Fake job offer letter

I have received a call from a lady Krithika[protected] Air India who said will be providing job and asked to deposit Rs 1500 paid and I have attached. Later she provide me with application which needs to filled and submitted. Later she gave her manager number Aditya Roy [protected] and he requested us to pay 15900rs we paid and attached the receipt. How is phone is under swtich off and not providing us any updates...

While booking mistake happened entered only first name instead given name as per passport
asked to correct by call Centre through e mail also not getting connected through provided tel no looks unable to fly back after stuck six month in Sydney timely action reply helped...

Gold stolen

I am writing this complaint against Air India. Air india staff has stolen my gold jewellery from my luggage. I traveller through air india on 16th aug 2020 from delhi to coimbatore with flight AI512.

Refund

I have got 2 group tickets each with 8 tickets. These were booked on february before lock down and its declaration. During lock down. Air india cancelled these tickets without even a mail. Now i am trying to get the refund since may 2020. We have send many mails to ecommerce, called many times to the customer care. Every time they pick up the call, they put it on hold asking us to wait. I will be waiting for 15 to 20 minutes, then the call...

I cancelled my flight that was scheduled for 15th feb 2020. The cancellation was acknowledged by air india. Agreed for refund through e-mail. Till date refund against cancellation is not made despite reminder through e-mail to e-commerce mail id. Payment has to made to the credit card that was used for booking the flight ticket.

I have made a payment of inr 3360.00 (Paid a total of rs.3, 371.80 including transaction/bank fee via hdfc netbanking, bank narration: shdf[protected]/billdkair india, transaction ref no. need my refund money

Job scam/ fraud in name of job

Reschedule request

Money deducted but ticket not received

Dear team,

I was booking the ticket using my hsbc uk debit card card ([protected]) dated 26th august. Flight london to mumbai.

Hi,

Wishing you all happy and healthy days ahead.

Inspite of my multiple requests, air india is not refunding my money.

They are only giving same answer stating basis the booking date the refund amount cannot be refunded as the booking date was before lockdown. I can avail travel dates options in future or i have to cancel (Which will not be refunded fully).

I had booked my ticket in dec 2019 for my family to travel to india in july. Owing to covid all the flights were cancelled which is understandable. However what is non understandable is the silence on multiple requests for refunds. The contact centre number exists in paper only with no one bothering to pick the phone. Refunds for incorrect booking/failed

When i was trying to book a ticket from london to bangalore for 25th august 2020, the payment was unsuccessful for the first two times and it was successful in the third attempt.

I, captain tanuja (Mns officer) nr 23953p, request you to issue a non availabilty certificate for direct flights of air india from kolkata to chandigarh on 26july 2020 and chandigarh to kolkata on 25 august 2020.
And if it is, all the ai flights are having a hault at delhi airport for longer time period which is not advisable in this covid scenario.
