I was travelling with my husband on 07/07/2019 flight no. Ai 349 delhi to bangluru there was a stop in mumbai we interchange flight no. Ai 639. I asked for my luggage in mumbai but airline staff told me we ll get our luggage in bangluru but due to irresponsibilty of airindia airline i lost my bag. They are not giving any positive response. I am not in my home town. Without clothes and other thing how can we manage. My complaint no. Is - ai849545....

Plz refer the complaint no for bag misplaced by air india negligence, the bag have very important items and books of our kids which is required from this monday (8th july 2019) anyhow otherwise we have to re-purchase all books with the cost approx 10k (Ten thousand) for our two kids. Our flight from rajkot to bangalore via mumbai was on 2nd
July 2019 was at 5:15 pm ai656.. That was delayed and deprted from rajkot at around 7:30 pm.. We had checked in our bag at baggage drop (1 sutcase maroon colour hardcase of traworld brand medium sized) upto bangalore in rajkot..
Since our 1st flight (Rajkot-bombay) was delayed we missed our connecting flight (Mumbai-bangalore)...

Air india cancelled the subject mentioned flight on june 15 with a less than 24 hours notice without giving any reason and without providing any alternate flight options. When contacted for compensation, the airline has been dillydallying for the past 20 days and is just saying that we have escalated the matter to the concerned team without any response from that team....

My baggage was delayed by air india at delhi airport. Though it has been delivered to the airport of my residence city (Dehradun) but it has not been couriered to my residence. I had already given request for delivery to my residence address but still the baggage is lying at airport and i live far away from the airport.

The delay was due to weather we understand that but from 13 hrs to 15hrs we were made to wait in the flight stating the reason that some of the passengers have cancelled hence their luggage is being disembarked and at raipur we were told that no single luggage was boarded...
