On may 12, 2019, i was travelling back to canada and my first leg of journey was bangalore - chennai. I would proceed from chennai to dubai and then on to toronto. I knew i had excess weight and was prepared to pay for it. But as soon as i got to the counter and as i was putting my checked bags on to the belt, a supervisor comes along and says to the person behind the counter - weigh everything and take money. I have booked a ticket from tirupati to hyderabad my flight boarding time is at 14:15 without any intimation they saying that flight is delay by 5hours 19:15 since we are waiting for last 7hours they don't have any responsibility about the passengers and coming back and saying its again late the flight. Very worst airlines

Mr. Amit kumar a ground staff at Bhubanewar airport is ver rude and misbehaved while i was checking in for my flight to delhi.
He abused me and delayed my checkin for just his arrogant attitude.
He even quoted that he is relative of jayant sinha and he will not be punished.

I am vaisag, from dubai. I have seen one this video that showing misbehaving crew in airindia, she doesnt keeping manners so cruel i was not travel with this flight but i am frequent air india traveller, sometimes i felt this kind of experiences but didnt complaint, please take action immediately.

I had a confirmed ticket for 5 passengers (Pnr : yxr87) on flight ai715 on 10th may, 2019. Today I booked round trip tickets for Kolkata to Hyderabad. The tickets cost me 13625/-.
