Ticket booked under PNR no. Z9W5P has been cancelled through customer care due to flight cancellation from Delhi to Vijayawada sector.
The ticket has been cancelled on 25th October 2020.

As per the instructions given by air India representative, we had sent email also to e-commerce. It was almost 60days. No refund and no response to emails and also submitted complaints but no action as on date

    This is regarding refund of my tickets. Etkt nos are[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] cancelled on 15 Nov 20. Second set of Etkt nos are[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/ [protected] cancelled on 24 Nov 20. Inspite of several e-mails and telephone calls to customer care the refund has still not been done to my credit card.

      Good Morning,
      My ticket numbers 098-[protected] /098-[protected] . I requested air india to cancel my return ticket and refund the money. I am following from the month of December 2020. But till date I did not received any response. Also I spoken customer care around 20 times, they informed they received the email and ecommerce team will respond soon.
      So request to escalate the issue to concerned so that I will get my refund back.

        We have been following up for our refund of cancellation done in Nov 2020. I have sent many mails on customer care email id as well but no response. At last, we called customer care and they told us that our refund is processed few weeks back but we have not received it back in our card. We requested them to give us any screen shot or details to verify the same from our bank which they denied. Can you please help.

          I had booked 15 tickets on 4 January 2020 through easmy trip from Delhi to Amritsar for 2 June
          But due to government orders Airlines has cancelled the flight
          From 5 June to till now I had continue calling to Air India and easmy trip coustmer for Refund
          But they will not giving any satisfaction answer

            Dear Ecommerce,
            This is to bring to your notice that I Have not received the refunds with respect to my LTC tickets cancellation till now, i was promised complete fare amount refund, already more than 16 weeks time has passed.I contacted customer care of Air India a 2 months back and I was assured that the refund has been processed & should reflect in my account. However, till now I have not received the refund money even for a single ticket.
            I have made 4 transactions from my credit cards and I have not received the refund yet for any of the transaction.my bank team has clearly told that till now single money is not received from air India,
            i can provide the statements for my credit cards, there is not a single penny received till date.
            kindly provide the bank transaction details done by air India to my cards.
            Reason for cancellation of all LTC tickets- Due to exigency of official work

            As per the conversation with the AirIndia Customer Care Service, I have been informed that complete refund will be issued on my cancelled tickets without any deduction.

            Request you to initiate the complete refund on these tickets without any deduction (as these are LTC tickets) at the earliest and revert.

            I regret to say that such a long delay is not acceptable and I am disappointed by the poor handling of this issue.
            I will have to raise this Grievance with PMO Office.
            Request you to verify the status of refund money with interest. I am mentioning the details of the cancelled tickets again in this email which as as follows:

            The refund has already been processed against the subject transaction ON 27NOVEMBER20, the amount of which is normally credited, to the account from which the payment was made, 3-5 WEEKS(working days)as per standard Air India refund and Banking Process time requirements.
            Since you have not received the refund as yet, we request you to kindly check with your bank regarding the same.

                Dear Sir/Ma’am
                I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have all the verified documents i.e visa, boarding pass but I couldn’t fly due to Air India airlines as they told you don’t have verified documents and we talk to embassy they told your documents are alright .They even harassed us and our ticket got wasted and with the same documents we have travelled with Emirates. Such a disgusting airlines it is and the staff members are so rude .I request you to refund my whole amount as the fault is from there side . Attaching the documents herewith

                  I had booked to travel from Hyderabad to Chicago (ORD) for 31st July 2020. However, Air India on its own canceled my ticket and moved me to 5th August 2020.

                  As I had to leave by 31st July - I had immediately requested Air India to cancel the new ticket and refund my amount. From that day onwards, I called customer service multiple times and communicated with [protected]@airindia.in multiple times (email chain below). Every time I was told I will get my refund in 3 to 4 weeks. I had patiently waited for those weeks but again I hear the same story.

                  It has been more than 6 months now and had been continuously following up with them for my refund. It is really ridiculous on part of Air India to do this. This ticket amount charged to my account is a total of $2255

                  Can anyone on this email help to resolve this issue and get my refund - Refund req[protected]

                      Worst of worsts. I have been calling them at[protected] more than dozen times since morning, each time i give them my local number to call if the call gets cut. Nobody cares...everytime i call i get different names...what an entertaining day...

                        This is regarding a continuous follow up for REFUND against cancellation of my ticket nos.[protected]/60/61/62. It is extremely disturbing to note that I have been trying to follow up the REFUND for more than 10 months now.

                        With reference to last email dated 21st December 2020 ([protected]@airindia.in) and my phone conversation dated 17th December 2020 (Ref. no.[protected] with customer service executive, it is extremely concerning to note that there has been no refund as yet.

                        Please confirm the status of REFUND and share the transaction details so i can track the refund payment with my bank. It's been more than 10 months now and the HSBC Bank credit card no. 5177-xxxx-xxxx-2772 that was originally used to book the tickets is no longer in service and hence, I need specific transaction information to be able to track the refund once it is done from AIR INDIA side.

                          Surprisingly nobody got an answer about my refund, even both teams are on email.
                          Air India is saying talk to Agent(tripfur.com) and Agent is saying talk to Air India,
                          It is really a good example of Bad customer experience, even after 9 months.

                          Thank you for giving such a good customer experience,
                          I like to appreciate how you guys handle and put into a loop o[censored]nanswered mail.

                              I had requested for cancellation of the above LTC booking (Kolkata to Belgaum and Belgaum to Kolkata) through Air India customer care (tele;[protected]. The customer care executive had cancelled my booking and further directed me to email [protected]@airindia.in and request for refund. The executive had also intimated me that there will be no cancellation fees charged since I had cancelled within 24 hrs.

                              The said cancellation was done on 04 Nov 2020 and till date I am waiting for the refund.

                              I have called customer care many times but nothing is working. they just say that its being processed even after 2.5 months.

                              I have also mailed [protected]@airindia.in a number of time, still no reply.

                              In view of the above, it is requested that Air India be directed to process my refund at the earliest. Further, please note that the refund is pending since last 2.5 months.

                                  I was booking ticked online from Air India site from london heathrow to Delhi on 14th Jan 2021 for 15th Jan 2021 but the transaction failed and I didn’t get any PNR. But next day when I checked my account I saw that £866.14 amount was deducted. I called the helpline number and they asked me to mail [protected]@airindia.com. I have sent the. The screenshot of transaction is attached with the mail. Upon chasing so many times I still haven’t got any response from them.

                                  Please help.

                                    Hi,

                                    I booked my Air India domestic flights in March 2020 for travel of April2020 dates. The flights are cancelled by Govt of India and advised the ticket price will be refunded . I am following up air india from past 8 months and there is no update of refund. Unfortunately there is no way to change travel date as still the flight is not resumed completely in this route.

                                      Respected Air India Team,

                                      SUBJECT : Grievance mail on a serious note.

                                      Am writing this mail to address serious concern regarding rude and insulting behavior by Air India personnel at Chennai.
                                      My intention of writing this mail is not to make him loose his job as I know how much important anybody's job is in pandemic situation as families depend on them.
                                      My reason for writing this is to help other people who have and might face the same issue which I did.
                                      Also am writing it after 2 days as I did not wanted to write a mail in anger or in an emotional state of mind, I have taken time to calm myself down so that whatever I write is not with emotions which was hurted by such personnel but with clear consciousness.

                                      Two days back, on 22nd January 2021, AIATSL conducted walk-in interview at Air India Staff Housing Colony, Meenambakkam, Chennai 600 027.
                                      Mr Kidiyone was one of the person who was incharge of initiating interview process.
                                      Firstly nothing was in systematic way at the venue, all different designations were mixed up in different queues, no one was knowing who should go to which queue.
                                      Because of this confusion, I had approached Mr Kidiyone to ask where should I be submitting my documents as I was not knowing.
                                      For which he rudely commented by saying "Get out of the hallroom first and sit outside"
                                      This was very strange remark but I ignored as I thought he might be tired of doing this work since morning.

                                      After so many hours when my turn came to submit the documents, had to face the same person Mr Kidiyone.

                                      After taking my documents, he asked for my number of years of expereince. When I told him, he shouted at me by saying
                                      " cant you see am calculating" "dont try to teach me" "am an Air India staff not working for you"
                                      I felt very embarrassing as others were sitting behind me.
                                      After seeing my documents he again commented rudely that " why do you people come for Air India interview
                                      I almost cried as it was the most embarrassing and disrespectful moment at an interview venue.

                                      He then went away for a while and sent GM(General Manager)
                                      As I was crying and trying to control my tears, GM asked me what happened.
                                      When I told him, GM too says strange thing.
                                      He said " you guys have come from outside station . need to adjust such things "
                                      Rather than solving the issue he was more behind Demand Draft and was telling me to ignore everything and give him the demand draft.
                                      When I said my DD was in check-in bags which was with my younger sister, he shouted at her and asked her to get out of the campus.
                                      When I said she is new to Chennai, unaware of local language and requested for permission for her to be near the gate at least, GM says he is maintaining social distance method to prevent covid-19 hence she cannot stand near the gate also. (Please refer to the attached picture of interview venue; if GM is so much concerned about social distance only during my conversation with him then what about others who were in the queue as shown in the picture; aren't they supposed to be maintaining social distancing)

                                      Am winding up here, as the mail is already too long.
                                      Never at any interview venue have I face such disrespectful behaviours by personnels conducting interviews.
                                      I cried a lot because of these two person who were showing an attitude of dominance on candidates just because they know they are Air India employees, a job all dream of.

                                      I do not know their names, nobody was giving me their names when i tried asking other staff members.
                                      Someone said his name is kidiyone, am not sure whether that's his name.
                                      While leaving when I was clicking my sister's picture saw him passing by; in the clicked picture his image is also captured who was passing by, forwarding the same to concerned team, to show the person who did all this.
                                      GM's name and photo I do not have, but as only one GM would be there so it should be easy to find out who he is.

                                      Am requesting just for one thing,
                                      Please do not keep such people to be member of interview pannel or let it be for smallest task of the entire interview process.
                                      As their rude behaviour and irresponsible attitude of bullying would hurt more such candidates and would create a very bad image for Air India.
                                      Any candidate would be hurt more due to such insults rather than not getting a job at an interview.
                                      Not clearing an interview is acceptable as all know you may or may not get a job in an interview, but facing bullying and hurtful comments is unexpected and discouraging.

                                      I still dont know why he was behaving in this way with me; may be he was frustrated due to full day work or may be he was not in a good mood.
                                      Whatever may be the reason, but all it caused was tears in a candidates eyes and disliking for AirIndia.

                                      Every Air India employee wears an Air India uniform which represents our country's national pride. Do not let Air India's respect go away in common man's eyes because of people like Kidiyone and GM.

                                        I have made a lot of requests with customer care, ecommerce regarding rescheduling of my Booking Ref Z988L from Delhi to chennai scheduled for 17th May 2020. I wish to reschedule the same but I don't have the eticket details as the same was not mailed to me. I had given the transaction details, SMS fwdd etc but to no avail I contacted the numbers [protected] and [protected] but no one responded despite repeated attempts. I really don't know where to go. I have been trying to contact since May 2020
