I have airtel 4g sim card but it always switches to 3g network or no network. I have tried manual setting of network then to it shows same problem.in advertisement u show it as fastest growing network i think it is baddest growing network. One question how can i port my airtel number?. Calling quality is excellent but still now i need to port number just because i have seen other 4g network giving data and network speed better than your services at more cheaper rates

    I have purchased airtel dth infinity plan for 1 year subscription with all hd channels, where all off suddenly zee kannada hd channels was removed. When i contacted airtel care they inform zee network has removed it.
    Airtel asking the customer to pay for that channel even though which was part of the plan. Photo attached.

        I've ported my no.[[protected]] from vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

          We had taken airtel d2h connection as we need channel mh one for live vaishnodevi aarti.

          Wrt to account no : [protected], we have selected the package as per our choice in last week. Suddenly after that we had problem are were not able to view mh one and few other channels for which we complained and engineer has visited and resolved the issue. Again after 2 days we are facing same problem and not able to view subscribed channel mh one, we had almost called customer care 7-8 times on 20th feb to resolve the issue but there is no action taken and we are still not getting mh one.

          And worst is no response from airtel nodal and customer care team

            Hello sir,
            I am siva, i just connected with the customer care executive about my issues at 23:19,[protected]. He can't solve my problem and he connected the call with his supervisor to me. But the way of supervisor spoke to me is really hurts and he didn't reply me for a long time while i am in call, and she spoke with some colleague instead of speak with me. I am not satisfied with the way of her speech and she shout on me and she disconnected the call while i speaking. This is not the correct way of treating the customer. I have the call records also. I want make a complaint against her legally from your side. I hope you will take a action about this complaint. My number is [protected].
            And i also want to follow my complaint and the action taken by you on her. Please make the instructions to your executives about how to speak with the customers.

              As u guys claim airtel is the fastest data provider in india, but even if i switch on 4g the data speed is too poor, i cannot even browse or stream youtube videos, server is lost frequently while playing games such as pubg, if this continues i'm gonna switch to some another network, i had been using airtel since a long time, but it's service has become poor day by day,

                Am really disappointed to write this mail to you because despite atleast 30 to 40 attempt i am unable to get channel number #330 i. E sahara samay and recently has been added in airtel dth as free channel.
                I get error code 4 but whenever i call customer care for same they say no such channel is available on airtel dth. But the fact is that, this channel is verymuch available on airtel. Why should not i make a complaint against you people at trai for befooling your customer by taking bribe from other channels for not showing & providing rest free channels easily. When a customer will try 3 to 4 times and the channel will not be activated then definitely he will leave attempting to get access of such channels. Tell me why should not i may drag you to the court and file criminal case against you people for cheating your broadcaster and customer as well by not showing a channel which is free to air (& you have charged the channel for it) and also your customer by not providing access to such channels which he wish to see.

                  Hi i have ported from bsnl to airtel recently. for activating my airtel sim i have called to 59059 it's asking me input application desk number i don't know what is that!!!. how can i activate my sim its more than a week now after i have ported my sim. when i try to call to my number it's responding like temporarly unavailable. can you please help me how can i activate my sim?????

                    Mera wrong internet balance deduction ho raha hai aur jab mene customer care par bat ki to meri problem resolve karne ki jagah, customer care executive yahan tak ki manager ne bhi misbehave kiya "manager ne kaha apko sun ke pata lag ra hai ki aapne bhi customer care me kaam kiya "agar koi customer effectively bolta hai to ye log esa responce karte hai aur bina use kiye mera internet balance khatm ho raha hai to direct bol diya ki esi koi problem hoti nahi hai...aur complaint nahi li jaayegi.kuch minutes ki recoding available hai mere phone .

                      I (Debabrata das-[protected]) and my brother (Subrata das-[protected]) got call from the flowing numbers as mentioned as (I) [protected]- jaydeep sarkar & others (Ii)[protected] - jaydeep sarkar several times stating that they are project officer hq noida of bharti airlel for installation of airtel 4g tower at our home land (Application form sent by them is also attached).

                      In due course i suspected that they ware fraudulent. Please enquirer the matters if they are not your staff, please take necessary action or else they will destroy yours goodwill in the market.

                          I has recharged it sep-2018 for 10months package those offered to me by airtel. But on 7feb-2019 airtel stoped its service yet its valid for july-2019, but now how they can stop it.
                          I call customer care about it. But customer executive says it happened according to trai new rules. They stoped my service before it expire. Please solve my issue and restart my package those i got after offered by airtel. They are cheating with customers by trai refrence.. But i know trai is for benefition of customers. Not for loss.
                          Customers last hope only trai.

                            My post paid mobile no. [protected] is not working since 16/02/2019. I have visited your air tel gallery near virar station west opp st stand maharashtra and they have told me that your sim is corrupt and provided me temporary sim no. [protected][protected]u and also given one more sim card no.[protected]u for porting my mobile no. [protected] from mumbai circle to maharashtra circle and taken my photo and copy of adhar card
                            They have assured me that temporary sim will be active within 3 hours and after 4 working days i. E. 22/02/2019 mnp sim will be active but till date no sim is active and my work is suffering and staff of your gallery are unable to provide ay suitable response. I got sms also on 22/02/2019 that your services have been set pleas restart your handset i have also done it. But none of the sim is working
                            If the same is not possible at your end then inform me in writing immediately or else we have no choice then to surrender the no, or port to other service provider and file complaint with trai and consumer court /forum

                              I’m using airtel network from since 2 years. 20days back i changed my plan from 499 to 299. From that day onwards my calls getting dropped in the middle, sometimes call are not even connecting and am not able to use my internet. From that day i called to customer care many times and visited nearest airtel store mutliple times and did whatever they asked me to but i didn’t get any solution as of now. They are not even responding properly. Their response is like “we’ll try to fix your problem.. If you port to another provier also we don’t care”.. Am getting this kind if response from airtel.. Worst service from airtel network.

                                My airtel tv [protected], got it recharged on 15th feb 2019, since that day in total my tv services not worked for 4 day, called customer care they said technician will visit but visit charges will be applied. First of all you charged my for the days for which my services not working. Now i should pay you for your technician visit too? Why? My dth services not working on22nd & 23rd feb. Not worked on 15th, 16th. Who is going to pay for the money which got deducted because of not services was provided.

                                Still problem is same, I don't understand why this is happening. In today's fast world, no service for 3 days and no resolution for it. I hope it's a same brand 'AIRTEL'. They claim that they are the number one service provider in INDIA. I have now doubt on their leadership. "AIRTEL" or "AIRTEL GO TO HELL"

                                  I chosen channels as per trai regulations & amount is rs.200.41. I recharged for rs 201, but they suspended my ac & stopped all channels. They wanted to recharge old rental 237.& deducted some amount from my recharged amount (No. [protected]). Now the ac is suspended when i contacted them, they least bothered to resolve issue. How can they deduct from my paid amount since old plans were "prepaid" pl instruct them to restore my connection asap as per my opted plan & to fix the next due date as and when it is restored. If by their mistake, any negative amount is reflected in my ac, pl instruct to waive off and restore the connection with my choice

                                      Hi team,

                                      I'm extremely unhappy with the services being provided by airtel dth. All through india, trai have been advertising that the new plan will come into effect since 01-feb-2019. Even then the services are not working properly and airtel iz deducting money from the account as well. I have never seen such an incompetent, incorrigible and too lazy organization to say.

                                      I changed my plan on 02-feb-2019, but due to airtel's inefficient system it didn't came into effect. When contacted their super busy customer care, i was told they are having india-wide technical issue and i had to wait.

                                      Then again i contacted airtel on 03-feb-2109 and had to tell them again all the channels i need to see, then only the plan was activated.
                                      When i browsed through the plan and the channels being shown, i found lot of missing channels which should have been activated but were not coming.

                                      So i again updated the plan (Reference id[protected] on 04-feb-2019. After that everything stopped on tv. Moreover, when i activated my plan, the charges were around rs 715/- pm, but now it is being shown as around rs 2500/- pm. I contacted their customer care on 05-feb-2109 and was told same old story that the airtel is having technical issue and all services will be restored by afternoon of 06-feb-2019. I also flagged the issue that during activation the plan was rs 715/- but now it is being shown as around rs 2500/- pm. I was reassured that the plan amount too will be restored.

                                      The channels started coming but the plan was never updated and airtel continued to deduct as per 2500 plan.

                                      Because of this faulty deduction the balance was exhausted and the services were suspended. I had to recharge thrice to activate the services and called to change the plan but nothing happened.

                                      I have been emailing them many times and upon their suggestion i selected another plan with reference number[protected] having monthly charges of approx 750. The channel started coming but the plan was never updated and airtel continued to deduct as per 2500 plan.

                                      If this email does find some competent authority, request you to please resolve following issue,
                                      1. Activate the plan i had selected with reference id[protected].
                                      2. Since 02-feb-2019 they have been deducting money from my account with no or faulty services being delivered. Kindly revert the charges, whatsoever you have deducted till now.

                                        Airtel received my and my wife id proofs when i ported my ph no to airtel. I retained mine and my wife's mobile nos. Though i submitted mine and my wife id proofs and told them clearly which one is my no and which one is hers they registered with the nos in my wife's name. Now they aren't ready to accept the mistake and change my mobile no to my name. This is rediculous. How can they make such a big mistake?. This isn't just mistake it's crime. How can they assign my no to other person even with all that fancy technologies of aadhar card authentication and finger print scanners?
