Hi,
I am getting calls from the following nos. [protected] and [protected] from 3 PM anwards on 18th April 2010. This guy call from one another no. also [protected]. On threatening him about police complain he started talking in some south indian local language. He was talking and using very very flithy and disgusting langauage. Please take very very strick action against this guy and keep me informed if need be.

Disgusting service so far . Below are the examples for the same

1. I call std number it says number busy but in fact they were not.
Aircell network gets so congested that they block your calls

2.you would get pestering calls and messages asking for recharge or opt for their music service all the time. Its a never ending saga .I have truecaller to block them all calls

3.internet is intermittent and they have increased the price now .
You get message to accesses stupidity sites . once your data balance is over they would take all your talk time balance in minutes
And u keep wondering

3. you will be subscribed for some Ktkp001 plan no one knows what it is not even the customer care . i[censored] ask questions to them they simply say system is down so they cant answer

Don't go for aircell

companies like this have lowered India's reputation

    I'm a customer of aircel prepaid. I've got one msg from aircell about caller tunes... I called on it but a msg showed "failed" after that a msg came from aircell explaining, "you have charged 20rs. for 20 days" what is this? I want my balance back... plz help!!!

      and custercare officers is saying that you have called them to suscribe Aircek friends Zone but I didnt Any call him...firstly they are saying that they refund 30 rs in ur mobile..but now there is no response from dat side..

      Well it is quite possible that you must have attended to any promotional calls or messages which has resulted in the activation and these promotional messages are used by all operators to promote services, DND service is the solution to this.

        This is RAJESH SARDANA an user of AIRCEL COMMUNICATION.MY AIRCEL NUMBER IS [protected].since i have purchased this number i am facing many problems.Without my instructions the company had activated many packs on my number and i unsubscribed many times,also i left a request for DO NOT DISTURB in which no packs can be activated or no promotional calls should i get on my number.Many times i had paid for unecessary subscriptions but,i ignored all that..

        On 13 april at 2:43 AM i got a message that YOUR FRIEND ZONE PACK HAS BEEN ACTIVATED.And in morning i called castomer care and filled a complaint(complaint no.1-[protected]) .Till now i don"t get any feedback.And i want that the amount should be REFUNDED.
        At the end i just want that in future no more packs should be activated and my request for DO NOT DISTURB should be fulfilled..

        Friends Zone — Does Not Receive My Messages To My Friends.

        Sir,
        I registered in friends zone (52455) before 1 year. I received the same messages continuously as ' You have a message from Mahita, sms RMSG 5513 to 52255. charges Rs 3/sms'. Then I can receive the message from friends at a cost of Rs 3/sms. And If Itry to replay their MSGS, that was not sent, but the charges will be deducted with each times by my account. My money is wasted by not sending these type of messages at Rs 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3...So please Help me.

          Hence we have 4 post paid connection with aircel tamilnadu more than 2 years. We are in the corporate CUG of more than 1000 connections. The above said mobile nos are using by ST Courier Nungambakkam. Tamil nadu aircel agents provided connections in Chennai.



          We could not able to reach our agents esily. We are paying the bills seperatly in Chennai Aircel counters. But we have more troubles to paying the bills. We are forced to pay deposits 5 months back with the reason of non-payment of some customers. We have credit limits of Rs.600 as per your software showing but our agents insists to bar our outgoing calls before to reach the credit limits. The agents forwarding request to aircel with out any prior written or SMS aleart to us. suddenly our activations are disturbed by aircel technical service.



          One of our mobile connection [protected] was disconnected both outgoing and incoming at 11.00 a.m on 15/04/10. We have not receive any SMS alert for that incidence. We have asked your customer care officer regarding this suspend. They have told that the agents request bar both operation for loss of SIM. But the sim with me. We didn’t forward any written request from our side. Also your officer told to call your agents. But our agents saying over phone you have dues for other 3 nos. All other 3 nos. are still in active. But unfortunately [protected] was barred outgoing and incoming calls. There is no any due for the concern no. What was the wrong why this different answers from your side



          Purposely the agents are disturbing our main no. by saying the word of "This is the easy way to collect other mobiles dues" . Have you not collect any assurance for non-payments before issuing SIM. We have submitted all the necessary docuuments while getting connections. How can they answer the above word when Aircel having all Identity proof and required document. If you feel any short of documents Please ask your agents to collect documents. We want the clarification regarding this issue. We won’t like to talk with agents over phone. Agents having their own office out of Chennai only. We want to solve the agent-Subscriber disputes by service provider only. We trust Aircel only. We have no trust with unknown agents.



          We are loosing our business calls in each and every valuable minutes.

            Dear All

            Aircel in the tariff plan has mentioned 4p/sec to Malysia and Singapore.Also they have revised the rates to ISD calss from 9-April,2010.
            Also they mention calls from new customers will have same old rate till completion of 6 months

            But now suddenly all calls to Malaysia are charged at 11p/sec

            No prioir information about this. Also customer support is charging 50 p /3 min.
            I think Aircel will not survive in enar future atleast in karnataka.

            Theyare cheating customers and they just need money

            hey chandrashekhar i totally agree wit u cause even m bein charged the same, i had placed a complain on16th on this month n they agreed dat it was wrong on their part n said m bein charged wrongly... but stil i haven't got any positive replies though m callin the customer care abt 3times a day...

            aircel ur loosin ur customers 1by 1... get things alright to keep ur customers
            It is sad that you have faced such, but if you visit their nearest store you can get much more clarity in this issue and a solution as well. Wish you luck.

              Dear Sir/Madam,

              As we knows, now Aircel is repeatedly showing unlimited GPRS advertisement in all TV channels.
              To use this benefit, i purchased new Aircel SIM([protected]) and i activated & using the same now.
              To get GPRS connection from Aircel, i asked the GPRS settings from customer care. They are telling like Aircel does not have GPRS settings for my Karbonn-K10 model.
              At the same time, this model Karbonn-K10 is supporting with DOCOMO GPRS. I've tried & use that GPRS service from DOCOMO.
              If they mentioned in their advertisements like Karbonn models will not support GPRS facility means i never purchase Aircel SIM.
              Aircel skipped the truth (or) they had cheaten me.

              They have to change their advertisements (or) they have to provide me a GPRS settings for my Karbonn-K10 handset.

                We had received information from one of my friend for company looking out property for Tower installations for Aircel company. We contacted the outsourcing company on how to move forward, where we were informed that as a process we need to deposit Rs.5,000/- as an advance in PNB Bank post which call them back and create a file. On creation of file they would initiate survey in next 2-3 days post which they would refund the money if not successful.
                Based on the above information we deposited money in thePNB Bank account no. [protected] of Mr. Subhash Kumar post which we are trying to reach them since last week but we are not able to get through their office. The details of their office is mentioned below :

                one advertisement has been published in local news paper HINDUSTAN in PATTI-PRATAPGADH-UTTAR PRADESH with specification that AIRCEL CO.WANTS TO SET UP MOBILE NETWORK TOWER ON YOUR LAND,TERRACE FOR WHICH THEY WILL COMPENSATE AT THE RATE Rs.25000 P.M. & ONE CONTACT NO.[protected] .When we contacted the above no.they said first deposit Rs.5000 in A/C No.[protected] IN THE NAME OF PUNKAJ KUMAR IN PANJAB NATIONAL BANK.Which we deposited in cash into said account,but after that no reply has been received & there cell no's are are also switched off.Please look in the matter sir/madam.

                I am afraid that whether that guy was a genuine one. Have you confirmed it with the Aircel people about the authenticity of Pankaj Kumar, if he is associated with Aircel or he is just a fraud. Aircel is a very reputed organization and would never get into such cheap activities. Try and get an enquiry about this. Good Luck.
                sir/mam, I had deposited rs 6300 FOR AIRCEL TOWER installation to GIRIDHAR TOWER PVT LTD MATHURADAS ROAD KANDIVALI and after 4 days i had recived agreement letter in which it they put another condition that i had to deposit rs 15000 tax money to their tax department in one of their person's a/c and they mention that after the deposit of the tax money the survey team will reach within 72 hours and i also found some mistakes in the agreement letter that the comany's name written on the head and on the seal it was not matched by spelling GIREDHER TOWER PVT LTD MATHURA DASS ROAD KANBHIWALI WEST MUMBAI -400088 kindly guide me

                One of my Uncle also suffered the same problem, I think this AIRCEL Company advertisement is a FRAUD !!!
                Government or police should take strict action against them because people transfered the money in SBI, PNB Etc. so they must have proof of Identity.

                The company has given an ad in classified ads of Times Of India dated 19.02.2011, under the head “Business proposal”.

                The advertisement reads as follows:
                REQD.Land/Roof for new Tower Aircell Company Ad vanced-54 lakhs per month.90000 + Job+agent + incentive # [protected],[protected]

                After seeing this ad,I asked my son in law Mr.Vipen Singla at Chandigarh to contact the company and find out if roof top space available with him can meet their requirement.He contacted the company and after getting positive reply from them, deposited Rs 3500/- in the A/C of Mr. Atul Srivastav(a/c no [protected]-SBI) vide cheque no 820941 dated 21st Feb-11 drawn on SBI as per their advice.They told him that they will be sending their team to visit the site.

                On getting this information I wrote a mail to them, confirming payment of money (the mail address given by the company is tctiindia.[protected]@gmail.com).

                Next day when I talked to them on phone ([protected]) they confirmed they have received my email and will be replying to it. They further confirmed that they will be sending their team to inspect site on 24th Feb-2011.

                I am not getting any response to my email even after talking to them on phone number of times & sending reminders through email. Now they have stopped responding on phone also. This appears to be a fraud company.

                I would like you to investigate the matter & expose this company so that they don’t dupe people any more. Newspaper cutting and copy of e-mail can be provided as and when required.

                I sushil kujur residing in Jharkhand had applied for the installation of tower in my land. Through the advertisement given in the newspaper we had contacted the following concern people from Aircel. they replied and told us to deposit Rs 900/- first in PNB and after receiving the amount they had send us Agreement letters on stamp paper through mail and again told us to deposit 7, 226/- in the name of Mr Joni A/C NO [protected] in PNB. now reading above comment and complaints i have been disheartened that may be i have also been a victim. its my earnest request that plz find out the person who are misusing the name of your company and having fake documents to make person fool.

                  I have taken a mobile conection from aircell for use of internet @Rs.98/- rental per month(Cell No.[protected]).in the M/O July 2009.I have recd first bill for the period 27.07.09 to 26.08.09 for Rs.258.00 instead of Rs.98 rental+s.tax per month.On receipt of the bill I contacted with aircell customer care and requested them for waiver of clipping charges of Rs.50.00 and roaming charges of Rs.48.60 which was wrongly debited to the bill but I have not received the proper reply from the aircell . Looking their neglegency of services I have requested them for dis- contionue the services of my above cell and paid Rs.250.00 towards full and final settelment of their bill vide receipt No.EPS43834 dated 23.10.2009 even the amount was not payable.

                  After dis-connection of my services, aircell customer care office apporched me and confirmed the reversal on phone as well as through SMS of Rs.150/- excess charged by them and requested me to use the above credit but they have not activated my number.

                  I am really surprised to receive the bill from aircell for the period 27/12 to 25/01/10 for the number which was dis connected long back.On receipt of the bill I have contacted with their C.P.office with Mr.Devesh and he has confirmed that their is no outstanding against your bill and he has also given confirmation number for the same ie new sr # 1-[protected] and assured me that no bill will be generated in future and no call will be received in future from our office for any payment.

                  Inspite of all the confirmations, I am receiving the regular calls from their recovery offices and disturbing me a lot and therating me . I am again shocked to receive the bill for the period 27.02.2010 to 26.02.2010 of Rs.310.00.on receipt of the above bill I have again apporched to their CP office and on 6th March at 3.30PM Mr.Vishal Nair again confirmed that their is no outstanding on the bill and also confirmed the credit of Rs.150.00 excess paid by me vide Ref.No.1-[protected].

                  To day I have received a legal Notice from their Lawyer Mr.Vishvanathan demanding Rs.256/- outstanding against the bills to pay within 15 days otherwise they will file the suite.

                  Looking the above circumstances , I have apporched your good self for helping me and also request you to impose the heavy penelties to the Aircell for not providing the services and to misguiding and misbehaving to the customers .

                  Hoping your immediete action against the Air cell so they will not chit the customers in future which will provide me the releif.

                  For me too this same problem from Aircel

                  When I called for this false notice the manager said that it will be rectified but they suddenly sent a legal notice.


                  I dont know why the customer care is not taking care of this.

                  This is Sirkanth here from Sion-Mumbai. I'm also facing the same problem right now with Aircel though i cleared all my bills and asked them to cancel the number, they cancelled it but now i got a legal notice.
                  And sadly now i'm in Dubai working here and don't have any clue how to deal with this issue.

                    Dear Sir,

                    My mobile no. is [protected] and I am a customer of Aircel mobile services from about 8 months. On April 10,2010 I received a call from one of the aircel customer care executives(the no. is [protected]) at about 12pm. She said that I can get a dialer tune at the cost of Rs.1 with a validity of 1month. Then I asked her whether any charges will be debited for that, but she said that no extra charges will be debited. So, I said her that yes, I agree to take that offer and she replied that it would be activated within 48hours. The next day, April 11,2010 at about 12.45pm I received a sms and it is like this- "Dear customer your dialer tune has been selected as per your request and you have been charged Rs.30 for the 30days subscription."
                    When I contacted with the customer care executives they told me that their system was showing that a call was received by me on 11th April,2010 at about 12pm and I pressed some of the buttons of my cell phone to activate the dialer tune. But the fact is that I have not received any call from aircel services on that day before 1pm. and they are complete ignoring the matter and refused me to take any complain.
                    So, I request you to please look into that matter and take necessary steps accordingly.

                    Aircel — Atomatic dialer tune activation

                    This is the second time they activated my dialer tune with out my request. But they always say that they activated it as per my request. My aircel no. [protected]. I have call their customer care several times, but still I do not get any solution from them.
                    Your solution is right at your hands. Get your DND service activated. Actually these are automated services and there should be an authorisation from the customer. The promotional calls and messages can be the reason for that when responded. Thus activating your DND will help to stop these calls and messages.
                    These are value added services and companies do charge for these, if you want to block all the promotional calls and messages get your DND service activated

                          I have a Gurgaon Aircel number [protected]. I activated DND service on 28 Jan 2010 by sending a SMS ' START DND' to 1909. Hence after 13 March 2010 ( 45 days after activation of service) I should not recieve any promotional call or SMS from Aircel. But still I am recieving unwanted and unasked promotional calls and promotional SMS which is very disturbing and annoying. Its my request to guide me to further action against it.

                          Aircel — Regarding promotional calls

                          I m a Aircel costumer since last october 2009.These service provider use to do a lot of promotional calls for their offers and schemes. under this, they activate my dialer tone service without my consent. i file a complaint in customer care services on 22/03/10. with complaint number [protected]. they assure me to sort out my problem upto 24/03/10. but now they refuse to refund my balance. As these promotional calls are against TRAI norms. i want a strict action against these, as they hurt trust of their consumers.
                          Balance are deducted once any service is activated for your side and promotional calls or messages can be the cause when responded, your solution would be to get your DND service activated which will block all such calls and messages.
                          You are quite correct, there is possibly no fault on your side, must be some technical matter because of which you are still getting the calls, I would suggest you to call them up again and try to know the status of your DND activation

                          Aircel — Promotional Call received

                          I already Activated by DND on March 9, 2010 Reg No S[protected]. message shows " all the promotional Communications to your aircel mobile should stop by April 23, 2010.

                          After April 23, 2010 till now i received many promotional calls from aircel office. The last call i received was on June 1, 2010 on 12:04pm Phone no [protected]

                          My Aircel no. is [protected]. I am very disappointed with the excessive promotional calls from Aircel. It keeps on disturbing me every 10 minutes. These computerised calls are not less than 50 in a day. I do not want any more calls from the company.

                          I had activated DND and was happy for about a year, since there was no junk SMS.
                          But recently one SMS with GNEWSNDTV id started flodding my SMS inbox. I called customer support and asked the person about this SMS, he simply acts like an robot and says send START DND to 1909. I tried to convince him that I did that and my number is already registered and I confirmed it at TRAI site. Please give me a complain number about this perticular ID so that I can take up the case to TRAI.
                          But he refuses to give any complain number and keeping murmuring that same line "send START DND to 1909". Its very annoying. If any user has any idea about GNEWSNDTV ID please communicate me on this forum.

                            with great pain,sadness,embarrassment deep sense of tiredness, i write the following lines..

                            sir, i am hereby submitting few lines and minute to minute chronological events since i lodge my concern with AIRCEL TELCOM SERVICES..


                            1. I POSSESSED A NEW ACTIVATION No.[protected] ON 25TH MARCH..I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR NECESSARY GUIDELINES AND INFORMATION,SCHEMES ASSOCIATED WITH NEW ACTIVATED SIM.

                            2. I REQUESTED THEM INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNET AND ITS USAGE.

                            3. MR.SURESH WAS THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE WHO SPOKE TO ME FIRST TIME AND EXPLAINED ME AND PROVIDED INFORMATION ABOUT PROCESS OF GETTING INTERNET AND ACTIVATION ETC.ETC.THIS WAS INFORMATION WHICH WAS PART OF THE SCRIPT DICTATED, WHICH HE WAS SUPPOSE TO READ (AS PER Mr.SRINIVAS MANAGER AIRCEL CUSTOMER COMPLAINT DEPARTMENT)

                            4. Mr.SURESH HELPED ME WITH NECESSARY INFORMATION, WHICH WAS DEFINATELY ASKED,REQUIRED AND HE WAS BIT OVER HELPFUL IN PASSING ME THE INFORMATION ABOUT VARIOUS PROCESS, AND TOOK REQUEST FOR INTERNET ACTIVATION ON HIS OWN, BEFORE I REQUEST HIM TO ACTIVATE AND WAS LITTLE CAUTIOUS AND EXPLAINED ME ABOUT VARIOUS MODES OF DOING THE SAME SO AS TO AVOID UNNECESSARY REDUNDANCY.

                            5. THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TIME PERIOD CLASSIFIED TIME INTERVAL WAS UNCLEAR AND NOT EXPLAINED TO ME AS I AM ACTIVATING,USING THE INTERNET FOR THE FIRST TIME. IT WAS UNCLEAR REGARDING THE DURATION.

                            6. EARLIER AIRCEL UPON RECHARGING WITH NECESSARY DENOMINATION,THE INTERNET WAS PROVIDED FOR 72 HROUS(i.e., 3 days in complete cycle of 24hrs) right from time of activation of internet.


                            7. As my service for internet was initiated through registering,requesting at customer care desk and not through any other mode of Recharge at retail counter, the appropriate balance was deducated, but the MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE INTERNET USAGE CYCLE WAS MISSING FLAT... The executive happened to state that.. it is 3 days of validity.. i got activated my internet through request on 25th march,thursday at 9:10 p.m. (approx).

                            8. Now as it was said about 3 days of validity i presumed that it would be of 72 hrs of service.since i used aircel internet services earlier too, it was for 72 hrs duration from the time of activation. i was in same assumption.

                            9. As per aircel, the customer conversation it was strongly told that customer has to understand that 3 days means 3 calender days..and it is no in their script to explain the minute,but important information about how the 3 days structure is being calcuated.

                            10. sir, if i was to recharge through retail point of sale or through retailer i would have definately taken care and not rise this concern about shortage of information because there necessary guidelines & details is published and in case we would definately not rised this concern as it would been our duty to get informed , but i have set activation of internet through customer care and moreover i was using it for 1 st time with new activation SIM WITH new number as my earlier AIR SUBSCRIPTION WAS BARRED WITH NO PROPER REASONS INSPITE OF HAVING LIFE TIME VALIDITY (THE COMPLAIN WAS REGISTERED WITH CORE BEARING NO.11258/4/2010), the necessary important information was anticipated.

                            11. As there was shortage of information,i started using internet and located remotely with aircel being my only communication media as there were few very very important jobs to be done.. like

                            1. Official mails to reply
                            2. Income Tax payment,downloading the necessary information.
                            3. i was administering medicine guidelines through internet.
                            4. Bank Transaction were important part of days activities,clearance of bills etc etc..


                            12. sir, to my amaze the internet got disconnected on saturday 9:10pm . But as i had extra balance of 86 rupees were forefited,digested,exhausted as i was using internet in notion that there is still validity till 28thmarch 9:10 pm.(as it is to be 72nd hour of the cycle) but what i see is my remaining balance of 86 Rupees were exhausted as i was using the internet at charge per kb or general scheme of internet and not into the scheme of RC14 internet which is for 3 days as of now and earlier it was for 72hours from the time of activation.


                            13. Asi was not aware of new guidelines,changed scheme,newly introduced scheme of 3 calender days and moreover as i was using THE SAME AIRCEL SINCE SPETEMBER 09, i was in knowledge that the same process is continued and in no means or through no knowledge IT WAS INFORMED ABOUT THE CHANGED PROCESS,CHANGED SCHEME,NEWLY INTRODUCED SCHEME. AS IT HAS TO WELL INFORMED TO CUSTOMERS SO AS TO AVOID CONFUSION,DEBACLES.


                            14. During this as i was located off the town and carrying out the above important functions of the day,month.suddenly my internet connection was expired as there is no amount left into my account.

                            15. I immediately called to the customer care and reported about .i spoke to SHAILAJA(CCex) PRATIBHA (SENIOR DESIGNATED) AND registered complaints with ID.[protected] &[protected]. As per the complaint registration the issue has to be resolved in 24 hrs i.e., 1 calender day from the time of lodging,registering the complaint and they didnot term 24 working hours. ( i am stunned).


                            16. on 29th march ie., on monday i awaited patiently for resolution. inspite of lapsing,expiration of the said duration the complaint was not resolved nor none of the aircel people come to answer or acknowledge me the resolution.After long session of conversation they(aircel) were trying to mislead me with confusion lines about the script and i said to them clearly that, the extra information from suresh was welcome sign as i was new CUSTOMER not in knowledge about various process,scheme but THE VERY VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT 3 DAYS WOULD HAVE DEFINATE AVOIDED ALL THE DEBACLE. THE FOOD SERVED WAS REALLY BETTER BUT WITH NO SALT,SALTLESS ..OF WHICH THE ENTIRE COURSE OF MEAL WOULD HAVE BEEN BEST.. THEY WERE ADMITTING THAT THERE WAS SHORTAGE OF INFORMATION BUT, IT IS NOT ON THE SCRIPT TO EXPLAIN THE CUSTOMER BY THE EXECUTIVE ABOUT THE HIDDEN SCHEME OR TOTAL INFORMATION. AIRCEL AUTHORITIES WERE ADMITTINNG THAT IT WAS ACCIDENTAL AND WOULD BE TAKE CARE OF.. BUT ALREADY DAMAGED HAS BEEN DONE.


                            17. i called back the aircel to know the status of the registered complaint and spoke to couple of teamleaders pratibha,shrujana(who was utterly reckless,irresponsible,in human,unprofession,bad temperment,bad language,ill mannered,outspoken about nature of case,status,DISCONNECTED THE CALL)

                            18. Since 28th march, i have calling all the people named.shailaja,pratibha(TL),shrujana(TL),madhavi,divya,mamta,anjaneyulu, suresh,sai,arvind,charan,nagalaxmi,venakateshwarulu(TL),Radhika(TL),ali(supervis... complaints department).

                            19. As per the call conversation, all the above Team leader promised me professionally and on humatarian grounds to call back and acknowledge me the which is still awaited till date,till time.

                            20. Now whenever i am calling them back to know the status, the call is truncated by customer care executive stating the issue is closed and resolved and the remarks of the resolution is not acknowledge to me and there by not forwarding the calls to superiors.

                            21. As per the recorded conversation with Ali(team leader)on 30th march, he clearly tried to defend AIRCEL as he was talking to me very rudelyirresponsible,in human,unprofession,bad temperment,bad language,ill mannered,outspoken about nature of case,status,DISCONNECTED THE CALL) and said that it is the duty of the customer to get information and ask for clarification about any doubts,shortage of information and said IN CLEAR TERMS IT WAS Your MISTAKE THAT I PRESUMED ABOUT 3 DAYS AS 72 HRS AND AS PER aircel it is 3 calender days..STATING THIS... he said that the issue is closed and cannot be escalated to higher authorities and nothing can be done and remarked it as RESOLVED.


                            22. Sir, it was 46th call till today and the complaint is still in floating state,none of the authorities replied me and falsely stated that they tried to get connect to me but i was not rechable, i provided them 4 alternative number in advance as i was cautious about all the gimmicks. aircel authorities never bothered to call me and acknowledge me the status of the complaint.

                            23. Every individual named above promised to resolve the complaint in next few hours after the initial 24 hrs of asked time has not bothered to call nor me the same as i was untiringly trying to make calls and requesting them for status and resolution.

                            24. Now aircel people are not forwarding my calls at all and truncating at customer care level and keeping on long hold for about 20 minutes and then by default it is getting disconnected or else i m disconnecting in annoyed state.


                            25. SHORTAGE OF INFORMATION BUT, IT IS NOT ON THE SCRIPT TO EXPLAIN THE CUSTOMER BY THE EXECUTIVE ABOUT THE HIDDEN SCHEME OR TOTAL INFORMATION. AIRCEL AUTHORITIES WERE ADMITTINNG THAT IT WAS ACCIDENTAL AND WOULD BE TAKE CARE OF.. BUT ALREADY DAMAGED HAS BEEN DONE. NOW AIRCEL STARTED ADMITTING THAT THEY WOULD BE CAREFUL FROM HEREON AND TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT, BUT WHAT ABOUT THE DAMAGED CAUSED, AS I HAVE TO RELOCATE,DRIVE TO OFFICE ON THE SAME DAY TO FINISH OF THE JOBS PENDING, WHICH WAS DELAYED FOR 13 HOURS AND THE RECEIPINTS WERE UNITIRINGLY WAITING FOR MY MAILS,TRANSACTION,OPERATIONS.

                            26. AS SAID BY AIRCEL, THAT THEY WOULD BE CAREFUL FROM HERE ON AND TAKE IT AS FEEDBACK,(THIS WAS SAID BY THE HIGHEST AUTHORITY Mr.SRINIVAS AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL AT SUPERVISORY LEVEL) I ASK IN DISMAY, IS AIRCEL A NEW BORN ? DONT AIRCEL KNOW ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS AGONY,CONCERN,COMPLAIN,PAIN,TROUBLES. DOES IT HAS TO TAKE EVERY CUSTOMER TO SPOON FEED THEM ABOUT THE HAPPENINGS.

                            27. SIR,ANY NOVICE USER,ANY NEW CUSTOMER,CONSUMER HAS DEFINATELY RIGHT TO KNOWLEDGE THEM WITH ALL PRELIMINARY INFORMATION CLEARLY WITH NO HIDDEN CONCEPTS,CONFUSION.

                            28. AS PROMISED NONE OF THE AIRCEL AUTHORITIES RESOLVED THE COMPLAINT IN SAID TIME. NONE CALLED ME, IT IS 10TH DAY TODAY STILL THERE IS NO CALL FROM AUTHORITIES. IT WAS MY UNITIRING EFFORT TO REACH THEM BUT NOW, THEY STARTED TRUNCATING MY CALLS KEEPING ON LONG HOLD AND FALSE PROMISES.

                            29. IN THIS CONSTANT EFFORT I REQUEST THE KIND AUTHORITIES TO PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS ASPECT IN TOTAL AND ON GENERAL GROUNDS OF REALITY AND NOT JUST NOT TO TAKE THIS WHOLE ISSUE AS A VERY NORMAL STRUCTURE OF DAILY ROUTINE. AS SUBSTANTIAL EFFORT HAS BEEN DONE FROM MY POINT(CUSTOMER), THE AIRCEL DIDNOT BOTHER TO EVEN INVESTIGATE AND RESOLVE AND ACKNOWLEDGE THE SAME TO CUSTOMER.

                            30. THERE HAS BEEN A TOTAL OF 50 HRS(APPROX) OF CONVERSATION IN THE WHOLE PROCESS FROM MY TERMINAL AND THERE WAS NOT EVEN AN OUNCE OF GRATITUDE,RESPONSIBILITY BY AIRCEL TO CALL BACK AND UNDERSTAND THE WHOLE PROCESS. SOMETIMES, THE EXECUTIVES PUT ON LONG HOLD AND STATE THAT THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES ASKED IS NOT ON THE DESK OR OUT OF OFFICE, OFF THE OFFICE,ABSENT,IN MEETING ETC ETC. THIS HAPPENED MOST OF THE TIME.

                            31. WHY THERE IS NO SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT AND WHY THERE ARE NEW SUPERVISOR SPEAKING ALL THE TIME, WHERE IN THE ISSUE HAS BE EXPLAINED RIGHT FROM SCRATCH LEADING IN WASTAGE OF TIME,REDUNDANT DATA,INFORMATION.


                            NOW MY CONCERN OF PLE TO THE DESIGNATED DESK IS TO PLEASE SEE TO THE REALIITIES AND AMOUNT OF TIME WASTED (AS PROMISED IF THE COMPLAIN WERE TO RESOLVED IN PRESCRIBED TIME,THE WHOLE PROCESS WOULD HAVE NOT WASTED FOR SUCH LENGTH).

                            NOW MY POINT IS VERY HUMBLE,STRAIGHT,HONEST..

                            1. WHY SHORTAGE OF INFORMATION?
                            2. WHY THE NEW CUSTOMER'S ARE NOT ACKNOWLEDGE ABOUT THE HIDDEN SCHEME OR CLARIFY WHAT THE SCHEME STRUCTURE IS?
                            3. WHY THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVE IN SAID TIME?
                            4. WHY THE AIRCEL DINT FEEL RESPONSIBLE TO CALL BACK TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE RESOLUTION?
                            5. IF THEY THOUGHT THE RESOLUTION IS DONE AND STATUS CLEARED IS REMARKED,THEN WHY DIDNOT THEY INFORM THE CUSTOMER?
                            6. WHY THE AUTHORITIES TALK VERY IRRESPONSBILE,RECKLESS,ILL MANNERED AND DEFEND THEMSELVES INSPITE OF KNOWING THAT THERE WAS ROOMF RESOLUTION IN DIGNIFIED MANNERISM.
                            7. WHY THIS SIMPLE COMPLAIN TOOK SO MUCH OF TIME, WHAT IS THE ACTION TO BE TAKEN TO ALL WHO PROMISED TO COME BACK IN SAID TIME?
                            8. IT IS NOT A MATTER OF SIMPLE MISINFORMATION,SHORTAGE OF INFORMATION,WHICH WOULD HAVE DEFINATELY RESOLVED IN FEW HOURS AND MADE NECESSARY CORRECTION NEEDED,REQUIRED AT BOTH END..CUSTOMER,ORGANISATIONAL(SERVICE PROVIDERS)
                            9. WHY THERE IS NO SINGLE POINT OF CONTACT AND WHY THERE ARE NEW SUPERVISOR SPEAKING ALL THE TIME, WHERE IN THE ISSUE HAS BE EXPLAINED RIGHT FROM SCRATCH LEADING IN WASTAGE OF TIME,REDUNDANT DATA,INFORMATION.
                            10. IT IS NOT A PITY,PETTY CASE,CONCERN. WHY THE CONCERN HAS NOT BEEN TAKEN SERIOUSLY AT GROUND LEVEL AND METAMORPHISISING INTO A MAMONTH WITH FAULT UPON FAULT,CONCRETE OF FAILURE's.


                            THERE GOES TIRING EFFORT TO WRITE ALL THE ABOVE, BUT MY CONSTANT EFFORT IS THAT..I AM A LITERATE,AWAKEN,EDUCATED CONSUMER. NO CONSUMER IS TAKEN FOR GRANTED AND TURN THE TABLES. ENSURE THAT,I AM HEARD AND THIS IS NOT HERD OF GOATS TO CREEP THE DIRT AND NEGLECT THE CREAM.

                            TO SUMUP ..I WRITE AND WOULD LIKE TO END...THE AIRCEL IS TOTAL FAILURE...I AM SORRY THAT AIRCEL AS PROMISED IS NOT LIVING STONE TURNED AND NOT UPTO EXPECTATION....AIRCEL HAS LONG WAY TO GO..IN STIFF COMPETITION WITH TATA,RELIANCE... GROW UP AIRCEL..VALUE EVERY INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER....THIS IS NOT TO BE PREACHED...IT IS TO BE FOLLOWED..



                            MY ONLY SOURCE OF HOPE IS CORE & MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS, I AM TIRED TO TALKING TO PEOPLE AT AIRCEL..PLEASE HELP.. CORE HAS ALL THE FACTS ABOVE MENTIONED..PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL HELP AND SAVE US FROM THE DEBACLES OF THIS UNORGANISED MAGICIAN'S..PLEASE.

                              Respected Sir/Madam,

                              on 29 march directly i have received sms that you have sucsessfuly recharge Rs. 45/-, in which i will be benefited for 0.50 paise per second.

                              I have not requested for that.
                              On same day I have recharge Rs. 333/- in which i have received 999 minutes free for a month.

                              There is no benifit by recharge of Rs.45/-.

                              I had made complain to aircell , ( SR # 1-[protected])still i have not received reply from them.
                              i had given call to consumer care, visited three times to borivali centre, writen mail to customer care but still not even reply or action.

                              every time borivali staff says it is not in our hand , please visit after two days.

Today(16.7.14) all of a sudden my outgoing call and sms facility has been barred .i can only attend incoming calls. i have tried to customer care for help through 121, [protected], [protected] but the representatives are always saying i have contacted prepaid query forum, it irritated me to core as tried 20 and so times . i dailed only the postpaid service no and it by default lands in prepaid. i have been using this sim for many years. and now to hell with aircel. no proper custmer service.

                                  A sum of Rs.745/- was debited on 3rd March 2010 and again on11th March 2010 under ECS arrangement for the same bill.I spoke to one MS.Ramya on 12th March and It was not reversed and subsequently I have sent a e-Mail to the company to rectify the error. On 10th April 2010 and again on this day (12/4/2010), I was trying to contact the company by Telephone (No.1211) and there was a recorded voice "YOU ARE IMPORTANT CUSTOMER - ALL OUR OFFICERS ARE ATTENDING TO THE CUSTOMERS - PLEASE HOLD ON". It is going on for 30 minutes on both the days but there was no response. There is something wrong with their communication procedure and they should try to rectify it.

                                    My prepaid ph connection was debited by Rs30 each for 2 months even though the ph was not in use. In fact I had removed the SIM card as I was out of Hyd.

                                    Even then they debited this amount towards caller tunes.I was not aware that it was ON and that I had to pay for it.I never asked them to provide it and so was not aware because caller tunes are heard by the other party.

                                    I have repeatedly asked them to call me and refund the amount but they have neither contacted me nor refunded.

                                    Why shd Mob service providers behave so highhandedly? Does TRAI ever take cognisance of this?

                                    I get stupid msg of ph and although I have sent DND 10 times yet these msg(SMS) continue. In fact service providers themselves start these and irritate us and then by mistake if we press the button u get charged.

                                    These opr shd activate services only if especially requested by us in writing or email and not otherwise.

                                    Can anyone help.

                                        This is an automated service and needs user confirmation to be activated, it can happen when you respond to the promo calls or messages. It is suggested that you get your DND activated to block all these calls.
