Dear Sir,
It's been more than 20 days since I have raised a complaint with the service provider for "No connectivity" but still there is no solution for the same till now. Everytime i call, they give me a deadline for the next 2 days. I have tried reaching the Nodal officer of the company through email, but I have got no reply from there as well.
I seriously want you to take some action regarding my complaint and help me get my complaint resolved.

They are not giving proper services for internet, not recommended bcs of when you take his plan they give full service for internet but when you pay amount of plan then they not attending calls for complaint also the sale person name mahesh phone no. [protected] not attending calls. Network problem starts from first day of connection, they call you in customer care your problem solve in next 2-3 days but no one come to resolve the problem, Calling then regularly from 3-4 days but they giving only wrong commitments .

Sir i sent xiomi redmi note 9s to the company for claim.I have a warrnty card It still has 3 months warrnty left in it.But the company has cut 1500 rupees charges without informing me.How can he claim without my permission and why take money from me.It is requested to you that the person who has claimed my set He should not do this without my permission.I gave my mobile in the claim Center, that branch is in your sargodha trust Trust Plaza shop no 55 airlink.I am sending some documents photo please check it has warrnty issue inside decoments.I request you to refund my payment.Thank you

We are having a problem with the wifi connection since yesterday and we are complaining about this since yesterday. The employee's name is maybe Hiral Patel Airlink(got to know about his name via truecaller) his phone number is [protected]. You may crosscheck. At first, when we call him he just told us to wait 10 min and now it's been 7 hours since he told us. We trying him but he didn't pick up the phone now. SO we tried him from another number. So then he picked up as soon as I started complaining about the connection he disconnected the phone and not I have tried to call him 10 times but he isn't t answering. I am complaining about this because this thing happens every week. I don't know what they do but they cut the connection every Saturday in the evening and as the next day is Sunday They just tell us it's Sunday today so they don't work. This Thing is happening every week. At least they also didn't discuss the problem like what has happened. Also, the employee(Hiral Patel Airlink) took money on 17th June only for the renewal of the wifi package. And now he is behaving so rudely with us. I want you to take strict action against him.
Also, I want a refund of the money that we have given to him as we are planning to shift to some other broadband.

I'm using airline net but not satisfied as not working most of the time, it's not working since last 12 days, complaint about regarding matter on 10th of June but no update from customer care, they don't care about complaint they listen to your complaint & drop call without any satisfactory answer, I'm tired of registering complaint several times but no update from company

It has been 2 days and still internet is not working.

We are custmar of air link dt.13 july 2020 to 05 december 2021. custmer no. vucc10 we are work with torent power bl clection center its online work so we have need net . but airlink net has bin closed alternet sow we very suffaring from him company office of surat is ancewer only hes bin complited in 3 days but there is no rijalt last 15 dayes over fist complain is on 26 may 2021 no is [protected] secend is on 29 may 2021no [protected] but not start the net we coll back in company he sa yor complain is runing but not start nen our bill date is strt on dt 20 to 5 on the spoat the net is closed oaw we are very suffring from him after we agein complain dt 02 jun 2021 but thare is no risult saw i complain you pl. kindly give rijult us

Since 5 days we had internet not running hair and your officials do not listen to us, it has been so many days that no one is aware of our problem.

Our net is not working from last 15 days. I have done lots of complaints on whatsapp and on airlink customer care number but i am not satisfied by your response. My net is still not working. Please do as early as possible.

But till now my issue is not resolved.

Too much best service. My all lectures and test not attempted because of your service.

It's been so many days since the Wi-Fi has stopped working, they keep on saying that the technician will come but none is available here I keep on calling but the problem doesn't resolves... I work online and my sister studies online I don't know how to manage income as per day my income gets deducted and my sister is missing her school tuition. I want this problem to be resolved at the earliest or else I want my advance back

I have raised complaints regarding connectivity issue at my Navsari, Gujarat location. I have following ups with local operators of airlink but they are not responding to us regarding same. I am very frustrating regarding services you are providing to us are really bad.i am going to disconnect my broadband connection due to this and also suggest to my colleagues and friends not to use kind of services.

They don't answer the calls also Wi-Fi ain't working since past 2-3 days my work is online and all my work stops due to such issue

Airlink has a problem in providing internet connection regularly as due to covid situations there we have a work from home condition and we need huge amount of data but Airlink has failed to satisfy customer as during last 1.5 months there are many breakdown in their Internet service So kindly please review my complaint.
