- Now what i have been told is that Air India has given me a full refund
29th Sep 2020 at 5:00 AM Amount Rs 8268 - reference # provided by Air India 0989T143956LL

Now what my Bank says is that we have not received the refund back from Air India and if we need to look more into this
what we need from Air India is

1) Bank from which the refund was done from Air India
2) ARN or RRN number of the transaction number
3) Date and time when the refund was done which you have given - 29th Sep 2020 at 5:00 AM
4) Amount refunded - I guess it is Amount Rs 8268

With out the above details my HDFC bank cannot trace the payment

Can you guys be kind enough to provide me the information

    My Air India is cancelled almost 8 months before, till now I didn't got the refund from Air India. I booked the ticket through the Rehlat booking site. Both is not giving the right answer so far.

      This is regarding our travel from Bangalore to Chandigarh on 8th of Aug 2020 along with our two rabbits. Before booking the tickets, we inquired from Airlines about our travel with rabbits. After the confirmation from the Airlines, we booked our tickets and travel from Bangalore to Delhi with my family (3 Passengers and two rabbits) on 8th Aug 2020. We had connecting flight on the same Airlines, Air India from Delhi to Chandigarh.

      After reaching Delhi, when we proceeded for check-in for Air India flight AI-9713. Though the flight was not cancelled, we were not allowed to board the flight as we were carrying live couple of rabbits with us and were told that the booked flight does not has the facility to carry the live stocks. Hence, we were given a letter of refund by the airlines authority and were told that the full fare will be refunded within 15 days. It’s been more than four months now and we have still not received the refund. I consistently wrote the mails and have called up customer care several times but still I haven’t got the money back.

      After repeated follow up, I received a mail from Ecommerce Helpdesk on 18th of Oct 2020 stating that the amount would be credited to my account within 4-6 weeks. But when I didn’t receive the amount, I again started following up. But neither I received the amount nor any further communication from them.

      It’s my hard-earned money and I request the team to kindly help me to get the refund at the earliest.

        It's been 4 months of cancellation of the Air India ticket.
        I haven't received the refund even after following up more than 10 times by calling their customer representative and sending mails to the Ecommerce team.

        Pathetic service to give back our money.

          In reference to the ticket nos.[protected],[protected] under RLOC- AI HYXZE, and ticket no.[protected] and[protected] under RLOC- AI YB81E, I want to state the following-
          I came to know from the Air India Kolkata office that our to and fro air tickets have been cancelled and full amount has been refunded on 02.11.2020 from AI. But, till date, the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

          I sent many mails along with all documents to e-commerce office and even, approached customer support office of Air India many times to get full refund. I did not get any response.

          Please do the needful to get the refund immediately.

              I had cancelled my ticket eTicket No:[protected], Booking Reference: YWCKJ. However I did not receive any refund. After waiting for 20 days I reached out to the customer care. The customer care representative confirmed the cancellation but informed that refund will be processed only after a mail is sent to [protected]@airindia.in.
              This seems to be unjustified - particularly this is a national carrier and owned by the Government of India. If a ticket is cancelled why is the refund not processed and paid?
              However I had emailed the [protected]@airindia.in, seeking refund as required on 8th Dec 2020. There has been no response from Air India on this mail so far. Not even that they have received the mail and are processing the same.
              I had raised a service ticket # 49401 on 12th December 2020 which is showing a status as being processed till today ( 3rd Jan 2021).
              It is highly depressing to note the poor customer service of Air India and I seek resolution without further delay.

                Sir, Flight no. AI 401 DEL to CCU. Flight no. AI 729. CCU to GAU dated 13-OCT-2020 cancelled, and no flight scheduled in the forenoon till 15-OCT-20. I felt very inconvinent. I got my tkt cancelled from customer care of AI, whereat they suggested me for full refund and also suggested to sent an email to e-commerce AI.                 Sir, I felt very harass from the Air India and claiming my refund of three month interests @ 12% per month, within 3 days, failing which I am compelled to go to the court and if I will go to the court the court fee will also be paid by AIR INDIA.

                    Could you please help me with the refund for this booking reference no. H206G or case reference no. 05220934 . I have called e-commerce several times and mailed several times but no response .. This is urgent .It has been several follow ups and waiting for 6 months now after the date of booking on June 29th 2020. Also i have raised a service request number #36028 PNR cancelled by Air India - Refund via tool.

                        We have below ticket booking for my in laws on Air India returned flight from UK to India on 19th April 2020 (flight no AI114 and AI20 )
                        Ticket details . (1) 098-[protected] and 2) 098-[protected]

                        We are following up with Air India for refund quite sometimes. On 27th Oct finally received confirmation from ecommerce team that they have initiated the refund and it will be received with in 6 weeks. Now till today, I haven't received the refund on my account, If i enquired about it they told us refund was initiated on 5th Nov but I have'nt received the money . Now sure whom they have paid . Only response I got we have escalated this case, But till date, I haven't received any money not sure whom to reach out in this case. Please help.

                              I have given below my original web two way booking e-ticket for
                              3 persons booked to travel by your flight AI-655/656 between BOMBAY-RAJKOT-BOMBAY, going 28/11/20, return 08/12/20. The payment was made by American Express Credit Card.

                              ​This booking was cancelled on 16/11/20 at 10.55AM over telephone[protected]. After this cancellation, I have sent many reminders for refund by emails. The last reminder is dated 22/12/20, More than 45 days have passed since I cancelled the subject 3 tickets, and I am sorry to bring to your attention that no refund has been received by me.                                 I booked an Air India International flight from Mumbai- New York scheduled to fly on December 2nd 2020.
                                Due to a Family medical emergency, I had to cancel my ticket 2 days before departure .
                                This cancellation was done by Air India Travel Agent through 24*7 customer care Phone numbers given by Air India after I called them to request cancellation .
                                The Customer care centre agent confirmed that he has cancelled the ticket and there will be minor cancellation fee for the same, remaining amount will be refunded to my credit card. He also asked me to send an email to [protected]@airindia.in.
                                I immediately sent an email to them to confirm the cancellation but did not get any response from them.
                                Since then I have sent 4 emails to [protected]@airindia.in, tried to call their phone numbers atleast 100 times but the numbers are always busy . I have also called customer care multiple times and each time they have asked me to call eCommerce team ( numbers always busy ) or send them an email ( sent 4 times already ) .
                                It has been 25 days since ticket cancellation and I have not received the refund amount to me yet, there has been no response from Air India so far. Below mentioned are my ticket details.

                                  I have cancelled my E- ticket[protected] for the trip from FRA to BLR for the Journey date 01-Dec-2020. I have contacted many times Air India customer support and [protected]@airindia.in regarding the refund of my cancellation ticket. Still, they have not started the process of cancellation. I am not sure when will I get my refund amount. It would be great if Air India takes some step to refund my money as earliest as possible.

                                  I have emailed nearly 5 times to [protected]@airindia.in to get the refund status. No response from them. please let me know if you need more details from my side.

                                    I had a booking from Mumbai to Kochi on flight AI 681 on the 12th of October 2020. But the same got canceled and rescheduled with the arrival being more than 1 hour from the original flight scheduled to arrive at 16:50 Hrs. The new scheduled flight was AI 617 with the arrival time to COK at 18:00 Hrs. Hence, I had canceled the same and requested a refund and was directed to write an email to their e-commerce team and expect a reply within a week. It has been over 2 months now, and the refund is still not processed. Please help on the same at the earliest. Refund Amount: Rs. 4, 007/-

                                      I travelled from LHR, UK to Mumbai on 21st Dec.. I had a connecting flight from Mumbai to Nagpur which was my final destination. However due to recent qurantine rule change in Maharashtra, i was qurantined in Mumbai for 7 days. So I need to reschedule my flight from Mumbai to Nagpur for 29th now. the ticket numbers are[protected] /[protected]. I called the Air India contact centre to reschedule the tickets but they asked me to go to city office. I obvioulsy cannot go to city office as I am in qurantine and new to this city. So I called the city office and they confirmed that they cannot do any rescheduling and asked me to call the call centre back and speak to the supervisor. I requested call center to speak to supervisor but they always put me on hold for more than one hour after which the call automatically disconnects... request you to please help.
