airtel 4g hotspot device

The device gets disconnected on itself and the devices connected will experience internet disruption all of a sudden. I have tried resetting the device but nothing seems to work. I did take the device to the airtel store as well but they just asked me to reset. I had purchased the device in feb 2018. I am facing the issue for almost two months time....

network and billing issues

I'm ready to cancel my 8 airtel numbers. Actually airtel customer service straight away denied to help me. There were 2 issues. One was regarding airtel secure and other was regarding network issues. This is the last chance i'm giving to airtel after that i' m ready to end my 10 years relationship with airtel.

sim not working after port 9623136249

I have ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel([protected]). But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already from yesterday night. I am loosing my business calls.My office work stopped due to same as i can't communicate with my business partners.
This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us....

dth pack change

I have requested to change my pack of total cost rs.292 on 7/2/2019 but till now they have not change my pack airtel activated rs.360 pack on 1/2/2019 which is most expensive for me, i have complaint it to airtel costomer care everyday but they says that there are some technical problem with network and soon they solve this problem but they charged every day....

unable to change existing dth subscription pack

I have put in a request to change my current subscription package into the one with all the selected channels i wish to watch on 09-02-19 via sms (Customer id: [protected]). I contacted the customer care several times but did not get any satisfactory results. not able to recharge after porting to airtel

Recently i have port my vodafone no [protected] to airtel. After new sim is activated i tried to recharge through aritel app and other wallet recharges.. But all the transaction are failed.. Also i tried airtel compliant no more that 30 times, but the ivr voice keep on promoting the offer alone. Not even i have been connected to customer care person... Now my balance too drained and can't able to call.. Really fedup with airtel. Wortst experience...

can't withdraw my pf amount

My name is merlin selva kumar, i worked with airtel from mar-14 to sep-2018. I had two pf accounts under one uan. I unknowingly raised the pf withdrawal request before merge the accounts. So i received only 12k. Rs.1, 03, 000 is still their in my account. But i can't withdraw the amount. Two times i raised settlement. But both the times it got rejected. Kindly help me to withdraw the available amount in my account....

transaction failed but money deducted from airtel wallet

I am being forced to switch to other plans which are extremely expensive and at the same not providing the channels I regularly watch.

I have written 3 emails to the Nodal officer and there is no response till date.

recharge initiated but haven't got the amount in my balance

On 10feb. I recharged my airtel to 499 plan with internet banking sbi, it said to have been successfully completed and i got a message from 121 that my recharge of id xxxxxxxxx has been initiated but till now i haven't got the amount in my balance it's been 24 hours now. Bought a new sim and on 27dec my old recharge expired and that's how i wanted to credit it with 499 with a plan of 2gb per day for 80+ days. Till now i haven't received any...
