11 dec 2017 i install airtel digital tv cam card (For inbuilt set top box in lg smart tv)... Airtel instillation people extra charges for 21 meter wire. 10 meter free and 21 meter wire charges. Total wire 31 meter. My question airtel digital tv dish install my 1st foor roof... And card install my ground floor...10 meter wire is sufficient but agent charges to me 21x8= rs.168... Pure fraud to customer. I complain to airtel but no body help me. Don't buy airtel digital tv.

    I ported my mobile [protected] to airtel

    Sim given did not show any signal even after getting confirmation message about successful porting
    After repeatedly switching on and off it shows no service

    I went to retailer who gave another sim after taking money for the second time and told to wait for 4 hrs, after waiting for 4 hrs sim showed signal and requested to restart. After doing so again no service. 3rd retailer checked and said sim swap us under process and we can not help till the process is over. It's a very pathetic service by airtel and from past 48 hrs there is no service and no proper response from customer care

      I had created my airtel payment bank upi id in my airtel app on 6dec2017 and transfer the amount 300 rupees through upi in my airtel payment bank and that time the 75rupees cashback offer are running but i'm not received cashback. I'm also call the consumer care to slove the problem but they are cut the calls and they couldn't solve this problem. So, what is this? The consumer care's are not solve the problem correctly. So, solve this issue...

        Airtel payment bank store at jorethang market area charges rs. 20 per person for linking aadhar to airtel mobile number. It is the oñly store in this area. Please advice the store owner not to make undue profit from the government directive.

          I have emailed twice and tried to call the customer service numbers many times, but i have not received even an acknowledgement of my emails, let alone a response for the calls. Despite having sufficient balance and despite my phone being in an area which has airtel coverage, my phone has no service for the past many days. My phone number is [protected]. I have not only lost number of days of validity of my recharges, but i have also had to figure out other means to have a mobile phone connection for the past many days. Kindly look into the problem immediately as i am facing a lot of problems.

              I have raised complaint regarding network issue on 7th august but there is no update on this. I have call n number of times but there is no response. They will keep telling wait our executive will call but no one called me as of now. I am not going to pay monthly rental as i am not able to use service. Once you close the ticket i will pay the amount.

                I have taken a new airtel sim in the month of november, 2017. I have done a recharge of rs.449 plan for 70 days. Now i am receiving sms and calls regularly that my number will be discontinued if i don't make outgoing calls. This is unprofessional service by airtel. My number has been e-verified with my aadhaar number also so there is no point to discontinue the sim card.

                  50% of the times when someone calls me it tells them the phone is switched off when the phone is completely on and it has full signal with a 4g symbol
                  I recently moved to airtel and my dad too made a move to airtel 4g but when his connection is on 4g if someone calls hin it states its switched off its a 4g compatible phone
                  Why is your service so pathetic

                    I converted my existing plan to airtel 499 family plan on 19th nov 2019 and i have added my wife number as child number. After activation my number getting so many issues
                    1. She could not able to call outside karnataka std
                    2. She could not able to call international calls
                    3. She could not able to use internet using mobile data
                    After series calls and follow ups the issues 1 and 2 resolved. Mobile data issue is pending since 3 weeks. Initially it worked after resolving 1 & 2 issues mobile data is not working. We are calling almost every day, they telling some stories and i asked them remove the child number from parent, that they could not able to do that also. If they are not clear about the plan i don't know why they are imposing on people.
                    They are not doing any follow ups and we have to call them and explain the everytime from the begining.

                      This month i got bill of rs.1058 instead of my normal bill amount i enquired about it through customer care executive he told me that there is extra charges of rs. 388 for some added service, but i had not avail any of those services, so please waive the extra charges taken form me, i will not able to pay any of those charges which i had not availed.

                        I have bought airtel 4g hotspot and the person who is selling assured the service gets activated in 4hours. It's almost 48 hrs and even the service didn't get activated.
                        The customer care didn't provide valid information either to troubleshoot or what the issue was.
                        After 48 hrs i got to know that the number is activated but i am getting sim is invalid message in the 4g hotspot portal and asked to go-to airtel centre.
                        I went to airtel store where i purchased at 7:55 pm and the shutters are already half closed.
                        I requested to check the issue and provide a new sim but the rep told it will take 1 hr to check the issue and store is already closed.
                        When you cannot keep your promise don't sell your services.
                        I am having two airtel postpaid numbers one airtel prepaid one broadband and airtel tv connection.
                        I took airtel tv hotspot as my cousin asked for office work and airtel gave me pain instead of service.

                            I am unable to make call or recieve call from. Today evening what should i do plz help. I was talking toy frnd and suddenly my call dropped and now m.                               I do recharge of rs 390. On 11 dec 2017 at 11. 23 am.. At the exact time whole of money was deducted due to some schemes activated on my mobile no. About what i got messages at 11.28 am on the same day. I immediately deactivated all the schemes. The problem is i had not activated these all and had not took advantage of any of them. So basically i need my refund. So this is a humble request to refund my money as soon as possible.

                                Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹500 on4th 12 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 10days now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.                                   My airtel payment bank never allow me to pay money for anything. I don't understand why it then allows me even to credit the money, if i cannot use the app and spend it.
                                  I have around 200 rs in the airtel wallet and i want airtel to either solve the issue with my account, or refund the money.

                                  I'm using Airtel 4g but the speed I'm getting here is below docomo 2g and you guys are claiming to be the best.wow nice confidence you know.what ever do something on it or I'm gonna change this network.Even network is not there.
                                  50 rs was deducted from my prepaid balance for ICON services which wasn't requested by me.Everytime I recharge my balance goes nil because they deduct money from my account.i deactivated it but did not get my money back.i have lost 80 rs from my account now.
                                  It is one of the worst networks in range as well as transparency. I recharged with 799 which gives 3.5 gb data daily or is supposed to give. But even then my entire balance was cut as well as additional balance which I put

                                  Airtel network is charging high price for data packs compare to other network companies.. even though data network speed is very very low...

                                  For name sake its 4g speed but, working like a 2g speed. Solve this problem

                                      Its been really very sad to come through very bad services from airtel. I have an airtel secure plan since july '17 (Since last 6 months).

                                      I always take good care of my phone and never ever have been careless in handling of the phone. It is still working while the lcd is broken due to an accident, as someone pushed me from behind while coming out of the lift. However, i was never aware that slipping of phone from jacket pocket won't cover in the insurance, until i heard that my claim has been rejected due to carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever... May i request you to look into the matter..

                                      I have not taken this secure services from insurance provider and i dont want to hear their lame excuses. I am going to proceed with legal option if not taken my request seriously.

                                      Dear Sir/ Madam

                                      My Airtel no. is [protected]. I am facing problem of network from last 15 days. there is hardly 10% network for calls and 0% for data use. I have tried to call customer care persons, but same option is not coming during 121.

                                      Pl. resolve my problem and i have to port to other service provider.

                                      Today received a call from 8340152897 and person threaten me that company Airtel is going to disconnect all services on my no.

                                      Now these Company's have started threatening consumers who are paying them
                                      I am using Airtel 3g network but I suffering from network problem. Network is very in my area. Please do something for that.

                                        When i went to airtel gallery for aadhar card linking with my no [protected]. Your counter person is open saving account in airtel payment bank without any information & when i called to customer care for closing the same saving account immediately they says your account will not closed without giving alternate wallet account no. Why requirement of alternate airtel wallet account & what is my fault. I want close my airtel saving account immediately & reply as soon as possible.
