From tommorow onwards there is a problem in network connection in our area...

I would like to know by when can the wifi connection issue be resolved !? As it's not working since last 2 days and the whole building is facing the same issue . Resolve the issue ASAP....

Broadband not working since 10 days. Nobody responding to complains too.
Due to this our office and school work is getting hindered.
Did complain on airlink help line +[protected] and[protected]. But no body picks up

Also after of recharge of 1yr then haven't given me grace 6 months as written in the recharge bill too....

The wifi is not working since past one month, the working staff never responds, they charged me for a year and now you aren’t providing any service i feel like you are just cheating your customer regarding providing the internet and i work from home and i can’t take any online class from home and that is affecting my salary, will they pay for it, huh? I want my money back, it’s enough!!!...

Internet is not working. This is not the first time, the same thing happens once in every week and the connectivity stays out of service for 2-3 days minimum out of 7days a week. Lots of time we have complained about the same thing, not only this is the issue of 1 person we have 5 connection in same society each time all o[censored]s have to complaint but no immediate resolution is done. And 24hours toll free number goes out of service after 8:30...

I am suffer for network issue (No network) since last five days (7th april 2020) i call many time but company not responding i also registered complain on massage complain no. And whats app complain no. But still i am not getting any revert and satisfaction. Even the mail to the respective nodal officer and support team still they also not responding.
I requested to consumer forum have take corrective action...

Wifi is not working since yesterday. This is not the first time, this is happening every week. Wifi is out of service for 2-3 days minimum out of 7 every week. How many times i have to complain. At the time of taking money from us you people don't waste a single minute. And not giving service though. This seems very unprofessional and hectic for us....

Still passed 3 day not any response from airlink company... internet not work...
now a days all work doing with internet without internet not any work complete.
everytime that problem occurs with me...
internet not work and complain it that solution is given by company about 7 days aprroximte.
plz any action on that company then taken it....

I am complaining since last 15 days but no one is replying i have also complain in whatsapp but no one is giving proper answer.
500 employee pick up my phone and said the company is closed.
Now i have only one choice of complaining in legal way. Reply me as soon as possible otherwise i will complain against your company in court....

As per the trai the complaint must be solved in 3 working days and i had lodged complaint on call last week and since then i am not able to use the internet, i have been told the issue will be solved in 3 working days and it still is unrecognized. Nobody is picking up the complaint call line and its always switch off.

I have paid for 1 year plan and i can not take advantage of what...

Once they gave a package. They are lease bother for services as our whole commercial building is facing a problem from last 15 days without internet. Poor service and regular disconnectivity is the identity of this company. Every now and then they disconnect the internet and again restart it after 3 days. Poorest service and worst customer service support. Always complaining about it. Toi many losses faced near about 5 lakh because of loss of net connection. List of complaints attached. Even paid in advance why we need to face such poor service and even losses because of loss of internet...

If the modification of our apartment is to fit the cable according to the new apartment rule, all cable wires will be cut off in just two days, so please request action as soon as possible.

Never recommending to opt airlink, worst or more than worst service provider.. Pathetic staff, my internet connection is not working since 1month lots of complaints i have made but they ar i do not resolving and always replying that in 1 or 2 days they will resolve. I have registered my complain before 7days, still no one come and solve my issue, when m remind my complain then always i get ans ur complain already registered he, if its registered then y u r not solved, i[censored] dont want to solve my problem give refund. Before 15 days these service is not working for 13days, after that it will resove when m go office and complain strickly, but these time no one ans us....
