i have no network at all in hebbal kempapura. the network is too bugging me and i cant make important calls.. as well as even my frnds who ever use this sim
Might be a problem with the handset, just check if anyone else with same connection has similar problems.
try lodging a complaint on their Call centre. They will revert back...

    Dear sir/madam, i purchased aircel sim card in nov. 09. That time i
    submit my id proof and address proof to aircel. But after that no
    confirmation cal from aircel to me. Today i want to e recharge this
    no. from net so i registered online that time after registeration
    online on aircel website i found that no. has register to some other
    persons name. After that i call to customer care ask them about this
    card they told me this no. is activated to some other persons.
    Now, my question is where is my document? Or if my document is submitted to aircel then whose going to use that no.? Because may be that person
    can mis use of that no. now what should i do? How to approach to
    aircel?

    Try and visit the nearest Aircel store and carry a copy each of the documents that have been submitted, I am sure all issues would be clarified.

    Aircel — Miss using the consumer document

    Respected sir
    I have subscribe in Sim of Aircel communication and after 1 week they have barred my outgoing call as ascribe that consumer did not submitted the document. Again submitted the document(Pan card & Driving License)
    . After Submitted the they have re-activated my services and then 2 week , A call coming from Verification department and gave me response that your SIM is not register with your Identification and declare that your all service will disconnected as miss match of Identification. Connection had registered with else person name is sandeep, lived in Varanasi. hard copy of any document(Consumer ID) without taking signature & purpose. they are keeping and later on using the illegal purpose

      I,Gita Das,22 years old, has a problem with AIRCEL,when I recharged my balance then after 2 or 3 days I got nil and when I talked with AIRCEL customer care then they replied me that this is happened only for your activation of voice chat but here I did not activated any voice chat.this is happened with me 2 times and his way of talking is not so good.1st time i have recharged 3rd may with rupees 100 but after 2 days my balance have totally nil,2nd june i have recharged with rupees 25 and again today means 3rd june my balance have nil,Why? how many times i will recharge i want my mony back.If my voice chat is really activate then why not happened between 6th may to 30th may.I am totally fade off please help me.

      I can understand your position, your balance can only be deducted against services which are activated, try to visit the nearest Aircel store and report your problem.
      just call aircel cc and ask how to deactivate that particular vas service

        I had a balance of Rs.114/- in AIRCEL prepaid connection No.[protected] on 15-18 April, 2010 but I was shocked when first the balance was reduced to 76/- and then to Rs.14/- within two days. A dialer tone service was activated on my connection i.e. AIRCEL Tone, without my consent and I had been robbed of Rs.100/- by the service provider i.e AIRCEL. I tried to resolve the matter at customer care but failed and was compelled to make online complaint @ delhi.[protected]@aircel.in. I have received reply stating that the matter will be resolved with three working days and an amount of Rs.60/- will be credited to my account. But nothing has been done till date.
        I shall be obliged for getting my hard earned money credited back to my prepaid connection.

        Yester day night after Last call my balance is 1360 but today mornig Rs 1210. i dont know the Reason.

        I have alredy submit my vaild document but i have recevid a message (document set for your aircel number is not received by us. please submit valid document.

        Aircel Prepaid Connection — GPRS not working properly

        Firstly I have activated GPRS in my mobile. Then recharge Rs 98/- for unlimited GPRS use in 16th june 2009. But till today I am not able to use the GPRS. Although I have been called more over 6 times to customer care, yet there is no response form the customer care end. My complain number is[protected].
        Why don’t you drop into one of their stores and register your complaint directly, it’s a quicker process as there are senior executives present there who can guide you through any problem.

        Aircel Prepaid — Not responding to request

        I am continuosly requesting them to stop unnecessary calls and message such as caller tune, songs etc.but they are not stopping it their customer care are telling that this is the rule of TRAI.It will take 45 days to stop.Its really frustrating all the time calls and messages keeps on coming.Its frustrating.Please looki into this matter.

        Aircel Prepaid — Dialer tunes without my consent

        Dear Sir,

        This is in regard to my Aircel prepaid(UP West) no: [protected].

        Company activated thedialer tunes service on my above no. without my concent and charged Rs 30. without any reason.
        I filed a complaint(complaint no:[protected] to customer care (dated: 17-aug-2009) for which the replied that the waiver of rs 30 will be returned to me by 20th aug. Howeverno such favour was done to me. I called customer care again on 3-sept-2009 to discuss this matter.. they replied that the waiver will be returned to me by 5th sept. but again no action has been taken from the telecom company..Please see to this matter...

        Aircel — GPRS NOT WORKING ON MY PREPAID CONNECTION

        With due respect i want to bring my complaint under your due supervision.sir i had got a new aircel sim so that i could access gprs.the moment i recieved my sim i recharged it with Rs 98.my GPRS worked for few days and after that i hav not been able to even connect once.i called customer care many times only to get their hollow assurances.nothing happened till nw.i am not even recieving the G signal in my phone now.although all my neighbours are recieving it.sir i am not even getting the EDGE signal and have to only bear the slow speed of GPRS.my phone is having EDGE facility.its almost 8 day now and the GPRS problem is yet to be solved.i hope you would personally look into the matter and that my problem is solved as soon as possible.thank you.
        did you try to reset the gprs settings on your mobile. Trust me it works. What you need is just refresh the settings. Or else just call up the customer care and ask them to resend the gprs settings and I am sure they will guide you through the entire process.         aircel prepaid connection — Subscription Charged without my Knowledge

        Sir,
        I am using Aircel NO. [protected] (the conenction is in my younger brother's name Ritam Sharma).
        On 18/10/2009 i called there call centre to know about bonus card services mean the same time there call centre executive told me about dailer tune services. I said i am not interested to this service and i disconnected the phone. But Yesterday on 21/10/09 they have deducted Rs. 10 from my prepaid account. This is not a geniuen deal of AIRCEL. please look into the matter.

        I am UTPAL DATTA one of your consumer with no. of [protected].
        Last 15 Jan one dialer tone is activated in my number .I was fully unknown with
        that .This is my personnel no. and only used by me.So this is impossible to request for a dialer tone by me.
        For this your team also deduct 7 rupees per week since then.In that time i want to talk with customercare manager but your executives are ask for hold to me but after some while line was disconnected many times.


        I don't know how this types of mishap and malfunction can happend this types of big networking/communication company.I want the total value of money which were deduct from my account since last 15 Th Jan'10.Otherwise i have to go at consumer forum and media bench to solve this problem in front of other customer by visualising this matter.
        I also want that a necessary action to be taken against that fellow for this irresponsible work.

        I can understand your problem my friend, but these automated services cannot be activated without the prior customer consent. Promo calls and messages can be the reason. Such service can get activated when you respond to these calls or messages. I would suggest you to activate your DND service. This will help you for sure.

        Dialer tunes without my concent

        This is regarding the prepaid No. [protected] of Aircel, Kolkata. On 21st Feb, 2010 I suddenly found that my account balance has been deducted by an amount of Rs. 7 and simultaneously Dialer Tune has been activated without my concern. Even after calling to Customer Care, they are not ready to take any complain against it and forcefully they are making me understand that I myself have activated this feature. I dont bother about Rs. 7, but my question is how they have the privilege to activate any service in my account without my permission.

        i bought aircel conection for internet surffing.
        but from last five days i am trying to had a word with aircel customer care. but the service is very very poor. day or night aways they said bsy. i required setting for connecting my phone to laptop for internet surffing. please remove problem as soon as possible if somebody here can do it.

        You might have attended to any promotional calls or messages unknowingly which has resulted in the activation. In future you can avoid such instances by getting your DND Service activated . Good luck.

I had paid the amount and from that time itself all the numbers are switched off and not reachable. Next day I went I went to bank and cross checked with the account number and account holder name is Vipin Kumar, A4/64,Rajveer colony,Ghorli,New Delhi-110096.

            This is indeed a case of fraud but you should have confirmed with the Aircel officials before sending the money, the advertisement and the address were all fake.

              i have taken theprepaid services of aircel against my mobile number [protected], while enquiring about a debit of Rs 30 from the recharge amount,i was told that i have opted for a voice chat services, and on detailed enquiry, i came to know that this is the service for lovers/ i requested them to stop this onesided activated service, which i have not used even once, but it was not of any avail, i am being repeatedly debited rs 30 from the recharge value, i have repeatedly demanded that the service which i never use should be immediately discontinued with reversal of debit, which the company has not bothered to act till date

                  Hi,

                  I am a so called a privilege customer to Aircel as i have been paying not less than[protected] rs every month @ times 4000 too.But have always faced a problem. I am someone who travels across India very frequently, wherein, there are times when there are possibilities i cross my due date but make sure the payment is made as i must be connected 24 hrs and my business runs in it.Have been using this number for almost 3 years or so.Had informed the Team Leader Mr Hari of my problem and issue about my lines getting disconnected just abruptly every now and then and for which he was kind enough to promise and ensure never to barr my lines again, But never has that promise kept. I have been facing this problem every month. I am pissed off with what recently i have faced and i need a compensation.
                  1) NIght at 9.00 Pm both incoming and out going goes off.
                  2)Calling the customer care we need to wait for half an hour, until some1 picks up the call and says that the lines would be released in 1 hour.So i wait.
                  3) after 2 hours i call the customer care again and wait for half an hour for them to pick up until one guy pops. He says sorry about the last guy making a mistake of saying it would be released, as it would not be possible from our side. He asks me to mail to talktoaircel if i would need to have it released immediately. So i trust him and send a mail, to desperately have my lines released. No reply. Not sure if i am wasting time typing this complaint too.Anyways. So i call the customer care and the officer as usual picks the call after half an hour and i ask him that the site is a national forum site is it ok. He says yes that where i can have my solution if i need it with imm effect.
                  4) No response, so i again wait for half an hour for another customer care officer and tell him everything for which he says tomorrow surely on priority by 10.00 he would have it released after a long conversation of almost an hour he takes my alternative numbers and says someone will call my alternative number and confirm of the release of the lines @ 10.00 AM sharp.
                  5)No body calls, so i call another Team Leader Mr VTL who tells me that i must make my payment. So i make my payment in the morning itself. He says in 1 hour it will be released now. I wait for 2 hours and again ask for Mr VTL ,a girl called Ms Nirmala picks up the call and says you have no option other than to wait for the lines to get released. So i tell her to connect to Mr VTL, she says he is on the other call. So i say i shall wait. She says he is not willing to talk. So i say i am not willing to keep the phone unless i get a solution now. She says it would get released in half an hour now.
                  6)Now again after 1 hour i call and get the customer care as usual after half an hour they pick up the call. The guy pleads sorry and apologies for whatever happened and for all that his colleague said and says please sir, wait for a another 2 hours and would have it released.

                  I had no choice and i had to wait.I have lost around 13.8 lac of business.

                  I want a compensation.

                  If this forum is true please call me for any further clarifications @[protected]. I have recorded every conversation with them.

                    I applied for a corporate postpaid connection from aircel 7 days ago, still the line has not started. First of all they give all sorts of offer exclusive for your firm and their representative will be so nice - but only till you fill the form. Expert in giving misleading and incomplete information. Even their trained representatives are not aware of the complete set of documents which are required.Then they will not attend or return your calls. It has been 7 days still they are not able to complete the verification. When reputed companies have done a thorough verification and you are issuing a corporate connection, specially to the employees of a particular company, that too to a person who is already using a different product of the same vendor (aircel) for the past few months, i cant understand what is taking so much time. As a responsible citizen I understand the security matters and is ready to cooperate but till when? how many days are required for a verification? This is a upcoming brand in western india, if the customer service remains the same, it will soon loose it developing reputation. A request to the aircel authorities to please give extra care in training representatives who make or break the reputation of the company
                    Did you check with the sales rep as to why there is a delay? At times in corporate accounts, there can be a delay due to some missing documents

                      Hi,

                      We saw Aircel Packer's ad in one of the local magazine and called him to shift a bike from Gurgaon to Pune. We spoke to the person Manjeet and fixed on a price Rs 2100 as the total cost including EVERYTHING. First they said that their person will collect the bike immediately as he is in the same area and will send us the receipt later as he didn't have the receipt book then. It sounded fishy and I insisted to take the bike only after the receipt book.

                      Anyhow, the person SANDEEP came to collect the bike and started asking for Rs 2600 after adding the service taxes. We told him that we have already spoken to Manjeet and have fixed a price of Rs 2100 and we wont pay a penny extra. After some argument for sometime, he agreed to take 2100 and took the bike.

                      The bike did reach Pune within the given time, however the problem started now. Their local delivery person called at 10:30 at night and told that we will need to collect the bike from chakan which is far away from our house. They refused to deliver the bike at home. When my parents reached their office to collect the bike, the local guy said that we need to pay 500 extra otherwise they will take the bike to mumbai and will charge Rs 200 per day for storing the bike in their office. I called Sandeep back and he started abusing and threatening that you wont even get a tyre of the bike etc.

                      We finally had no choice but to pay them Rs 500 and collect the bike from a center far away from our home. This company and the pple here are really pathetic. When you speak to them before sending the consignment, they will be sweet to you and then they show their true colors.

                      I have no worries about Rs 500. Its a small amount. I'm concerned about their behavior and the tension they caused.

                      Totally pathetic and illiterate staff. I strongly suggest you not to use their service. There are 100's of other packers and movers in the city. Even of others take lil bit extra money, at least there will be peace of mind.

                      Yaa even i faced they pathetic service... I also suggest never ever use AIRCEL movers and packers service
                      Ya even I am also facing same problem 2 month completed still they not delivered my luggage.

                        Hi,

                        I am using the Aircel prepaid connection since November 2009 and I always used to keep minimum balance in the account. In the month of April, my outgoing services were barred.I had to call the customer service number atleast 4-5 times as everytime the customer service executive used to put my call on hold and never come back. I spoke with 2-3 supervisors and they told me that my services are barred becaude of an undefined Technical issue and will take 24hrs to be rectified. I waited for almost 2 days (with continuous follow up with the customer service department) but still my services were not activated. On the 3rd day, one supervisor asked me to recharge the account & then it would be fine. Finally on the 5th day my outgoing services were activated.

                        Yesterday, 18th May 2010, my services were again barred (Error Message: The outgoing facility on this number is currently not avaialable , Please dial 121 for assistance) I have called the customer service deaprtment but got "NO ASSISTANCE" from them. An executive named Vineet , refused to provide me his complete name and hung up the call when I asked for the supervisor's assistance.

                        Till today I have got no response. I just have the complaint refrence number : SR: 1-[protected] according to which my services would be activated by tommorow ie 20th May 2010.

                        It was an inconvience and every time calling the customer service deaprtment is a real pain (as I never got any help).

                        I would request you to please take an action on the urgent basis.

                        Aircel — Outgoing barred without Information

                        I'm working as a datasbase [protected]@Tirupur.Got aircel post paid connection two months before.Past two month i paid the bill correct without credit limit.But last monday morning Aircel cellcity executive called me & told hv 3765 ruppes in billing amount to current date.I askd to her how it's possible then she verify my past billing amounts n told call back.After 1hour i called to Aircel postpaid customercare that people also told some updations are going under so cant count my amount.But after 35 mins my outgoing is bared.On that day i met one accident toooo bt i cant convey to my off & home coz this stupid mobile.After three hours my colligue called to cusmorecare n ask they told hving 305 only ie..last billing amount.Really i hetic this type of activities.After we asked aircel cellcity they told hw it possible dont know that time too my outgoing option is not activate.After 5 pm i called againg tocustomer care n they told within 1 hr will be activate bt not.Again my father calld from my home & ask why you do like this.Then they request n tld wtin 30 mins it''ll be activate.So 8 pm onlyi got my o/g option.Really that day i hate this Aicel because of this indecent bahaviour N marketing this people told 50 lakhs subscribers we hving but this type of acitivite will follow means Aircel will go town from their peak.

                        Myself RAAj, I have been ur Customer underJODI Number offer.Recently, all my out going, incoming calls get barred on my both JODI number. When I requested ur peoples, they asked for the Address Proof & ID Proof. Twice I Surrendered all my details to Both Dealer & headoffice @ Spencer Plaza on 14th Nov, 2008. I requested a lot & they promised me within 3 hr, But nt even ur customer care taken a step or phoned me till now & not at all cleared my problem. I tired a lot by phone to ur customer care AIRCEL @ SPRASH, named ANITHA & ur team members too.ut o resposile. yet I have complaint number also, 803685. I face lot of problems in my business & lacked lot of money. So, please make suitable steps to recover my facilities on both of My JODI Card numbers, hereby [protected], [protected]. Thnk U.

                        It can be quite irritating to have the calls barred without any explanation. Have some patience and try and get in touch with customer care again.

                          i am sakthi, my mobile number [protected]. This is to inform you aircel sms pack total sms's 3000 only, but daily allowed messages 200 as per trai commission, then how to sending daily 200 sms's? If sending daily 200 sms, monthly 6000 sms required. how to possible?

                            I am Aircel's privilege customer making a payment of not less than[protected] rs every month.I have been using this number for almost 3 plus years. I am mostly out of station and at times would not be able to make the payment on time. I have spoken to the aircel people and the senior officials that i would like someone to call up and have it collected and have informed that even if someone may not be able to come i would some how make the payment as my business is mostly over the phone and i must be connected to my customers round the clock. I have clearly mentioned Aircel customer care and the senior officials not to disconnect or barr my lines at any cause. Although i have informed this several million times, i have always found myself lost having my lines barred in the middle of nowhere. Yes, i have now taken an alternative number from vodafone. But why is this not reaching the Aircel heads and why do they not become professional in handling the customers. Now my lines are barred both incoming and outgoing. The customer care guy who picked up the call said he would clear the lines in an hour. The second time i call the cus care waiting for half an hour 1 guy picks up and asks me to mail here, if i want it connected immediately. Can somebody have this problem solved. Why does the Aircel treat its privileged customers who have been loyal for years like this. I am having now my alternate vodafone number given to all my customers as i am not able to withstand this service for years informing the customer care executives and the higher officials not to barr my lines @ any cause. All of a sudden when im out of station, fine morning my signals are ripped and both my incoming and outgoing are gone. It is my request not to take the customers for a ride.
                            Now is some gonna help me immediately???..My number is[protected]
                            You are right in your way. However I think lets be fair to Aircel also. The company has processes laid out for payment of bill. Infact a grace period is also given to pay the o/s bill. Maybe you should consider not waiting till the due date and pay well in advance to avoid disconnection.

                              Dear sir, this is RAJESH from puducherry using aircel(prepaid) network for my communication purpose... aircel takes rs.30 from my account balance on the day between 3_april_2010 and 4_april_2010.(i didn't activated any value added services on that time , even i didn't make a call during that time..)


                              i make a call to aircel customer care and register a complaint on 4_april_2010.. but they didn't responding well and not refund my money back yet today....
                              I kindly requesting you to take an action on this issue and please solve my problem sir...

                                i am satender, living at haryana. a company calling themself as aircel tower ltd. has told me to deposit the money 3250 first then 5150/- and then he told me to deposit 16000/- for the aircel tower. unks kehna hai ki wo aircel k tower apki khaali jameen par lagwaenge. par ye sab paisa jama karne k baad unka phone no. ab band arha hai. unka number hai [protected], [protected].
                                ye company frod hai aur inhone ek account no. bhi diya tha jo icici bank ka hai. the account no. is[protected] mr. sushil kumar k naam ka hai....
                                mei ye complaint karna chahta hu ki inke khilaaf jald action liya jaye. dhokadadi k case mein ye doshi hai aur logo ka paisa marte hain....

                                  This is to inform you that i had purchased an aircel
                                  sim card number [protected] from you on 7th april 2010 and submitted my
                                  documents [photograph and licence xerox].

                                  I inserted sim card in my mobile on 27th april 2010 to do 123 but
                                  error message was sim card registration failed, so as you you informed
                                  me i went to tilak road coco store, to get the sim replaced at 2.00 pm
                                  and i showed my identity as my licence copy and submitted xerox of it.

                                  I met yasin jamadar there and he told me that my no. [protected] is
                                  active and it is from 23rd jan 2010, and sim replaced on the same day.
                                  He also told me that you made calls from this number , so i called on
                                  [protected] and i found the number to be working and it got connected,
                                  i asked him that sir the number you are using is it yours , he said
                                  who are you, i told him that this number belongs to me and for this
                                  number [protected] my documents are uploaded and submitted, he said do
                                  what ever you want to do , you dont know where i work and for whom, i
                                  immediately disconnected the call.

                                  I informed the same to yasin at the store but he was continuosly going
                                  behind the counter in the room and made conversations over the phone.

                                  How is is possible that 1 number gets activated 2 times and on which
                                  my documents are submitted.

                                  [protected] this number is activated from 23rd jan 2010 as system
                                  showed at your coco store at tilak road, on 7th april 2010 it is
                                  activated again but being used by someone else on my identity.

                                  I want to know who is the person using my number, my identity was
                                  misused from 7th april to 27th of april 2010,which is a crime and
                                  unlawful act and i can sue aircel under this act and also go to
                                  consumer court, i want to know how this can happen .

                                  My identity, Tejas Babulal jain is misused and want to know as it is
                                  compulsory for me to inform pune crime branch about this incidence.

                                  The person who was using my no might have used it for some unlawful
                                  practice or act, or also might be from some terrorist group or banned
                                  groups by indian government.

                                  I kept reminding aircel ZBM Viraj Jaiswal regularly vai distributor , but things turned futile when after 15 days he said mail to customer care head Bharti.

                                  I mail to nodal office but no reply till now.

                                  I mail to appellet officer manoj bajpai but no reply .

                                  Instead of helping me out this company officials are fooling around and not taking the matter seriously.

                                  Please help me to teach lesson to company that customer is also great , and stop fooling with them.

I tried to find this number it shows me of Location : JAMMU & KASHMIR...AircelDishnet...now its too much from last 3 days... I want to take action on this number...please suggest...

                                    This arif reg about the problem of mob.no [protected] u r person some one els i for got his name he says this mobile tarif is 145 plan 1sec 1paisa for all no. i start to use on23.04.2010 i start to use at least for 10days . After 10Days i reacived a mes from air cell u r un billed amount 220 i was shoked. Then i make a call to air cell customer care the person says u r in 125 plan air cell to air cell 45paisa other mobile 60paisa i am not clear. so now monthely the pay ment is generated with out using the sim card so ple dont cheat the customer

                                      This is to apprise you that “DND” service has been activated on my Aircel mobile number ([protected]) from 22nd Feb 2010. But still messages are landing on my number. I have got fed up of it, I cannot bear it anymore. So please take a strict action against it otherwise I will go to consumer forum for the same.
                                      DND is a regulatory service and the companies have to follow certain guidelines before activating, it does takes a maximum of 45 days. Have some patience and get it activated and I am sure very soon these calls and messages would be blocked.

                                        Did you speak to the retailer about this, it is very much possible that the retailer is responsible for this problem, but I still would suggest you to visit the nearest Aircel store and discuss it with them.
