One of my airtel no has 3600 credit limit and my monthly bill is around 100 rs. I had not pay bill since last 5 month due to smaller vlaue now i am try to pay bill.

In these 5 months they had charge 3 time late payment charge and after call on 198 no (26th oct 2017) they are committed to waive up all late payment charge with in 48 hours. I had wait for 4 days but it has not done. On 1st nov 2017 they had told me that i am given request for waive up your late payment charge and committed now it will waive up in next 24 hours.

On 2nd nov 2017 he was called to 198 no they are refused to waive up and told me these all amount he must pay than and than your no will start and keep me on hold for around 10 min after that call has been disconnected..

But surprizing think is that when i call today (3rd nov 2017) they answered that as of now not any complain or request was given to them for waiver of late payment charge,

I am suffuring from last 15 my no is also block from them.

My problem is not waive up my money but there answer which are change day by day.

From there late response i will pay additional 100 late payment fees for current month bill which are renew yesterday (02nd nov 2017).

        I am cug customer and when sms received that 2g b free for using enternet on apr 2017. I agreed too but valued for three months each month only 2gb.           On 21 10 2017 inr 24100 debited from my bank account through phishing activities of my debit card where scammers stole my debit card details online. My bank account statement shows that my amount credited to airtel money. Also airtel mobile no from delhi location used in this activity they are [protected] and [protected].

          Our question is how airtel denied they are not received any amount from my debit card and also how airtel issue no to scammers to do such activities
          We want clear probe in this matter and if airtel found dead guilty we want compensation as well

          Today morning onwards someone is continuously calling from [protected] and not speaking. If I try to call back the number is not going through.
          Sir i bought a 4g sim and i m using 4g phone but when i get recharged with net balance, i m getting 4g signal for 1min then it changing to 3g signal while using internet, any solution for this problem ?
          I was in an auto and the phone was in my pant. Unknowingly phone flipped outside my pocket because of a push.
          The airtel network of this area is automatically connected and the network gets vanishes most of the times. During Internet connection the network goes up mostly.

            Dear team,

            Actually i had a lot of trust in airtel service from last 5 years, but yesterday i came to knew that it was fake.

            When i had some issue regarding the sim, i went to the nearest airtel service center (Sahakarnagar bangalore-92) at the token number t236.

            The representative was very worst in providing the service. He is not telling what to do, what needs to be done and no one could help me on it. Sitting infront of him for almost 1hr is just a waste of my time. He was just doing his own work without helping me.

            If airtel peoples cant provide a proper service then what is the use of being fastest network provider in india, nobody cares u unless you provide us the best service.

              I ported my mobile number ([protected]) 0930 hrs on 29 oct 2017 from BSNL to Airtel. Bsnl disconnected service 2315 hrs on 02 Nov 2017. But AIRTEL SIM not activate. Please do check and help to activate my AIRTEL number. I am highly disappointed.

                I had tried to load my airtel money wallet ([protected]) with 5000 rupees using the my airtel application on 1st nov 2017and the transaction had failed. I had closed the application.

                Later received a message stating transaction failed and retry link to make the transaction. Upon clicking the link, my airtel application navigated to payment method to make payment for failed transaction amount of 5000.

                The payment was successful and the airtel money wallet was not loaded, instead my number was recharged for 5000 rupees incorrectly.

                Kindly investigate this issue and refund my money to wallet or credit card.

                  I have uograded my airtel broadband from 4 mpbs to 8 mpbs but past 4 months data usage i amnot able from airtel.in first data usage was not matching with my excel sheet now past 1 month data usage is showing 0 gb uses i havfe inform airtel airtel appellate team now happy with that service they are able to resovled my complaint my airtel complaint no 89632830 still not resoved since two days. Is this way airtel service to your client harrasing clients not hayyy with airtel service ver very very poor service of airtel now provide me in writing that airtel will not be alabe to resolve my compaint

                    Mobile data was deactivated from my number after changing a plan. I called and raised a complaint on Oct 24th but the request was closed in a couple of days without resolution. I have been calling customer care daily since then and I get a standard response: wait for 24 hours, backend team is working on it. Although my account has more than 13GB of data, still I can’t use the services.

                    In this day and age, it is very inconvenient not to have Internet. The grievance is about their customer care which gives people false promises and is totally incapable of solving an issue.

                    I also decided to port to another vendor and generated a porting code; even the risk of losing customers doesn’t bother them it seems. All this while I would be charged for a plan which has data but I wouldn’t be actually using anything.

                    If anyone know about any appellate authority for Airtel, please let me know.

                      I have lodged so many complaints to customer care about the network issue and call drop but they never took it seriously and problem is still the same.. Even getting worst. They have gave me free data free calling but because of their # service.. I am not able to use anything.

                      Earlier airtel was one of the best network but now its really ghatiya. See the screenshot.. Network is showing gprs.

                      I will never ever recommend airtel.

                        Inadequate 2G tower and non-availability of 3G/4G tower reg. (Mob. No. +91 [protected])

                        Respected Sir,

                        With due respect I would like to inform you that I am using an Airtel connection, number mentioned in the subject line, since 2009. Moreover, I am continuously using SIM of Airtel communication channel since 1998 while I was student in Delhi. I have an another Airtel number is also, i.e. +91 [protected] and this SIM is also being used continuously since 2005.

                        Further, I would like to inform you that my residence is AT BAIJALPUR, PO AMAIYA, PS VIA ASARGANJ, DIST MUNGER, BIHAR-813201 and there are so many issues related to adequate tower frequency in my village along with nearby villages, basically for 3G and 4G.

                        I am continuously writing to Airtel for more than 2-3 months. Lastly I had written to them in 18.10.2017 regarding the issue but they are not concerned about anything, hence replied as usual, which is attached in a PDF file.

                        Somehow, Airtel had arranged a survey and only one person was sent to my village. That fellow had reported Airtel team that there is no 3G/4G towers in the area and 2G tower is somehow working for outdoors also but indoor tower situation is poor. This causes often call drop, mostly data broken is often occurred due to broken frequency of networks in that particular area. There are 7 villages associated in our Panchayat (AMAIYA) and more or less all villages are facing network related issues with respect to 3G and 4G.

                        On 26.10.2017, Ms. Seep Dutt, Customer Care Executive, Bharti Airtel Ltd. had called me and told me that a new cell site (tower) is required in the area and if you can provide us any land/plot (genuine) then kindly drop a lead for that. After that, on the same day in the evening at 6:00 PM I got a call from Airtel Network Team and I was asked entire details about the area and I stated everything truly. Network team was supposed to make a survey within 48 hours regarding planning of a new tower site but they didn't do anything. Instead, Ms. Seep Dutt called me yesterday, i.e. on 02.11.2017 and stated that there are so many things are associated with respect to installation of a tower and we need permission from Govt. also. I told her that where and to whom we have to contact you provide me the details, but she directly refused the things and told me that "nothing can be done right now and this is the best possibility of tower and we cannot improve it anyway".

                        Sir, I would like to retain your kind concern regarding the issue that why 4G is being provided to all cities in our country properly and not for all villages? Population of our Panchayat is around 10, 000 and more tham 2-3000 Airtel connections are being used (rough figure - may vary) in that panchayat but there is nothing done with respect to 3G or 4G tower in the area because we all are associated with village. Why this partiality and neglecting attitude have been followed by Airtel would you like to answer me? I had written to PG GRIEVANCE PORTAL also but nothing could be done because the mentioned place is not a METROPOLITAN area.

                        Sir, we villagers are also deserving better life-standards and we are achieving them for many aspects also. Earlier, Airtel team had informed us that within 2-3 months, everything shall be done in that area and now they are denying like anything.

                        Kindly look into the matter to improve rural capabilities, as our government is also has taken so many initiatives to improve life-standards of villages as well as villagers. We all appreciate all initiatives taken for our betterment and thankful to our government and their governance.

                        Kindly instruct Airtel and team to do the things sharply, as 2G data is also not working fine in the area, mostly for indoor. So, will you suggest all o[censored]s to go outside for almost every call and data services? Airtel is doing the same thing, that is instead of providing better services, they are instructing us to go outside of our homes regarding better calling and data services.

                        We need your support with respect to better services of Airtel and providing a 3G or 4G tower at the earliest please.

                          Airtel has provided corporate plan, i ported from vodafone to airtel. Received sms in 2 days and vodafone stopped their services on 31 oct [protected]@11.30 pm.
                          As per procedure i inserted airtel sim next day and till date its not activated.

                          Today is the 3rd day, have kids at home, my maids take care of them, i do daily video calling and check their where abouts, our company pay for it, we have conferences calls, every thing is stuck becos of this issue. Hope you understand the criticality and resolve the issue.
                          Have compliant to the ceo of airtel mr gopal vittal, but not revert.

                            This is asif memon and my number ([protected]) is being overcharged every month since last 3 months. I have to call customer care and the amount gets deducted and also i have been informed everytime that from next month onwards it will be not charged. But this does not happens and i have to call every month to customer care and get it deduct.
                            Also i have mailed them and i have been informed that it will be not charged henceforth but still they charge me despite of mail.

                                Hello. I am currently in Europe, I had purchased the 2999 International Roaming Pack. My data has not been working at all, and yet today i got a message for 8739 Data charges. Please fix this issue and also start the data services on my number as i should get according to the 2999 10 Day International Roaming Pack. Im facing a lot of difficulty as the data is not working. And on top of that airtel is charging me 8000 bucks for data. What nonsense is this

                                  Sir with due respect, i beg to say that my airtel payments account has been blocked for some unknown reason and therefore i can’t make any debit transactions and also there is a balance of rs 2000 in my account.                                       Today i got a call from airtel customer care about an offer, after the recharching Of those offer i found that it was a false and misleading information. I didn't expect this kind of activities from airtel telecom services.This type of activity is against customer protection act.Every customer have the rights to get the legal supports against this kind of misleading and false information.I expect lawfull action on this.
