I have included Telugu channels in my package but they are not appearing in TV. Complaint lodged No action taken though it is more than 7 days. Money deducted from my deposit.spoke more ten of your executives. They feel it is technical defect . Even after 15 days my problem is not solved. I all customers opting for Telugu channels must be facing same problem. If it cannot be rectified arrange to refund my advance of ₹2500/=. I will contact some other service provider.

    Hi sir

    I am writing to you with regards to the issues which i am currently facing with my airtel dth, airtel digitaltv id [protected].. On 28-feb-2019 morning, my dth service stopped with error code 4. I called customer service and i was told that server is down and they can't check my details and asked me to call back in 1hour time. I called 2hrs later, i was told that my current plan is not valid anymore and i need to move to new plan as per trai's regulations. I understand trai advised service providers not to impose new plan until 31st march 2019, customers can choose new plan anytime before 31 march. Could you please help

      I'm using airtel prepaid internet services. It's a daily use of 1.5gb plan. When ever i open youtube watch vedios, an advertisement plays without my permission. This adds are played in the starting of each vedios and also inbetween vedios frequently. All are commercial and cinema advertising vedios.
      How airtel can use my data and money for playing their advertisements?

      Without informing my DTH provider has activated channels and asking to recharge every month beside i have yearly pack. So irresponsive action from customer care executive against the complaints. They are unable find any mistake and hiding all information from customers.

        I have just ported my bsnl no. to airtel. I got a message from them telling me the time after which I can insert the sim and call for tele verification . I am trying from 2 days from the given time and date but the call automatically disconnets also I am unable to recive calls I have frustreted trying to call them. Please help me I need the mobile no. for various important works.

          I have ported my number [protected] from vodafone to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already.
          I am facing trouble to contact people and this reflects the bad service provided by airtel.
          It's frustrating not to access mobile network because of poor service provided your company

          I can't make outgoing calls or send SMS but I am able to receive incoming calls. I can't even call or SMS customer care. I even checked all the settings and my message center number. No problems there. No problem of balance either.

            Just now, i compared airtel dth channel price with tata sky channel price and subscribed to same channels after trai order. I was shocked to see that tata sky was making monthly charges of rs. 390 while airtel dth was making rs. 480 for same channels. On checking at the airtel portal, i found that airtel dth forcibly subscribed me to their own channels in bengali, bhojpuri, urdu etc languages which are of no use to me and hence increasing the ncf of rs. 176 even if i select only 5 channels because 100 channels are already being subscribed to my account which are of no use to me. If i select first 100 channels of my choice, i have to pay ncf of rs. 245. Kindly take an action against airtel dth. You can clearly see in the attached document that in ala carte, i have 58 channels and 1 dd broadcaster pack which is having 25 channels but still, i have been subscribed to 183 channels by airtel dth.

              Today from last few hours m not getting any sim services on my postpaid airtel number. I am currently traveling outside of india and my international services were activated, sim was working fine till last few hours but all of a sudden it stopped working. I cannot call the customer care as well since i do not have any other number. I have tried restarting the phone, cleaning sim slot and manually selecting the network but nothing works. I am stuck here without any calling services. Request you to look into it urgently.

                  order id. [protected]. The transaction was successfully completed through paytm ( transaction id.[protected]). But the 249 hasn't been activated yet on my number. Thereby i rqst to kindly process the recharge or kindly refund the money.
                  I recharged [protected] at 10 27 am today on 19 feb 2019 money deducted but no recharge...pl solve the issue at the earliest
                  I have been talking to customer care executive for support, he disconnected my call by saying that I have no issues. Soon after he has called me back by his personal number [protected] and started abusing language and threadening. This how customer care executive supports customer then TRAI must take on it.

                    Maine 8 febuary ko apna old pack change karke new pack banaya tha. Jiski i. D. Hai[protected]. Total pack 402 ka bana tha. Fir maine 9 febuary ko 300 rupees ka recharge kiya tha. Kyoki mere account me pehle se hi 111 rupees ka balance tha. Total amount 411 rupees ho gye. Usme se 402 rupees deduct ho gye. Old pack maine remove kar diya tha. Lekin ab mujhe message aa rahe h ki aapka account 28 febuary ko expire ho jayyga. Jabki recharge 1 month ka karaya tha. Jo ki 10 march tak chalna chahiye. Maine bahut baar customer care par call bhi ki lekin wo sun nhi rahe h aur wo bol rahe h ki 575 rupees ka recharge karo. Wo mujhe harassment kar rahe h. Please help me.

                      Its been more than 3 months i am not using the data card as i was facing too much network issues. Initially we went to airtel marathalli out let on suggestion of one of the customer care executive to change the sim card. We got new sim card by paying 50 rupees and submitting the id proof which should ideally resolve the network issue but it didnt. We were still facing same issue and then stopped using the data card it self and went for some other option. We informed couple of times that we cant continue with this connection if it not resolves the issue. Since it never fixed the network issue we stopped using the same. But airtel is keep on adding the charges each month even the discussion going on and i raised same concern as above. They are forcing me to continue the connection so that they can wave off the charges even though it is not working as expected..

                      I got a message from Airtel to get 4g SIM free of cost but people in "Airtel store, balapur branch " are demanding 50rs for upgrade my friend upgraded to 4g SIM free of cost but these people doing business with Sims which is a loss to your reputation kindly take action against them

                          I had got my sim card changed from your outlet on judges bungalow road, ahmedabad on 22nd feb, 2019. The same was not activated till 25th - when i wanted clarification on the sim not getting activated, the outlet informed me that there is a mistake in the name recorded as against my id proof. While i have two connections in the same name, how can there be difference in the names? Kindly let me know how to ensure that my name recorded at your end is corrected and how to get my sim activated?

I contect on cc but they said we transferred your to our senior. But no body pick the call. Sir i have a recording of these call. Or my tv screen show payment dew on 5/3/2019.

                              I bought a prepaid sim card from the goa int'l airport 4 days ago. I was told that activation would be possible within 3 hours, and that i should call 59059 to activate my sim. After 4 days i finally got a signal and tried calling 59059 (And many other numbers) however all i heard was a woman saying "the number you have dialled is invalid". I am visiting india for only 10 days - can anybody who has had the same problem help me? What do you think i should do?

                                Airtel auto deducted rs 23 from my main balancer on yesterday while 15 days is still pending for incoming airtel should confirm from customer before deducting the rs 23. I have to plan more but airtel wasted my money if airtel wants auto deduction then rs 9 to be deducted because in minimum recharge of rs35 there is talk time of rs 26. Please refund me rs 23 so that i may able to recharge as per my decision. I think airtel da diwali nikal haha hai. Please stop such type of practice for cheating the customer otherwise i have to port in bsnl which charge rs 36 for six months. Please refund rs 23 otherwise i will approach trai and consumer court.

                                    I have given 'n' number of complaints in twitter regarding the Airtel's service that I am getting since last few months. The customer care call me, ask what problem I am facing and then assure to provide better service, which is not happening at all. Even near the Airtel tower, the signal is weak at times. The 'ping' I get is very high at times. Whenever I need to send an urgent document, the 4G net is slow. Please take some action against the company.

                                      My airtel dth id [protected].Selecting a pack by own it shows 338 rs including ncf and tax.But after message to customar care it shows 664 rs monthly.Ad also a reprenstatative of airtel dish could not answered it properly they say there is problem in system so you should called later.there is no break up of taxex told by company.the cannel no 998 in airtel dth it gives the customar to choose the pack of their choice.but the amount it show after selecting a pacakage in that channel would not not same in company's customer care.that is the case done witg
