From the last 3 years he is using internet connection from the concerned company.. But before 8 days he didn't the internet connection, further consumer consulted with the company and request them to provide service, but till date he didn't get any resolution.. Expected:-the consumer wants to get internet connection asap.

I had a talk to customer service right now which eventually he hung up in rage. They still have engineers in their office, but are declining to come and fix the issue.
