AI 30 : Ahmedabad(4:00 hrs) to Mumbai (5:15 hrs) on 11th dec 2019
AI 9022 : Mumbai (07:45) to Vijayawada (09:45 hrs) on 11th dec 2019
But then, as AI 30 got delayed by alomst 7 hrs, and it is not possible to take AI 9022 flight, I have cancelled AI9022 flight ticket through Air India call centre who said that I will receive a cancellation receipt...

I am writing regarding flight ai 154 dated 27.11.2019 from vienna airport to indra gandhi international airport, new delhi with the scheduled arrival time of 10:20hrs.
My booking reference is hnlcq. The flight did leave on time from vienna and was to land in delhi at 10:20hrs but we were told that due to fog we could not land in delhi and our flight was diverted to amritsar. we landed in amritsar at 10:39hrs and were in the plane...

I have lodged a complaint on 6th december 2019 regarding my broken baggage. The tag no. Is ai919099 (Ai506). The customer service has been very unhelpful in this regard and failed to provide me any resolution. I have called them up a 100 times till today, but to no avail.
