E-Ticket #[protected]
I bought a return ticket for my daughter from Toronto - Mumbai -Toronto
Due to Covid, I had to reschedule her flight to Mumbai - Air India did not give finalise return flight at that time as the flights were not open
I paid $200 USD to fly on the Vande Bharat flight
Now when I call to get her return ticket finalised, Air India declines any responsibility
Different customer support representatives are giving me different reasons, no one know anything about whether the ticket can be cancelled or rescheduled.
Everybody keeps tossing me back to Cheapoair (Booking #[protected]
I am extremely worried as my daughter is stuck in India with no confirmed Return ticket
Please Please have this resolved. I am open to options such as
1. schedule her return flight
2. Charge me the fare difference
3. Cancel and refund my money so I can buy from another airline

This is extremely frustrating as all airlines across the world are helping people get home during the pandemic and my own Air India is trying to make it all very very difficult for me
I hope to hear back but honestly have very little faith

    I cancelled my flight and requested a refund for two fares. I had a ticket which was refundable. For more than 6 months now, I have been chasing air India for a refund and each time we call customer care they say to write an email to the eCommerce email ID and to date, I have not received any response, I don't know what to do next and my money is stuck with them

          Sir/Mam,

          I have been asking for refund from many months and I only getting false promises that refund is initiated but I never got the refund

          I have booked a seat 11J against PNR HG7J6 number via https://callcenterpaymentsairindia.secure.force.com/payment?id=a022u000001fbtmAA... link after having a conversation with an customer care executive, but my seat was allocated to someone else when I checked it on 12th March 2020. When i contacted the Air India Customer Care Ph. [protected] again they told me they can not do anything book another seat and refund will be given for the previous payment Months have been passed but they always respond refund is initiated but till now no refund i received

            I had booked a flight on LTC Economy class
            through Air India mobile app withh PNR HVR1T and eticket no. no.[protected] from Bangalore to Guwahati scheduled to depart on 13th dec 2020. However it is seen that the Flight from Delhi to Guwahati was generated on Business class while Bangalore to Delhi is on Economy class even though the option Selected was Economy class.

            Due to the above reason the ticket was cancelled on the midnight of 12th and the executive concerned confirmed that the ticket being LTC, the same will be fully refunded.

            Inspite of repeated calls and mails to [protected]@airindia.in even after a month the refund was not even initiated. Further the period for refund changes with each executive attending the call, it varies from 15 working days to 41 working days. Nobody has provided the link or where I can see the exact refund policy.

            I am putting it here with a hope that an early resolution as he amount of Rs. 43077 receivable is high for me which I paid through credit card.

              Sir/Madam,
              I have booked flight on Feb 2020, after countless follow-ups I was given refund which was 50% less than my booking amount. The flight got cancelled by the airlines and I never cancelled it.

              Bit shock to see why the amount is not paid 100% despite no fault at my end. Details as under:

                I had a flight booked for 3rd May, 2020 from New Delhi to Pune. But, due to lockdown the flight was cancelled. I have tried to reach out to Air India team a number of times, but usually after listening to my query they ask me to hold for sometime which takes around 10-15 min and then they disconnect my call. Recently when i called on the ecommerce contact number - [protected], then the customer care executive asked me to call another helpdesk number for such queries so i asked her to help me with that number, she dictated me the same number on which i had called, when i tried to confront her for the same, she disconnected my call.

                  I had booked Air India flights for me and my wife on 20/02/2020 and 01/03/2020 from Air India mobile app (iOS).

                  Both flights were cancelled due to COVID19 pandemic. As per Gov. of India and Hon. Supreme Court of India, Air India was supposed to refund the amount in due period.
                  I have contacted Air India customer care repeatedly and also have mailed their e-commerce mail id. Each time I get answer that amount will be refunded in 1-2 weeks but I haven't received any refund yet.

                  All this is causing a lot of mental stress in addition to economic loss.

                    Refund not received for 11 months now for flight booked in Feb 2020, cancelled due to Covid-19. Ticket was made open in April and then cancelled in June 2020. Since then refund was not received at all.

                    I had booked Air India flight from Louisville (SDF) to Delhi via Chicago (under PNR - POCRKF) thru travel agent (Tripfur) using my Chase bank credit card.
                    Louisville to Chicago flight by United and Chicago to Delhi was by Air india.
                    Transaction was done on 13th Feb 2020 and posted on 16 Feb 2020 of $1132.45 as 'AIR INDIA LI[protected]'.

                    Flight was cancelled so ticket was made open but later cancelled on 9th June 2020.

                    Since then I am waiting for my refund but nothing has been received yet. Agent is saying that Air India is not refunding the amount.

                      LTE Ticket was cancelled in November'20 for which i was assured of 100% refund amount within 15 working days. Now it is January'21 and still there is no refund made. #ecommerce #AirIndia have disappointed with this service. Serving to Indian Navy i cannot make frequent follow ups, nor #AirIndiaEcommerce have reverted to any mails. Very Disappointing service from AirIndiaEcommerce.

                        Now what my Bank says is that we have not received the refund back from Air India and if we need to look more into this
                        what we need from Air India is

                        1) Bank from which the refund was done from Air India
                        2) ARN or RRN number of the transaction number
                        3) Date and time when the refund was done which you have given - 29th Sep 2020 at 5:00 AM
                        4) Amount refunded - I guess it is Amount Rs 8268

                        With out the above details my HDFC bank cannot trace the payment

                            This is regarding our travel from Bangalore to Chandigarh on 8th of Aug 2020 along with our two rabbits. Before booking the tickets, we inquired from Airlines about our travel with rabbits. After the confirmation from the Airlines, we booked our tickets and travel from Bangalore to Delhi with my family (3 Passengers and two rabbits) on 8th Aug 2020. We had connecting flight on the same Airlines, Air India from Delhi to Chandigarh.

                            After reaching Delhi, when we proceeded for check-in for Air India flight AI-9713. Though the flight was not cancelled, we were not allowed to board the flight as we were carrying live couple of rabbits with us and were told that the booked flight does not has the facility to carry the live stocks. Hence, we were given a letter of refund by the airlines authority and were told that the full fare will be refunded within 15 days. It’s been more than four months now and we have still not received the refund. I consistently wrote the mails and have called up customer care several times but still I haven’t got the money back.

                            After repeated follow up, I received a mail from Ecommerce Helpdesk on 18th of Oct 2020 stating that the amount would be credited to my account within 4-6 weeks. But when I didn’t receive the amount, I again started following up. But neither I received the amount nor any further communication from them.

                            It’s my hard-earned money and I request the team to kindly help me to get the refund at the earliest.

                              I haven't received the refund even after following up more than 10 times by calling their customer representative and sending mails to the Ecommerce team.

                              Pathetic service to give back our money.

                                In reference to the ticket nos.[protected],[protected] under RLOC- AI HYXZE, and ticket no.[protected] and[protected] under RLOC- AI YB81E, I want to state the following-
                                I came to know from the Air India Kolkata office that our to and fro air tickets have been cancelled and full amount has been refunded on 02.11.2020 from AI. But, till date, the amount has not been credited to my bank account.

                                I sent many mails along with all documents to e-commerce office and even, approached customer support office of Air India many times to get full refund. I did not get any response.

                                Please do the needful to get the refund immediately.

                                    I had cancelled my ticket eTicket No:[protected], Booking Reference: YWCKJ. However I did not receive any refund. After waiting for 20 days I reached out to the customer care. The customer care representative confirmed the cancellation but informed that refund will be processed only after a mail is sent to [protected]@airindia.in.
                                    This seems to be unjustified - particularly this is a national carrier and owned by the Government of India. If a ticket is cancelled why is the refund not processed and paid?
                                    However I had emailed the [protected]@airindia.in, seeking refund as required on 8th Dec 2020. There has been no response from Air India on this mail so far. Not even that they have received the mail and are processing the same.
                                    I had raised a service ticket # 49401 on 12th December 2020 which is showing a status as being processed till today ( 3rd Jan 2021).
                                    It is highly depressing to note the poor customer service of Air India and I seek resolution without further delay.

                                      Sir, Flight no. AI 401 DEL to CCU. Flight no. AI 729. CCU to GAU dated 13-OCT-2020 cancelled, and no flight scheduled in the forenoon till 15-OCT-20. I felt very inconvinent. I got my tkt cancelled from customer care of AI, whereat they suggested me for full refund and also suggested to sent an email to e-commerce AI.                                       After various REMINDER, On November 17, 2020, e commerce replied me as confirmation that my refund will be made within 4 to 6 week (confirmation letter placed below) which completed on Dec. 29, 2020. But I have not got any refund from AI.

                                      Sir, they also mentioned that due to COVID-19 staff shortage. then for your kind information I am also an employee and doing my duty 11 hrs every day in the NORTH EAST region.

                                      Sir, I felt very harass from the Air India and claiming my refund of three month interests @ 12% per month, within 3 days, failing which I am compelled to go to the court and if I will go to the court the court fee will also be paid by AIR INDIA.

I felt very inconvinent. So the attached e ticket Itinerary/Receipt having PNR no. H59JE got cancelled through AI customer care. Pls. Refund the full amount as shown in the attachment. Encl: as abv.                                       Sir, Flight no. AI 401 DEL to CCU. Flight no. AI 729. CCU to GAU dated 13-OCT-2020 cancelled, and no flight scheduled in the forenoon till 15-OCT-20. I felt very inconvinent. I got my tkt cancelled from customer care of AI, whereat they suggested me for full refund and also suggested to sent an email to e-commerce AI. On OCT-10-2020, I had sent an email to e-commerce on different dates

                                      After various REMINDER, On November 17, 2020, e commerce replied me as confirmation that my refund will be made within 4 to 6 week (confirmation letter placed below) which completed on Dec. 29, 2020. But I have not got any refund from AI.

                                      Sir, they also mentioned that due to COVID-19 staff shortage. then for your kind information I am also an employee and doing my duty 11 hrs every day in the NORTH EAST region.

                                      Sir, I felt very harass from the Air India and claiming my refund of three month interests @ 12% per month, within 3 days, failing which I am compelled to go to the court and if I will go to the court the court fee will also be paid by AIR INDIA.

                                        Hello sir madam I'm Manikanta I will share my experience with fraud people some Air India called me and told ur are selected for Air India Company but u have to paid courier chargers 1567/
                                        Dress code 6700/they asked me do you have passports isaid no they told me send me money within 3days I will provide amount is 2500/after that they did not answer my email phone call my friend told me they are fake person it's my dream to work in airlines but my life is gone because of fraud people please try u understand my problem lost of problems facing financial situation I hope u people can solve my problems I want my money back requesting you
