Airtel — airtel (mnp) porting charges vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid charged 50 rupees | |||
I have ported the mobile number [protected] from vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid today (07-dec-2017) and i went to airtel store at rampur up they have given the new sim and charged 100 rupees. I asked him about the charges they said these are porting charges. I later known that its free of cost they are providing the new sim and mnp. Please take proper action on this and how can the customer know what are charges they should pay and receipts are not providing.
