I have given below my original web two way booking e-ticket for
3 persons booked to travel by your flight AI-655/656 between BOMBAY-RAJKOT-BOMBAY, going 28/11/20, return 08/12/20. The payment was made by American Express Credit Card.
This booking was cancelled on 16/11/20 at 10.55AM over telephone[protected]. After this cancellation, I have sent many reminders for refund by emails. The last reminder is dated 22/12/20, More than 45 days have passed since I cancelled the subject 3 tickets, and I am sorry to bring to your attention that no refund has been received by me. I request you to look in to the matter on urgent priority basis and remit the refund amount.
