I had a booking from Mumbai to Kochi on flight AI 681 on the 12th of October 2020. But the same got canceled and rescheduled with the arrival being more than 1 hour from the original flight scheduled to arrive at 16:50 Hrs. The new scheduled flight was AI 617 with the arrival time to COK at 18:00 Hrs. Hence, I had canceled the same and requested a refund and was directed to write an email to their e-commerce team and expect a reply within a week. It has been over 2 months now, and the refund is still not processed. Please help on the same at the earliest. Refund Amount: Rs. 4, 007/-

    I travelled from LHR, UK to Mumbai on 21st Dec.. I had a connecting flight from Mumbai to Nagpur which was my final destination. However due to recent qurantine rule change in Maharashtra, i was qurantined in Mumbai for 7 days. So I need to reschedule my flight from Mumbai to Nagpur for 29th now. the ticket numbers are[protected] /[protected]. I called the Air India contact centre to reschedule the tickets but they asked me to go to city office. I obvioulsy cannot go to city office as I am in qurantine and new to this city. So I called the city office and they confirmed that they cannot do any rescheduling and asked me to call the call centre back and speak to the supervisor. I requested call center to speak to supervisor but they always put me on hold for more than one hour after which the call automatically disconnects... request you to please help.

        Hi,

        Due to Covid restriction, we were forced to cancel the flight ticket from Kochi to Copenhagen and done lot of email communication and phone calls, but no response till today.

        It has been more than 7 months, our refund is pending and every time they are telling us the same unacceptable reason to wait for few weeks.

        Ticket booked for: 9th April 2020 from Kochi to Copenhagen and the same return on 7th July 2020
        We paid an amount of 50117 INR.

        During the time when we called and cancelled, they agree full refund in 4 weeks as the flight itself cancelled due to COVID, but after that no response.

        Hope we will get a support from this forum and help us to refund the amount as soon as possible.

          Ticket booked under PNR no. Z9W5P has been cancelled through customer care due to flight cancellation from Delhi to Vijayawada sector.
          The ticket has been cancelled on 25th October 2020.

          As per the instructions given by air India representative, we had sent email also to e-commerce. It was almost 60days. No refund and no response to emails

            My name is Jay Prakash Tripathi. I had Air India flight on 09 may 2020 from Pune to London.
            I booked my flight from Air India website but the Flight was cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic. Air India supposed to return my complete fair as per supreme court orders. I have contacted air india customer support team many times. Air india delaying money refund since more than 6 months. I have called several times to Air india customer support team which is causing additional mental stress.
            My Ticket details mentioned below.

            From Pune to Delhi (AI 854) and Delhi to London(AI 161).
            Travelling date- 09/05/2020.

            I will be escalating it to next level in case this has not been taken care now.

                I booked my flight from Air India website on 24/02/2020.
                Flight was cancelled due to covid-19 pandemic. Air India supposed to return my complete fair as per supreme court orders. I have contacted air india customer support team many times.                       The request for refund of my cancelled ticket from Chennai To Kuwait PNR No. YLWXS, Eticket No.[protected] &[protected] of amount INR 24024/-, cancelled on 29.05.2020 has been pending since 7 Months now with email acknowledgement from Air India. As in Air India portal, the refund the refund will be processed by their e-commerce team. However despite several email sent with support documents to Air India e-commerce team and Air India Customer care, I have not received any prompt resolution in this matter.

                      I hope that I will receive a prompt resolution from Air India into this refund matter as soon.

                      The request for refund of my cancelled ticket from Kolkata To London booking ref: J2EQN, ticket No.[protected], cancelled on 20.01.2021 has been pending since 4 Months now with email acknowledgement from Air India.                         Hello,

                        I booked and insured my travel on 2/11/20 from Amritsar to Mumbai for 21/11/20 using easemytrip website. I got confirmation from easemytrip regarding booking confirmation on same day.
                        On 11/11/20, I got sms from Air India flight is rescheduled.
                        On 20/11/20 evening, 21/11/20 morning and evening I tried unsuccessful attempt to web checkin. I was getting error message from website.
                        I called Air India call center regarding the issue I was facing. Air India agent told me your flight is cancelled, due to which you are not able to do web checkin. I was not informed neither via mail nor sms or call.
                        I approached ICICI lombard for insurance, they requested me for the certificate for cancellation of the flight.
                        When I approached Air India customer, they told they are not authorized to provide the certificate.
                        Then I approached Air India station master Amritsar. I got communication flight took off on 21/11/20

                          I had booking which was cancelled in lockdown period and its been 10 months now I haven't received refund.
                          Below is my ticket details ;
                          PNR : YCKPZ

                          Travel Date : 27 Mar 2020
                          Mumbai to Kolkata

                          I had sent multiple mails to customer care (eCommerce eCommerce,
                          [protected]@airindia.in) but got no resolution . Initially they said refund was done on 22 Sep 2020, but when I checked with my bank, bank confirmed the refund isn't done. On further discussing with escalation team of Air India (via multiple calls) they confirmed that refund wasn't successful and same will be done by Nov 29.

                          But that didn't happen, I am being put through lot of trouble and stress talking and discussing my problem, but no heed is given to my case

                              I would like to bring to your knowledge that I tried cancelling my ticket through Air India customer care number. Ticket details as follows:
                              Air India flight 9I-862 IXC-DEL on 25NOV20
                              PNR JD7R4
                              Passenger name Tika Sharma
                              But the customer care executive hung up my phone every time I called them. Tired of it I generated a ticket for cancellation ( service ticket number 37263) but no any updates has been made for the same.
                              I hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
                              I shall be highly obliged if you could refund my money asap.

                                I have requested for a refund on 15th Aug and when I have called customer care, they have confirmed tickets status as Refunded on 22nd September however I have not received any payment yet in my bank account.

                                I have also logged case 05498851 for the same.

                                  I had a booking with Air India -
                                  PNR - Y10HC (AI) (Stockholm to New Delhi)
                                  Passenger Name - NEHA MUNSHI
                                  Date - 24 April
                                  I was advised initially that i could reschedule my travel without any fee deduction. But the flights on the route from Stockholm to Delhi have been cancelled till further notice .
                                  Therefore, I request you to refund my ticket fare since i cannot book/reschedule my flight on this route.

                                      I booked four (4) tickets in the name of MR.SHRAWAN RAIKWAR and three others on 19 February, 2020 of AIR INDIA for the stations from Amritsar( ATQ ) to Nanded( NDC ) vide Booking reference number ( PNR ) – J114W (AI), which was to be travelled on 16 May, 2020 through flight number – AI 815.
                                      However, flight had been cancelled due to lockdown and we have been provided with the credit shell instead of full amount of refund.
                                      Due to some unavoidable reasons, we are unable to travel in the aforesaid period of credit shell.
