On february 18 and feb.22, 2020, i sent a request to customer care for cancellation of my 3 air tickets in view of some unavoidable personal inconvenience. Those tickets i purchased myself from air india page but while trying to cancel those from "my booking" link, i did not find any link to cancel. Finding no option, i then sent my request to ecommerce (See below the copy including flight details) for cancellation and refund, but as yet i have not heard anything from them. I would appreciate an early action in this regard.

Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I just booked a ticket from the Air India website from Kozhikode to Bombay for the date 23rd February. The payment was successful and amount was deducted yet no confirmation was recieved.
