Last February I have complained about this issue is i.e, Mr.Bhartendu namwal didn't replying any detail about job and going on postponing from the past 4months, saying that this month elections this month Conform job this month Joining letter Send to Home address ok like these he is saying, upto now I didn't get any job from Air India, I have got Paid 25, 080rupees Sir, Did I lost my money? How can I get back Sir, ...

    My booking Id was EMT58551134 & Ticket no. was [protected]/375 of Air India dated 29 May 2019.

    Flight departure time was at 09:00 AM, actual departed on 09:12 AM.

    My wife reached to Airport before 08:30 AM. I know she was little bit late,

    But my wife reached the counter, passenger on same Flight standing before my wife and got Boarding Pass in the presence of my wife and they have put their luggage on machine. My wife luggage had been taken out from the machine.

    They were not allowed my wife and 8 years daughter for boarding. Inspite of requesting, begging and crying by my wife, Ground Staff does not have emotions at all, they even cannot think that passenger was not well at that time and she was with child.

    Counter person taken 3 times her mobile phone for boarding and returned back to her.

    After Flight had gone, I have no choice other than to cancel tickets. They say that, I will get only RS. 490 and I have paid RS. 12, 902 for the ticket.

    So it is my humble request that please do a favor to me so I will get my full amount, i.e. RS. 12, 902

    Please do the needful.

    I had mailed to feedback.[protected]@airindia.in that I will courier all the documents to your Headquarters that inspite of request, you were not taken any measure to resolve my problem.. But after that mail also, they had not replied at all. I have not courier the documents as I thought it is the better to consult you're team I am attaching 2 updated screenshots.

    Why it is resolved, yet Air India had not even call me regarding this issue and not refund my amount.

      I had done the boading and i have the boarding pass and i was in front of gate prior 25minutes to the flight departure time.

      The lady duty manager was egocentric and did not allow me to board the flight and in front of me called the flight captain and said not to wait for me and they closed the gate however i had 25mins.

      Flight time is 7.05pm
      Present in gate 6.40pm

      Duty manager arrogant.

        I have booked Wheelchair Service for my Aunt, who was travelling from Ahmedabad to Toronto on Air India operated flight on 10th June 2019. They have not provided Wheelchair for my Aunt even after many time requested by her. Worst Airline Staff behaviour at Ahmedabad Airport. Even after booking the wheelchair request on their website and by customer care call centre, they didn’t provide the services and not even behaved like a human beings. Worst Airline and Worst Staff at Ahmedabad Airport

            I was having flight from Chennai[MAA] to Delhi[DEL] on 31st May 2019 by Flight 539 @ 17:00hrs and connecting flight to Tehran by Mahan Air on 1st June 2019 @ 02:40hrs. The AI 539 got too much delay and finally it took off @ 22:45hrs [Delayed by 05 hrs 45Mins] and i informed Air India Manager Mrs. GokulaLaskhmi @ Chennai Airport about my connectivity flight and she was promising me to catch the connectivity flight. The flight landed @ Delhi @ 01:45hrs on 1st June 2019 and None of the airport staff is helping me to catch the flight at the end i missed that flight. AI stuff just gave me a delay letter which is not useful to me And i had spend £408.84 to purchase the another ticket from Ukraine International Airline. I would like to know
            - why none of the AI staff is not supporting me @ Delhi to catch the flight?
            - How AI staff, how she is promising me to catch the Mahan Air? even i told, if its not possible to catch the flight @ Delhi, please take back my luggage @ chennai Airport itself. i could find other way or stay in Chennai itself.?
            - I lost one whole day salary + travel pain + return ticket @ Mahan air + extra payment o[censored]kraine Airline.

            Kindly support to repay my concerns. Thanks

              I'm making a complaint regarding lost baggage. We were a group of family travelling from Delhi to Chennai. I didn't receive one of my baggage at the airport and filed a complaint there in the office immediately. I was told I will receive it when the next flight arrives. A staff there gave a contact number but no response was given inspite of me trying to contact them multiple times. This behaviour of the staff is very frustrating and disappointing.
              Tag no. of the luggage is AI395729. Hoping to receive a response atleast now.

              Same experience for me. Travelled on 7th July from delhi to chennai. one baggage was not delivered, no one is picking up call in the contact number provided. The customer care number has put me on wait for more than 30 minutes.

                1. Flight delayed by over 3 hours from originating airport – Changi, Singapore
                o Missed the connecting flight to Mumbai resulting in loss of taxi booking amount from Mumbai on arrival / and spent 3 additional hours at departing airport

                2. Sustained In-Flight injury at both the hands, as the overhead storage compartment linings were exposed and had shrapnel [wooden splinters] which pierced through the skin and embedded in the flesh on both hands
                o Was attended by the cabin crew, a doctor on board and pilot himself who administered me first aid – however, the doctor determined that nothing munch can be done onboard, and I need to seek medical treatment at the airport or I can de-board at Singapore
                o Asst.Pilot confirmed if I can still travel to which I agreed, he informed me that they will inform the arrival airport [IGI –T3] for providing me medical assistance – to which I agreed and continued with the flight
                o On arrival, to my surprise – Air India Delhi staff had no information and they even refused to provide any assistance, and gave me in writing about the same that they have no information – rather had me spent 2+ hours when I insisted to seek medical help
                Situation was aggravated with a verbal spat at the T3 arrival counter at Air India front desk, Air-India Staff – Amardeep Sharma was very insensitive, un-cooperative and rather abusive
                o Situation was de-escalated with the interference of vigilance personnel Mr.Singh’s interference – he enquired from the staffers and sent me get medical assistance through the Air India counter at T3 main gate, however – there was still an issue. Manager suggested that they can only send me to the SafdarJung Hospital as they have a tie-up; and I will have to miss the alternative flight to Mumbai as it may take time
                o Instead, he suggested me to continue with the alternative flight and gave me a Pune flight – Only after I had insisted for a home-drop from Mumbai and seek medical help at Pune airport
                o At the Pune airport, there is Aditya Birla Hospital’s counter – which had no doctor. The attendant did his best to remove the splinters however – he couldn’t and suggested I must go to the hospital on my own

                In the ordeal, not only I spent 3 hours at the Singapore airport for a delayed flight, but was traumatized due to in-flight injury, harassed and misbehaved by the Air-India staffers at Delhi with no medical help, or an offer for overnight stay that would occur due to medical procedures at Delhi.

                For these incidences, I am very upset and left with a bitter taste from Air India though I patronize the Indian carrier.
                Scars from the injury may heal but the incidence alone has caused a permanent dent to my confidence and belief as a passenger and a citizen.

                I need this to be investigated and a suitable compensation to be provided to me.

                  I was traveling with 2 senior citizen (my mother & my father) my wife and my son(infant) with air india flight ai 854 from pune to delhi on 5.06.2019 to depart at 22.20 from pune.
                  I reached at the pune airport at 8.30pm and requested mr.Kamlesh sitting at the check in counter to help me with the check in as i was travelling with an infant. Its as per law that person traveling with infant and senior citizen must be given priority.
                  though mr.Kamlesh counter was vacant he intially refused to give us a checkin and after lot of requests with lot of hesitation he allowed us to check in.
                  thereafter i had already booked my seats through make my trip seat no 4c, 4d, 4e &5f he refused to give those seats despite the same being clearly mentioned in my ticket. After lot of discussion he told me that only if i show him my invoice then he will give me the boarding pass.He developed a new procedure and after 15 mins when i showed him the invoice then he gave me boarding passes.
                  The flight got delayed and i was waiting with my family members at the food court.
                  When boarding started we all checked in and from aerodrome i realized that i forgot my baby bag at the food court. When i requested mr. Kamlesh to request an air india staff to collect the bag he in a very rude and disrepectful manner asked me to wait behind and continued with checkin.
                  Mr.Yadav from cisf was standing there and he told mr kamlesh to request someone to go and collect the bag. We had a heated discussion and he abused me and told to remember my things.
                  The behavior of mr. Kamlesh is very disturbing, disrespectful, non-cooperative and i think he must be sacked from the airlines immediately.
                  He doesn't deserve to be in Air India.

                    I confirmed my ticket for air India flight AI-504 travelling from New Delhi to Bangalore, 2 months before travelling. I went for boarding 3 hours before, even then I was not given the boarding pass for that flight and was told that the seats are full and I was asked to go from next flight which was after 10 Hours.

                    I was travelling for a business trip. I had a meeting in Bangalore and because of this delay, I had to pay a huge amount of loss.

                      My flight pnr - z4qrt booked in yatra from shirdi to hyderabad was cancelled on 04 june 2019 by air india. There was no alternate flight arranged, rather the station officer - anil kushwaha advised to book in some other airline/bus/train whichever suitable in stead of arranging the next day’s flight on behalf of air india. As my return to hyderabad was extremely urgent, as per his suggestion, i booked in the next day early flight which costed me ₹9994.

                      After a lot of discussion and arguments, anil promised to provide hotel and pick up and drop off facility to hotel and airport. They dropped me at the hotel and i spent the night there. The next day when i got ready to start for airport the hotel guys told me that the drop off facility to the airport was not provided by the airlines. I tried to check with the airlines on the toll free number, but it never worked out. So i had to pay ₹600 more for the transfer.

                      When i checked with the airlines staff in the office at the airport, they mentioned i should have reached out to them from the hotel itself, where as they had not provided me the contact number of anybody to reach out to. The customer service tollfree number is also not working. They told it’s under upgrade process and has been stopped since 31st may!!

                      Added to that, throughout this process, on both the days (4 and 5 june), the airlines staff at the airport have been utterly ill behaved and arrogant. They have literally treated us like we are some beggars asking for free services. Use of lines like “ are you my boss!! “, were used by the airlines staff at an extremely disgraceful voice. Its high time the staff is made to learn how to treat customers.

                      After such a disappointing experience with air india, i need immediate and accurate information regarding my refund amount for the cancelled flight and how to reimburse the extra money spent (Total of ₹10600) for the alternate flight and the hotel to airport transfer.

                        1. We were a family of four booked on this flight from diu to mumbai on 06 may. Our pnr was js9r8, (Mrs anjoo kumar, mr sunil kumar, mrs leena rangilal and mrs vimal singh). The total amount charged by ai against this was rs 22, 820 paid through my american express credit card, xxxx xxxx xxxx 32005 on 05 mar 2019.

                        2. I had contacted ai at diu to obtain full refund against this. I had been assured that the refund would get credited back to my card within six working days.
                        3. Ai asked me to approach their ecommerce branch. On doing so they informed me that my refund had been processed. However after about six days of this, i found a refund of rs 2020 instead of rs 22820. Further communication with them has had no response as yet.
                        4. Full refund should be given as the flight was cancelled at the last moment and we had to bear the additional burden of a night's stay and booking on a different airline the next day as no air india flights were available.

                          I had the below ticket with air india for my mel - del travel, booked from makemytrip.

                          I travelled on 8th dec melbourne to delhi. But for some reason had to stay there longer.
                          Hence i called air india in end of dec (25-28thdec) and got my ticket status changed to open (Which ur agent confirmed).

                          My ticket was in kept in open status till june.

                          20 days back i called up air india and the cust care executive is saying your ticket status is shown as refunded in our records so talk to ur booking agent (Makemytrip)

                          I called up makemytrip now and they are saying that since the change was done by airindia team, they can't help. But yes ticket status is shown as refunded and not open.

                          My questions -
                          1. When i requested for placing my ticket as open, why is it marked as refund?

                          2. Since my ticket was partially used already, you told me that tickets cannot be refunded or changed to other passengers, hence i opted for open.
                          Now how your records indicate it as refund?

                          3. If it was refunded, where was it refunded to? I haven't received any money back? Nor makemytrip (I confirmed with them)

                          4. Since you moved my ticket, i am sure you have the call logs. Please check the records and confirm what i requested and then got a verbal confirmation saying that your ticket has been changed.
                          Since it was a open and not date issued, no mail was sent out to me.

                          Talking to your team is a challenge. Atleast 40 min of hold time. Hence i am writing to you.

                          Hope this is a quicker way of getting logical answers to my questions.

                          I cant just go around incircles, calling you and then makemytrip everyday.

                          On this mail thread i have checked with makemytrip again and the answer i get is - ticket has been put on refund status by airindia so they can't help.

                          I am sure you can definitely check the call logs about this ticket - that i had with your agent in dec - wherein i requested for a open status (As he advised that my ticket can't be refunded or cancelled)

                          It's high time i am going back and forth on this issue.

                          Since it's an error from your end to put it into refund instead of open status, give me another ticket / voucher of same value to be used next time. But what am i hearing is that for rs 50, 000 worth of my ticket and booking i am not getting anything back... Neither refund nor ticket (As i always requested).

                            Sir/ madam,
                            I had made an online booking of ltc-80 tickets with the pnr z0jt6 (Web reference aibe[protected]. However the money (Rs. 56, 763/-) had been deducted and the ticket was found to be cancelled due to the website server not responding. The transaction id for hdfc bank netbanking is reference number[protected].
                            It is requested that the refund be processed at the earliest to enable me to make the reservation once again.

                              Hi Team,

                              On 27 May 2019 the passenger was traveling through Air India from Mumbai to Chennai for the business purpose in Mumbai, Baggage tag No. (AI463908) has apparently been completely miss-placed and possibly off loaded. The ground staff at the lost luggage counter. We have been following up and filing complaints in all the possible ways we even reached customer care, the customer executive redirected us to go to Chennai or Mumbai to file the complaint which was ridiculos passenger is put up in Puducherry. Only one Person from Air India replied to my mail his name is Mr. Imran he gave me link to drop the feedback I did that but no response, How can Air India be so careless towards the passenger?

                                I contacted customer care to update my father's ticket to change place of origin from chicago to sfo. Since there is no option to make changes to the tickets online, i contacted air india customer care to do the needful. To start with, the customer care phone service is simply terrible, takes forever to get hold of an operator & then the wait time after the operator places your call on hold (And this happens several times) is just too miserable. Sometimes the call including the wait period goes on for over 30 minutes & even worse the call gets disconnected at times. Its like you have to experience the torment yet again. I am informed that the adjustable amount to be paid towards the ticket would be inr 12, 756 & i will be contacted shortly to help me with making the payment online through a link. Since i do not hear back for 2 days, i contact them again & now i am told that the adjustable amount has gone up to inr 22k. I, being the customer is being asked to pay double the fare for no fault of mine!

                                Until now no update received from their customer care. No calls/no email!

                                  I have booked a flight for 24th of may from new delhi to jfk. I booked air india even after knowing that it has old aircraft compare to other airlines because it makes me reach in 15 hours. After 6 days i receive an update that they have changed the flight which will take about 21 hours to reach.

                                  It is very disappointing and not expected from a government owned airline.

                                  I don’t know what to say or do. I feel helpless.

                                    On may 12, 2019, i was travelling back to canada and my first leg of journey was bangalore - chennai. I would proceed from chennai to dubai and then on to toronto. I knew i had excess weight and was prepared to pay for it. But as soon as i got to the counter and as i was putting my checked bags on to the belt, a supervisor comes along and says to the person behind the counter - weigh everything and take money. The supervisor's name was gurumukh. After trying to reason with the man, who was extremely rude and disrespectful, i gave up and went to pay for the excess baggage. There were 2 young men behind the windows. I said that was there to pay the money for the excess baggage and he said it was an extra bag. I asked them to call the counter folks and verify it. They made some calls and said that the supervisor confirmed it was an extra bag and the amount was inr17600. Again, i tried reasoning with the men but decided to pay and somehow get out of there. I was paying by card and gave my card to the person behind the window. He keyed in the amount and then gave the machine to me where it said "enter pin." i entered the pin and he gave me a receipt. When i checked the receipt, the amount was inr71600. I was aghast and asked how it became inr71600. I ask to see their supervisor and the two men looks at each other and after some conversation in hindi and phone call to someone said that they would return the money. They take the card back from me and do something and gives me another receipt saying that the payment has been voided and the money will be returned immediately. So, i call the bank and they said that the money has been taken but it has not been credited back. I ask the 2 men why it is not credited back, they then say it will take 3 hours. The 3 hours has now become 8 days. Well, after voiding the invoice, unbelievably, they still take ask for inr17600. By then, i just wanted to get out of there and paid the money. I then went to see the supervisor (Gurumukh) who was no where to be seen but instead met with ravi. I repeated the entire incident once again and he apologized. I asked if they did not feel ashamed to take any money after having cheated me of inr54000.
                                    I hate to say this but i think this plot to take money started with the officer gurumukh when he looked at me and said "weigh the bags and take money."
                                    Is air india going to do anything about this? Does air india have any ethics? Is air india that corrupt?

                                    What steps will Air India take to check corrupt officers like Gurumukh and how is Air India going to reimburse me not just for the money but for the agony they caused?
                                    Our seats are not at all moving we have paid 86000 for the seats airline is AI 348 FROM DELHI TO SHANGHAI DATE 25 MAY 2019
                                    SEAT NUMBER IS 38E AND 38F
                                    THE FLIGHT IS FULL WE NEED A UPGRADE TO BETTER SEATS

                                      I have booked a ticket from tirupati to hyderabad my flight boarding time is at 14:15 without any intimation they saying that flight is delay by 5hours 19:15 since we are waiting for last 7hours they don't have any responsibility about the passengers and coming back and saying its again late the flight. Very worst airlines
                                      So bad experience not to travel with air india

                                        Mr. Amit kumar a ground staff at Bhubanewar airport is ver rude and misbehaved while i was checking in for my flight to delhi.
                                        He abused me and delayed my checkin for just his arrogant attitude.
                                        He even quoted that he is relative of jayant sinha and he will not be punished.
                                        If thats the reality then it is very dishearteing to know that
                                        Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
