Hi,
I booked the flight from UK travel to Kathmandu, Nepal booked on 16 Feb 2020 to fly on 26 March 2020, because of Covid 19 all flights were cancelled . I contact to Air India and they suggest me, they will full refund me & the process will take 4-6 weeks from 28 Sept 2020. I was sending email to them almost every months, after Oct/Nov 2020 now no one response to me. It was too long and can't get my amount back. so I want to complain
