While taking new connection they were very responsive but after service is just too bad my internet got disconnected in few few days no body taking call at service helpline area manager talkes rudely even customer care executives also talkes rudely they are very irresponsible for providing technical service i am very tired of this compney please do needful. Thank you so much.

I have requested for address transfer before 8 days. They written a complaint and closed it without any support. My support ticket id was [protected], they didn't provide service and also now no body is receiving a call, and nobody providing service, a customer call support provided me a number that the company employee will collect proof and money from my address. Company employee[protected], when i contacted this number, he told me i didn't received a request from company, so i will not collect your proof, and still my complaint is not resolved, but they closed a ticket.

I have airlink internet broadband cable but they give worst service, Recently one and half month completed but my internet is not working yet. When i call customer care they tell me i submit your complain but after few week pass and then no one can solve my problem even after i call them again but they give answer like fiber cable cut in your place and our engineer come there to solve problem within 3 business day but no one is came to my home even after 3 day i call again but every time they tell me different answer.

I have issues for net not working from 2 days first of all they are not picking the call and if they are picking the call not listening to complain properly and save we have this much authority only we are putting your call down we are putting your phone cut without listening the problem they are just cutting the phone they don't want to solve the problem they are not interested after 2 days i just again call they saythat your password has changed now who will change the password if my internet was working good why should i change my password they are giving totally wrong reason for internet not not working and then i say that register my complain and i should get my message on my number that my complaint register they are not registering complain and message is not coming they say we have send you message if you messages not coming then your mistake i am thinking that if they are not giving service then move to consumer court the worst service experience don't know why that i have again recharge the same service got stuck with this kind of company

I have internet broad band of airlink communication pvt ltd and it is used since lond time but as per his commitment plan they can't not provide internet speed and in whole month minimum 4-5 days internet not working and when i call its customer care for logged the complain, they can't give the pro pare answer and very rudely talking with us. I hope that you will be on strict action on there.

Last 15 days i call them 10 times in a day, i mailed to nodal officers, but no replied or resolved my problem, if they are not in a position to do it, disconnect my connection and refund my full amount. Airlink is one of the worst company in internet provider. There customer service is pathetic even a subzi wala speaks better then them. Not a single person in customer service is capable of being in there position. Most of them are illitrate. I hope once jio comes in broadband soon and wipe out this # company after then they will realise what is customer service. Just for an example i contacted jio for ppor network speed they immediately replied and also called me next day and assured they will improve ths speed in out new area. Even if airlink provides more cheap then anything for internet still do not buy it you will regret it for sure. Hope it gets shutdown soon i pray to god.

From last friday i complain for no connectivity. They booked complain and say in 3 days we solved complain. After 2 days they auto generated that complain is solved nd close complaint.
After that they take again complain for no connectivity nd generate new complain.
When i tell about my old one they said we tke new complain still today i suffered for no connectivity.
The people people are totally uneducated & unexpired nd very cheap. They don’t know how to talk.

My id is AJ KAKLOTAR and i have two years plan of airlink but i have not satisfy of your service. I have lodged my complaint one time in every week and today 30/07/2018 i called on your customer care number[protected], they lodge a complaint everytime but nothings happen, you search my complaint data and you find that howmany average complaint in every month. No one are follow my complaints and no one are receive my signature on your complaint solution report, every time i called on your customer care num and they are miss guide to us, you give us many scheme at the time of new plan but what about your service?, if you are not able to give us better service than give me refund my money, i am not intersted in your service, if this is not possible than i am go on consumer court forum, so please solve my problem permanantely. I am wait for satisfactory reply..

I can not explain how it feels after you pay for a net service and than they will not answer your calls or even would send a technical person to come and connect the cables as i paid to your company on 4th of july 2018 and today is 30th of july still no person has came to come and solve this issue the agent who collected money from my hand is giving rude answers on telephone and the complain numbers are not picking up my calls if this is the way airlink works i would like to share my experience with each and every new consumer kindly take any other broadband airlink is next to worst service they are fraud according to me. Even after paying money they wont give you net connectivity and after that they will start denying your calls and even if answered they will talk rude with their cosumer its not about the money what he collected in sum of 5500 for 24months of plan 1 month with no net connection and 23remains if so was the deal than your company should give me information according to that now i am going to consumer court to lodge a complain against your company so you wont be able to fraud any other coustomer after this.

The employees which came to shift my router were very rude and were bad mouthing me in public
Extremely sad and public image worsened.
Was told I am illiterate and an ####. Hate speech and astonishingly cheap words. And the service they did was one of the worst I have seen in my life time. Had to do half of my work myself. Such words against a woman really show what kind of a company it is.

My name is kishore kunal singh, living in surat sunflower building agam heights near bhimrad road -395017, we took connection from airlink internet service provider they took the money brought the wire but their connection didn't work since day 1. I raised many compaints regarding the same on daily basis from 5th june till today although the connection should have worked from day 1 that is on monday itself but only response i am getting is a message and nothing else, even the staff i rude they hang the phone and will not tell you when will it be corrected no information what so ever, this is not a sound of business and i would like to raise a voice against this.
Kindly register a complaint against this unethical approach.

There are more than 1000 customers in my area who have paid to airlink for their services but every week their services has issue. This company is cheating with people and when u ask them to fix this issue they would say it will take three days and you can go anywhere to complain no one can touch us. Every week their services is down for 3 to 4 days and some for a weeks.in a month we get only 15-18 days their services.
They have office in adajan surat and if you go there and asked for manager he would say this is what it is. So why this type of company get permission to open for public.

I am using airlink broadband service since last one year. Since a two week
At my home airlink broadband is not working. My son is studying in m b a
Final year and from next month exam are starting and i have to complaint
