I was coming back from Del India flight No AI 127 on March29th.
flight was full. Air India crewmembers put the sign on one washroom Default. When I ask one of flight attendant said some thing broken Then I noticed all staf[censored]sing same wash room and I heard noise for flushing .people was waiting on line for two hours to use washroom and tired to stand on line finale I told one of crew member you should not lie to customers wash room...

I booked my ticket of air india in economy class on date of 2 march 2019 due to some reason i cancelled my ticket of air india pnr no is yc6h0 on the date 2 march 2019 and i sent a email to air india website but after 1 month i could not get my refund my flight was schedule on 2 march 2019 and air india customer care also not pick up the call. I cancel my ticket 5 hour ago from departure time. Air india say refund will get to you 7 working...

The meal served by air india to its passengers is the worst. They've been serving the same ugly mayo sandwich for years now and the same packed juice with almost more than 70 percent of sugar in it which is a poison for a person who is diabetic, even if they are serving something, they should se that wether it is convenient for everybody or not. I request u guys to look into it and take some action regarding this matter.

I was not allowed to board on my confirmed flight due to air india's overbooking. The flights duty manager/ supervisor. Mr gagandeep assured me a confirmed seat in another flight for which i waited for 9 hours in the airport after which i was rejected for next flight as well!

Being an indian i try to buy indian & prefer to travel by air india. I travelled today dated 16/3/2019 by flight no. 889 from delhi to guwahati in the names of sanjeev dewan & my wife mrs. Ashoo dewan. My luggage registration nos. Are98760878 &98760885. Our seat nos. Were 26a & 26b.
