Air India call centre. The ticket was fully refundable as was also confirmed by call Centre during cancellation.The ticket was for travel on 25 Feb 21 on Delhi- Kochi sector.
    Inspire of my repeated call to call centre, the refund of Ra 17264 has still not received by me even after more than 45 days. The case I'd for call centre complaint is 08531122 dated 21 Mar 21.
    It is requested that refund of Rs 17264 along with interest be credited to me.

      So on 22/11/2020 I bought 2 plane tickets from BOM to CCU. Due to the Covid I needed o cancel the trip and asked for the refund. So I canceled the flight and they said they will charge some cancellation fees and return the rest on our Credit Card. But since December 2020 I am still now waiting for the money.

      This is insane... Very fustrating. I called them 5 time and promise me they will refund within 30 days . They ask me to send emails here and there. I send atlest 5 emails to them and almost begging them to refund the money but they don´t even give a reply to my emails.

      The worst airline I ever saw that doen´t care about their customers at all.

      If I don´t receive a reply even after posting here I will take some firm measures against Air India.

      I have attached all the emails and proof.

        After paying the rescheduling charge to Air India through the link which was forwarded by Air India customer care, Air India did not provided me the tickets on time and I took another tickets of Air India worth Rs 18, 299/- (for my journey). Request please refund my amount of Rs 10, 504 (ticket fare) + Rs 1, 061/- (rescheduling charge) = 11, 565/- for not providing me the tickets on time or Refund the amount of Rs 18, 299/- which I paid again to Air India.

          Hi,

          Please find my PNR no. HPV1R.
          With my bad journey experience, I wanted to enquire about my lost baggage which i didn't receive at Amritsar airport.
          I was travelling from Dehradun to Amritsar.
          Delhi was a stoppage.So it was like Dehradun to Delhi and then Delhi to Amritsar.
          My flight timing was 16:14 from DED and landed around 17:35 at Delhi.
          After that i was having evening flight at 21:15 from Delhi and it will reach around 22:50 at Amritsar.
          But i don't have my RT PCR report due to which they didn't allow me to travel to Punjab due to Punjab guidelines.
          They ofload me and my bag at delhi airport.
          I want to ask 2 things from Air India:
          1.If Punjab was having guidelines, then Air India should not allow me to sit from Dedhradun only.Why they were creating issue for me in between Delhi.?
          I faced lot of issue, i was sitting outside the Airport around 11p.m. to 5a.m.
          So basically my journey was very bad.I was sitting ideally 12 may 5p.m to 13 may 12pm. I was in depression as my mother was ill and second Air india is not listening to me.
          They were allowing to reschedule my flight by taking charges.
          It was emergency flight as you can see flight booking date.
          Next time i don't want to travel with Air India.

          2.Then at my Airport, i was waiting for my bag.I didn't receive it at Amritsar Airport.

          My journey was too bad.Now i don't have any clothes.
          Please arrange me some clothes or either provide my bag today itself at my home.

            I had raised this issue 3 months ago and after several chasers I got an email from Air India that "A new action has been added to the feedback MD-IDEL[protected] by [protected]@airindia.in" on 7th Apr,

            The status of this request shows 'under process' since 7th Apr with no progress whatsoever. Unable to understand why it would take over 3 months to initiate refund process when everything is automated/digitized these days. If booking an airline ticket can be done in few clicks on a mobile app then why would it take 3 months to refund the money?
            Refund awaited against cancellation of 2 international tickets and is a significant amount to be held by the airlines with no accountability.

            Appreciate if this can be expedited and closed. Thank you

              I had booked air ticket for my father and decided to shift him for 2 days.

              I had called customer care to know the cancellation penalty and I was committed that I will get full refund. I agreed and gave permission to cancel the ticket.

              After waiting for more then 4 month I got refund of only Rs456.

              I called to customer care to enquire about the reason and was told that this was travel agent booking and full refund is applicable only if ticket was booked through air India website or app.

              I spoke to supervisor ankush chauhan on 07/05/from air India call center and he said he will check the recording and I will get response in 24 hours. Todays is 13th may and so far I have not received any response.

              I have called several time to the customer care and I am not getting proper help.

                I Had booked an international flight with Air India in April2021 from India to Canda. We cancelled flight by accepting cancellation charges of 10k INR. We should be getting 49K INR. it has been more than * months but I have still not received the refund of my money.
                Need someone to help me out with the refund collection from airlines.
                They dont reply to emails, they dont answer calls on customer care.

                  I have cancelled the below attached ticket on April 18th, 2021 but have not received any refund or cancellation confirmation yet. I Should be getting 49000/- (After 10000/- cancellation charges).

                  After making several calls and email follow-ups still no response.
                  I saw couple of serial complaints in this regard. Air India people are just looting money from people. Could you please help me on this

                    I had booked a ticket for Canada from Mumbai on 5th February in air India . e-ticket number is[protected] and it was cancelled well within the refund period and i also got a confirmation email from air india . when asked to their call center it was said that they will refund and i was asked to ask the ecommerce department . The refund is yet to credit to my credit card and its been 3 billing cycles. Its very unfortunate that air india is doing such things to their consumers in times of these . I request the authorities to provide the refund at the earliest .

                          I would like to bring to your notice that I have not received any refund for my ticket. I have contacted many times to this [protected]@airindia.in email id and even via air India customer care(Toll Free number), still there is no positive response from your side. every time I have received a response that refund has been initiated and I have even given a refund reference number 09********KJW, but when I've contacted the bank, they told me if the refund was issued by Air India, it would automatically reflect in my account(Credit Card).
                          Some days ago when I emailed e-commerce and escalated the issue, I was told that I would get the refund in 7 days. But there is no refund credited to my account.

                          I have received this mail from your side long back
                          "With reference to your below mail, we want to inform you that as we checked your ticket PNR:YQWV4 status it's showing refunded on 28th December 2020 with refund reference number 098CS14395KJW. So kindly get in touch with your bank."

                          And this is the recent mail

                          "Dear Sir,

                          Greetings from ecommerce!

                          Sorry for the delay in settling your account. We are escalating the matter to the concerned department for necessary action.
                          We are facing a backlog of refund requests and we appreciate your patience in this regard.

                          Thank you for your understanding and support.

                          Warm regards
                          ECOMMERCE/AP-1"

                          These are ticket details -

                          I request you to please refund the money either to my card or to my bank account, As it's been a long time from October 2020 to May 2021. But still there is no refund initiation from your side. I please request you to look into this matter at the utmost priority and please make sure that this time the refund should be issued/initiated and credited
                          Now please make sure that refund has been generated and credited to my account. Please process it as soon as possible sir. Please. It's a sincere request from my side. Please.
                          It's a matter of around 27 thousand rupees and it's not a small amount for me. Please try to understand.

                            Not even IRCTC and not even air india is givin me update abt status of my cancelled ticket.
                            i had booked tickets 2 months before, but during the day of my flight we got to know that the flight doesnt even work on booked time.
                            noone cared to even inform us the same.
                            Pune - delhi- srinagar.
                            Due to this we missed the flight we cancelled and ticket from delhi to srinagar and booked another and reached our destination.

                              Non refund of cancelled flight of air india

                              1. I have written several emails to inform AIR INDIA authorities requesting for refund of cancelled flight no - AI827 due to bad weather on 23 Jan 2021 which was scheduled from Delhi to Srinagar.

                              2. I had booked 03 (three) tickets in name of Meenakshi Tiwari, Shatakshi Tiwari and Jivitesh Tiwari with the PNR No - Z1MV3 and eticket nos were[protected],[protected],[protected].

                              It's a matter of regret that no appropriate action has been taken in my matter almost after 2 months have passed. No refund has been initiated as my return flight from Dehradun to Varanasi was cancelled from Air India end and the ticket was booked through budget ticket.com. No refund has been initiated as of now.

                                Yesterday I received refund of Rs. 914 towards my mother's air-ticket. Details given below:

                                Please allow me to explain this further.

                                I booked return air-ticket (ticket 2) for myself to travel to chennai to attend my brother's death anniversary which was on 11-Apr-2020.
                                On my return, I want to bring my mother with me to singapore. As she can't travel alone, my assistance was needed.

                                On 09-Mar-2020, I received email from AIR INDIA, stating that "DUE TO OPERATIONAL REASONS" flight on 10-Apr-2020 was cancelled and rescheduled to 11-Apr-2020. Attached email copy for your reference.

                                Due to the cancellation of flight by AIR INDIA, my entire travel schedule was disrupted and I did not attend my brother's death anniversary and could not bring my mother to singapore. This forced me to cancel my air-ticket and my mother's air-ticket.

                                I understand that Indian government announced lockdown from last week of March 2020 and singapore government announced lockdown from 1st week of April 2020. All flights were cancelled and both governments ordered to refund entire amount to travelers.

                                Honestly, I don't find any of my fault and whereas I am suffering a loss of Rs. 6418 (Rs. 7332 - Rs. 914). Once again, I would like to highlight that I was forced to cancel all my air-tickets due to "CANCELLATION OF FLIGHT BY AIR INDIA", "LOCKDOWN ANNOUNCED BY INDIAN GOVERNMENT AND SINGAPORE GOVERNMENT".

                                I waited patiently for past 14 months. The stress and financial loss which I suffered are can't be explained by words.

                                I request AIR INDIA to refund balance amount Rs. 6418 immediately and feedback me with valid reason within 3 working days.

                                    I had called the customer care to reschedule my flight from 29th April 2021 to 22nd April 2021, on 20th April. The customer service agent asked me to pay a penalty fee of 8756 INR for which the transaction was successful, but the reschedule did not happen. He kept me on hold for an hour with no response and not even a confirmation about reschedulement.

                                    Later I had to visit the Air India office in Bangalore to reschedule the flight on my own and had to pay a penalty fee of 8756 INR again. Also they informed to write an email to customer support for refund.

                                    I have contacted the customer support multiple times but I never got a refund. I wrote multiple emails but no response. I have called the customer care, everytime they say that they have escalated the issue and ask me to write an email. How many times do I even have wite emails?

                                    I have attached the screenshot of mail with paymemt link sent by customer support, which asked me to pay penalty fee. Also the bank transaction details.

                                    Kindly check this and initaite my refund at the earliest.
