I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights
The issue that I have experienced was: about the event of denied boarding.
As you can see in the documents attached, Air India eTicket, Indigo return ticket and Covid negative Test report ICMR approved, as required for the travel. I was supposed to fly from Hyderabad to Dubai, but denied boarding, on reaching out Air India staff for a word they simply denied saying these are the rules, how can this be a rule if so should have been stated on every online portal for ticketing booking. These rules, if made, have to be advertised in newspaper or electronic media that cannot be implemented overnight and stop us from travelling. The behaviour of the Air India staff at the ground was bad and cannot be acceptable and above all they are accepting bribes and allowing passengers who paid some amount and they let go with the same ticket, I was shocked and when I asked the staff he called guards and took me out of the ground. How can this be allowed on ground ? I need compensation of Rs. 20, 000 which I planned and paid for the travelling.
Above all I asked Air india staff that I will get return ticket and allow me 10 mins time so that my agent book Air India return ticket but he allowed me 5 mins, even before I get the return ticket from my agent, the air india staff employee left the counter without allowing me to board.
I want to ask if I am travelling for 88 days to Dubai and I don't find the Air India schedule for returning then how should I book the ticket ? Also to let you know that there is no schedule as per my travel plan therefore passengers will definitely have to see other alternatives and book Indigo return tickets.

I hereby write to you in order to claim for compensation of Rs. 20000/- which was all lost due to Air India staff denying board though I have all the required documents for travelling.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

But We do not get any information regarding our refund. Please treat this as Most Urgent issue and take suitable action.
