I booked the ticket for 22th February, Delhi to Muscat, but i wanted to reschedule of my travel ticket, then call to customer care for reschedule & server down of Air India during the process for a long time, then my PNR is canceled.
After that, did'nt got any confirmation or notification about cancellation detail on my mail. & no any refund amount hit my account yet.
I want to refund the amount in my account immediately. & send the confirmation on my mail id.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

Very unethical on the part of Air India,
