Flight got non operational due to coronA on 28th april 20'.requesting for refund amount of rs 15501/- .makemytrip already raised request with air India but air India is not processing request instead they are asking to check with makemytrip.air India is cheating customers .We need refund as early as possible .

      I had booked my tickets in Air India via travel agent and still not received the refund even after 7 months of my ticket cancellation. The flight was cancelled due to due to Covid lockdown and have been running behind the travel agent and Air india with no success.
      Air India asks us to go to travel agent and when I go to travel agent they mention that Air India is not releasing the money.

      Its been more than 7 months that i have been running behind and at the end relying on you to help me on this.

        I have booked tickets for 21st August from Paris to New Delhi, but i have cancelled it due to some emergency, i have sent mail to ecommerce id, but i am yet to receive the Refund its been more than 3 months now.

          My flight no AI 9834 Bikaner to Delhi, dated 16/11/1975 was cancelled and I was offered to cancel this flight and the subsequent connecting flight AI 483 Delhi To Raipur with full amount of refund. I opted the cancellation and attendants promised to process the refund by one week.

          I have not received the refund yet, Please arrange the refund of Rupees 22016/-, Twenty two thousand and sixteen rupees only.

            I booked air india international flight from Paris to Delhi for travel in July 2020. After multiple failed transactions I was issued a ticket but money was deducted each time. Money was refunded for some of the transactions but I came to know later that two tickets were issued on my name for the same flight on the same day!! So i contacted air india and requested them to refund one of the tickets but refund has not been processed till now. E-commerce section does not respond to phone calls (I called them at least 500 times) following which I emailed them multiple times only to get replies stating refund will be processed but has not happened till now. I contacted air india complaint/feedback department and they registered a complaint with a reference number (WB-IPAR[protected] but no redressal until now. I have also contacted the vigilance department of air india regarding corruption by cheating the customer off of money by selling ticket twice on the online platform for the same flight and the vigilance officer emailed back asking the e-commerce section to provide refund but this has not been done even after intervention from vigilance team.
            I do not have any other avenues to resolve this matter so I am registering my grievance here.

              I have booked a ticket from London To Mumbai for 13th December 2020. While making payment, it showed as transaction failed so I made the transaction again and this time it was successful and I received the booking confirmation. But the money got deducted twice from my account.

                I got a call from manoj kumar stating that he is an hr from air india limited and I got selected for the job in air in limited and first he sai that the regestrion fee is 1550 rs and he sed to pay to the account and I have done this payment agai they have called me and informed that to pay amount of rs 28550 and they informed me that the amount will be refunded once you will join the job and I have payed the amount for that also again they have called me and informed that you need to pay 20000 for the life insurance then only you will able to join the job so I have transferred that amount also account number of that manoj kumar is [protected] this account number is from Punjab National Bank please help to refund of my total amount 50100 and also the informed To transfer the insurance amount to this account number [protected] name:satendra Kumar punjab national bank I have transferred amount of Rs 17000 and another account they have given to me to transfer account number:[protected] name:Afroz Alam from panjab national bank when they have lifted my I have asked them to return my money from that time they are not lifting my call the number which I got a call are [protected], [protected], [protected] these are the numbers I have got a call please help me in getting my money back

                  Booked ticket on 9th January 2020, for AI flight departure on 25th May but flight was cancelled by Air India due to COVID19 and it has been 6 months the airline hasn't provided a refund.I did followup emails with Indian Eagle since they booked the flight.                         Due to Air India's mistake, I was off loaded. I'm a foreigner and stranded in India. Air India ruined my only chance to go back to my country during this pandemic time.

                        And yet, they have not refund me for over a month.

                          Dear Sir / Madam,

                          I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Flights

                          The issue that I have experienced was: about the event of denied boarding.
                          As you can see in the documents attached, Air India eTicket, Indigo return ticket and Covid negative Test report ICMR approved, as required for the travel. I was supposed to fly from Hyderabad to Dubai, but denied boarding, on reaching out Air India staff for a word they simply denied saying these are the rules, how can this be a rule if so should have been stated on every online portal for ticketing booking. These rules, if made, have to be advertised in newspaper or electronic media that cannot be implemented overnight and stop us from travelling. The behaviour of the Air India staff at the ground was bad and cannot be acceptable and above all they are accepting bribes and allowing passengers who paid some amount and they let go with the same ticket, I was shocked and when I asked the staff he called guards and took me out of the ground. How can this be allowed on ground ? I need compensation of Rs. 20, 000 which I planned and paid for the travelling.
                          Above all I asked Air india staff that I will get return ticket and allow me 10 mins time so that my agent book Air India return ticket but he allowed me 5 mins, even before I get the return ticket from my agent, the air india staff employee left the counter without allowing me to board.
                          I want to ask if I am travelling for 88 days to Dubai and I don't find the Air India schedule for returning then how should I book the ticket ? Also to let you know that there is no schedule as per my travel plan therefore passengers will definitely have to see other alternatives and book Indigo return tickets.

                          It occurred on: 11/11/2020

                          I hereby write to you in order to claim for compensation of Rs. 20000/- which was all lost due to Air India staff denying board though I have all the required documents for travelling.

                          I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                                1.I had booked my air ticket from direct portal of Air India, flt was from Jolly Grant, Dehradun to Pantnagar on 14 Feb, the flt was cancelled even after writing numerous e mails and also spoken to customer care executive I have not got my refund till date wherein as per policy I am authorized full refund. Flt No AI 9824 my ticket No (ticket No[protected] booking ref JSW32.
                                2. I would like to raise the issue to the highest level and lakadisal attitude of Air India in this case.

                                  I did a booking on Air India on 1st Sept with Air Ticket ref as below.

                                  Got the refund after 2 Month with transaction details as 0989R00082LVI.
                                  - 0989R00082LVD

                                  As per discussion and ticket summary cancellation charges were 6000 per ticket which was 12000, but the refund amount I received is 34000 less than booking amount as they charge extra 22000 and not giving any details.

                                  This is money fraud on charging customer any amount other than mention on booking summary.

                                  On Calling customer care they ask to drop a mail but its since 2 weeks and 4 mails they didnt respond to any of them.

                                  P.S. they didnt respond to any of the mails i send before to confirm on refund transactions for over 2 Months.

                                    Booked ticket on 29th June from Coimbatore to New York and cancelled within 24 hours. Air India promised for a full refund of 83k INR within 21 days. I have been calling and writing to ecommerce every 15 days now. On Nov 2nd 2020 when I called they said my refund has already been processed and there is nothing pending. It was a shock as I haven't received anything in my account. I'm not sure whom to contact or complain about this issue. I see many people have addressed same issue in different forums. Who will take this up forward? Looks like a huge scam to me. Someone please help!

                                      Hi,
                                      I was booking an Economy ticket from Hyderabad to Delhi for 13th Nov 2020 in the name of Vaibhav Kumar through the Air India website.
                                      But as soon as I gave the OTP for making payment via HDFC Net banking, the payment of Rs 4572 got deducted from my HDFC account( OTP and sms received) and instead of getting the ticket booked status the page was navigated to Error page where I could see the message quoted as mentioned here .
                                      I waited for half an hour for the ticket but I received no email /no sms for the booked ticket.
                                      Reference number for amount deduction is[protected]
                                      Amount 4572.0

                                      Kindly please make the refund as soon as possible for the unsuccessful ticket booking for which I have been charged or please provide ticket if booked.
