Here in magarpatta annex society, since last week too much network issues.. Unable to talk on the phone due to voice break down. Do the needful.
Even if come in gallery and try to talk loudly on phone.. Still another person who called me unable to listen my voice but i can heard voice of that person whom i m talking. Before this never happened such a issue with my card.. Everytime i need to go open space for calling

    Sir I created my own package according to trai new rules. First my package value was 322rs and network capacity fee was 130rs. Than it would be 153rs network capacity fee and now it will become 222rs per month. They are charged high Network capacity fee by themselves. I told them about it on customer care but she ignored me totally. When I recharged after the chosing package is (Customer ID: [protected], A/C Balance:Rs.353.67, Current Monthly Charges:(Rs. 322.32), Validity:09-MAR-2019, Last Recharge Date and Amount: 05-FEB-2019/Rs322) and now I got this massage ( Due date for Airtel DigitalTV ID [protected] is on 03-Mar-2019. The rental is Rs.395/month. Rs.30 CASHBACK via PayTM. Recharge at(code: AIRTEL30) m.p-y.tm/airtv ).

      On jan 29 2019 i have recahrged with 1699 annual plan. Benefits were given as unlimited voice calls and 1gb data per day and 100 sms per day.. but when i checked the data balance it shows overall 12gb for 365 days.. customer care people also could not find right solution for this.

        Ported from bsnl to airtel and it took almost 10 days still it is not working in between they have activated it and they verified my address proof i have given my adhara proof for address and my identity confirmation still sim didn't get activated

        When i called customer pathetic response they are giving to go to the shop where you purchased and all # kind of talks i need it to be activated and complaint has to be registered for this worst support from them such an irresponsible they are that after calling and activating also they are not responding

        I want a serious action need to be taken against them including there supervisor

        still issue has not been resolved and im not getting the proper response from them i have visited twice to there branch and i have issued with the duplicate sim still the same issue kindly escalate it to higher authority and do the needful

          Hi,

          Wrt digitaltv id [protected], as per new trai rules we have choose the plan. We are not many channels which we have subscribed in our plan. It's been more then 10 days that we are chasing customer care and nodal team to activate the ssubscribed but there is no proper and no engineer visit. Y'day they changed plan which would cost us more and assured us that we will get subscribed channels but even now we are not able view those channels. And worst part is they are not responding to calls and emails.

                Hello,

                I recently migrated from prepaid to post paid on a family plan. Since the day of migration i am unable to use internet even though phone shows 4g signals. Contacted airtel via phone and twitter, was advised to try troubleshooting, including using sim in a different phone which did not resolve the issue. Sim was later replaced assuming it was a sim issue. Right now it still doesn't work, apparently, the issue appears to be from airtel's end and nobody is doing anything to fix the internet issue.

                Why should i pay when i am unable to use internet at all. I want to go to a different provider, can you please share the procedure.

                  I here by done the Airtel Broadband Payment of Rs 707 on Jan 7, for the disconnected connection bearing no [protected].

                  i wrote several emails & complaints to Airtel customer care for the refund. they replied asking bank details, paid receipt, order id, canceled cheque, letter head request. even after sending all necessary documents which they have asked through Email, yet i din't get refund from Airtel.

                  They called me and assured to refund my amount but still i dint get refund.i communicated through emails 8 times from Jan 9th to Jan 30 of 2019.kindly help me to sort out this issue.

                    Recently I have ported from Vodafone Maharashtra to Airtel Telangana from then am unable to recharge my mobile it's been 15 days and whenever I speak to customer care they keep on telling me to wait for 15 days and moreover validity of outgoing calls on my mobile has expired and incoming is also going to expire.
                    Whenever I try to recharge am getting Recharge has been failed due to a technical issue. Tried all FRC but unable to recharge.

                      Hi,

                      My airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] does not get any signal on the phone and it says not registered on network. Been using this sim for almost 9 years. They asked me to visit a branch which i did in hsr layout next to bata showroom. The person at the counter told me that the number has been deactivated and that he will check whether we can get the number back again. He made fill up an airtel form for postpaid too. Also been given a duplicate sim card and now its been 4 days since i have the sim but no activation. On calling him, he tells me to call the next day. Neither the airtel office number is reacheable nor the person who gave me his mobile at the office. I have been calling the airtel call centre too and their version of the story is that the airtel prepaid number is still active and to visit the branch. I just need the number back. Help!

                        I raised the claim as the screen of my phone got cracked. It happened accidentally when I slipped due to wet floor. Airtel described it as improper handling.

                        Airtel rejected the claim saying that there is no external factor in this. Is water on the floor not external factor? Why I am paying 100 rupees per month for insurance?

                        First they write the terms & conditions in very generic terms and then they play with it to suit their objectives.

                        I want my claim to be accepted by Airtel Secure.

                        Date of Claim was 27th February 2019.

                          This is complaint regarding the connection no - [protected]-001

                          We have shifted our house on sunday hence relocated the connection with set top box and dish (Paid all the charges). Since we have cancelled one of the set-top box out of two, airtel has cancelled wrong set top box i. E. 001. But it should be 002 (That set top box is submitted to technician). Hence, 001 connection is suspended from airtel's end. With the ongoing suspension we have tried recharging it many but didn't succeed. My amount of rs. 2000 + is stuck in the balance of airtel.

                          After complaining from 4 days none of them are taking any action. Even they are saying that refund is not possible.

                            I recharged my airtel mobile on 25th february 2019 through the citrusairtel website through my hdfc account. The amount was deducted immediately, however my phone was not recharged. It is 3 days since the amount was deducted and i dont know whom to complain. I am not able to get the customer care number of citrusairtel. I have attched the photo of my transaction.

                                For the last 30 days i have been trying to make my own pack. I have sent more than 50 sms as per their instruction through tv. When i sent sms to 54325 they will ask me to contact [protected].
                                When i contact them over phone there is no provision in the system to provide service to make my pack. There is one centre at calicut and i went there personally for 3 or 4 times they have no idea.

                                I am a senior citizen and i do not know about proceed further. Since i have failed i am taking up the matter with you.
                                Another request your office is that this companies are making fun of the whole govt. Orders.

                                have received a reply. which is superfluous and not giving any solution to the problem. If a contact is made to one No. eg.54325 they will replly invalid contact No.[protected]. If the cost of new package is lessor than the old one this thing always happen. They suggest one pack which is costlier than the old existing pack. If we opt for lessor than the old existing one this thing happen. Only think I want to inform the co is that there are many DTH providers in India.

                                  I have got my airtel broadband 999 plan activated on 13 feb, however from that time on i have not been given with the additional benefits of amazon prime and netflix and i have reported the same to airtel from 15th feb and finally they have registered my first complaint on 20 feb under ticket number:[protected], and promised resolution in 3 days. But it is 01 mar and they kept raising multiple tickets with new '3 days resolution' time for the same issue and not solving it or responding properly the new customer care guy is benzil george, now promised that it will be escalated today and resolved by eob today (01 mar). Airtel, if you cant do anything which you promise to do, please take back your broadband and refund my full money i have paid for the connection, i better take a connection from act instead of you who makes fake promises.

                                  BEWARE of Airtel, they make fake promises on the benefits to make you take the broadband connection but will take your money and vanish, my internet is too slow and i have not been given with any additional benefits until today, they are just sleeping over my case form 13 Feb. Please take ACT broadband connection,

                                      I am not getting signals on my phone for airtel when i am inside my office. Due to which i am facing lots of difficulties. I have contacted customer care and they have raised a complain, but it has not resolved. Since i have poted vodafone to airtel due to connectivity issue in my home, but now i am facing same situation in my office with airtel. Also, i am unable to port it to other network, as according to try 90 days window is required t port. Please help me on urgent basis, as i am paying so i need to get my queries resolved.
