This is reminder no 5.. internet stop working alternate day. Complaints registered numbers of times. But no Proper actions or response reverted from Airlink. My son's final online examination for law is running he has to suffer a lot due to poor connectivity.

First i would like to tell u guys that how happy i was when i contact airlink for wifi. The happiness was immeasurable. I can finally use twitter without worrying about mobile game and yes not to mention 1080p youtube and playing video games with friends. It was so much fun and then suddenly my wifi internet is dead. 1 day...2 days... 1 fkn week and i contacted in CUSTOMER service for this problem and they told me to wait for an hour so i was okay i can wait a hour then i can play games with my virtual friends and escape from this irl reality and sadness. Another week and no response from them. I m starting to get worried. It got turned ON after 15 days and when i saw my twitter and in game friends list. They all unfollowed and unfriended me since i was off for so many days. That day was my darkest day. The pain through i get through is monumental. The pain doesnt end here. The other day when my father has an important meeting with cilents. The wifi stopped working and he got mad and beat me and my mom to ease out that anger. This company gives me nothing but pain, sadness, regret, depression, misery, grief and many horrible ###. So i urge everyone not to get involved with this company. THANK YOU FOR UR TIME

Air link wifi provides extremely poor network speed, connectivity and service are not proper as promised . Internet get disconnected till hours some times whole day . Even they are not responding complaints timely by mail or whatsapp number. My son had to suffer a lot in his on line education due to this pathetic network.

From last 8 days net is not working. I have complained so many times in customers care .they are telling technicians will come and seee but nobody come at myhome to check. I[censored] r not interested plz refund my amount.

IT'S A SHAME!
today, 7.04.21 i had a ticket from maputo to cape town, stop in johannesburg.
The lady "responsible" from tickets at Maputo airport, Joelma Banguira decided
that me and my husband can not board on flight 4Z 271 because allegedly our tickets were not issued in accordance to airlink rules. However, the name on the tickets were in fully compliance the company and IATA rules, as they were issued with first name, one midle name and the last name.
She decided that she can change the name of the tickets but just for other flight later, and refuse at the first instance to give us the complaint book or call the supervisor. Then after several minutes of complaints and a long unpleased talking, we ask to see the rules wich suppostly will confirm that she has right. After more discussion with the rules upfront, the lady seems to understand that we are right and said that as a special favor she talked with her boss and they decide to allow us to embark.
This a complete shame! Also ilegal and incompetent, and this attitudes and postures should not be allowed in a aviation company. I would like to hear from you as soon as possible and assure that lady will not do the same again to other passengers.

From today morning wifi is not working nd they are showing that there is problem in wan connection.i try to reconnect wan connection also but still nothing is happen...please solve this as soon as possible...

My ticket flight was purchased at checkers for the 28th of January 2021. Due to lockdown could not fly out.I went to the Airport to try schedule a flight for the 18th of March. I was informed my ticket was used for 5th of February by Mrs.Ncube. This issue cannot be resolved. I dont know of Mrs.Ncube it was my first time on Monday to go to the Airport that directed me to customer care, dealt with Ms.Suzaan Grootboom.

Speed is slow and internet isn't working. Please help.

My network not working for few days.

I have lots of complaint to airlink customer care as well mail to nodal and support team.
But till now my issue is not resolved.

As I have visited to office at adajan surat,
but there is staff member (known TL of our area), not answering about my complaint and used bad word with me.(TL Name: Hemant)

I have complaint here with hope to change mind set of those people who are taking disadvantage of their post.

I just want to clarify that whether they will provide solution within 24 hours or refund my remain amount and remove box from my terrace within 24 hours.

No internet is provided since 15-10-20
The complaint has been made from the date itself, I don’t know why Airlink cheats like this

I am using airlink internet from last 5 years but from last 3 month my net is not working properly and closed for 2 months near about.

Kindly check my previous complain so you got how much your airlink engineers lingering the matter and not solve the problem.

Till today from last 16 days my net is again not working and after threr days of complain till my issue is not resolved.. kindly give my money back if you are not provide proper service to customer

In last 3 must i had complained more then 7 times and every time net is not fixed.

In last 3 month my net was not working in 21 days twice in which one 21 days given grace by your time and second case ia still pending at your end

Kindly resolved my query regarding grace period and pl ensure proper solutions of internet or refund my money as soon as possible.

Every time i complaint they told we'll have a complaint registered and we'll solve but they didn't.
So many times they told engineer will come but engineer didn't. 13 days have passed but they haven't taken problem seriously. My patience has off the limits.

I have complained on 28th Sept but till now no concern person visited .
I have lost my business due to no connectivity and customer care very rude and non responsible.i want my whole refund as your network is responsible

My plan was expired and i have renewed my plan online but still my internet is not started.

Internet last 2 days always closed

I'm getting no connection from airlink aince past 4 days. Every time i call at customer care, they respond with same reply that it'll be resolved by tomorrow and still no updates. Poor customer service.

I have airlink broadband connection in surat. Last 15 days this company not solve my complain. Everday day i call custmar care number but still today not solve.

I am hardly trying for the service of internet as my broadband gets off from 15days (31/8/2020-15/9/2020) and complaining to her center only giving time limits say we will solve your problem today or tomorrow. And literally giving excuses and we have one year plan and say once a week wifi is always switch off. So request please solve my problem. My username is hasmukh1004 for broadband service in airlink.
