My son in law booked from USA my return ticket for commuting between Ahmedabad and SFO under booking reference YOTT2. I was to start my first leg of journey on 22nd April 2021. On 11th I was found Corona+. On 19th, I decided to cancel my trip. First i tried toll free number through my cell no. [protected]. I was told to contact Ahmedabad office and contact number[protected] was given. I tried that number 8+ times but there was no response on that number. I found another contact number[protected]. I tried that number without success. In parallel I dropped email on amd.[protected]@airindia.in through my emailid “[protected]@gmail.com” attaching certificate of my indisposition and requested cancellation and refund. . As i was unable reaching the authorities, I got my ticket cancelled. My son-in-law was levied cancellation charge of @ 200 dollars. I, on behalf of my son-in-law and with his authority dispute this deduction. As ticket cancellation was caused on medical ground, my son-in-law should get full refund.:

    I have a booked a ticket on air India website on July 8th 2020 for travel on July 10th 2020 from Chicago to Chennai due to a death in my family. I could not travel on this date due to having fever. I have contacted air India for issuing a refund via email and phone for the past 8 months without a resolution. I’ve called them yesterday again to see if I can use the amount for a future flight and they told that I can and someone from ticketing will call to reschedule my flight. I did not receive a phone call and when I called back I was told that a refund has been issued to me on the 28th of December 2020. I checked my card statements and my bank statements and there is no refund I received form air India till date. My PNR number was ZDSVC and the ticket number was[protected]. Please help.       This is with regards to a failed transaction while booking an air ticket with air india. The details of the transaction are below:

      Funds transaction number: [protected]
      Transaction amount: Rs.1, 33, 209
      Date of transaction: March 1st 2021

      This transaction has failed. I contacted Air India regarding this issue. They got back to me indicating that the amount never got credited to Air India account. I have contacted my bank who said transaction was successful and I need to check with air India. After that I have attempted to reach air India multiple times with no response.

        I had cancelled two tickets for a flight on 10 December 2020 booked on 24 November 2020.The cancellation was done within 24 hours i.e. on 25 November 2020.I was told to expect the full refund within 41 days of cancellation..
        Next I contacted Air India twitter account asking for refund on 16January 2021 whose reply I got on 21January 2021 expressing apologies for the delay.On 25 January 2021 I received a direct email from [protected]@airindia.in stating they would refund my money within 2 to3 weeks. Despite having given this statement no refund was received in my bank account with the passage of time.

        I again tweeted them on 22 Feb 2021 where I got the response immediately that the money was refunded by Air India on 28 January 2021.

        After checking the bank statement it was seen that no money was refunded on 28 Jan followed by entire week till today. When my brother went to the Air India office on 18th March 2021 with the bank statement and all other required details I received 2 emails which is attached here showing the amount of the ticket individually. These mails don't contain the reference no. required to check the credited amount in the bank. He was asked to enquire about the same on [protected]@airindia.in .But haven't received any response from this mail also.
        The passenger names of the cancelled tickets were Ravindra & Malathi Khanapurkar with ticket numbers[protected] &[protected] respectively.

        Hence I request you to please provide the reference no. of the transaction done by AirIndia where in its claimed the amount was credited in my bank account by Air India.

        With this I am attaching the Screenshots of Twitter chat which include the Ticket Numbers, Air India Tickets & Air India e mail I Received on 25 Jan2021, my bank statement for that particular date when it was claimed by Air India that the required amount was credited in my bank account ..

          My Name is Albert. I booked a flight from Frankfurt to Kochi on 23rd of June last year. Unfortunately the flight got cancelled and i applied for a refund. After following up the refund a lot, i got the information that my refund is processed and amount is refunded on 30th december 2020. But until now the money has not reached my account. Iam attaching booking reference, my bank statements and related E-mails with this letter. I kindly request you to take necessary action. otherwise i will be forced to move legally.

            I took a flight ticket from agent Budget Air of Air INdia on 19th Jan . The flight AI417 was cancelled from Delhi . The team on the airport issued me a full refund. Ir's been 3 months, no one is helping me ou. I have sent emails and called air India customer care . They ask me to connect to agent . I also had connected to agent they said that air India has not issued the refund yet and the status is open from their end .

              Please note that my flight booking against below detail has been canceled.
              I checked over the phone with air india custom service. When i checked with travel agent, they asked me to provide the mail from air india about the flight is operationally cancelled. Also they need an email where air india confirmed about the full refund because flight is not operational.

              I need below detail & clarification from air india :
              1. Confirm on email about flight is not operational
              2. Confirm about full refund to customer because its air india who is not operational.

                I am writing you concerning a round trip from San Francisco – New Delhi – San Francisco with its E-Ticket Number[protected] via approved travel agent Budget Air. The ticket was booked for December, 18th 2020 and due to COVID situations I had cancelled the ticket on December, 1St 2020.The ticket was cancelled by me on Dec, 1st 2020, confirmation mail from budget air was received on Dec, 2nd 2020 regarding cancellation of the ticket stating that the ticket has been cancelled and the refund request has been processed. It has been 4 Months since then and i have not received the refund. I request you to kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible or please tell us the exact process to get the refund back.

                    I am following up from one year for my refund ...Below is the summery of my communication with team Air India

                    Team Air India,

                    It is really very painful for me to follow every day from more than a year to get a refund of my hard earned money.

                    Pl go thru below mail you have written on 25th feb 21 that (Due to system settings refund of any ticket issued more than a year ago can not be credited thru normal channel)

                    And ask for my bank details for RTGS and in reply I have shared my bank detail on same day. Details are below sharing again.

                    1) Name of the bank and address of the account holding branch--- Pokharan road Thane (Branch code -11707)

                    2) Name and address of the Account holder-Rajkumar S Yadav Flat no-003 A wing Tansen lokpuram CHSL Thane west 400610

                    3) Complete Account No.-----[protected]

                    4) IFSC No.-----SBIN0011707

                    On this your team replied on 1st march 21 saying that your PNR number is not matching and again asked for e-ticket numbers and the same was provided by me on 2nd march morning 8.50 am.

                    And after many follow-up I have got a reply on 11th march 21 saying (Your transaction id for refund is 098C214395NE9 . Kindly check your bank account with the given transaction id.)

                    Again after too many emails and reminders on 7th April 21 I got may saying that your payment is (initiated on 23 FEB 21 and it will be credited in your account as soon as possible. We request you to kindly contact your bank account where you have paid for the flight.)

                    I am begging pl let me know how many days required to refund received, checked with my bank still payment not received. Confirm me the date by when it will happen.

                        I booked a ticket on Air India's website in Jan 2021 at the cost o[censored]S$ 1830.60. The Eticket no is[protected].

                        The ticket was cancelled end of Jan 2021. As per the terms US$100 was to be deducted and the remainder should be refunded. Despite repeated follow up with the Air India customer care the same has not been processed. Air India keeps requesting for same information everytime and asks for details to be sent as as escalation email to their e-commerce website - which has been done at my end.

                        The last call was placed on 27th March where they confirmed that the payment has been refunded to my credit card and I informed them that the refund has in fact not been credited. They again asked me to send the refund details (refund no 0983G143955VB data 17th March 2021 as per Air India representative) to their ecommerce email addresses ([protected]@airindia.in; escalation.[protected]@airindia.in) - which has also been done at my end.

                        Kindly help with the overdue payments from Air India.

                            Air ticket was booked from the website of Air India on 04.04.2021 through internet banking o[censored]CO bank. The money amounting to Rs. 9063/- was deducted by reference no.[protected], but it was shown as error. Again I have booked ticket by reference no.[protected] amounting to Rs. 9063/- and this time ticket was confirmed and PNR No. is JD8QX.
                            But money was not refunded for failed transaction

                              I booked this AIR INDIA ticket with Number 098 [protected], last year through AKBAR Travel agency, Vellayambalam, Trivandrum. In Oktober 2020 I asked them to process for a Refund and they claimed that they did it through their HR Agency. I enquired the status of my Ticket Refund 3 weeks back. The Akbar Travel Agent wrote to me that he will get back to me soon after checking with their HR Department. No response so far from his side after that! I wrote many emails to them, But no reply from their side including the CEO of AKBAR travel Agency. I was a frequent Traveller by AIR India Flights. Please let me know the Status of my Ticket Refund and also guide me how I can get the Refund Money to my Account at the earliest please. Expecting an earlier solution. Thank you

                                I've made a request for refunding my tickets and outs more than 6 months the refund is not processed. The only thing.from Air India is that they will email that my case is in their priority list and do be done by 20-25 days(I'm having more than 4 emails of these at different intervals).

                                  I have been following up with Air India for a long time. I raised case ID 07437017 via customer care. But no response / no refund of amount.
                                  Please find once again below the details for your reference. Request you to please let me know . refund will be processed. More than 25 calls and more than 10 emails sent for the refund but nothing is happening to resolve the issue.

                                    Due to covid my flight Par Chennai on oct 17th has been cancelled. Today my booking shows a status "R" for refunded on january 1st, but I never received the money on my account. I have send several emails to [protected]@airindia.in but never get any answer. Can you provide a solution to this issue ?

                                      I booked flight from HYD to Nasik on 28/03/2021 vide PNR no. J1ETE
                                      E ticket NO.[protected]C1

                                      Received phone call from[protected] regarding cancellation of flight and upon reaching airport, flight status was cancelled.

                                      However, No email, SMS received from Air India and could not initiate refund as flight status is till not updated.

                                      Please refund my ticket.

                                        Booked tickets with air India via Southall travel, booking was done on the01/10/2019, Was do to fly to India on the 16/03/2020, Southall travel advised that visas have cancelled to India and we will not be able to travel . Air i India have only refunded me £750. We are losing £420 as a result of this cancellation. Air India have been refusing to pass a full refund to southall travel. I had another member of my family travelling to India on the 17/03, where air India gave full refund. I would like to have the remaining £420 returned to us please.
