My wife was booked in ai 636 on 11 jan 2019 from delhi to indore which was scheduled to take off at 1505hrs, however delayed by 35 minutes. My wife reached he airport check-in counter at 1505 hrs due to some delay in transit caused due to problem in delhi metro. However she was denied boarding even reporting the airport 30 mins prior. She was also told by the booking clerk that no refund applicable for the same....

On 1st february 2019, i travelled from hamburg (My permanent address) to delhi via london.
From hamburg to london/lhr i travelled by british airways, flight no. 967 dated 1st feb.2019 and from london/lhr to delhi by air india flight no ai 0112 dated 1st feb. 2019. I had booked flight with british airways from hamburg to delhi. (Copies of boarding passes enclosed)

Both o[censored]s got an email citing the schedule change in the flight, which was also confirmed by the air india’s official website (Proof can be provided).
We did the online check-in and reached 60 minutes prior the revised departure time but were denied boarding telling that the flight time was not changed...

Putrid handling of baggage of air india!! My samsonite suitcase which is hard bounded and is quite a strong one is broken from both handles!! The trolley is broken from behind and even the lock mechanism is broken!! I will definitely claim this loss that i hav faced because of the mishandling!!! As I have book a online Air india ticket with PNR Z96XS which failed. Passenger name SYED MOHAMED BUHARI SULTHAN IMRAN. But the money got deducted. Message from the bank

Due to national emergency all armed forces leave is cancelled the reason u know better.
