1. I colonel a s bajpai serving in armed forces. Sir/madam, i have tried to book air india ticket from air india website and also from the air india offices from imphal and guwahati airport. There is no seat available in air india flight so i will be traveling imphal to guwahati for temporary duty/official duty in air asia flight on 02 nov 2019.

2. Hence, for official travel reimbursement i will be requiring non availability certificate from air india for the journey from imphal to guwahati airport.

3. You are requested to provide me non availability certificate on my mail [protected]@gmail.com so that i will submit it to my account section for reimbursement please.

    Online tickets being sold by air india. I purchased tickets on 24 oct 2019 vide pnr no. Y14m2 for multicity travel from 12 nov to 15nov19. Subsequently postponed the itinerary journey to 17 to 19 nov vide ytfzb. Website instead of giving option to postpone, it has asked me to cancel the tickets for postponement. The same was to be cancelled. The website simply displayed tickets cancelled. No refund information was displayed concerning the cancellation. The airline [protected]@airindia.in was sent an email seeking commercial information which was not even acknowledged or responded. The new airindia website hides information which is objectionable. The airline be asked to refund the amount concerning and stop the new website for hiding commercial information.

      1. Canceling flight without intimation
      2. Delaying the later assigned flight by 4 hours
      3. Loosing my baggage. Its been 3 daz. Food items would have been gone bad
      4. Not taking complaints wen called to desk and putting reciver down on face. Being rude.
      How can i sue dese people?
      Its very inconvinient for customers loosing thier leaves, belongings, peace of mind, money and time.

      Flight was late for 3 Hours i missed my connected bus for travel to another place its completely delayed every thing for my total trip was canceled.

        On 31st july and 1st august 2019, i attended a meeting in the department of biotechnology, govt. Of india, n. Delhi and returned to guwahati on 1st aug by ai 891. Usually all the expenditure reimburse by dbt for attending such meeting. For this purpose they asked to submit the return boarding pass after 2 mths of the journey. Unfortunately the boarding pass was misplaced, however, i submitted journey completed list from makemytrip from whom i usually book my ticket.

          I had booked 5 Air Tickets from Chennai to Mumbai via Akbar Travels.com PNR JJHV5 and travel date October 3 2019.(ticket copy attached)

          On October 2, 2019 I called up the Air India customer Care and partially Cancelled the booking, I requested that tickets for Shreevidya, Anahita and Ananaya to be cancelled .The customer Care agent confirmed that the tickets are cancelled .The agent also issued a new PNR -for the two travelling passengers name Kalyanraman and Rajalakshmi .New PNR Z2SCH.
          .
          The cancellation was done more than 24 Hours before prior to the travelling time, Cancellation was done around 12 PM on October 2nd 2019 while travel time was 3 PM on October 3rd 2019.

          Later when I called up the customer Care to enquire about the refund status we were told that refund cannot be processed as the system shows NO SHOW against Shreevidya Anahita and Ananaya.

          We had multiple conversations with the agents for the cancelling of Three tickets. I have been charged Rs 9 per minute to speak to the agent and they take a lot of time to process even the simple requests. I must have spent a minimum of Rs. 300 to make such a simple request. I expect to be compensated for this too.

          It was extremely frustrating to waste so many hours on this - firstly to do the partial cancellation (the agent took more than half an hour for a routine process like this) and then to follow up for the refund. I wrote so many mails to Air India office to call.[protected]@airindia.in and No reply received till date. I want compensation for the partially cancelled air tickets and the frustration from the air india customer care.

          I lost my baggage in air India international flight and airlines is not providing any compensation. I was travelling from Frankfurt to Delhi on 26tg October and the airline has lost the baggage. They told me that they will get the bag but they are not providing any compensation.

            My tk[protected]c1. Del to sxr we checking in at 9:30 am and stood in your long line by the time i and my tk[protected]c1 reached the counter # 1 the manager was rude and said the gates are closed as the delegates were traveling that was about 9:45 am and the flight time was 10:15 am. He tore my boarding pass and walked away. If the delegates were traveling and if air india lines were so long it’s was not our fault they should have accommodated us in the next flight instead we had to buy a new ticket we shall report this to the press once we get back to usa this is a fraudulent act to purchase another ticket. Either reimburse the money as this was not our fault. How could you guys do this we have vedio of this to upload everywhere now we have to buy a ticket again for ur fault not ours

              I had booked a return ticket for hk - mumbai. I had travelled on 25th oct from hk to mumbai. Now when i m trying to check my pnr on air india website for return flight on 3rd nov its showing invalid pnr. When i called customer care they are saying ur booking is cancelled. How could they cancel my booking without any intimation and without any reason? How am i supposed to travel? I had paid for the flight and now they are telling me booking is cancelled. Is this some kind of a joke? I haven't got any email message or call from air india regarding the cancellation. I need immediate explanation in this regard. What am i supposed to do now?

              I booked my flight and it is mentioned flight will depart at 6:00am on 20th nov.19. I planned accordingly i started from my home at 3:30 and reached airport at 4:15. I went to the counter and ground staff said i cannot board the plane as boarding is closed bcoz flight is rescheduled to 5:10 am. There was no info. And later i checked i got to know the text was done at 1:00am mid night where other airlines sends a text a day prior to arrival.Some of the guest said they got a new message flight again rescheduled at 6:00am. Air india close the boarding i told him how it is possible i got 6 more guest who has to board the same flight to kochi. I called duty manager and he was not willing to talk. Later i got offened. I again asked do something i want to board he happily said you go outside show ticket and ask airline ticketing staff to make a new ticket pay extra to them. I told him i don’t want to waste my time i want to board this flight only i still have time i can do it and other 6 passengers also can you just open the boarding. He denied and later a humble man came and he spoke to someone and he helped us.
              What kind of services air india provide it is pathetic. I national carrier is always do something which makes people offened really.
              I really want to highlight this services of airindia which made me really loosing my mind.
              They say boarding get close after 20 min of expected time of departure it was 4:30 and flight has to depart at 5:10am i do still have time to board it it is my headache how ill do but i can… and guess what when i reached near the gate to board my plane. They just started to scan the tickets of guest to get them into plan….. I was freaked out like really you are not allowing us to board and see now just u guys started letting guest go inside the plane…….
              Really m really really offended with the services of air india.
              There should be a reason to reshedule a flight and there should be a call made to us. Last time when i booked this flight i got the message a day prior stating flight is delayed and will depart by 6:00
              and this time when i booked it is 6:00 and later it resheduled to 5:10.
              Please see into the matter. And i am asking for the refund for such inappropriate behavior of staff..

                  We were a group of 19 people on a pilgrimage travelling from allahabad to new delhi vide ai 9604 from allahabad to new delhi on 11th september 2019. Our pnr numbers were jvctk, y9nn5, hd8bq, z4h92, hd8x3, yyc32, yyc0n, hgp5h, yxsbb

                  As per the policy of air india each passenger is eligible for 25 kgs. Out total weight was 325 kgs and the counter staff allowed us baggage allowance of only 285 kgs stating that per passenger only 15 kgs will be allowed. We were charged for 40 kgs @ rs 500/- per kg and we had to pay rs 21, 000/- including gst for boarding the flight

                  This is completely against the commitment given by the airline. I demand the refund of the amount of rs 21, 000/- paid vide doc[protected] dated 11th september 2019 issuing office 00081325.

                  Please help in getting the amount back

                    You employee said you are late and no possibility to board, i reached 11:10 am and flight time 11:45 am
                    I had personal problems but they this is not our problem
                    I am thinking, in india how can they do like this behaviour
                    My personal opinion is never book air india flight, at 11:20 am when i was checking another flight there is option for same flight, i don't know how, you are looting money, my name jyoti
                    Then i booked indigo flight before only 20 minutes to departure now tell me they booked before 20 minutes and your employee said we can't do anything instead i reached 32 minutes before
                    Otherwise refund my money

                      Ajr india is the worst airline. Yesterday i reached at 11:10am and my flight time was 11:45am. I had personal problems but on airport not listen any body and said now no possibility, but i want to ask air india chairman if your family person in place of me then can you stop your member also, i only 5 minute late but now i decide i will never book air india flight in my life.
                      This is my bad wish you will be in loss

                        On a shirt visit to chennai my daughter booked ticket to chennai to bangalore on 546 at 11.50 am but displaying delayed till 12.35 pm. An hour without means, copassengrrs are also suffered with their infants and next plan to travel further is also getting delayed. Online telephonic automation is again irritating more with advertisements and feedback rather delivering services. Pl clarify and response immediately otherwise i will take the matter to public grievances of pm and civil aviation authorities.

                          On 24th october 2019 i was trying to book my tickets from air india app and when i was redirected to the payment menu, i paid through h. D. F. C bank netbanking. Then ‘suddenly i was prompted up with the message saying that my tickets were not successfully booked. I even got message from my bank regarding deduction of amount from a bank account. The passenger details for whom i was trying to book tickets are

                          I was trying to book tickets from delhi to amritsar of time around 8 a. M on 28th october. My p. N. R number is z512g. I have even sent a mail to airindia customer [protected]@airindia.in but till today i have not even received any revert from them. If i call any of their customer representative, they are like we can’t help you, you need to write an e-mail to air india for resolving this complaint. Total money deducted was ₹7205.80. Transaction reference number is[protected].

                            I attended the international conference 2019 ieee congress on evolutionary computation (Ieee cec 2019) held during 10-13 june in wellington, new zealand. For that purpose, i purchased the air ticket from air india (Ai) office, kolkata on 6th april 2019 for the two way journey between kolkata and wellington. The total amount of the fare i paid was rs. 87274/-. Then i applied for the visa for new zealand and got it. Though i have to change the flight in sydney never i thought that it needs the visa for australia.
                            In the forward journey, the scheduled air route was from kolkata to delhi in the flight ai 763, then delhi to sydney of australia in flight ai 302 and finally from sydney to wellington of new zealand in flight nz 846. I reached kolkata airport on 8th june 2019 in time. The departure time of my flight (Ai 763) was 6.55 am.in kolkata airport, the lady sitting in the counter of ai tried a lot to issue me the boarding pass but failed. Then she called a person (Calling “debashish-da”, as far as i can remember) for help. He came and again tried but failed. Then, he along with me went in another counter (In the opposite side) and again tried a lot and ultimately issued me two boarding passes for the flights from kolkata to delhi and from delhi to sydney. At sydney airport, i collected the boarding pass for the flight from sydney to wellington. I reached wellington airport, new zealand, in the scheduled time safely on 9th june without facing any problem anywhere.
                            The scheduled air route of my return journey was from wellington of new zealand to sydney of australia in the flight qf 162, then from sydney to delhi in the flight ai 301 and then from delhi to kolkata in the flight ai 301. Accordingly, on 15th june 2019, i reached wellington airport in time to avail the scheduled flight to depart at 6.45 am (New zealand local time). But when i asked for the boarding pass, they told me to show the visa for australia. At first, i thought there may be some mistake from their end. However, within a few minutes i realized the severity of the situation. I told them the fact that without the visa of australia i faced no problem in sydney during the forward journey. Rather, i had been issued with a boarding pass at sydney for the journey from sydney to wellington. Keeping this in mind, i requested for a long time till the boarding time. They told me to return back to the hotel and apply for the visa. I faced a terrible situation at that time which i am unable to express in words. Three airport employees might be, understood my helpless condition and tried for an alternative solution such that i don’t need to go back to the hotel in new zealand, and can reach my home in india safely. They started to search for a flight in a different route for which no visa is required as well as i can reach home as early as possible. By their earnest effort and hardship, i departed from new zealand at 7.15 am (New zealand time), and finally reached kolkata at 10.35 pm (India time) on the same day (15th june 2019) via auckland of new zealand and singapore. For that, i had to pay the airfare (Through my hdfc credit card) of nzd 1845.15 (= rs. 84, 777.96/-) and that was only possible as because just a few months back, fortunately, i had been issued with a credit card by hdfc with such a high limit.
                            There is no doubt that ai is responsible for the terrible situation i have faced in wellington during the return journey as explained above. It is the responsibility of ai to inform the passenger about the requirement of visa for the transfer in sydney. I am sure that the staff of ai, who has given me the boarding passes in kolkata airport on the day i started (8th june), has realized the mistake ai has already done. That’s why they took so much time, maybe, to fix the problem only for the forward journey even though they have realized what severe consequence i am going to face in my return journey. I also believe that at that very time, in kolkata airport, they could solve the problem by cancelling my scheduled return journey and find an alternate route. For that arrangement, if necessary, they could talk with other airlines. I may cost a few more.
                            I know that the severity of mental harassment cannot be compensated by any means, but to compensate at least my financial loss i am claiming the fare of rs. 84, 777.96/-, i have paid more though i had already paid for it to ai long days before my scheduled journey.                               After lot of mail exchanges rs 939 only has been refunded on 25th oct and rs 2500 illegally withheld. The flight was cancelled by the airline and full refund is due. Air india must refund balance amount immediately

                                Already sent 4 reminders on the subject to [protected]@airindia.com, but no response yet.

                                I have cancelled the bookings (Pnr y1mx6) per flight no. Ai 21 (Ccu~del) scheduled on 07th nov 2019 & ai 20 (Del~ccu) on 12th nov 2019. It was confirmed to me by some customer service lady of air india on phone about a week ago, but no email confirmation has been given to me even till date. Further, the necessary refund status is also unknown to me.

                                Regret it's not the right way of dealing with ai customers. I am very dissatisfied!!

                                  I am travelling in ai 629 dt.24th oct bom-nag. The flight is delayed by almost 5hrs from the scheduled departure and there was nobody to communicate the same. No support staff to talk to. No courtesy to even ask for water. I have already suffered big loss due to your irresponsible behaviour. Also, the etd was displayed as 10:15 p. M. Even when the actual time was10:30 p. M.

                                    Its with deep regret i would say that air india express failed to refund my money. I never experienced such a bad approach from any airline against the customers concern.
                                    I have cancelled my return ticket from calicut to abu dhabi on[protected] with a pnr number lkdckq and i supposed to get uae dirhams 377.88, untill now it has not been adjusted to the credit card. I have sent couple of emails address to finance dpt of air india express and air india express customer care as well, they don't even bother either to adjust the amount on credit card or send an acknowledge to my emails.

                                      money debited from my upi account but ticket is not booked

                                      I have booked ticket from lucknow to mumbai on 23 oct 2019 around 10:20 and made payment using phone pay upi as a guest mode from your website (Book. Airindia.in). Money got deducted from bank account but i haven't received my ticket confirmation, no message or mail received of the transaction i have made for my ticket.
